Decent shop. Feels like it's brand new. Lots of space, but hardly any stock. Which is okay, it'll grow and gain more and more of a selection and that's great too. In the back is a mini arcade. The selection was interesting for a few of the pinballs, but the paucity of games wasn't worth the "entrance fee". Would definitely visit again when I'm in town. Would love to see the progress of this establishment as time moves on.

Awesome record store! There is an arcade in the back and a cat named pepperoni pizza. One of my favorite places to go in Springfield.

Great record store. The have a good selection of records and plenty of affordable old vinyl. Plus, spend $10 and you can check out their little arcade in the back with several old pinball machines and old arcade consoles.

I went with my family to the record store and I got a cat shirt from the place. You can find some good old records.

Cool little shop with friendly staff and a good selection of records. There is a small arcade for customers (unlimited games if you spend $10). Totally worth a stop in.

Pretty nice selection of old and new albums, cds, and tapes. We really enjoyed our time inside, and the woman at the counter was very helpful, and nice . You can definitely find some great deals with a little searching. We walked out with albums, tapes, and a sweatshirt. Not sure what the price limit is, but if you spend a certain amount, you get to go into the arcade in the back! Pinball machines, and video games! So awesome!!! Great little record store with a ton of personality!

Great little record shop. Very nice selection of records. Fair prices on the ones I have purchased. The have a cool room full of pinball machines for the arcade lovers. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Have done more business here than I care to admit. Had to order everything I wanted because there is never much good in stock. You have to dig to find the gems, and the cut is nary that great. The ordering process was like pulling teeth. Was always made to feel as though I was doing the owner a disservice. I guess if maybe I was buying Taylor Swift albums I might have been treated differently. Done doing business here.

So cool and fun! It's a little hole in the wall record store and they have live bands and even an arcade in the back side of their store. It's a few pinball games, turbo, another racing game, a shooting game and there's also galaga and a few others. It's only $5 per person to go into the arcade and it's free play after that. You can spend as much time as you'd like in there. Or you get to go in there if you spend some money in merchandise. Pretty good trade if you ask me! They have a great selection of records, as well. They even sell record players. Check this place out!

Such a great shop. It is small but packs a great punch. Nice selection of new and used vinyl and cds with some cassettes in the mix. Great location downtown. Really nice selection of branded merchandise as well. They also carry audio technica turntables if you're looking to buy.

When I lived in Springfield, I came in all the time and really dig the store! Great selection and friendly staff! They really built up the game room and experience of being there. The used vinyl selection to me always felt small. But you can stumble on something great for sure. Prices can be hit and miss. You can find something fairly priced but something were way more than they should have been. Oh well. Either way it's a great visit and a very clean set up. Great name for the store and I dig the shirt I got when I was there as well! You won't regret stopping by.

I can appreciate this place and it's arcades as well as records. My husband never a leaves this place with less than 5 albums per visit and now that we've discovered the room full of free arcades, it's hard to get Dr Ward out of here. The arcade room has 10 unlimited arcade usage as long as your purchase merchandise but if you choose not to, all you need to pay is $5 per person for unlimited usage. It's cheap old school fun.

Big fan of Dumb Records. The new location is really great. Nice selection of new and used records from all sorts of genres. Employees are hip and friendly. There is a really fun black light hallway that would be great for your insta story. I think they are connected with a place called Bread Strechies that has cool shows. I've been getting a lot of cool hip hop records lately as well as a few indie gems and an occasional heavy record. They seem to be super supportive of downtown and are always involved in area events. Springfield is better for having a spot like this. Thanks!

Had the best records store day ever, bought a bunch of 90s and early 2000s rap records and drank coffee and ate donuts. Was pretty impressed with the selection overall, a lot bigger than they used to be. Making it a regular stop when out shopping for vinyl.

Well the name says it all. Their selection is pretty weak from what I've seen before. You'd find a similar selection at Goodwill for less money. Wouldn't say I'll be back.

This is the only place in town to find new records from up and coming indie and punk bands. This is Springfield's connection to the national underground music community.

The selection was sub standard compared to others in the area. The staff was found to be unknowledgeable and incredible arrogant and rude.

Killer record shop in Springfield. Has a wide selection of new and used lps of all genres. A decent amount of new and used cassettes, cds, and 45's as well. Not mention great prices (I bought a nm jade warrior album on vertigo for 8 bucks!). The staff are cool to talk to. They also have a lot of local music in stock. There is a music venue next door and a recording studio in the back. It's definitely the place to go (along with recycled records) in Springfield.
