Went to this location and the customer service was terrible!! The person making the sandwiches was very rude and disrespectful when I asked her about my order and the other guy taking orders told her “yes that’s how you threat the customers” My order was all wrong and they would get mad at us for their mistakes. When I asked the guys about which donuts they have because I had trouble seeing them because of my medical condition he started laughing and just said “what you see here it’s what we have”. 0/0 Starts!!

If there was a lower rating or 0 stars I would give it to them, I ordered a half dozen donuts, 4 babarian cream and 2 filled with raspberries and they sent me whatever they wanted, I am allergic to chocolate and they didn't even ask what I wanted because they didn't have what I ordered, obviously oi didn't enjoy my donuts 😤

I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with this store. They sell bagels with cream cheese but if you ask for them to put the cream cheese on the bagel they act like the bagels got aids. Here I am spreading a cold bagel with a plastic bending POS knife in my car.

I bought a hot chocolate and when I got home, it was just hot water that was a little brown and had no chocolate flavor. I'm very upset that this happened because it's a simple drink but it's the worst drink I've ever had. I paid $3.52 for it. It's not fair.

The donuts have a zebra cake texture instead of a donut taste. I have been to many Dunkin’s this is by far the worst. Their customer service is nonexistent. They talk and answer with attitude. Never coming here again.

Love dunkins but the employees here are so rude and disrespectful. There’s one guy here who talks about what you order through the app in another language so you don’t understand him. He wears glasses and always has something to say whenever my girlfriend orders a drink. He needs to learn to just shut up and do his job.

The foods really good most of the time but the homeless/drug users are just really bad and one time when I was walking with my grandma she had in head phones and she walked past the homeless man and he had started calling her ma and my grandma didn't notice and he had started calling her a bitch. But the employees are nice I haven't see one get mad and yell yet. But other than that the service for me is really good.

the workers in here are great but this store needs to be more staffed. it's right next to the train station, it's very busy in this area. i always see the same people in here and they work so hard! i wish they had more help in there to not only make it smoother for customers but themselves as well.

I wanted to grab a breakfast sandwich before work and was next in line when, apparently, a person came in that the cashier knew and took priority over them instead of me. Now, i completely understand that y'all are friends but that does not fly in the service industry. I know i shouldn't expect much from Dunks but that really rubbed me the wrong way. Get better staff.

The service is horrible, the lady who work as a cashier Angu, I believe that I s her name was very inpatient. All I wanted was a coffee with half and half she said she didn't know what I was talking about. I show them a picture because the other lady who I believe maybe the supervisor from this Dunking Donuts; started to talk with sarcasm to me. They should treat every single customer with respect and not laughed about you when they are preparing your order. Not going there again

Patronized this place for 4 days. On the 5th day i needed a cup of water, charged me 75¢ for a cup of water. When I questioned it the employees snapped at me stating "to many people abuse it." Needless to say the next day we went to a different dunkin donuts. I would recommend avoiding this place if you want good customer service.

The service is horrible! I go here almost every day because its convenient and the service is always the same - horrible. You think they would treat their regular customers good but they don't care. The language barrier gets in the way so if you speak English you get your drink the way THEY want it to be made, not the way YOU want it made. Also I have realized over time that its useless to use the on-the-go service here because most of the time they don't have orders ready because they don't pay attention to those orders coming through. Inconsistency is the key word here too. I usually use a refill cup for my coffee but they always seem to charge me a different price all the time. I really wish they would hire competent people.

Slowest Dunkins on planet earth. This Dunkins used to have really good service before. I been living in East Boston for years and I always used to come here for a coffee. All of a sudden there is always a line and the service is sooooo slow I don't mind waiting when I see that they are doing the best they can, but at this place there is only one speed and thats slow. Also, I saw a cockroach this morning on the counter, it grossed me out.

I usually don't get my coffee here, did today because I was getting my haircut a few doors down. Sad to say, the location (not just dunks, but the whole are) is full of "users" they hang infront of dunks asking for money and whatnot. Which is fine to me, I'm not easily offended by the less fortunate.. They don't harass you and most very decent people. They hold the door for you everything. However my 1 star is for the way they handle the "bad ones" I ordered my coffee and there was a woman LOADED! Standing in the store with her head down and she was rocking back and forth, I was actually waiting to see if she was going to fall. Thankfully she didn't however there was about 6 workers there, saw her and just let her stand there. I watched several people move around or away from her just incase. This review is more on how hey handle these situations.. And not on the place itself, the workers were friendly and pleasant and they were fast and efficient.. But they lost my service for allowing certain people to do the things hey do.

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Since the food/drinks among all DD's are about the same, this focuses on everything else. No matter when you go to this location, you better have time to spare because it usually takes me 10-15 minutes to get a regular coffee. They're always understaffed and behind the counter is chaos. This morning someone was so tired of waiting for their cup of coffee that they snatched mine and ran off, which meant it took even longer. Most DD's I go to will make the coffee right when you order it if coffee is all you got, but this one puts the order in the queue so you have to wait for everyone else's sandwiches to get made. Then they call out you order "Large coffee" -- nothing else -- and so everyone who got a large coffee tries to take it. There's also one lady working who (I usually can't understand, and) invariably yells at me for doing something wrong.. such as reaching for a coffee that isn't mine because she only called out "Large coffee." I've been here multiple times even though every time I go I swear it's the last time. Somehow I think that the next time will be better than the last. Wrong. It's always worse than the last time. I really wish this location had their act together because it would be the most convenient place to get a coffee, but I usually have to go out of my way to go to a different location. I could go on about my bad experiences here, but I'll leave it at that.

