Dumpling Tops - Review - South Pasadena - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Dumpling Tops is a newcomer on a stretch of Fair Oaks in South Pasadena that's lined with restaurants that have been around for decades. But with its wooden furniture and faded mural of Old Shanghai, it already feels lived in, and is often full of friend groups and families with children running around, even on weeknights. Living up to their name, dumplings of all shapes, sizes, and levels of soupiness are on the menu, and they're all pretty good. But you should know that Dumpling Tops is a Taiwanese restaurant, so they also make a killer beef roll and serve those dumplings with a vinegary chili sauce instead of chili oil. Not everything on the sprawling menu is amazing (skip the Sichuan and Japanese dishes), but the highlights are good enough to make it the go-to neighborhood spot it deserves to become. Food Rundown Organic Chicken Soup Dumplings These chicken xiao long baos inject a lot of savory flavor into a fragrant broth that places them a few rungs above the other options on the menu. photo credit: Andrew Ryce Sea Bass Dumplings Boiled or fried, these dumplings have an intense fishy flavor, but it's more fresh than briny. Braised Beef Roll With Hoisin Sauce Not too oily and just sauced enough, this gooey, flaky roll could hold its own with any other version in a 10-mile radius. photo credit: Andrew Ryce House Special Filet Mignon Cubes With a zingy black pepper sauce, thick slices of button mushrooms, and beautifully tender filet, this feels like a dressed-up version of an old-school Chinese-American stir fry. photo credit: Andrew Ryce Crispy Salt Pepper Tofu This is a sleeper hit: crunchy on the outside, impossibly soft inside, and coated in tangy white-and-black-pepper dust. photo credit: Andrew Ryce Sichuan Spicy Chicken A pared-down, milder version of la zi ji, this isn't going to knock any spice lover's socks off, but the salty Sichuan peppercorn spice rub does its job. photo credit: Andrew Ryce" - Andrew Ryce

Dumplings with a view is a good idea. I had: 1. Pork soup dumpling 2. Seafood noodles 3. Pork and shrimp dumplings 4. Walnut shrimp 5. Custard buns 6. Milk tea

Google
This restaurant is called dumpling tops but I think their noodles are the best dishes to order. I had the lobster tail noodles, which was only $20 a bowl but it has a lobster tail, well-cooked vegetables and a real lot of noodles. The broth was very thick, it’s the tonkutsu-style thickness. Noodles are very chewy and yummy. It's better than most noodle places. I had XLB and buns too, but I think they’re average. Half of the 8 XLBs I had had their soup leaked onto the steaming plate. The bun's filling was a small portion. The veggie dumplings were quite good, though. It's fresh and delicious. Friendly and very quick service! Good vibes in the afternoon. They have parking at the back on Hope St passing a small alley (not the parking lot on Fair Oaks Ave).

I was new to this restaurant, but the hype was well worth the trip and experience. The filet mignon cubes were amazing! The orange chicken (ask for it spicy), the house combo fried rice and the soup dumplings were all on point! If you’re in the mood for some delicious Chinese food, give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Hidden 💎, majority of customers are Asian elders, families and single guys 👀. The food was authentic 🇹🇼 food and delicious. Reasonable price too with free parking in the back of the building around the corner. The cucumber 🥒 is a must along with the dim sum and beef noodle 🍜

Dumplings items were ok... But not my favorite. Love to noodles items. Will definitely go back for both noodles we got. Great and friendly service... They came back to check on us to make sure wr are ok.

