"A popular spot for schoolchildren in the afternoon, this café offers a variety of unique sorbet flavors such as nance, saramullo, and sweet corn, as well as merengue and polvorones cookies." - Food & Wine Editors
If you like fruit sorbets which are the perfect level of sweetness, this place is for you. We went back twice and had to try all of the flavours.

I really don't understand how is that in Merida where the income is quite low an waterbased 🍨,could cost almost 8 usd per scoop. whoever is familiar with a Concrete in the Midwest (USA) could have an idea of what to compare with. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place anymore. NOTE, is not about the price is more about the cost-beneffit os this product. Not worth it.

1st time here, and what a welcome treat to cool you off. Beautiful flavors and amazing vibe. It was not too expensive and a wonderful treat. I had the corn sorbet, and others had the watermelon sorbet. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious treat on our hot walk home. My daughter ate the Mango without coming up for air. Hubs and I had Montecado and elote, and the boy had chocolate. They were all amazingly refreshing and delicious. Service was very helpful and attentive. We will be back to try more!

Loved this place! Area is nice and the outside seating is great. The workers are super friendly and on top of it, the ice-cream is tasty.

Delicious shaved ice! The texture is superb. The ice they use is all purified and sanitary. Good vibes eating desserts right on the beautiful Main Street of downtown Mérida.

The place was excellent. The location was great. We loved the ice cream and the sorbets . The coconut ice cream was Divine. The mantecada shake was amazing. The place is well decorated and the service was also excellent. The entertainment was fine. I am glad that I tried it . I loved it I would totally recommend it. I don't know why is the 4.5 it should be a 5.0.I really recommend it. It was a good recommendation.

Horrible taste. We had heard many recommendations and the place was buzzing with people on a Monday night. We had a hard time placing the strange flavor that was in some of the flavors, some much stronger than others. When we ordered a cookie and the champola the flavor was so strong my mom was able to pinpoint it: iodine. It was like a chemical and medicinal. Horrible, it overpowered the fruit flavors.
The service was like the other one star reviews. Rude and unpleasant. Not impressed.

Yelp
Get the elote and mamey flavors - they are some of the best sorbets I've had. I wanted to try 2 flavors and they wouldn't do that for the small size so I got 1/2 a liter and, well, I finished it all.
No cones, no frills, just good sorbet.

Yelp
Great place to stop by on a hot Merida afternoon for a sorbetes. I have tried the coconut, lime, strawberry, and the corn flavor. The corn flavor was recommended by a friend and he was right about it being good. My wife loves the mango. Being right on the Paseo is a great place to people watch.

Yelp
We visited Merida about a month ago and spent our Sunday morning strolling Paseo de Montejo. Even a morning stroll in the shade is super hot so we were so happy to arrive for a sorbet!
We ordered peach and mango.... Mango was best. Really excellent spot for a treat!

Yelp
This is a great place to stop for a sorbet on a hot Sunday as people of all ages ride by on their bicycles for the biciruta. Our favorite flavors are the coconut and the limon. Nice meringue cookies too. If you are paying by card, keep in mind that they only take Amex.

Yelp
This shop reminds me of an old fashioned ice cream parlor, but they serve handmade sorbets, which are quite lovely on a hot day. The peach (durazno) was very good and very sweet, with small pieces of peach in it. The chocolate was also very good.
