"Look for the carved wood sign, then walk along the path through what looks a bit like a jungle to this oasis-like space. Husband and wife, Chef Aurelien Legeay and Paulina Noble, are at the helm of this kitchen where the menu changes every new moon and offers both à la carte and tasting menu options cleverly dubbed "new moon" and "full moon." The cooking is playful and delights in the unexpected, as in oxtail with a red wine reduction and a smoked carrot purée with roasted baby carrots and long carrot chips. Steamed potato ravioli covered in a creamy potato Dauphinoise-inspired sauce with crispy matchsticks, diced smoked mackerel and a sweet candy tuile is a perfect example of their out-of-the-box style that comes with plenty of heart." - Michelin Inspector

A must in todo santos ! It was a little strange to find at night. You enter thru a sign that says rancho California?? And blue lights. It’s an interesting location for a restaurant however we really enjoyed our meal. The menu changes with the moon so these dishes may not always be available. Highlights were the Kampachi (12/10) and the duck ! The Tabasco chocolate soufflé was chefs kiss. Ommmggg. The staff was so helpful and we LOVED Mario. He’s so passionate about the food and drinks and the best service. Def a must hit restaurant !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Life-Changing Dinner at DUM, Todos Santos Every once in a while, a meal crosses that invisible line between exceptional and transformative. DUM isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full-body experience that reminds you why we travel, why we gather, and why food matters. From the moment we arrived, the entire team radiated warmth and quiet precision. The open-air setting felt both intimate and wild — palms rustling, candles flickering, and that unmistakable Baja night sky overhead. The oysters were pure alchemy — ocean-cold, perfectly dressed, and alive with freshness that sets the tone for everything that follows. Each dish unfolded like a story: layers of smoke, salt, citrus, and creativity — a dialogue between the land, sea, and the people who know both intimately. Our sommelier was nothing short of inspired — pairing each course with wines that didn’t just match the flavors, but completed them. The service had that rare rhythm of grace and confidence: present when needed, invisible when not. To anyone wondering whether DUM lives up to the hype — it doesn’t. It surpasses it. This is not a place for cynics, critics, or those looking to rush through dinner. It’s a place for people who understand that a truly great meal can rearrange your sense of time. If you come here, come ready to be moved — by the food, by the people, by the quiet perfection of a night you’ll remember for years.

We had an amazing experience. They accommodated ny partner for a 7 course vegetarian course and I enjoyed the 7 courses so much. The derive was top notch and every dish blew us away. Tried a few new things I normally would not she tried with out the 7 courses. I highly recommend the atmosphere was beyond amazing with a fire going and the plates were aesthetically pleasing as much as the food tasted delicious. What blew me away the most was the amazing mocktails menu. I am obsessed with the palo santo mocktail. My highlight of todos santo was dum.

Wow. This place left us speechless. I’d been to Todos Santos a few times before and had no idea this place existed. It’s literally down the street from the center of town. Dūm sits in the middle of a beautiful oasis. You’re greeted by a lovely staff who happily assists you to your table. Dūm is a small and intimate place with only nine tables. We sat close the little open air bar near the entrance. It was beautiful. Besides the esthetic, Palm trees, vibes and more… it’s the menu we were speechless of. My family and I enjoyed both the Nueva Luna y Luna Llena menus (5 and 7 courses) plus we tried some of their specialty cocktails. Dish after dish our minds were blown. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend you exploring the menu - wildly worth it.

Lovely farm; beautiful, unique, and delicious food; and great service. We had the seven course dinner with drink pairings, and my favorites were a fried softshell crab that came with rose and a cream cheese cracker that came with sipping tequila. Seating is outside with fire pits and pretty lighting, so bring a layer if it’s chilly at night. I liked that you could see the kitchen from the tables. They have a few farm dogs they take care of that were super sweet. Very surprised to find a Michelin starred restaurant in Todos Santos.

Came to DUM for our honeymoon, our second time here. We had an amazing experience again, the setting in the jungle is just so unique. Food was on another level this time, can definitely see how they earned their Michelin recommendation. A nice touch was bringing out sparklers for our honeymoon with the dessert course at the end of the meal! We did the 7 course tasting and every dish was amazing. DUM was able to get me to enjoy lamb, which I normally do not like at all. We brought our own wine and corkage was 500 pesos. Hope to be back soon!

This place has fantastic ambiance, with individual dining areas set among the palm trees and beautiful lighting. That said, the food was fine but not great and the service was disjointed. Would return for a drink and the live music but not to dine. Word to the wise: if you do choose to dine here and reserve on a night with live music, ask for a table far enough away so you can actually have a conversation/hear each other speak.

If you want to indulge in a unique blend of Mexican, Mediterranean and French infused cuisine, highly recommend Dum. I visited for dinner and while I didn’t really tour the grounds, what I saw is a natural and even romantic outdoor environment free from noise and bugs. The food was excellent. I tried the duck jn white mole and it was exceptional. The vegetable aguachile was unique, not too spicy and flavorful. The elote dessert was sweet and had tastes of chocolate, maiz, vanilla and much more. Pricey but worth the splurge if you’re in the area.
