Dunkin'

This was a mobile grab-and-go order, and it was so ridiculous that I have to write a review immediately. The mobile pickup shelf was empty, yet staff told me to lean across their side of the counter and grab my own coffee. Then she refused to grab me my donut and told me to ask someone else. I ended up waiting 10+ extra mins for a fully paid, already-ready order. This location shows ZERO respect to me as a customer, and I am disappointed to Dunkin’s service. Avoid this location.

Wanted to try Dunkin in its Boston home. Had coffee & a donut. Just ok, in terms of taste, coffee quality, service and ambiance

The line appeared long, but the workers moved it quickly. The shop was clean with no trash or stains. The donuts tasted great and were fresh. I'm quite surprised by how good their limited time peeps donut was

Beautiful clean store. Very new looking and nice. Absolute slowest service in the world. Took 10 minutes to get a small iced coffee with very few other people in the store. The workers just kept talking to each other instead of making the drinks.

I'm all about accountability. If u make a mistake just apologize n fix it. We're human. Made a mobile order and arrived to pick up. Order was shown on screen as available but workers was adamant that there was no order. When corrected, one worker gave wrong order. Placing bag of items aggressively on the counter. Where do you find these people to hire? Do better

This Dunkin Donuts is very disappointing. They advertise a 5:30am open but that always varies depending on what time the employees decide to stroll in. This is an all around very poorly .managed business.

Please avoid this store, the worker there was very rude. While I was in the process of ordering donuts, the worker, a Spanish woman, abruptly threw the bag of donuts we had ordered into the trash before we had finished making our selection. She then rudely called for the next customer and refused to provide any further service to us. When I attempted to address the situation, she refused to give me her name or the name of her manager. Additionally, she was not wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to identify her.

Today was not a gd day the service was gd but lost my wallet and the actual number to call is not working
