I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We came in here a couple nights. We were pointed towards a booth and asked what we wanted to drink. Two waters, both cups clean. Upon sitting down, the plates were at the table were also clean and still damp from being cleaned. The utensils looked clean and we were given fresh chopsticks. We ordered the crab buns, the juicy pork buns, and an order of fried gyoza. I came expecting that just the juicy pork buns were going to be soup dumplings, but everything we ate was one! It was delicious. Everything was juicy, came out fresh and hot. When we opened the steamer basket, it was still steaming. Even the gyoza, which I wouldn't have expected to be so juicy, was bursting with flavor. It's the best gyoza we've ever had. You can tell that they are made in-house, and the filling from biting it open is well blended together and fresh. Everything was good. The staff was a touch hands off, we never got our drinks refilled, which was fine, but they were pretty much empty. We only had staff approach us for our drinks, our order, and the check. The environment looked nice, I couldn't tell that anything looked off. They played ambiance on the television. Overall, a nice little place! I might not order the crab buns again (the crab is imitation, like anywhere), but if you like that kind of thing, you'll love this.
