I ordered through the app and my order was ready when I arrived. The new pistachio signature latte is really delicious.

Now I remember why I don't go here. Stopped her for the first time in years and placed an order inside. When I got there, there was no one inside or in the drive through. After I ordered, cars eventually began to come in the drive through and I watched the three workers inside make every drive through order before they made mine. I know for a fact no one was in the drive before I got there, so its pretty frustrating that I had to wait 15 minutes for a drink and hash browns.

Wow... I've never had a problem until today at 1pm March 14th. Needs to have training in Customer service ASAP. If you can't get 3 donuts correctly and then had the audacity to laugh as I turned to walk out. Rude and unacceptable behavior.

I was in a foul mood and the peeps working there made me feel relaxed and calmed me down and offered to upgrade my 10 donuts to a dozen. I declined, I felt so bad for coming in with stress from a previous event, I did not want to be a bother. You guys rock hard! ❤️

My wife and I recently visited this place and I am beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, we are greeted with friendly smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The wide variety of donuts is simply amazing, and each one is a delightful treat. The coffee is always fresh and perfectly brewed, giving me that much-needed boost to start my day. The world runs on Dunkin. Came to California from Florida. Luckily I found a Dunkin two blocks from my hotel. This Dunkin is just down the street from Walmart.

We don’t come often but when we do, service has always been good. We find their donuts good compared to other donuts. The $6 meal deal with coffee, bagel sandwich and tator tots is a very good deal.

This is a quick hop, skip and jump away from my job when I get off in the morning. When I need a little pick me up....an assorted box of donut holes called " Munchkins". Got one of thier new Refresher drinks of Pineapple and mango sure to good! Ciao for now.....

I've been to Dunkin many times but not this location. I placed my order through the app and ordered the Pistachio Signature latte. Walked in and my order was ready.

The drink and the sandwich is really good but i got pretty grossed out when i saw the hair in the wrapper then it was in my mouth. No shame but can you guys wear hair nets please. Good service though.!!

I generally come very early in the morning. The donuts are always fresh & sometimes warm. They have all the Standard donuts only they are DUNKIN DONETS. Chocolate & Maple bars, strawberry, chocolate or Vanilla frosted with sprinkles, filled donuts with jelly or cream NO LEMON FILLED. They always have the "special flavored donut" right now it's the Watermelon Burst. A watermelon filling inside the donut with Watermelon frosting - There have great coffee & espresso drinks as well as refreshing drinks and if you don't want donuts they have breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins & Avocado Toast & hash browns. You can purchase your Dunkin' Donut Coffee available in several flavors to brew at home and really cute tumblers for your beverage. The staff here in American Canyon is always nice & helpful. We went through the drive thru and the person who was taking our orderwas rude from the very beginning. Not even a positive greeting like "welcome to Dunkin' Donuts, how can I help you?" I wanted half a dozen of the Classic Donut and didn't know which assortment was included since this is the first time going here. She was not helpful at all. I asked what kind of donuts were in the classic assortment and her reply was rude and felt like she was annoyed with my question. People are generally nice and friendly but she had an attitude that was so negative. I hope she changes her attitude to a nicer, friendlier one. I'm sure I'm not the first person that she was rude AF to. On our receipt, the name of person was Betty.

Sooo for starters we waited 15 mins in line for this little breakfast wrap only for half of it to be burnt, which we waited half the time because was being made! We had originally went inside thinking it would be faster yea NOOO! There had 2 kiosk that you HAVE to order from, you can NOT speak with the workers, no one makes eye contact with you in there at all. That is dumb to have to order like that but whateva thats the new times I guess. Also $20.99 for a dozen donuts is CRAZY! The workers need to have better customer service, be polite to your customers and not so pushy & rushing.

I love DD's food. However, the staff at this location are unfriendly. Well, one girl in particular with a nose ring. She showed no interest in her job and/or her customers. She greeted with a joker face, no smile at all and a monotone , 'what can I get you?'. And oh, prior to that, I had to wait for 15mins before someone took my order. That same person who took my order had seen me waiting without any acknowledgment whatsoever. Ain't coming back to this location

I love this Dunkin Doughnuts. It's new, clean and the staff is fantastic. I really like their mobile app and the rewards program is on of the better ones. Get the doughnuts early, they are awesome fresh, but don't age well.