We visited for the first time on Valentine's Day, and I think it's going to be our go-to spot for date night dumplings and shrimp. We went for the gusto as a treat to ourselves and purposely ordered a lot so we'd have leftovers. We started with the crispy brussel sprouts, which were utter perfection. Delicate, melt in your mouth, packed full of flavor, with a balsamic glaze finish. Next were the pork soup dumplings, which absolutely did not need any added accoutrement like chili oil or soy. The flavor of the soup and the pork filling was standalone delicious. Then came the pecan shrimp, which is the cousin of honey walnut shrimp, only made better by the addition of pineapple and toasted pecans. The shrimp was light and crispy and the sweet sauce made this my new favorite. The sweet and sour spareribs came out piping hot, with a substantial portion of meaty ribs, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and sour. Lastly, we had the dan dan noodles. My recommendation for the noodles is to toss them in the sauce a few times and then let it sit for a few minutes, until the noodles soak up all of the sauce. You will not be disappointed! One fun note: these noodles are SO LONG, like comically long, and I'd love to see someone attempt to slurp these noodles without cutting or biting them off. Now onto the service- to say the staff is attentive is an understatement. Our water glasses were always full. About every five minutes or so, someone came by to check on us. When we were finished, a woman whom I think may be the owner, approached the table and offered to box up our leftovers. She made conversation and asked what our favorite dishes were and we discussed the brussel sprouts, which she told us was her recipe and she was very proud of it. For all of the food we ordered, a glass of Moscato (9 dollars a glass) and a beer (8 or 9 for imported), the bill was 82 dollars. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I have driven past this spot countless times, and today we finally decided to stop in for a late lunch. We ordered the sweet and sour ribs, the steamed sea bass, and the stir-fried mixed vegetables. Every single dish was excellent—so much so that it’s hard to pick a favorite. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and perfectly prepared. We left completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. This place is definitely a gem, and we’ll absolutely be coming back!

I ordered beef rib noodle soup, green onion pancakes, roasted brussel sprouts, shrimp zucchini dumplings, and sesame balls. Everything was great! Savory and authentic. Also, one staff handling all tables including takeout orders with attentiveness and friendliness was absolutely impressive. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Family is out of state, so 3 of us chose Dumpling Tops for Christmas dinner! I had reservations and they did not disappoint. It was busy and sat us right away. The food was delicious. We ordered the 1. pork pot stickers (my new favorite) 2. house special filet mignon cubes (delicious!) 3. cucumber salad and egg rolls 4. beef noodle soup 5. green beans 6. sea bass 7. for dessert, red bean sesame balls (surprisingly good) Service and quality were top notch!

Yelp
Ordered delivery from Dumpling Tops and overall had a good experience. The food arrived well packaged and still enjoyable. We ordered a mix of dishes including the organic chicken soup dumplings, orange chicken, scallion pancake, pineapple chicken fried rice, and passionfruit green iced tea. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying, especially for delivery. A solid option when you're craving comforting, familiar dishes delivered to your door.

Yelp
I was really surprised to find good dumplings in South Pasadena! I got the pork soup dumplings, shrimp and chive potstickers, spicy beef noodle soup and shumai, and everything overall was really well made. I think my favorite would have to be the potstickers, because what I loved was that you couldn't really taste the chives (I love shrimp, but not chives) and the shrimp flavor really stood out. The soup dumplings were good, but not for the price. At $14 for 8 pieces when at most places it's under $10, I expected more. The good thing is that none of the skin broke and the soup was pretty substantial, but the skin wasn't as silky and the filling wasn't packed with a lot of flavor. I'd maybe get this again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Beef chunks in the beef noodle soup were better than most of the ones I've had. Overall, the soup wasn't that salty, but I think there was a bit too much chili oil in this that it really influenced the texture of the soup. The shumai also tasted really clean, and I liked that it wasn't overly oily compared to alot of other shumai I've had in the past. I got the passion fruit green tea as well and really enjoyed it. It wasn't too sweet nor artificial tasting.

Yelp
Although we drive by here often, this was the first time we've tried this restaurant. We were craving soup dumplings and this one was new to us. Service was excellent! We noted how warmly our server greeted his regular diners. We were seated quickly by a cozy window with a street view and our dumplings came out quickly. They were delicious and hit the spot for us. We ordered both the chicken and pork soup dumplings and really enjoyed the pork ones more. But a favorite for us we're the handmade pan fried pork, shrimp and chive dumplings. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
BEST SPOT FOR CHINESE COMFORT FOOD. I've gone to all of the similar type of restaurants in the 626 -- Prince Dumpling, Mr. Dragon Noodle House, P P Pop, but Dumpling Tops is my favorite! The owner (I think) who is the asian man is SO sweet and checks in with every table and seems like the kindest soul. Customer service is 10/10. My go to orders are the pork potstickers, green beans, and the spicy beef noodle soup. The beef noodle soup is SO good and honestly compares to Din Tai Fung's. Noodles are thin and chewy and beef is so tender. The pork potstickers have the crispiest top and juiciest soup and pork inside. The green beans are also cooked to perfection, seasoned with lots of garlic. Please show this restaurant more love if you're ever in South Pas or the SGV! I love hole in the wall spots like these that are not overhyped. Has such a homey vibe too it inside too and is super super clean. 10/10 spot if you want authentic Chinese comfort food!

