The Best Restaurants near Zion National Park Springdale, Utah | Eater Vegas

"Dulivia explores food from throughout Italy with scratchmade recipes. Antipasti includes bruschetta, meatballs, and eggplant parmesan, while pasta dishes range from seafood linguine, beet and goat cheese ravioli, and spicy crab bucatini with squid ink pasta. Rack of lamb and salmon are options on the entree side. Dinner here is a more upscale affair, with wine poured in view of" - Janna Karel

Overall savory food are food but pork is little too salty. However, appetizers are all taste good. Service is also very good here. Large spacious dinning area for many tables.

A very big and spacious restaurant. All staff were very friendly and professional. We were lucky to have been hosted by Charlie K. A very charismatic man who provided an excellent service. My friend ordered the Seafood Linguini and I was impressed with the quality of the seafood. Big soft scallops and prawns. I had ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was very filling and tasty. I would highly recommend the Grand Chocolate Cake (shared between two people). Although it was dense, it was also moist. Very enjoyable, considering that I am not much of a chocolate person.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Dulivia. Our arancini appetizers were delicious as were all our entrees from the house-made tagliatelle bolognese which featured elk, squid-ink bucatini with spicy crab sauce and even the simple spaghetti and marinara sauce. All of our gelati were delicious as well. Can’t say enough about the service from our waitress Nina, who could not have been nicer. Highly recommend enjoying a meal here if you’re in Springdale and enjoying Zion National Park.

Google
Dulivia Ristorante is an absolute gem near Zion National Park. After a long day of exploring, this was exactly the kind of dining experience we hoped for—warm, inviting, and truly memorable. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, making it perfect for both a relaxed evening and a special occasion. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavors. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and balanced, and the presentation was beautiful without feeling pretentious. Service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel like guests, not just customers, and were happy to offer recommendations. If you’re visiting Zion and want an exceptional Italian meal, Dulivia Ristorante is a must-stop. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the area, and we will absolutely be back.

We really enjoyed the tasty pasta with meatballs, the flavorful salmon, and the pizza. The cheesy bread was also incredibly delicious, and our server Nina was very friendly.

This was our second time to Dulivia and it does not disappoint. The food is wonderful. I had the Ceasar salad which was nice and tangy with plenty of parmesan and some nice anchovies. Followed by chicken parmesan and my daughter had the bolongese which she loved. The portions are very generous and enough to share. I ordered an old fashoined cocktail which also was excellent. This is a gem of fine dining where you would not expect it. Our waitress, Kristina was wonderful. She was attentive, engaging and professional. I recommended it to friends and they loved it also.

Google
Absolute gem of a restaurant. Sandra was our server and she was extremely attentive and kind. We got the burrita pizza and lasagna and it was the best we've ever had! Can't go wrong with this place!

Google
Excellent food in an upscale setting. Seafood pasta was our favorite. Italian sausage pizza was good too.

Yelp
This place is conveniently located right outside the Springhill Suites hotel and has amazing views on the patio. I was a little bit skeptical based on previous reviews, but this ended up being one of the most memorable dining experiences I had in Springdale! We walked in early in the evening and were able to be seated in around 15 min without a reservation. It seemed that they were short staffed so the restaurant wasn't completely full when they started having people wait for a table. This did not affect our service though, as our waitress still checked on us multiple times and food was brought out promptly. The seafood Alfredo pasta was absolutely delicious, and the view of the mountains in the distance at sunset made the experience even better! A nice way to unwind after a day of hiking

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner because wanted a nice experience but it was horrible long wait for any service. Saw so many tables available but was told it is 30 minutes wait by hostess. She disappeared after seating a party. I had to tagged her multiple times. Once we got seated, it took us awhile to order and get our food. Appetizers are good but the main entree is not good. Service is super slow. Had multiple tables waiting for so long to be ordered and to have the food delivered to the table. What We ordered : fried calamari and shrimp - lightly battered on top of a bed of fried zucchini and squash with 2 dipping sauces. This is my fave dish for the night lasagna - not your typical baked lasagna and it was dried and not enough ingredients. Felt underwhelming salmon - on a bed of spinach and cherry tomatoes with finger potatoes. Salmon tasted fresh but a bit over cooked and bland. the potatoes were undercooked and dried. Restaurant looks nice and the decor was beautiful but needs a person in the front greeting customers at all time and need to be more attentive with service. Don't think we will come back and eat if we are in Zion.