Love Dunkin weekend mornings. I typically make my orders on their mobile app so I can just drive by and pick up. My go to are their iced lattes and their double chocolate donuts. And for the most part they're okay. The service is average and the drinks taste good. My only complaint is how little chocolate they put on the double chocolate. Typically they're normally covered evenly but recently they are barely dipped. They're more like just plain chocolate devils food. Other than that their other donuts are good and their app always has amazing deals so I'm glad I have them near by.

I've had your basic Dunkin' coffee before, but was sorta clueless on their latest menu and the overall in-store experience. 4/20 (April 20th) was National Cold Brew Day with an app promo of a free medium cold brew beverage with any purchase. Sounded like a pretty solid deal (basically, a free nearly $5 beverage on the house). So, I downloaded the app, placed the order and hit the store. The cold brews typically aren't made caffeine-free, which is what I was seeking. But the nice young man behind the counter was accommodative and made my drink "unleaded" and sugar-free too! The chain seems to have fully embraced tech & early-stage automation, relying almost exclusively on app & in-store kiosks for order placement. Which is preferable to me. They do a lot more than just donuts & coffee these days, which likely explains the newish rebrand to just "Dunkin.'' This location also has a drive-thru pick up option. Really cool 1st in-store visit for me. I'm a fan now!

No chocolate butternut donuts! What's up Dunkin' Donuts? You're back again but not bringing the good stuff back with you. We walked here from our hotel to get coffee and I was really hoping they would have my goto donut flavor available. Nope!

They always get my order wrong. Management needs to step it up and hire more competent people.

When I visit Dunkin, there's only one thing I'm on the prowl for: a chocolate-filled doughnut. i became addicted to them as a young college student at the Univ. of Oregon in Eugene in the early 1980s. Back before Dunkin abandoned the Northwest. We were on the freeway driving from Sacramento to San Francisco and found this store was the only one along our route. It was a few miles out of our way, but it was worth it. We were able to order doughnuts and drinks using their mobile app and they had the order ready when we slid through the drive-thru. It was fast and convenient and easier than going in during the pandemic. The chocolate-filleds were everything I wanted. They also had a novelty ghost pepper doughnut for Halloween. It was a joke, as I expected it to be. No real discernible spice. Lest you burn out the mouths of people who think black pepper is spicy. No biggee.

We tried the promo of the month "Chocolate Stout Cold Brew" for $3. It's good and refreshing. The flavor is on the lighter side for my preference though. Maybe an added shot of espresso will be better next time. We also ordered couple donuts (Boston Cream and Double chocolate). They were nice and soft but it seems that the flavor is getting more commercialized.

Poor Service! Gave us the wrong item! Provided a bagel and not the Sandwich. Explained the mistake and they still got it wrong. Where do they find these people who do not understand the common English language. Delayed us over 20 minutes to correct their mistake!

We've been here many times and service has been consistently good. Not much to say. Donuts and drinks are the same as other Dunkin Donuts we've been to. We prefer DD as they're not too sweet. They have a drive-thru which makes it convenient. Parking is not a problem. There's a big parking lot in front.

Dunkin was my favorite go to when I lived in the East and I'm surprised that it was so hard and out of my way to find one in Northern CA! Had to see if this one was up to those standards and I have to say - almost. I didn't want to go inside the store due to COVID and because I was lazy to step outside of my car, so I downloaded the app to order for pick-up via drive-through. Their online website menu could really use some work since it's really hard to go through all their menu items and see how you can customize. Once downloaded, the app was really easy to use and highly recommended to know how you can customize your drinks and see all their menu options. Coffee: Coffee was pretty good, we should have stuck to the recommended 4 sugars since we ended up asking for more after customizing it to 2. We got the Hot Latte with Hazelnut and Blueberry Pumps (A risky but rewarding customization), and the Iced Latte with Vanilla Pumps (risky and artificial tasting customization). I love the variety of drinks they have, you can't go wrong ordering coffee from Dunkin. Donuts: This is where the "almost there" comes in. Some of the donuts could have been a bit fresher. They still tasted pretty good. We got a strawberry frosted, chocolate, chocolate frosted, and the classic must-have glazed donuts. As you can see, they were really shy frosting the chocolate one. Also I am used to glazed donuts being frosted on both sides rather than just one. Again, love the variety and flavors, but some donuts were just a hit/miss thing.

