Dumplings and Noodles is an absolute must-try if you’re anywhere near the Galleria in Houston. The food here is amazing fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The soup dumplings are among the best I’ve ever had perfectly delicate with rich, savory broth inside. I was also blown away by the orange chicken. For once, it actually tasted like real oranges instead of just sugar a refreshing surprise! The beef and onion fried dumplings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, while the spicy shrimp packed a serious punch in the best way possible. It’s a small, clean spot with a warm, welcoming staff. You really feel the attention to detail and authenticity in everything they serve. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great dumplings or is just looking for a top-tier casual dining experience. One of the best dumpling spots I’ve been to in a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

Tried Dumpling and Noodle and enjoyed a flavorful meal. The egg drop & hot & sour soup was a comforting blend of tang and spice. Chicken fried noodles were well seasoned and satisfying, with a nice balance of texture and flavor. The Jasmine tea was fragrant and calming, while the peach sparkler added a refreshing, fruity touch to the meal. A solid spot for casual, tasty Asian comfort food.

Came here for a light afternoon snack as I have been craving some Chinese pancakes. I definitely enjoyed my taro milk tea and pancakes The atmosphere is lovely. Perfect for a solo date or even to come with someone. Lovely staff too

Came here for the first time with my kid one evening, and they were all smiles. The handmade noodles and soup dumplings were amazing—fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. We’ve been coming back ever since. The staff is always friendly and even remember us, which adds a personal touch. Great spot with great food and service. Highly recommend!

Ordered: scallion pancake, cucumber salad, eggplant love green beans, chicken xiao long bao, shrimp asparagus sour dumplings soup. All very tasty, decent portion size for 2, service was timely and polite. Prices reasonable. The broth flavor for the soup was delicious, not too sour, a slight tartness supported by a fully body marinade of flavors. They accommodated a non-spicy version with chili oil on the side. The dumplings were perfectly wrapped and cooked, good amount of stuffing and choice of ingredients. Will be revisiting for sure!

The Beef noodle soup with hand made noodles was spicy, tasty and the beef was tender and loaded with flavor. I had enough left over for a large second meal at home. My wife loved it too. She shared her soup filled shrimp and pork dumplings (shrimp pork xiao long bao), they were almost as good as the beef soup. We shared an order of great crab cheese puffs, three to an order. Great food and service...we'll be back and we need to visit their other restaurant, Cooking Girl.

Service was polite, fast, and they had great recommendations. The food was impeccable. We had the complementary crab ragoons to start, for signing up for the loyalty program. It has been hard to find good crab ragoons but they have perfected them! We ordered sesame chicken (great taste but maybe a little tough if I had to find a critique), the pork buns (SO GOOD!!!!!!!), soup dumplings (YUM!), the beef noodle soup (beef was soooo tender, had a lil spice to it), and the green beans 🤤. On the table, there’s soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chili oil to make a dipping sauce. My personal FAVS were the green beans and the pork buns. We’ll be back 1000x just for those two dishes. To drink we had water, coke, and the lychee tea. Lychee tea was delightful without being too sweet, and the refills for coke were perfectly on time. We loved our first time, even my 2 year old was eating everything. We will be back soon.

This is a solid lunch spot. No wait. The lunch menu is unfortunately very americanized, but the main menu has good chinese dishes. Spicy fish was good (even though not as spicy as it should be), potstickers were delicious