Yelp
I thought it was nice to have a highly rated Chinese restaurant outside of the typical 626 areas and wanted to check them out. Ordered some takeout for lunch on a Saturday. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The beef noodle soup was super salty. It was so salty that I had to dilute it with hot water; it was otherwise inedible. The spicy pork wontons were wrapped in thick dumpling wrappers instead of the typical thin wonton skins. Very strange and way too thick. I ended up tossing most of it. The scallion pancakes were thin but flavorless. Perhaps they could've used some of that salt in the beef noodle soup. It also lacked a bit of the airiness in a properly fried pancake. The hargow and shumai were decent tho. I would perhaps be happy to see a place like this somewhere like Pittsburgh where legitimate Chinese food is scarce; but, not in the 626 areas

Yelp
Love coming here. Food is always great and the staff is friendly and patient. Designated parking in back.

Yelp
What a cute spot in south Pasadena. This area needed a dim sum spot. Welcomed as soon as we entered and seated immediately. We just wanted some basic items like the onion pancake and sweet and sour pork. Pork was amazing! Some meaty bones and some not so much. Pan fried dumplings hit the spot and the cucumber salad was crunchy and garlicky. This was just the perfect meal when you're not starving! Going to recommend and return to try other items!

Yelp
The spicy beef noodle soup is bomb ! The meat is always tender and flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I ordered fried tofu and it came with some chopped chilies to spice it up, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The waiter was very attentive and would check on the customers /and make conversations. The restaurant looks clean and has plenty of light coming through the windows.

Yelp
First time here for me, the cucumber salad was sweet but addicting, different than what I'm used to. The spicy beef noodle soup was very good, love the broth. The pork dumplings were good just needed a dipping sauce. Service was good. Love that it's close to home.
google avatar

Yelp
Great customer service and very delicious food. I definitely recommend stopping by I like the dan dan noodles and the soup dumplings. The food came out fast too. We also got the cucumber salad. Overall, 4/5

Yelp
We ordered three dishes and give them all 5 stars. The lobster noodle soup was tasty and you get a whole lobster. The beef roll had a good amount of beef & the pan fried dumplings had a nice light crunch. The place is clean, but not really a date night restaurant. More like a regular night dinner place. The servers were great... but then... they're not very busy to start with. Hope their business picks up coz we would love to keep coming back.

Yelp
Small Dog Friendly! The main reason we paid a visit to Dumpling Tops was because one of our friends had a dog (who is really well behaved). We had came from a 6 mile run and were starved! Dumpling Tops had a wide variety of Chinese/Taiwanese dishes. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The noodle dishes were okay. I thought the noodles were a little too soft but the flavor was good. It's more mild and tamed than other places I've tried - but it gives a home cook feel. I think the winning dishes for me were the pan fried pork dumplings and beef roll. They had such a hearty mouth feel and gave a satisfying bite - a mix of crispy, crunchy and chewy texture between the pan fried dough and meaty filling. Definitely a place you should check out if you're in the South Pasadena area.

Yelp
Parking: street parking and I believe a parking lot. Surprisingly easy for when I went, it is on the corner of a very busy intersection so your mileage may very. Service was really good, quick and got our orders fast. I never had to ask for water, they just kept filling it up, very thankful. The beef cubes were delicious I enjoyed them so much they are also a lot more than what I usually get at other locations. Noodle soup was also delicious and plentiful. Only downside was that I had to order rice separately but it's a good treat once in a while. Will definitely come back. The restaurant itself is well spaced, booths are the usual back to back, but theres plenty of walking space and doesn't feel crowded

Yelp
Just moved to South Pasadena from Alhambra, and found my go to dumpling spot! Service and food were both amazing. Food - 5/5 - we ordered the beef noodle soup, which was so incredible, the har gow which is probably better than any har gow I have had in Alhambra, the pork soup dumplings which were unreal, the shu mai which was pretty good, and the cheesecake. Everything was so tasty! The cheesecake dessert comes with one tiny piece of green tea cheesecake, and a bigger piece of some sort of chocolate cake (not cheesecake). The service - 5/5 - was friendly, attentive, and quick! Parking - street parking or parking in the rear but it was full around 7pm on a rainy friday Walked in and didn't have to wait, so that was a plus! Will definitely be returning!