Hubby and I don't come here often and when we do it is only for some specific donuts. We have gone inside and the drive thru and service has been quick and courteous. We only come for the crullers and powdered jelly donuts as they are the best here. The store is small and appears you can hang out there but the last time we were there all the chairs were on the tables to discourage anyone staying. Our donuts have always been fresh and so delicious we cannot complain. Stop by and enjoy some donuts.

Mmm doughnuts. Or at least that is what you think when your driving up to order them. This is the only location for miles so that could at least make good doughnuts. This fall edition or pumpkin edition is horrible. The so called Apple cider donuts with sugar sprinkles is dry as desert cacti. You bite into it and then you taste box. That's right, it taste like biting sprinkled cardboard. Not what I expected. The pumpkin one is dense and earthy with aromas of I just threw them in the trash. Not good with this round of flavors.

The double chocolate donut and frozen coffee. OMG you have to try both! I am not a fan of glazed donuts which is why the double chocolate donut looked so good on the Yelp photos- it's a different kind of chocolate that isn't glazed nor is the actual donut. It tasted soo good, soo chocolatey without the overly sweet flavor that I personally don't care for in a traditional chocolate glazed donut. The donut tasted like a cake donut without the heaviness or denseness that can come with a cake donut. This one mind you, was the last double chocolate donut of the night, so that impressed me even more! The texture was soft and moist, I was so surprised. The chocolate on top was also delicious, went well with the chocolate donut flavor without being an overwhelming amount of chocolate in one bite. This is a must try! I have also tried their donut holes which are BOMB- I get the strawberry filled (my favorite!), blueberry, and chocolate. All delicious. Their avocado toast is also yum! Onto the frozen coffee. I ordered it without any extra flavorings, they ask you if you want to add any flavor to it and I am glad I opted out as it was delicious on its own. It had a nice and strong espresso flavor and not very sweet, which is the winning combo for me in a frozen- type coffee drink.

Go to Starbucks. No one knew the specials online. Wrong order was given to me. Totally disappointed with the service and quality of food.

It seems these Dunkin' doughnuts places are popping up everywhere. This one was actually the first our family had ever tried. It's pretty good. We've been there several times on the way to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. The doughnuts are pretty good and fresh, even in the afternoon, and what I like is that they have delicious alternate, regular, morning food that is good too, like sausage or bacon and cheese burritos, that aren't that expensive. I'm not a doughnut connoisseur, and can only compare them to the normal doughnuts I eat from safeway, and they are roughly equivalent, as far as I can tell. I certainly didn't have anything to complain about there, everything was fine, but for whatever reason I feel it's a 4 star place, not 5. It may have been close to 5 stars though. They do have a lot of choices, so that's good! Enjoy!

A Dunkin Donuts in American Canyon doesn't get any better. This shopping center is developing more businesses each day. I love that American Canyon has hit the jackpot on having Dunkin Donuts. A place where everyone can have delicious donuts. I feel this business with attract a lot of tourist that will come off the road. Where this place is located it will grab attention.

Been where a couple times already, and from my experience the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and fast with my orders. Good job Dunkin' and their current staff!!

Dunkin Donuts was one of my favorite places to snack at whenever I was in the Chicago area, so I was thrilled to learn that they were finally building one in California. After some time, I forgot that this Dunkin Donuts location existed, mainly because I was hardly in American Canyon (but also due to my busy schedule). However, I re-discovered this gem after one of my work out sessions. I was craving iced coffee after working out, so I drove to this Dunkin Donuts locations to satisfy my craving. I've been to this Dunkin Donuts locations several times since then, but each time I received great customer service. Nearly all of the staff I've interacted with were very friendly and tried to save me money by telling me about their deal on Munchkin donut holes (10 Munchkins for $2, if the promotion is still going on). I like to surprise some of my friends with treats from time to time, so that Munchkin deal works out perfectly. The food, donuts, and coffee are the same great Dunkin Donut quality that you can get at just about any Dunkin Donuts restaurant. I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches when I'm running late and don't have time to cook my own breakfast at home. Pair their breakfast sandwich with their coffee and you're set for the rest of the morning! 4 out of 5 stars!

I have never written a review on yelp before, but this annoyed me so much that I just had to document it nothing in particular, it just seems like every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts every employee is extremely rude at the drive-through. The line is never long and there's never a bunch of customers in the store, but it seems like anyone that comes to the drive-through is an inconvenience for the employees. I just don't want to get treated like crap especially when I just want a cup of coffee.