Yelp
Everyone loved their food. Salmon was tasty. Caesar salad was very good. Staff was super attentive and helpful.

Yelp
Great restaurant with views you can't beat! My in laws brought my fiancé and I here for dinner & it was such a great experience! Amazing food/drinks with good service, located right near Zion National Park. Would highly recommend! We ordered a charcuterie board as an app, then my fiancé and I shared their spinach & grape salad, as well as their wild mushroom pizza. Everything was so delicious!

Yelp
I was looking for a fancy restaurant for my two-year anniversary. I'm glad I found this a Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice with a good view of the mountains. I ordered the lasagna which was really good and my wife ordered the salmon that came out really well with some lemon pepper flavors that I don't think I've tasted before

Yelp
Place was empty on Father's Day. What a gorgeous view on the patio so we asked for outside seating. There are about 20 outside tables and only one was taken. Where'd we get seated? Directly next to the other people. What the hell? So we asked to sit elsewhere and the young girl Said nothings available. For the next 30 min we watched people get sat all over the patio. Mind you, we had patio reservations!! Next up the rude sommelier who immediately made assumptions about the stellar Syrah we brought (corkage $25). Next up bread and Cesar's salads. This was a 10/10. Very good. Next up was sausage pizza which was not edible. It was dripping in mysterious sauces and way too much balsamic vinegar its was soggy vegetables undercooked and nasty tasteless crust. We also shared egg plant parm which was ok I suppose. View is a 10. Food overall 5/10. Order carefully.

Yelp
We came here twice because it was right by our hotel at the Holiday Inn and had good food. Dining options are limited in the winter, but this place is great. The first night we sat at they bar because they didn't have any tables available. They have a good selection of wines and spirits. Looking at the kitchen you can see they run a tidy ship. The tomato bisque is good and comes with a gruyere "grilled" cheese. Crispy brussel sprouts are crispy and delicious. My husband really liked his sausage pizza, especially the crust. The second night we came earlier and we were seated at a table looking through their floor to ceiling windows with a lovely view of the red rocks. This is definitely a place to enjoy during the summer so you can enjoy more daylight and sunset views at the end of the day. Caesar salad was tasty. I like that they provide you with an extra lemon wedge because I love a little extra lemon. Croutons were delicious. The spicy crab bucatini was very good, but my husband didn't think it was worth $42. I thought it was a little steep, but fairly priced given that it's house made squid ink bucatini and crab served in Utah. Tagliatelle bolognese is one of their house made pastas and while it was good, it didn't blow my mind. We ended with a scoop of mango gelato to share which was delicious and tasted so creamy even though it's a water based gelato. Service was great on our first night. Service on our second night was a bit slower and our server was a bit forgetful. Overall, this is a solid option in Springdale.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped here for dinner while visiting Zion National Park and we were very pleased with our experience. Very clean inside, modern, and beautiful. Our waitress was very kind. We started with a bottle of the Shiraz, as well as the bread service and eggplant parmesan. The bread service was huge and came with cheese, olive oil and balsamic, and butter. The eggplant parmesan was a little tough for some reason but had great flavor. For our main course my husband and I split the mushroom pizza which was fabulous, and the vodka pasta which was also super tasty. The portions were big and we were stuffed by the end. If you're in the mood for Italian I would recommend this nice spot while in town.

Yelp
The views are 10, the food and the service a 3 They are very nice people but I found the food to be OK not great. We ordered lemon drop martinis and it was more of a shot maybe 2 ounces. The pasta was OK.... Again nice people with a great view just not an amazing meal.