Yelp
Service is decent. Place is ok, difficult to find parking. The dumplings were actually the worst thing we ordered. Clearly frozen heated up and didnt taste food at all. But the fish golsen soup dish was good, as was the dan dan with chicken. The bunny bun was a joke. Prices are good though.

Yelp
Was on the 210 freeway and looked up dumplings, this place was recommended and had tons of great reviews so we gave it a try last night! Service was amazing, our servers were kind and continuously checking to see if there was anything we needed. We went closer to their closing time so the restaurant was empty, which at first made me think it wasn't a good sign but luckily the reviews were right and our experience was great as well as the food. Restaurant was clean, restrooms were also very clean. Pork Soup Dumplings 10/10 Spicy Wontons 10/10 Orange Chicken with side of rice 10/10 Cucumber Salad 10/10 Pork shrimp with chive dumplings 10/10 I liked how the soup dumplings were a little smaller than usual which made it a little easier to eat :) Overall very delicious and we will be back

Yelp
HIDDEN GEM in the San Gabriel Valley The food was absolutely delicious, rich and flavorsome!! Shareable dishes are delightful for the whole group!! Vegan options available! What we tried: BBQ buns Pork soup dumplings Vegan dumplings Vegan udon noodles (MUST-TRY) House Special Filet Mignon Cubes (MUST-TRY) Beef Noodle Soup Cartoon red bean buns Definitely worth a visit!!

Yelp
3.5 : If I come back here, it would either be to get their passion fruit green tea (loved it!) or to try a different menu item. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and there were only about three other tables occupied. There was nice natural lighting which I personally like. My order was taken and served quickly. The spicy beef noodle soup was good, but it felt like the broth was missing something I couldn't quite pinpoint. It definitely needed stronger spice, but the noodles were great and the cilantro was a bit overpowering.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy little Chinese restaurant in south Pasadena that offers more than just dumplings! I was quickly seated when I entered (around when they opened so not too many customers yet!). Their menu offers noodle (stir fry and soup based), fried rice, and platters of stir fry protein and greens! I came here with my friend and we were able to quickly place an order for the steamed soups dumplings and pan fried potstickers as we know those items usually take a bit longer. After we studied the menu, we place the rest of our order and the timing was perfect. The stir fry dishes and beef noodle soup came out so quickly! It has a nice decor that offers customers to have conversations while enjoying delicious food. I think the portions are reasonable. The flavor profile was great for all the dishes- I would come back here to enjoy a meal with my friends again!
google avatar

Wing C.

Yelp
Very friendly service. They even offer kid menu and cute character buns which were perfect for families with kids. Noodles were tasty but their house made soup dumplings were the true stars. You can even see into the kitchen where the staffs are hard at work making them by hands!

Alice B.

Yelp
Very nice staff, food good, large variety of options, fresh tasting and not greasy. Will return
google avatar

Risa Y.

Yelp
Dumpling Tops is probably our favorite Chinese restaurant in Pasadena. Their noodles are especially delicious here and so are the xiao long baos! I highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow. This place is legit for South Pas. Finally somewhere that actually has good food and Asian nonetheless. Went in for a solo lunch to get my beef dumpling soup craving satiated. Again, I'm very surprised on how authentic it tasted for a little small town. The soup was rich and had a delicious umami taste with a kick of spice. I think the broth is taste easier than Joy or Pine and Crane. They only have the thin noodle option would be nice if they had the thick noodle option and the mustard green option. A little more cilantro on top would make it great also. But to not have to make the trek all the way to Corner Beef or Dai Ho is awesome. Cucumber salad was crisp, garlic, and yummy. Remember, prices are much better if you go and dine in versus order online Will definitely be back with the family to try all the other yummy options So happy to have this as a go to Asian option in South Pas!
google avatar

Yelp
My first time here and the manager or owner was very nice and suggested some good food. Definitely I want to come Back and try other things! This was a great lunch stop for me and as I was in a hurry I appreciated the quick service and delivery of good food! Yay
google avatar

Max R.

Yelp
My food took 50 minutes to come out. I ordered online and when I got there, 5 tables were sat, ordered their food, and had it come out before my food was ready. The staff seemed totally clueless as to what was happening with my food and barely acknowledged the near hour wait I had for a takeout order. It would be one thing if the food was good, but this was the blandest meal l've had in a long time. Happy to never come back here.

