Great burger spot. Walking distance from many bars. Inside eating area is standing room only at the bar around the kitchen.

If you know… you know, and if you don’t know, now you do. Ok. Let’s take a moment to CELEBRATE this smash burger! I could (if the waistline allowed) eat multiple cheese burgers from this praised Parisian burger spot. I think we could all agree that it’s very easy to mess up a simple thing like a burger or a sandwich… so what a joy to have such a well balanced and fantastic burger here. Thank you for blessing my tastebuds

I had this burger after having a dinner! It is absolutely 💯 amazing

This is the best burger in the world. Dumbo focuses on smash burgers. And they have refined that dish to it's pinnacle. The buns are buttery and light, the sauces are in the perfect ratio to everything else, as are the onions, the gherkins are sliced to the ideal thickness, the cheese is meaty and doesn't overpower. And the beef. Two patties of unctuous, fatty mince, smashed violently onto a hot plate until they are frilly, crispy and sweet. I can't imagine a more perfect demonstration of the Maillard reaction. This was my second visit. I think I have to go here every time I visit Paris now.

I stumbled upon Dumbo’s ‘smash burger’ in Paris and was blown away by the quality and flavors. Despite the ‘substantial wait,’ my experience was worth every minute. The top-notch ingredients and ‘mouthwatering’ taste make it arguably the best burger I’ve ever had. I recommend going early and bracing yourself for the queue – it’s the secret to enjoying what I now consider a ‘must-visit’ for burger lovers in the city!

A good smash burger. The meat is crispy, and the pickles give it a good flavor. However, I don't quite understand all the hype surrounding the place. The fries and sauces were just okay. And the smash burger is not something to write home about. Also, there's no option to dine in, except for a tiny counter without seats. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could.

The cheese burger & the Earth burger have been consistently delicious every time. It's fast, easy & good food. The menu is perfectly small: burgers, nuggets & fries. Highly recommend 👌

Holy ****, my mind is blown. Dumbo is by far the best burger I have ever had, in Paris, in the US, in the world. The burger is thin and the edges crispy, layered with the perfect amount of ketchup, mustard, onions, & pickles. The fries are good and come with a homemade sauce. All in all my new favorite burger spot in Paris (and at a good price) … I will be coming here often! Even the earth burger is fire!