Yelp
The receptionist was really bad! We arrived for our 5:30 reservation at 5:27 and were told we had to wait for until 5:30 to be seated with no one in line and many empty tables. Then I had asked the receptionist to tell our waitress that we had a birthday at our table. The receptionist told me she would take care of it and put a candle on the a desert. We got no desert at our table. Upon leaving I mentioned to the receptionist that she had blown our birthday surprise, she told me she was very busy and I didn't have to be be rude. Really....... Also we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity because we split the bill, never had that done before, we always give at least 20% but just because we split. We paid $450 for dinner and the meal was average, steaks had little flavor. I will have to say our waitress Sherane was the bright side of the evening, she was great.

Yelp
In my opinion this is the best restaurant in Zion. We are so happy that Zion now has an upscale place to dine in. The atmosphere is very lovely and modern. Our server was so sweet and accommodating. We had the house Cabernet and it was reasonably priced. We started with the Carprese salad and it was delicious, I wish for a bit more basil. Our son had spaghetti and meatballs and he enjoyed it very much. My husband has lasagna and he really enjoyed it but wished for more tomato taste. I had the scallops with asparagus and the sauce was incredible. I finished my plate. Next time we go to Zion I will definitely make a reservation to Dulivia. Thank you!

Stopped here for dinner while visiting Zion NP and we were so pleased with our experience. The inside is clean, modern and beautiful. Our waitress was so sweet and bubbly. Yelp
Good food, very nice setting. However, the tip I gave was tripled and was 50% of the meal. Thankfully Capital One flagged it. It took me 2 calls to settle the issue. Be careful.

Yelp
We love eating here. Great menu and great drinks as well. Beautiful views of Zion's. One of our favorite places to have dinner.

Yelp
Delicious meal of scallops and fillet. Excellent service from waiter Charlie. A nice change of pace from the average fare offered near the parks.

Yelp
We just had a delightful evening at Dulivia ! The restaurant has a beautiful view of the red rock mountains . There is plenty of outdoor seating . The fine food quality and preparation was evident in all the dishes ! We had a half order of the bread , the fried calamari and shrimp appetizer , grilled shrimp appetizer and asparagus side . The gelato split was a perfect desert . We plan to come back for the home made pastas ! Our server Matt was great and we had an opportunity to meet the chef Matthew !

Yelp
Super yummy food! Everything we got was delicious. Staff was great! We made reservations which i recommend.

Elle T.

Yelp
The pizza was killer, I got the seafood pasta with shrimp only and it was good. My husband liked his chicken parm but the end of one piece was raw. The server was great though and apologized while taking it off the bill. The server who helped us had done a great job. I would've gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the chicken.

Wendy Y.

Yelp
My family liked every dish here, but there are some things I'd like to point out. 1. The dishes are too salty. 2. The pizza is wet underneath. 3. The crabs for the squid ink pasta taste like it's from cans. Maybe because it's froze for too long? The gelato and seafood linguini are a must ordered dish! Service was very pleasant. The restaurant itself has a clean, modern look. The restroom is very clean.

Yelp
We were much looking forward to this experience following a long hike and left not only severely disappointed but angry. First offense was when we should have walked out after interacting with the hostess. Admittedly we did not have reservations but were willing to wait a few for an opening. We were a little shocked that this was an issue based on the number of open tables. We requested outdoor seating but were rudely reminded we basically couldn't make requests due to the lack of reservations. We returned at our scheduled time and were told we never checked in.. finally settled that and got a table. It was freezing so we asked once again to be moved outside and were rudely denied even with quite a few obvious spots... were also reminded that this was a "fine dinning" establishment and to set our expectations appropriately... okkk... Service was the opposite of prompt. Looked like about two servers and one or two food runners for the whole restaurant. Fine. If people were friendly but they weren't. We were met with a lot of sass, wrong orders, rarely checked on... she offered to split the bill and they apparently comes with a 20% gratuity that is stated on the menu but no courtesy reminder when the offer to split the check was made. She then mixed up the cards and blamed us for putting it in the wrong book... I'm sure I'm forgetting even more details.. Food was not bad. Wouldn't say it was quite fine dining but the view was beautiful. Overall.. avoid or if you do go please make a reservation or you will be treated like trash..