Very disappointed with this donut place. They do not refill there shelves even though it is still 3 hours before closing. We have to drive 45 minutes just to get specific donut. This is the 3rd times this happened to us Maybe need a different management or retraining.

Wash hands after handling money from customers. They also wear disposable gloves when handling cash,but they continuing serve customers after they handled cash.i noticed the gloves were never changed from customers to another. I simply told the employee to remove his dirty gloves after he handled cash fom 6 customers who were ahead of my ordering food& coffee..

One thing I love to do in the morning especially when I'm in the area is get an iced coffee. I decided to go to Dunkin' Donuts because of their wide array of iced coffees esp for the fall season . What keeps me coming here is the location, iced lattes and the bagel bites...the customer service needs some work. The unpleasant associate at the register had an attitude and seemed very short with me as if she was pissed at me for walking in? It was quite early but that's not an excuse to be rude. I was the only customer in there so unsure why I felt rushed to order. Despite the unpleasant interaction the pumpkin cold brew with oat milk was good. I'm just gonna stick to drive thru from now on though.

My mobile order is always ready when I pull up to the drive through, and my coffee is made perfect every time.

Who can resist Dunkin'? We have Krispy Kreme 10 min away from home and their products are super sweet. Last time I had Dunkin' was in Reno 1.5 years ago. We missed those glazed blueberry munchkins! Doughnut holes available in original glazed, chocolate, jelly filled, blueberry, and powdered sugar (sometimes custard filled). 10, 25, or 50 piece. I think 25 piece was $5.99 in a cute carry out box. Ordered an assorted dozen: plain sugar dusted, chocolate iced, choco iced with sprinkles, French crullers: glazed & choco iced, Boston creme, lemon filled, jelly filled, and cinnamon powdered cake. What sets Dunkin' apart is their inclusion of various breakfast items such as bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and wraps! They also sell t-shirts that say DD Bay Area for $20, K-Cups for coffee to enjoy at home, and other memorabilia. Drive thru at this location for sugar fixes without stepping out of the car.

I swing by a few times a week at different times during the day and the line never seems to get too crazy. I can usually be in and out within 5 minutes. T-mobile customers, use the T-mobile Tuesday's app to get your free medium iced late each week.

I really like doughnuts. For a while now dunkin donuts was only an east coast thing. I remember going to the Philippines as a kid and trying dunkin donuts. They have the best coffee drinks cold and hot. They have a your not worthy for our service attitude in this place I noticed

After a Labor Day weekend of swimming at the pool, we wanted to treat our family to an evening of donuts, coffee and hot chocolate. Yawshu, greeted us with a smile and helped us out. We got a chocolate donut with sprinkles, vanilla donut with sprinkles, munchkins (donuts holes), medium coffee, hot chocolate with whip cream and cold chocolate milk. The aesthetics were clean, very well taken care of and a very modern place to hang out. After a little bit, Yawshu came to make sure we were doing okay and chatted with us. Never have I ever had a young adult come and chat with families but he was very genuine, warm and welcoming. I hope next time we come, we see him again. Donuts tasted great! We've been drinking Dunkin Donuts since about 2009. But this is the first time that I actually got to go inside and sit down at a Dunkin Donuts. Yawshu provided us great service! By the way, on this particular night (first Friday night of the month) there was an import car club meeting. A lot of neat, clean, cars. Sorry I was driving so I couldn't take a picture. This was right outside of the Dunkin Donuts.

This is the absolute WORST Dunkin I've ever been to! I ordered a frozen chocolate and expected to get what's on the picture but instead got this instead. So disappointing!!! Plus the staff in very unfriendly. Hoping the new Suisun location is better than this one.

America supposedly runs on Dunkin, but the locations are few and far between in my neck of the woods. I've heard the coffee's food. I'm a big donut fan. And the breakfast options look pretty tasty for the price, too. I've wanted to hit up a Dunkin Donuts for quite some time, but the time's never been right. Hard to make it happen when there's not one nearby. Luckily for me, I was traveling and needed to stop off at a gas station to fill up my tank, and a Dunkin Donuts just so happened to be on the way. When I drove by, I knew I needed to make the stop. First off, I was pretty stoked because I had previously gone to a mom and pop donut shop that morning and couldn't grab a donut because the place was cash only (womp womp). I knew this wouldn't be the case at Dunkin. I walked in and immediately noticed the wall of donuts. In particular, I noticed they still had HALLOWEEN DONUTS! It's my favorite holiday and I'm always looking for an excuse to be festive. So vanilla frosted with Halloween colored sprinkles? Hell to the yeah. I figured I should give their breakfast a shot, too. I'm pretty much always down for some type of egg and meat combo, so I went with one of their breakfast wraps and added bacon. It was on the smaller side, but was a nice, light option for a breakfast on the go. Definitely a lower calorie option in comparison to, say, a breakfast biscuit or bagel. The baseline option starts at 99 cents, too, so definitely worth the price. I wish I had worked up the appetite to grab some more, as I don't know when I'll be back at a Dunkin Donuts anytime soon, but I'd already eaten breakfast that day, so this was more of a "treat yoself" kinda snack. That said, the prices are absolutely affordable and I'll look forward to stopping by a location next time I pass by one on my travels.

