We had an issue with our over the phone cake order. Unfortunately it was not correct but Patti the manager handled it in a very professional manner. Despite the error the cake was good. Ordered a replacement cake that was correct! However the cake portion was slightly overcooked. Patti and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you!

I will NEVER go here again. We were running late and had to go to this location instead of our usual Dunkin. The sandwich I ordered was cold, not made properly and thrown together in the bag. I brought the sandwich out and questioned it- the workers looked at me as if I were completely crazy and wasn’t speaking English. And they did nothing about it or even tried to make it correct!!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts regularly, and I usually have a great experience with the staff. However, today was different. I ordered two medium-sized ice creams for my kids, and the employee, Melena, was extremely rude. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. When I mentioned that I always have good service here except from her, she showed no concern. I even told her that I would be speaking to her manager, but that didn’t seem to matter to her. Customer service is important, and no one should be treated with such disrespect. I hope management addresses this issue to maintain the great service this location is known for.

Was there Sunday, I had 4 medium coffees and while the person was handing it to me the tray broke and spilled all over my car and myself. He just stared at me until I pointed out that the tray broke and all he can say is “oh yea you right”. He finally takes the coffees back and continues to just stare at me like it was my fault. Didn’t even bother saying sorry. And I understand he wasn’t at fault either he couldn’t control the tray breaking but at the same time common sense right if there’s that many coffees to double stack the trays. I go there every Sunday with my family before church and I’ve never had an issue with the girl that’s usually there. Maybe he was new but at least hey I’m sorry that happened would’ve been nice. Didn’t get his name but he had blonde hair in a ponytail and a nose piercing.

Pleasant atmosphere to be able to sit down to eat and drink something. What I found strange is the slow speed with which they take your order and deliver your order. We wait a lot for our order more than 10 min. They forgot a chocolate coffee we had to show our receipt to the staff for them to take the order. Frustrating

I came by to order 10 dozens. I walked out in 40 mins...it took way too long.. I felt sorry for the cashier because he was doing all the jobs while some other people just looking at him and not helping out.

It's evident that the poor service extends beyond just the quality of the product. The fact that they knowingly packaged and served a burnt bagel is unacceptable.

Still the cleanest and newest Dunkin close to our house (there is another one closer not as new). However this is the only Dunkin we go to that does NOT offer a senior discount as all other ones do not just in Virginia bur New Jersey when we go there. A small matter but not certain why its franchise agreement with Dunkin does not provide this senior discount.

Maria took excellent care of me, making sure I got the Midnight Blend coffee, even though I forgot to ask for that while placing my order. The new omelette bites (copying Starbucks' Egg Bites) were tasty. Staff shared lots of warm smiles on this cold winter day, and that always makes me want to visit again. Thank you!

This location definitely has to be the cleanest Dunkin location I have been to in Ashburn. Every time i've visited, their woman's restroom smells great, never out of supplies and has clean floors. It actually impresses me to walk into a fast food restaurant and see how consistently clean it is. I enjoy the environment and space there is to sit as well, i've been able to get food and some work done here.

I hope those who make comments about Johnny at this Dunkin take a minute to remember everyone has the right to work regardless of ability. I hope they also remember we're talking about coffee and donuts that you have the privilege to acquire without even getting out of your car. Johnny works harder than most people I encounter throughout the day. If by chance he misheard you or took a little too long, that doesn't give you the right to ask him to be fired. We love Johnny and love management for giving all kinds of people the opportunity to work in our community.

Very poor service, I go here a couple times a week in the mornings and it is a common occurrence that items are missing from my order. It is also common that the person working the window doesn't even say anything to me when handing me my order.

Known locally as the "Fancy Dunkin" it offers a wonderful patio with luxurious stone landscaping to mirror the stone exterior to take in as you enjoy New England's favorite drip coffee spot. The open ceilings, abundant windows and warm decor offer a great hangout spot. To boot there's a Baskin' Robins for kids to obsess over with their traditional hard pack ice cream. They offer custom ice cream cakes & sundaes for even the biggest kids. With a drivethru, self checkout kiosks, curbside pickup, and the Dunkin' app they offer safe options during these weird times. I made the trip. Will you?

I'm giving this post a 3 star because I have had good experiences with this location until today. I order a breakfast sandwich and when I bit into it, I noticed it was a little off. When I took the top bread off, there was NO EGG. Just bacon and bread, I am not sure how that even happens. I was on my way to work when I noticed and didn't have time to go back.

This is the best Dunkin-Baskin I have ever been through. The coffees are good. I always drink their black coffee and WOW it tastes so good! The food are top-notch. My sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese! Most of all the employees are very caring. They will really accommodate your with your order. They will not just glance at you or ignore you. I also like the manager there. Ana is a very dedicated person in her job. She prepares and makes everything with accuracy, speed, and most importantly with care. She also cares about Doordash drivers! She always accommodate them even if its very busy.

These folks never mess up my order And if they happen to run out of unsweetened iced tea I just go over to shop at Lidl while they make a new batch and whirl back around. Best part? Not having to brew it myself. Hands down the best iced tea of any fast service place.