Yelp
Dulivia Ristorante Italiano Very nice high end restaurant with a wonderful dining area that opens up to the outside with a spectacular view of Zion Mountains. Wine room and big bar area, beautiful decor from art work to matching light fixtures to a stunning sliding door that opens up the entire restaurant outdoors. Sitting inside or outside has great seats of the beautiful outdoors towards Zion National Park. Calamari was crispy and delicious made a nice appetizer. Seafood Linguini with shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, roasted garlic and we substituted the cream sauce for red marinara sauce was very good with a generous amount of seafood, highly recommend. Tagliatelle Bolognese had veal, pork and parmesan in a wide noodle had great flavor and also generous amount of food. Creme Puff with Chocolate filling and chocolate gelato and warm chocolate syrup. Fine dining at its best, has to be a go to restaurant in Springdale. DELICIOUS, great food and service.

Yelp
Walked here from SpringHill Suites. We took both of our children (6 and 3). Obviously not the most "kid friendly" place to dine, but our waiter Charlie was the best. The guy made it super easy for us to eat and mildly relax. Charlie made it worth it for sure. If you have kids and need a waiter that understands that, ask for Charlie.

Yelp
We decided to dine here during our last night as we wanted a more "upscale" experience considering our last two dinners were in casual hamburger-type establishments. The hostess was a bit reticent to seat us because we didn't have reservations - mind you, the restaurant was looking pretty darn empty and it was an hour until closing. So anyway, one of my friends go on her phone and made a reservation and we were seated - kind of weird, but okay then! Fortunately our server was lovely - very helpful with identifying vegan items and answering our questions. He was also pretty funny - I wish I remembered his name, but anyway, he made up for the weird hostess interaction. I had the Minestrone soup and Spaghetti - which were both fine if not slightly bland. I suppose I prefer that, over over-salted food, but it was just kind of not memorable. My dining companions seemed to be okay with their selections, but no one was especially wowed. Anyway, overall it was an "OK" experience and really convenient for us since we could just walk. But can't say I would be eager to return.

Yelp
My family and I stopped by this restaurant on our trip to Zion. Amazing!!! Everything was super delicious from the appetizers to the cheesecake dessert! My favorite was the fried calamari/shrimp, pepperoni pizza, and Caesar's salad. Not only the foods were great, we loved the services as well. Non stop refills for our drinks without having to ask! I highly recommend this place!!

Yelp
Found this gem tucked behind Switchback grille. Hard to see signage from the road. Fancy ambiance but shorts and tennis shoes allowed. Great views if sitting outside. The beet ravioli was tasty but had a startling appearance. I only wish the pasta was lighter. Leave the beets for the filling and accompaniment. The color of these soaked in bloody beet juice looked a little off if you know what I mean. We thought the Caesars salad was pricey for the size without any protein. Our server Jennette did a great job and was very pleasant and attentive. Craft cocktails were reasonably priced and delicious.

Yelp
I ended up not dining here, so take this FWIW. Dulivia did not come up on my restaurant Yelp search list, so I was pleasantly surprise to stumble upon it. I asked for a table for one, and was told I'd have to sit at the bar. I asked if there was anyway I could sit outside; no. There were many tables open, but I understand not overwhelming servers, so that was fine. The bartender was very friendly. I chose a wine and he shared the specials. There was a $55 surf and turf, which came with carrots and mashed potatoes. I was very intrigued, but I hate restaurant mashed potatoes, so I asked if they might consider replacing them with the potatoes gratin side. The bartender said he'd be told no, so he wasn't going to ask. I said no problem. I kept reviewing the menu, but damn, no I had my heart set in surf and turf, but I'm not about to eat some whack restaurant mashed potatoes. So, I decided to go elsewhere and asked to close my bill. He told me he couldn't close me out. I was confused. After a beat he explained it was against Utah law to close a bar tab without food. I said it wasn't my choice to sit at the bar, and I wasn't going to order food, so I asked how he'd like to proceed. I don't mean to be rude -- but talk about entrapment. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the experience. I hate being in a restaurant where the staff fear the chef -- very uncomfortable and not in line with my values.

