They truly make my day! This Dunkin’ is part of my daily routine, and honestly, it’s one of the best parts of my morning. The team here is always so welcoming and upbeat—it’s like a burst of positive energy first thing in the day. My coffee is always spot on, and they somehow manage to make it taste just right every time. Whether I’m picking up a mobile or in store order, the service is quick, smooth, and always with a smile. It might just be coffee and breakfast, but the way they do it really makes a difference. Huge thanks to the whole crew—you all make my mornings better!

I have been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, but this morning I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ location. I ordered a small iced coffee with 2 creams, 1 stevia, 3 French vanilla swirls, and a side of hashbrowns. Two younger employees at the register struggled to place my order correctly, so the manager came over to assist. When I received my coffee, it did not taste right, so I asked for more cream and more French vanilla. Even after that adjustment, the coffee still wasn’t good. Since I’m tired of paying for items I can’t enjoy, I politely asked the manager to remake it. He told me the coffee had already been remade twice and instead offered me a refund. I explained that it had only been made once, and I had simply asked for a couple of additions to fix it. I questioned why I should have to go to another Dunkin’ to get a properly made coffee when it could easily be corrected there. The manager refused to remake it and insisted on the refund. I expressed that this was poor customer service and mentioned I would be contacting corporate and leaving a review. His response was that he didn’t care. When I asked how someone with that attitude could be a manager, he said it was none of my concern. I have never been spoken to like that, especially at a place where I choose to spend my money. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ location.

This used to be our favorite location until a newer one opened up elsewhere. Tried it for an old fashioned donut and small de-caff. Coff served a bit cold. Otherwise good service. They do give a senior discount which the other newer franchise does not.

O.M.G, this location is terrible, we are in summer and inside is really hot, or there is no AC or is broken. There was an issue with how the barista handle the products. The atmosphere, a few old chairs herrband there. In total, to future customer go to another location, and to the owner of this franchise location or do a decent serius overhauling of or close this place.

Bagel was toasted but egg and cheese was cold, cheese looked fresh out of the package, not even remotely melted. Got the food quick though! That's for sure. Would not recommend this location unless you prefer your toasted bakery items topped with refrigerated products.

I spilled the entire $4 mango pineapple refresher deliciousness when I picked it up. It would be nice if they'd actually put it in the mobile pickup area. I apologized profusely and tried to clean up as much as I could. The manager refused to let her employee make me a new one until I paid for a second drink. Wow. Just wow. I hope that $4 was worth it, and thanks for ruining my morning.

Located in a small strip mall across from One Loudoun. Lots of shared parking. I sides looked very spacious and clean. Staff was all confused. We were the only customers. We ordered 4 donuts and the staff member put the wrong donuts in the bag. It's not that hard when I am pointing to the donut. Lucky I opened the bag and noticed a donut that didn't even look like the donut I pointed out. When I got home, the donuts weee smashed together. Bad way to package fresh donuts.

I ordered a small mocha iced latte, standard is 2 Mocha Swirls. I get the drink back, it's straight up milk and only 1 shot of mocha. I ask for 1 more and he immediately shut me down and said we're out of mocha and turned away and walked away to the back. Store was empty. Why would you sell me and let me buy this drink and make it wrong if you didn't have all the ingredients? I would have appreciated if the barista let me know before buying it they didn't have all the ingredients to make the drink properly. I will never go this location ever again.

This particular Dunkin' Donuts is the absolute worst. They never get the order right, always run out of things but don't tell you until after you pay for your coffee. If you order food they go out of their way to skimp on toppings like bacon or cream cheese. They haven't had air conditioning for months. What kind of owner lets their employees suffer in the heat in the middle of summer? The app hardly ever works last time I went in to order it took the cashier over ten minutes to take my order and no one was in line in front of me. I watched the person making my wake up wraps pick the bacon apart so I only got the flavor of bacon. Every single time they disappoint me. I am done.

I just had a five star experience at this extraordinary Dunkin' Donuts! I'm not sure why the reviews here are so low because they should be much higher! Hassan just helped me order my breakfast and he knew exactly what I wanted before I even placed my order! His customer service is second to none and he will go very far in life! He made my day and asked me about my day. He also explained that he loved my energy which made me happy :-) keep up the great work Hassan. You're an amazing man! You give Dunkin' Donuts a great name keep up the great work

This used to be our goto place but for last few years is it clear there is lack of management and poor focus on service / delivery. We purchase bagel with butter on side, they didn't have butter packets. Another person got hot coffee it was cold to touch. There are multiple coffee shops within one mile, they are better choice and service

Ordered half a dozen Valentines donuts. Paid $11.97 and was handed my box of donuts. Then the manager came over and said because I ordered the brownie batter and Cupid donuts, they DON'T count for the half dozen pricing. I needed to pay more. I asked to have the entire order refunded, which the Manager did. No apologies or concern. Because I had driven there specifically to get the donuts, I stupidly ordered 4 of the Brownie batter/ Cupid donuts, paid and then left. i paid the price at the time of the transaction. At that point, provide additional training to the cashier. Don't try to shake down the customer. I have told everyone I know about this experience and will post a ZERO Yelp review. Store is located in Ashburn Village.