Well, this is the last time I am going here. Staff are unfriendly and act like they don't want to be there! Don't even bother to say "have a good one" because you really don't mean it, so save your breath with the phony lines! Donuts are decent. I should have gone elsewhere!

I called in an order the day before pickup. I was told I could pick up over $127 in product between 7-7:30am on our way to our business I arrived at 7:15am. The order hadn't even been started. They said they might have it done by 7:45pm because they have other customers. Wow! This took the "Surprise" right out of our sons 40th Birthday breakfast with all of our employees. I asked 4 different employees for the manager. Three employees ignored me. One went to the back and returned saying the manager wasn't there that day. I asked who was standing in for the manager and she said "nobody", Really? I watched how other customers were treated. The employees are cold and expressionless. Never again.

I love Dunkin' coffee, I had the hot Carmel latte it was very good as always. I also got avocado toast with bacon. Today they put double the bacon that I usually get, no complaints here so yummy!!

The only DD around this area. I come here when I'm missing the East coast (home). DD is one of those places I grew up knowing and enjoying, I wouldn't necessarily say it's the best coffee, but it's good. Good enough for me to always order my regular iced coffee at and a place I know wouldn't disappoint me. I will say, at any DD, their iced coffee does taste a bit watered down. Customer service is very friendly here. The one guy cashier was super bubbly. My bf also enjoys their little hash browns because they are seasoned with some herbs that is really tasty. $1.50 for a medium coffee is a great price! And its next to Quickly's! So if I'm not craving donuts, I can order some delicious snacks at Quickly's.

Just moved near this location. Haven't settled-in yet; so got some coffee/donuts for breakfast. While taking my order, lady who works here had a hard time hearing me. I guess because of my mask. So she can hear me clearly, I respectfully repeated myself. In the end, unfortunately I caught some bad vibes from her. When she handed my order, no thank you or anything. A few mins later, I asked for hot sauce and she threw her box that she was going to fill with donuts and I can tell she was irritated with me but for no reason. The glaze on the donuts have weird gritty grainy texture. It was too distracting and disappointing.

Ordered thru DoorDash I'm literally 3 mins away but I'm at work so I decided to order Coffee to Wake me up as I'm pulling out my coffee from the bag I see a spider running around the cup and it managed to go in between The cup sleeve and the cup now it's just chilling there and I'm scared to grab my coffee great job now I got a new employee mind you the bags are always sealed for DoorDash ...

It's nice to have a Dunkin' here in AC but their coffee always tastes different (I guess it depends on who makes it), which also brings up the issue of how slow the drive through orders take .

If you want your coffee served with a nasty attitude come to this dunkin the girls at the drive thru are the rudest i dont understand why have employees that hate their job. Sad to say as much as i love dunkin i wont be going there anymore because of the rude employees worse part is that this is the only Dunkin in my area

I can't express with words how excited I am that there are Dunkin' Donuts beginning to make their way to the great state of California. The number here at present must be few indeed, but thankfully I live just down the road from one of them. Dunkin' definitely serves up a cakier donut than their rival Krispy Kreme, which falls perfectly in line with my preference for savory over sweet. I would be sure to order your latte with half the pumps though, unless you're a true sugar enthusiast. The drinks here definitely run sweet. Black coffee is a bit acidic, but that's what I've come to expect. And until I get an ulcer, I won't cease drinking it. As an alternative, you can always get one of the frozen coffee drinks! Be warned that these bad boys pack a nasty calorie count, though. Modify accordingly. Staff here are GREAT! Haven't had bad service even a single time. My only knock is that they don't have soy milk. Only regular and almond. Bummer! Not enough to dock a star, but I did think about it.