Yelp
I was really worried about going here because they don't have the greatest rating on Yelp. But our hotel hostess recommended it and my husband was craving pasta. I'm sure glad we came. It was very good. We got the beet and goat cheese pasta and bolognese. Both really good. Also the ceasar was good and it was big enough to share. Patrick our bartender was amazing.
google avatar

Lalanica C.

Yelp
Probably the only "fine dining" restaurant in the town- and while the ambience/views are up there, the service left a lot to be desired. I usually don't let the service part drive my review/rating but this was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had. The hostess gave my friends an unnecessarily hard time about not having a reservation, and then about being able to accommodate our group as we were waiting in the lobby. If the issue was they didn't have staff to man all the empty tables, they could have just said that. Then came our server, who at first I thought was friendly and trying to be accommodating. But then the sarcasm came spewing out in abundance. The cherry on the top for this experience was when she tried to blame us for somehow handing our cards, which were in their respective holders, to her incorrectly that she messed up the charges. Brandi(?) the food runner seemed to be the only person genuinely interested in keeping us happy/correcting incorrectly placed orders. The only saving grace here was the decent portion sizes.

Yelp
We went on a road trip and checked out Zion National Park, we checked in at the nearby hotel and we were feeling feasting on some Italian food and that's how we got here. For starters we ordered the calamari and it was what the doctor ordered. It was served just right so no other description was necessary. We followed this up with a salad. "Chopped" salad to be exact, it had lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, salami, provolone, red wine, and vinaigrette. At first glance of the portion it didn't look very much but trust me it's filling. The main course was the ravioli special. This particular evening it was salmon filled ravioli. The order came with or course ravioli topped with cream sauce. I honestly can't recall the sauce but it all work together in tandem with salmon. It's very tasty to say the least. The place was easy to get to (it's walking distance to the hotel) and an abundant parking. The waitstaff was great. An overall great experience. I did wish that there was bread at the beginning of the meal.

Carina G.

Yelp
You have to make in advance reservations. We were turned away bc we didn't have a reservation. We ended up eating at Spotted Dog and their food was delicious!!!

Yelp
Wow... We are delighted. This is definitely a FIVE STAR. When I first checked the ratings for Dulivia on Yelp, a lot of the reviewers had given it 3 1/2 stars? Seriously? Fabulous food.(no exaggeration), superbly efficient staff, and Devon, an excellent mixologist/bartender! (Great cocktails no matter your request. Even the wines 'by the glass' are a good choice.) Coming from the SF bay area, we understand great Italian cuisine, and great cocktails... A terrific experience all around.

Yelp
Ambiance: Nice Service: Acceptable Food: Subpar This is probably the most expensive restaurant in Springdale,UT since it claims to an upscale dining experience. Other than ambience this is a below average eating experience. I ordered house red wine it was rancid almost ready to turn into vinegar. I had to return it (of course they did not charge me for it) We ordered Pizza a Pasta and Salmon. Pizza felt like ready to serve frozen type. Pasta was meh (no flavor). My Salmon is supposed to come with Lemon butter sauce (I was thinking possibly Beurre Blanc) it was some liquid with lemon juice and a yellow substance that looked like butter but didn't taste like one ( not the creamy buttery sauce you would expect with fish). Some of the reviewers here have complained about salt content. I realized cook ( I am reluctant to call them chef) loves to sprinkle granulated sea salt on everything. My burrata and basket of bread were covered with sea salt. Before visiting this place I had read all of the 1 and 2 star reviews (as I do with everything) but wanted to give it a chance. I am afraid I must agree with them. The place gets 2 stars only because of the ambience. Food is certainly not worth the price they are charging.
google avatar

Kathryn G.