This is the second time that I have ordered donuts online and when I go pick it up they tell me we don't have those donuts. They never have any donuts at this location and it's annoying. they only have like 3 options of donuts. what is the point of having options online if you don't have them in your store.

Not only were they unable to do simple things like remove bacon from a sandwich or consistently have donuts, the customer service makes you feel as if you're inconveniencing them with your patronage. There is rarely more than one person working at a time. It's so frustrating to place an online order and see several people in line and several people waiting for online orders. The employees are as nice as can be and you can't help but feel bad for them.

I have been going to Dunkin' Donuts for year, but will never return to the location in Ashburn again. A very young woman was extremely rudely rude and challenged me on the instructions I gave her on my Cappuccino Blast order with a crappy tone. Not only was I disrespected, my order was wrong.

This is the 2nd time that I am calling headquarters on this place. The guy "Marco" is probably the worst employee I have ever met. He told me he was the manager and failed to help me with my dispute, but then when the assistant manager came to the store, he kept his mouth shut. The assistant manager did more for me than "Marco" did. He got bossed around by the Assistant manager, even though he claimed his name is "Justin DeMarco" and he is the "Manager" and cant do anything about the issue. Dunkin' please fire him, he actually sucks. He picked up the phone, said "let me call the manager" and hung up the phone on me.

The staff that cares are overwhelmed, the majority of the staff don't care and do the bare minimum. They constantly run out of food (plain bagels were gone by 9 am on a Sunday). My app order took 40 minutes to get done. It was a bagel, a wrap and an ice coffee.....

We were literally the only people in the place and barely any cars at the drive through. The staff ignored us, failed to take our orders or ring us up repeatedly, and kept walking away. A guy came in after us and they promptly attended to him. I'm a retail worker, so I'll be the first to try to be understanding of hardships in places like this. But the staff here was so rude and weird for no reason.

The only reason this place has business is due to being the only place to get coffee/breakfast in this shopping center. If there was an independent coffee shop or pastry shop that opened early, this place would be in the can. Unfortunately I have to stop here when I wait for my car to get repaired since it's the only place I know to get coffee in this shopping center. While their coffee is strong, there's not much taste in their beverages or breakfast sandwiches. Their egg w/ ham sandwich was as bland as a clear eyes commercial. Has anyone there heard of seasoning!? The wifi is weak since I kept getting kicked off after logging on preventing me from studying which was frustrating. The only good thing is the staff was pleasant. But how long will it last when they serve mediocre products? I remember when Dunkin Donuts was a go-to spot in the late 90's-early 2000's. This location is a poor example of a corporate chain whose production has plummeted.

I was disappointed in my last visit but wanted to give it another try since it was convenient Line moved a little quicker but our drinks were not what we ordered even though the sticker was correct on the cups. It was an iced coffee with carmel, cream and sugar. What we got was strong coffee with maybe a splash of cream judging by the color. No sweetness at all. Just strong coffee. We did not have time to go back and complain. Sorry Dunkin- we are done with you.

This Dunkin' is very unorganized. Trash on counters for pickup and floor and bar. Have to go search for someone to make a sandwich. "Manager" worried about what he's doing after work. Only a small selection of donuts to choose from.

The guy taking our order was completely unaware of the contents of the menu. We ordered the "Wake-up Wrap Sandwich" which was on the tv right behind him and he was confused as to what it was. We ordered the 10 assorted munchkins and he gave us 4 of two flavors when all four flavors were in stock right next to each other. He grabbed our munchkins with bare hands and the bag he gave us was wet? He completely forgot what we ordered and asked if we got a latte when we got another sandwich. We watched two people walk out of the building while we waited 10 minutes. One man was ordering 4 donuts and an assorted munchkin pack and the worker asked if the man wanted 6 donuts and didn't finish taking his order before assuming he was done and bringing up the pay screen. The man also had to instruct the worker as to where the specific donuts he wanted were in the case. The man ordering advised someone new who walked in of the workers incompetence. We didn't get our second sandwich and the first sandwich we got was not what we ordered and we walked out. Waste of 18 dollars. The workers underwear was hanging about 4 inches above his pants and was very unprofessional, unpleasant, and unclean. The worker had wet sleeves and was visibly very sweaty. He looked very confused and untrained, he didn't know where anything was. All customers were visibly uncomfortable and unenthused. Probably never coming back here. I wouldn't trust this worker to handle my food ever again.

This place just opened. Just what the neighborhood needs: donuts, coffee, and a good place to relax while you enjoy them. The new business has been great and the place is packed. Donuts are fresh and the coffee is also. The current manager is friendly and the staff are quick and ready to serve. I'll be returning ... a lot.