Very small DD. A grab-n-go location with the amount of seating at ~6. Friendly staff and in a convenient location (right next to Maverick station). Yes there are a lot of homeless/druggie people hanging around Maverick, so a beggar will most likely be holding the door for you as you go in and asking you for change on your wait out, then swearing at you under not-so-under his breath as you walk away coffee in hand. But this is not something the DD people can control, therefore I feel the store should not be judged on it.

This is like the Cheers of Dunkin' Donuts. They may not always know your name, but if you come in enough they'll know your order. Come in all the time, and they'll make you smile. Kelly and Leia are the models of efficiency, they can clear a line in record time. Sometimes though there's one dude (a manager) who often forgets that iced coffee really ought to have ice in it. Minus one star on that, but I guess I'll just remind him to add extra ice. In an urban setting, it's not often you get great service -- especially in a fast food type of establishment, but this Dunks is almost always on the ball.

This is a small D&D, very busy with people coming and going from the blue line, always friendly and fast service. Even though they are really busy no matter what time I go I never wait in line longer than a few minutes. Very small seating area that looks out over the new Maverick station. Parking is limited if you drive but usually there is a spot or two on the street.

I have been going to this DD everyday for the past 10 plus years and it seems to be getter worse by the minute. I'm always having to do a survey at least once a week because of a mistake made in my order. Employees are transferring to different locations because of the craziness in there. This place was closed today, which I'm not surprised. They really need to consider opening a larger place with descent employees who can speak English. This location is definitely a hot spot for customers, people stop in there for there first cup of coffee before taking the train into work. Even though my coffee tends to be wrong once in a while, I would hate to go somewhere else. The location is convenient. Please try to fix this situation.

I have to whole heartedly disagree with the previous 2 postings. Ever since they remodeled after the fire the service in this particular D&D stinks! For example, this morning I go in for my decaf iced coffee which after starting to make it he figures out that they are out of it. I asked if they have hot coffee and I got such an attitude so needless to say I asked for my money back. The gentlemen making my coffee says "peace" "I'm out" "This is the 2nd order that has been messed up." Ummm excuse me! How is this my fault that YOU are out of decaf (who makes the pots here). BTW trust me I am not ordering decaf because I don't like regular it is a medical issue. So "peace out" East Boston D&D there are plenty of other coffee shops I can take my business to!

first of all, DD coffee is very low grade people. Visit the no-line Salamanders for organic cheaper brew a few steps down the street. Second, the line is redic long, the place is small and dirty, and you get to stand alongside the people waiting for the methadone clinic bus or those waiting for the just as gross liquor store nextdoor to open... ya just skip the experience.

this place is so disgusting it's crazy. I came in to buy a ham and cheese on a french roll and while I'm waiting for the sandwich the guy just leaves and comes back. It got to the point where I had to ask the cashier who is going to make my sandwich. Then when the guy comes back to make the sandwich he puts on a glove puts the sandwich in the oven comes to the register touches money and goes back and touches my sandwich with the same dirty gloves! I almost never want to go back to a DD because of this.

This is one of two regular Dunkin' locations I visit almost daily. Since I moved to East Boston, I get my morning coffee here and sometimes get food on weekend mornings. The first thing that stands out to me about this location versus the dozens of others I have been to is how friendly the staff is (most of the time). I've been called "sweetie", "sugar", and "love" more times than I can count. As annoying as that can be for some people, I actually find it refreshing and different to have a Dunkin' employee engage with a customer rather than have their eyes glazed over like one of their crullers. They are quick and efficient and can get the line moving even if it's 10 people deep. One complaint I have is how they only have napkins located at the one "pick-up" area and not over above the trash with the straws. It creates a little confusion for new customers and that area can get jammed up. Also, I was waiting to get my coffee the other morning and a morbidly obese gentelman was balancing juices, donuts, sandwiches, and napkins in his hand while also using his cane and he SMACKED his great-one-sized beverage over. As if in slow motion, all customers in line watched as the drink hit the floor, the top popped off, and molten hot hot chocolate sprayed EVERYONE. People started cursing and yelling, I got it all over my shoes and just left without my coffee. The obese man didn't even apologize and just yelled for someone to get a mop and replace his supersized chocolate drink. This isn't really the fault of the location, but the "jammed up" area I mentioned above could have contributed to the spill.

This location has lost my business for good. Before their makeover, it was not uncommon to have my order wrong or even skipped over completely. After the makeover things seems to improve slightly. I stress slightly. Then recently, I ordered a large iced coffee (which totals $2.99). I handed the cashier $3.00 and she took my money, put it in the cash drawer, shut it and called "next". I asked her for my change. The response was a huff and a statement of "it's only a penny". I responded that I don't care that it's only a penny, it is my money to choose if it want to leave behind or not. I was told she couldn't open the drawer again, and again called "next". I stayed put and again asked for my change. After several minutes, she finally took a penny from another cashiers opened drawer and slammed it onto the counter. After that I watched as she proceeded to hold my cup at the register, allowing many others that were in line behind me to gather their orders before mine was made. Shame on you hijacking money and time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm usually one to praise, not complain but this place is awful. It's not clean but what's worse is the service you get. I've gone 3 times, each time my order has been screwed up at least twice. To make matters worse, when I ask for what I ACTUALLY ordered, they have an attitude because I'm interrupting their personal conversations. Will never go there again and I recommend you don't either. I'd rather give my money to people who actually care about their customers.