Yelp
We've been coming to Springdale for over a decade and are always hopeful every year that there might be a decent Italian place. Well, this is it! The view was spectacular! The restaurant was quite stylish as well, inside, but we sat outside because it was all about the view. My boyfriend and his son both got pizzas, which they loved. I got the Orecchiette Pugliese, which came in a huge bowl, but was so oddly light and delicious and fresh tasting, I ate it all. We got gelato for dessert, which was quite good. We like to eat out at nice places in Springdale as a reward for hard days of hiking. This definitely fit the bill - we'll be back!

Yelp
We were utterly impressed with this restaurant, our first visit even though we live in southwest Utah. It was nice being able to reserve an outdoor spot specifically. The views and elegance of the outdoor tables were outstanding. Our server(s) was friendly, casual, and prompt. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp and calamari dish which was incredibly perfect and impressive in every way. We will definitely return. The shaded, comfortable outdoor seating is strangely a rare commodity in southern Utah, and Dulivia hits a home run. It is like a bit of Europe in the desert. The soft and buttery music made the ambiance complete. Top off your evening with the mouth-watering gelato.
google avatar

Shreya G.

Yelp
The experience was sour from start to finish, mostly because of staff. The hostess, Estrella, was not accommodating for outdoor seating despite plenty of outdoor seating. Our waitress, Jannette, reminded us that this was "fine dining" and without reservations, our preferences are unlikely to be honored. Food was pretty fine but they made many mistakes with our orders and the menu had lots of typos and they had run out of some items (which they did not tell us till much later when taking our order). Even our bill was split with individual cards with each bill, somehow charged incorrectly, and we were told it was our fault. Food- I got the mushroom and truffle pizza which was loaded with truffle, and still had rather mild flavor. Others in the group ordered pastas and lasagna which were average, with good portion sizes, and priced slightly more than expected. Ambiance was fine, trying too hard to be "fine dining" but not quite meeting the mark due to the poor attitudes of their staff.

Yelp
2 stars for it being a nice-looking restaurant in a good location. They tout themselves as a fine dining establishment. The interior does have an upscale appearance, and they encourage reservations - nothing wrong with any of that, but I don't think it's a good fit for the area. People come to Springdale for Zion National Park. After a couple hours (or a day) of hiking and other outdoor activities, not many people are in the mood for an upscale dining experience, much less having packed any clothes that would be appropriate. The service was acceptable (got it To Go so it's kinda hard to mess that up). Anyway, 1 star for the "meal" I had. When I checked in at my hotel I asked the employee at the front desk if this restaurant was good. I had expected them to say something along the lines of "Oh yeah it's great, you should definitely try it!" But instead they hesitated then said "Wellllll, to be honest, I and some of the people I work with have tried it and their food isn't great". I was surprised but decided to try it anyway, thinking (and hoping!) my experience would be different. Plus I was hungry and tired from a very long drive and this place was close by. I got the Fried Calamari and Softshell Crab appetizer (comes with crispy zucchini strings, aioli, and spicy tomato dipping sauce). It was NOT good. I received shrimp instead of crab, and it was very overcooked. Plus the entire dish was crazy-salty! No lie it was enough sodium to kill a horse lol. I should have listened to the people at the hotel and spent my $20 somewhere else.