I went here, as I waited for my car to get an oil change. The overall customer service is decent. Well, the kind lady at the cashier was great. However, whoever made my bagel sandwich was not that efficient... I ordered 2 coffees and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on an Onion Bagel. And that's what is stated on my receipt. However, I was given a plain bagel with cream cheese. (Side eye emoji) Like... that's not close... I went back and approached the cashier who took my order and told her that I was given the wrong bagel. She apologized and made me a new bagel right away. I received my new sandwich and it was on a plain bagel... oh well, carbs are carbs. Close enough. Overall, not a bad experience despite the mix up.

Consistently good product but average customer service. Kind staff but, when I asked if they had bags of whole bean coffee, the barista working with me gave me a "deer in the headlights" look. I had quickly scanned the display in front before I got to the counter, then checked again. Would have liked if the staff knew whether they carried whole bean bags and, if so, if they would have checked their stock. Otherwise quick service, easy parking, and good location.

I must say that sometimes the blame lies on a clueless customer, who after standing in line for 5 minutes gets to the counter before even THINKING about what they want to order. A suggestion to Dunkin: when the line grows longer than 10 people, that might be a clue to add another server. My donuts have always been tasty & fresh (I visit before 8AM).

Apparently at this location "assorted donuts" means plain donuts with different glazes and sprinkle amounts. No real variety - no chocolate glazed? No jelly filled? No Boston creme? No seasonal flavor? And several doubles in the box!? I'm actually embarrassed to bring these into my office for donut day. Lesson learned: always be specific in your donut choice!

I've been coming to this establishment for about a month now, and the cashiers always keep asking "how are you today?" Some people should just mind there own business! Im just trying to get a chocolate boston cream for my pooch and 5 apple fritters for my morning breakfast. Everytime I go here, its either that donuts are too stale, or the coffee is. Why cant they just either both be stale or both be fresh!

I hope the owner is reading this review. I stopped by with two of my children for a 1/2 dozen donuts to take home and a few frozen coffee drinks. Very young hispanic gal at counter was talking, continuously, with her friend who obviously came to see her at work. Even as we approached, and their conversation was very inappropriate. She seemed disgusted to see us, she did not see us and then she said, "this is the worse day of my life". I asked my children what kind of donuts they would like, and warned her to keep her personal life separate from her life at work due to my children being present at the moment. She threw our donuts into a box, told us how much the donuts were, not "would you like anything else".... When I asked for a frozen coffee, she asked a blonde young man if the frozen machine was working... but it was more like a question. "The frozen coffee machine isn't working, right?" He agreed and said no. My gosh, these are rude, vehement children working in this donut shop. They are not trained properly, as there were not very many donuts made to choose from, the machines were broken, they never asked me the correct questions, was not greeted or thanked. Who needs it? Not me! I would not recommend this experience. Owning one of these Dunkin Donut shops is suppose to be an excellent investment - but not at this level of service. Mr. Owner - fire everyone there, re-train new staff, and keep making what people come in for - excellent donuts. :(

These guys are nuts! Only way to describe it. Website still says open to 10:00 PM. I arrived at 8:03 PM; a dozen customers sitting in store eating donuts. One more customer has just left the counter with her order. I walk up and one of the store staff tells me they're closed! I look at him incredulously, and question him - at 8 PM? He says, sorry. Can't serve me. Meanwhile, most of the donut racks/trays have donuts - lots of them. Can I assume these donuts will be served tomorrow morning to their unlucky customers? Or is the staff going to have a heck of a party tonight? Maybe I should check the dumpster later this evening! Really, really weird. Store management needs to teach the staff about customer service. But this potential customer - it was my first visit to this store - doesn't intend to return. I usually like DD - but there are other DDs and other donut suppliers.

Always, and I mean ALWAYS out of stock of everything. Refreshers. Food. Even one time, coffee! Yup. They had no coffee left. And, mind you, this is after you order on the app or in store and you wait around and then have to go thru the refund process. You think they would make up for it by giving you a free drink or credit (shout-out Starbucks with exceptional customer service skills) but never once have they offered. New location opening less than a mile from here soon!! Hopefully it is better equipped to serve the Ashburn community.

This has been one of the better Dunkin Donuts that I've gone to. The staff are very nice and they generally get my order correct on the first try. They are quick to serve, always polite (even when I've seen customers not be so polite in return), and their coffee and donuts always taste fresh. Note: this is NOT a 24-hour location :)

This was terrible. I ordered online and when my order was ready, they didn't say my name or my order, just simply placed it on the counter. This caused me to sit back and wait about 10 minutes before checking if it were mine. Then, my order was incorrect. Ordered a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, and i guess they forgot the sprinkles? Can post pics. if wanted! Will not be coming back.

The stupidest people in Ashburn work here. Your order, no matter how simple, will not be accurately delivered. I haven't been to this D&D in six months because the service is so terrible. I went back today hoping it had changed ... it hadn't. If you ask for no sprinkles, they'll give you a donut with sprinkles. If you ask for hot, they'll give you cold. It's bizzaro-world. Management needs to purge everyone with a sub-80 IQ.