If I could give -2 stars I would. This location is an absolute disgrace to everything Dunkin Donuts stands for. Are you a hard working American? Do you wake up early and go to work? Do you value good coffee? Do you value a service staff that can understand English? If you answered yes to any of these questions, don't go here. This place is an absolute catastrophe. Every Oder WRONG, ever coffee COLD, every staff member INCOMPETENT. Take that hard earned money and go elsewhere, please. The staff doesn't care, but your wallet will. This store sucks. Good thing Starbucks is across the lot. I'm sorry to any of the future customers that have to indulge in the utter disrespect this store has to offer.

Was so excited for this Dunkin to open so close to home, but every time I've visited the service is disappointing. The drive thru definitely takes over 15 mins 3 times in a row now... today I was the first in line with 5 cars behind me, and it took me 4 times to repeat my order before I was given my correct total. And the employee taking my order switched two times between different people. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just inexperienced, but I'll unfortunately remember these visits before I come again.

Do not got here! At least at night that is! Ordered a $40 DoorDash order and after 20 minutes I was informed the order was cancelled. After calling the store, I spoke to a young man who gave me multiple excuses claiming they were out of my entire order had nothing on my order I can see one or two things being out but not the whole order. I then asked to speak to a manager and waited on hold for five minutes as I heard the young man and the manager laughing in the background and making jokes about what they were "supposed to do" this is very unprofessional as both my wife and I are restaurant managers. The young lady's name was Katrina! If you deal with her I would suggest just leaving as she obviously doesn't care about her business she is supposed to be "managing"

Disorganized mess. Waited at curbside for 25 min, came inside to see what was going on, they were serving people with order numbers 30 spots later. I guess my order was lost, it then took another 15 minutes as I stood there. The cooks were yelling at each other in confusion. I had a simple order, 6 donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and some bacon. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

So excited to get a new DD near my house, only to be disappointed in the overcooked cake and under-filled creme donuts we just picked up. My husband actually asked me why I picked donuts without any filling :/ Donuts are also dry and appear to be shrinking in size (or maybe we are just growing from eating too many donuts during COVID ;). On a positive note, the employee who filled our order was efficient and patient with my slow deliberation of donut selection.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Let me preface by saying I have worked customer service and trained CS reps so I'm aware of when and how to make accommodations. This store is run by an incompetent manager and they are extremely understaffed (most likely due to the pandemic). TL;DR: I waited over an *HOUR* for a birthday cake that the manager never ordered with the cake company they use. They offered only a 'discount' for another cake that is the exact opposite flavor of what we had originally ordered. There was apparently no manager on duty. We ordered a BR ice cream bday cake for my 7 yo niece's bday on Monday. Our order was placed over the phone and we requested a 4:30pm Wednesday pickup. I arrived before 4:45, placed an order for my daughter and advised I was also there to pick up a cake. The cashier takes my order and goes off to find the cake. I waited a good 10 minutes before my bacon wakeup wrap was ready. In that time, they are still looking for the cake. The original cashier's shift ends and she leaves. There are 3 employees left, 2 are frantically taking/making orders for the drive thru and one is "helping" me find the cake. They ask again for what I ordered and what name it's under. At this point, I've been waiting for at least 20 minutes and the guy helping me just leaves. I never see him again. His name was David. I then have to ask one of the 2 employees left to help me. Both of these employees were busy but understood my issue and tried really hard to find this cake. After almost AN HOUR they call the manager. The manager gives an excuse about the email not going through to the cake place which means the MANAGER NEVER PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE CAKE. At this point, the very nice employee advices that the manager said we could take a cake we did not order at a discount. EXCUSE ME?! I've been waiting for a cake for over an hour and it never existed due to the incompetence of the manager and the only thing they can offer me is a discount on a cake we did not want? Nope. I left and got a Carvel cake from the Harris Teeter in the same shopping center.

They have about a 70% rate at getting my drink incorrect or making it incorrectly. I only go because of the rewards and it's a lot cheaper than Starbucks. However, Starbucks never messes up my order.

This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. 2 staff members walked around aimlessly while the manger tirelessly worked the drive through. After waiting 10 minutes my order was finally taken and 20 minutes after that I had my drink and doughnuts but no hash browns. The high school age boy behind the counter with hair long enough it should be tied back as well as his not wearing a mask recognition some friends from school and decided to make them 3 orders of hash browns while I tried to get his attention. Finally 30 minutes after ordering I got my hash browns. 100% will never be returning to this location.

I was so excited when this Dunkin opened so I wouldn't have to drive back into Ashburn every time I wanted something but every time I've been it's been disappointing regardless of if I ordered on the app or through the drive thru. The last time I went my donut looked like it had been smushed with another and the top part of my drink hadn't been filled. While I understand that there might have been a rush they should at least take care to fill the cup before they give it to a customer. I'm not usually one to complain about my service but in my opinion, I'm most likely to get what I want from the Dunkin in Ashburn and drive the extra ten minutes out there.