Yelp
Bottom line - honestly wished for more/better considering how nice this place looks (food wise and in a hotel) and the prices they charge. Save your money. My friends and I came back from a long day after hiking the narrows and we were disappointed since the food wasn't very impressing despite how hangry we were. Appetizers and desserts were the saving graces. Except that the softshell crab and calamari were super small and zucchini fries were so thin it was hard to pick up. The spicy marinara sauce was super flavorful though. Onto main entrees, none of us really liked it but we were starving. My friends said the truffle pasta had no truffle taste, chicken parm was standard, lobster pasta also wasn't anything that stood out but at least it gave a decent amount of lobster. I had the shrimp with squid ink pasta, didn't taste the squid ink and it tasted like a butter oil sauce. Did like that it came with about 5-6 jumbo shrimps though. Panna cotta was great! Tiramisu needed more bread in it. It came in a super cute cup but it was mostly fluff. We also got gelato and a complimentary one for my friend's bday but no happy bday or candle on it which was kinda lame. Our waitress was very nice but running around so much it made it hard for her to be as attentive to clear our plates. We thought we saw other servers (not busboys) but she seemed busy/hustling.

Yelp
Dulivia delivered a strange experience to say the least. Had high hopes coming to this spot as they have created this MIRAGE that they are this high end Italian restaurant which left a lot to be desired for on our end. Shelby was our waitress for the night, the introduction was nice but quickly turned into horrible service. Making us very uncomfortable throughout our experience with her slight digs and constant reminders on how THEY do things there. We had one guest in our party ask a friendly question about Alfredo, he's not the most knowledgeable when it comes to food so the question was very innocent. The response from her though was straight trash and I noticed she was getting red too. We're in Utah honey relax, you're not known for Italian eats. But I was observing at this point and it may be she was following a script of some kind so that they can continue to build this facade at Dulivia. It is your job to make your guests feel as comfortable as possible while answering any and all questions with grace. We are the ones paying and TIPPING. Give me good service and I will reward you in return. My brother ordered an espresso martini that tasted like baileys and milk. He kindly asked for it to be sent back, rarely do we ever send anything back but when we do we get taken care of. Anyone would but this was the first time I ever heard or seen a waitress get angry and tell us she's charging this no matter what (they still took it off the bill btw). She even had the audacity to get snarky after that debacle. When the food came out it was basic food at best, same thing you'd find at Olive Garden. It definitely was not great. Nor did it taste authentic like they/she gloated about. For example, the duck ragu wasn't ragu. Overall give this whole experience a 5/10. Some highlights and big misses. The food could've saved it for me but it was a wash. I think the service is holding this place down as well as creativity in the kitchen and really nailing the taste that they're chasing.

Yelp
We had an amazing evening at the Dulivia Ristorante Italiano. The service was exceptional. Charlie was our waiter. He was very professional and great with our kids. We even had a chance to meet the chef who was equally professional and kind! As a family of 5 (two adults + three kids), we dined on two pizzas (Burrata and Vegetable - we swapped the white sauce for red sauce on both), two caesar salads, crispy brussel sprouts, and two pannacotta desserts that were all delicious. It was the kids' first time trying pannacotta and it's safe to say that it was their favorite part of the meal. Fyi, the restaurant also offered a wide variety of gelato flavors that you could see and order in their front lobby. We really enjoyed the experience and the time we had at the restaurant. We felt welcomed even in jeans and (nicer) sweatshirts despite the fact that it was definitely a higher end venue. Customers ranged from couples on dates to families on vacation. It was beautifully decorated with very nice artwork on the walls and the layout felt very open and welcoming! Tons of seating options throughout the restaurant, both outdoor and indoor. Overall it was a wonderful experience and our favorite restaurant we've been to this whole trip! We can't wait to visit Zion and dine at Dulivia again!

Yelp
Beautiful views . Pricey for mediocre food. My cosmopolitan was terrible. Tasted like water w a splash of cranberr juice. Service was ok. We asked our server to turn on the heater twice but she never did.

Yelp
The homemade beet and goat cheese ravioli was so delicious. We had a beautiful view. The service staff were top notch, and wine recommendations were outstanding. Definitely recommend checking it out and will be back again when we are back.