Jeanne K C.

Yelp
I really liked this place! I discovered it by driving by, even though I pass by often. We decided to try and we weren't disappointed. The food is flavorful, the dumplings were delicious and not greasy. This is my new go to instead of Mr Dragon, which always has a ridiculous wait and is on the greasier side. We were seated right away, the service was great, and the prices are fair. This place is much cleaner and has better decor than every other Chinese dumpling spot in town. I will come back again and again.
google avatar

Sammy L.

Yelp
Finally got to check out dumpling tops last night. I wasn't very hungry but the pork shrimp and chive potstickers were so good that I ate them all lol The soup dumplings were good too. The green beans were ok but I wished they were a little bit crunchier. The restaurant is nice and clean and wasn't too busy. There is a small parking lot in the back (parking lot entrance is on Hope Street) but you can also find street parking if you go back a block or two
google avatar

Yelp
I went here on Feb 16 for a late lunch with my mom, grandma, uncle and aunt. We ordered bunch of food. It was very good. We left feeling full. Servers were great, they checked on us frequently and refilled our glasses. Not that many people dined in. My favorite dish was the garlic pork ribs. They were so tasty, a bit crunchy and juicy. The eggroll was crunchy and hot. I love the ambiance, there was K-pop music playing. It was well lit and clean.
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
Solid 4.5 star! Came here right when it opened at 11 on a Saturday and got seated right away. I got the xiao long bao with pork as well as braised beef noodle soup (asked for mild). Food came out pretty quickly! I like both dishes - the xiao long bao does have soup in them (so be careful since it's hot) and you pair them with the black vinegar. I wish the beef in the noodle soup was more tender since it's a bit more on the chewy side. Overall, a pretty solid place offering authentic Chinese food in the area. Staff were really friendly! There's a public parking lot across the street behind the buildings and there are street parking nearby.
google avatar

Flavia A.

Yelp
This is my go to place anytime I come to the neighborhood. The food is always top-notch, cooked to perfection, flavorful, the right textures, and of course with friendly service to boot. There's a parking lot in the back off bustling Fair Oaks Ave. My favorite dishes include the shrimp and zucchini dumplings, the vegan noodle soup (worth noting I am not vegan and it's delicious), crispy tofu, any of their stirfry vegetables, and don't forget to top off your meal with the delicious red bean sesame balls!
google avatar

Tanya A.

Yelp
Came here last week for the first time and thought that everything we ordered tasted great. Food was served hot and was flavorful. My husband loves dumplings and he said he really enjoyed his soup dumplings. The service was extremely fast and friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes were great. 5/5 recommend.
google avatar

Yael G.

Yelp
Let me preface this by stating I'm a chronic "order in" type and I've not had the opportunity to dine in at this restaurant so I can't speak towards the ambiance. With that being said, the dumplings are delicious. My boyfriend and I were going through a dumpling phase from May-June and would order in from here a lot. Their pork soup dumplings and the shrimp pork dumplings are our favorites. Fully packed with flavor. We also had the spicy dumplings which were also super tasty. He ordered the beef roll and really loved it. I honestly would suggest dining in, only because the soup tends to evaporate from the dumplings when you order in especially since my place is a 20-25 min drive from here so the dumplings aren't always very soupy or juicy.
google avatar

Neil R.

Yelp
I went to this place when it first opened, so it was still tweaking menu and the vibe. That being said, I did not dine in , so can't speak on that, but the food was fresh and vibrant and full of flavor, I will say it was a little overpriced for what it was but , seems as I drive and walk by now the menu and ambience little different, so I can't give a legit review other than food was flavorful and it seemed like a little better then appetizer and street food, but now I see the menu has upgraded to a variety just not sure how to categorize it. I will plead my own ignorance. I will give it a 4 star but I can't speak on cleanliness and service and the ambience/vibe. Just food and price point. Solid tastey food a little over priced for what it was at the time maybe scaled down or up now. I will go back and try again possibly dine in.

