Delicious shaved ice! The texture is superb. The ice they use is all purified and sanitary. Good vibes eating desserts right on the beautiful Main Street of downtown Mérida.

Best helado in whole yucatan! It's a popular place but worth the wait.

The best sorbeteria in Merida 🍧🍧🍧 Elote (sweet corn 🌽) flavour is super tasty, never had anything similar before! Pina flavour is very refreshing 😋😋😋 Yum!!! Strongly recommended 🥰🥰🥰

Got takeaway Elote ice cream on the way back from a tour while walking Paseo Montejo. Great sorbet. It's always busy, particularly late at night. Does takeaway as well as sit down. Oddle is cash or American express payment only (never seen this combination, doubt i ever will again) Tasty desert spot for all day!

They have been there for ages. Flavours are delicious, my fav ones are coconut and guanabana. I can’t go to Merida and not visit them.

Not one to write a bad review but this one was deserved. The service was shocking considering the standard in Mexico is excellent. We were rushed, the waiters were rude. This was an uncomfortable experience and definitely recommend skipping this place, it's not worth the hype. The menus don't include flavours, they also don't accept visa.

The place was excellent. The location was great. We loved the ice cream and the sorbets . The coconut ice cream was Divine. The mantecada shake was amazing. The place is well decorated and the service was also excellent. The entertainment was fine. I am glad that I tried it . I loved it I would totally recommend it. I don't know why is the 4.5 it should be a 5.0.I really recommend it. It was a good recommendation.

We visited twice in a few days because this is such a treat. Sandia (watermelon) was my favorite of the few I tried.

Yelp
Get the elote and mamey flavors - they are some of the best sorbets I've had. I wanted to try 2 flavors and they wouldn't do that for the small size so I got 1/2 a liter and, well, I finished it all. No cones, no frills, just good sorbet.

Yelp
Great place to stop by on a hot Merida afternoon for a sorbetes. I have tried the coconut, lime, strawberry, and the corn flavor. The corn flavor was recommended by a friend and he was right about it being good. My wife loves the mango. Being right on the Paseo is a great place to people watch.

Yelp
We visited Merida about a month ago and spent our Sunday morning strolling Paseo de Montejo. Even a morning stroll in the shade is super hot so we were so happy to arrive for a sorbet! We ordered peach and mango.... Mango was best. Really excellent spot for a treat!

Yelp
This is a great place to stop for a sorbet on a hot Sunday as people of all ages ride by on their bicycles for the biciruta. Our favorite flavors are the coconut and the limon. Nice meringue cookies too. If you are paying by card, keep in mind that they only take Amex.

Yelp
This shop reminds me of an old fashioned ice cream parlor, but they serve handmade sorbets, which are quite lovely on a hot day. The peach (durazno) was very good and very sweet, with small pieces of peach in it. The chocolate was also very good.