Yelp
The evening started on the wrong foot when it took the sourpuss waitress at least 15 minutes to acknowledge the table, bring waters, and take drink orders. We ordered a bottle of wine. The bartender, Patrick, came out with a bottle, wrong wine, but immediately went to correct the problem. Miss Sourpuss came back to the table, slammed the iPad with the drink menu on the table with the wrong wine listing and said, "You ordered this one, right?". Wrong. When Patrick brought out a cocktail for my husband with an orange slice on the rim and heard us tell my 11yr old that she couldn't have the orange, there soon appeared a small plate full of orange slices for the kids. That put a smile on all our faces :). Main courses were well-prepared and delish-cavatelli, tagliatelle, minestrone soup. The soup arrived about 10 minutes after everyone else's food after we asked where it was, and the side of veg we had ordered never came until we also asked for it. No offer of Parmesan, but my husband went up to ask the bartender for some as Miss Sourpuss was MIA, and Patrick came through again. Desserts were so-so. The gelato was great, but the cannoli and strawberry zabaglione just ok. Overall, this was a 3 star experience, but with the kind intervention of the bartender, we'll give it a 4. If the waitress works on her customer service skills it could be 5 star dining.

Yelp
Last night in Springdale and decided to try this place as we wanted a change from our usual fare. Service was adequate but food was subpar. The chicken parm was dry and over salted. The Caesar salad was a joke. Lettuce with a vinaigrette with anchovies on the side and a lemon quarter . My pasta dish was bland and uninspired. I had a cocktail which was fine but the wine's available were terribly overpriced. One available at my local store for $25 was listed for $90. Another I have seen available for under $10 was 42 bucks. Do not go here. Obviously surviving on unsuspecting tourists

Yelp
Dulivia has become our favorite restaurant in Springdale! We absolutely love dining here. The views are outstanding and the service and food are always on point. You must start with the charcuterie. My favorite pasta is the Picci Norcina. Outstanding! My husband loves their spaghetti and meatballs. We love everything we have ordered. I always make sure to end the meal with a scoop of their flavorful gelato. We had a party of five and they kept all of our drinks full and the food moving. Dining on the patio is a must any time of year! Cannot wait to come back soon!

Yelp
I'm gonna start by saying Jeanette is amazing!!! She is extremely kind, attentive and helpful. We asked for a few extras like boxing up our bread and pizza mid-way through our meal and she was happy to do so. She kept refills coming, was warm, friendly, and just very great overall. The seafood pizza was great. The crust is really light and had a great flavor. The chicken parmigiana was okay, big portions but we like semi sweet sauce better than the acidic tomato kind of sauce so this is just a personal preference. The atmosphere was great. The hostess was kind and we really enjoyed the patio ambiance.

Yelp
A stunning outdoor dining experience because you get a panoramic view of Zion National Park. The food is equally impressive. The steak and pasta were well-cooked, and the tiramisu was my favorite part! This restaurant enhanced our trip to the next level and highly recommend for visitors.

Yelp
for options in Springdale this elevated dining experience was wonderful. the menu had a great selection of options and we loved the wild boar cavatelli and seafood linguine. not kid friendliest, but our younger tots love eating at nice spots so we tried and the spaghetti hit the spot. they treated us to a bread board with the most delicious bean spreads and hummus. overall a great dining experience!

Yelp
Food was excellent. I had the salmon. It was cooked to perfection and had an amazing cream sauce that was the perfect light flavor to complement the salmon. My husband had the bolognese and said it was wonderful. We also had the calamari and shrimp appetizer. Again it was top notch. Our server, Matt, was very knowledgeable, friendly and always on top of our every need. It was the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel.

Yelp
This restaurant is oh so beautiful and looks a bit fancy when you drive past. The waitstaff may be in black tie but almost all the patrons are dressed in hiking gear and I was assured that there was no dress code. Their Italian bread board had the best olive tapenade I've ever eaten and their menu features authentic wood fired pizzas and incredible pasta! It was such a romantic spot too with interesting cocktails, a massive wine list, and gorgeous desserts.