Yelp
Updated review to say: After three months, this place gotten nothing but even better, if that's possible. Valentine lunch date for us and we decided to try some new (for us) items: *Cucumber salad - okay, yes. We have these *every* time we come because they're flipping delicious alongside the *Dan Dan Noodles - each time we order, they're better than the last time. *Fried calamari - tender, well seasoned. Coating is a bit too thick for me, but delicious none the less. *Shrimp, pork and chive dumplings - This is the one you see featured in the front window that looks like it's covered in pancake lace. SO GOOD. Tender, juicy filling inside a light and crispy dumpling skin. Dumpling Tops now offers a frequent customer program (free) that earns points. Spend $100, get $10 off future purchase. Our lunch today was $45, so it's not going to take us long to get our $10 rebate :)

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful. Everything is delicious. I recommend the stir fry noodles, green beans, and cucumber salad.

Yelp
Here is my honest take: When ordering from any restaurant - prioritize eating inside if you can. Takeout should be a second option... my reasons? Keep reading. Ordered to go - and ordered the following: -Orange chicken: Bland and needed to be refried at home. Even then, it was a big miss. -Dan Dan Noodles: Didn't have the same touch - tasted more like spaghetti noodles with brown sauce. -Kung Pao Shrimp: 10/10! This was amazing! -Cucumber Salad: was just cut up cucumbers with water and sugar. Was so underwhelming. -Brussel Sprouts: This was the item that set me off. Was terrible seasoned and seemed like strawberry jam was added. It was, in my opinion, the worst dish I have ordered. Please keep in mind that I ordered to go - so perhaps the preparation was different. I truly believe the staff are nice and so kind - but... we come to these types of places for the food, not necessarily the people. I do not recommend this place, unless you dine in.

Yelp
I had a fantastic birthday meal here! All the dishes were delicious while John provided friendly and attentive service. Dumpling Tops is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the immediate area!

Yelp
Having a bowl of hot, flavorful Asian noodle soup is a perfect dinner on a rainy, cold evening. Dumpling Tops is the restaurant to find that soup. We enjoyed the Beef Rib noodle and the chicken tonkatsu noodle soups with an order of scallion pancake. Service was professional. We were seated quickly on a Sunday evening. Restaurant is clean with small tables and booths.

Yelp
Whose up for a little Chinese take out on Xmas ‍... Found this place on Yelp! And thought to give it a go...wanted Kung Pao Shrimp and found this place had dumplings and garlic string beans... Food was all really good and tasty...Kung Pao shrimp was good and only needed a but more kick for me, but chili oil helped that and green beans..soup dumplings were nice...I found this to be a good alternative to other more expensive spots and just good food all around...I'll be back...

Yelp
The service was frustrating. It was very busy during lunch time, and I can tell they were overwhelmed. I ordered the chicken stir fried noodles but they kept on giving us the combo stif fried one even though I told them and they took back the original wrong order. They gave the wrong order the second time. It tasted okay though. Also, it took them at least 15-20 mins to just bring out a rice bowl. Despite the food tasting okay, the service just added a sour taste to my mouth.

Yelp
DT and DTF are at a close tie at the Top... get it haha! Their Tender Shrimp Scrambled Egg is up there and DTF doesn't even have it! Went there on a Saturday evening and Service was the Top as they would even pour my hot tea for me! The food came in fast, hot and fresh! At DTF I would have to eat some shredded ginger for half an hour while waiting haha! The Pork and Cabbage Dumplings, Beef Stir Fried Noodles, and Orange Chicken (again DTF does not have) are the go to's. BTW DTF is Din Tai Fung Lol

Yelp
Casual gem with cozy vibes, great food, and friendly customer service. I recommend pork dumplings, green beans with shrimp, and definitely try the cucumber salad. Tried plenty of other dishes here so you can't go wrong.

Yelp
Got some take out. The beef rolls were pretty good, the scallion pancake was flaky. Won tons were great, good sauce and not too spicy. Overall tasty food

Yelp
I wanted to like this place, who doesn't love dumplings? The dishes I enjoyed were the bbq pork buns and the Dan Dan noodles. The beef roll was just okay, nothing special. We also got a fried tofu dish, just subpar and lacked flavor, then we ordered pork xlb. The pork tasted old and couldn't even go in for a second one. I found the interior to be clean and the service good, but ultimately it was the food that disappointed me.

Yelp
Not good. Ordered takeout: - Sichuan spicy chicken - Sautéed Broccoli - pork shu mai - pork and cabbage dumplings - Scallion pancake - sesame balls - potato shrimp (free add-on) Even grading on a curve for takeout, this wasn't even as good as reheating frozen stuff from H-Mart (or Vons).
