"Dunkin’ is about to add more matcha to its menu. Yes, Ben Affleck’s favorite restaurant already offers matcha in the form of hot and iced lattes, and starting February 24, the Massachusetts-based purveyor of massive iced coffees will add a blueberry flavored matcha latte and a glazed donut topped with matcha powder to its repertoire." - Terrence Doyle

I think this is the Dunks that's very close to my home, it's at Chinatown T Station, it's NOT INSIDE! They have the sweetest ladies & perfect gentlemen working here. Plus I love the wake-up wraps!

Today 11/20/2023 at approximately 3:10pm was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts in my life. The person I dealt with today was extremely rude and impolite. And the worst place, honestly. I asked him to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. He started screaming on his own insolently. He told me the water is not free. I told him I asked you to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. I didn't ask you for free water. I have my money . He said to me, "I don't understand what you want." I told him that if you do not understand, you should speak gently. He started speaking rudely. Worst customer service.

Young man at counter was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even say hello thank you nothing. Ordered 2 coffees and realized after leaving it was not the coffee we ordered. Tasted terrible. Went back in to kindly order a new one and again eye rolls not friendly and then started whispering to a coworker in front of us. They did finally get the coffee right but that nasty attitude is very rude.

Took the wrong order and they were very nice about it

The surpervisor INES is super rude! She can’t tolerate nothing if someone has their order wrong she prefer to give them the money back instead of make it right! She is SUPER unprofessional!

Google
Outstanding Customer Service, hard working professional staff. Coffee, expresso and food all fantastic when the franchise delivers high standards. Ordering, dining area and rest room very clean. In addition the Manager and staff on duty were aware by my not so quite laryngitis voice I was stranded there due to the local Enterprise car rental disturbingly pathetic lack of Customer service when the TEAM working together at Enterprise, Jefferson Ave, Salem has on more than occasion provides Customer Service above and beyond the Call of Duty assistance with my rental. If you are needing coffee and more than a little tasty breakfast items (with staff offering assistance to me allowing me to overstay the general time limit on tables while securing transportation) walk or ride to this Dunkin' location you will not be disappointed

Yelp
So, I had a minor issue with my order. I reported it in the app & the next day, the new manager reached out told him in more detail the issue told him other issues I had he made everything rite when I came in the shop and was very apologetic for the issues I had. I highly recommend this location. Customer service food quality everything was perfect.

Yelp
Dunkin's Beyond Sausage Sandwiches and Hot Soy Lattes make my mornings infinitely better!! As a local, I declare Dunkin essential to the authentic Bostonian experience. If you're going to patronize any chain, make it this one :)

Yelp
Literally the worst Dunkin'. I have been here multiple times solely based on location because it is convenient and on my way to work (I LOVE DUNKIN ICED COFFEE) I usually suck it up and push through the terrible service, dirty inside, etc. After my stop here this week, I will never go back. The employees were screaming at each other. Only one person was working while the other 2 were chatting - I was 3rd in line and it took over 10 minutes. I had to send my order back because the woman messed it up (I got a black iced coffee- how do you mess that up?!?) If you are in central and want coffee or food, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Yelp
Cold, wet, rainy day - 1230pm. Would be great to have a hot coffee. Committed to waiting in line thinking the people in the back would return at any moment. Minutes went by....line increased....still no servers/cashiers. Homeless people leaning against the walls. Place smelled like a bathroom stall. Started to feel nauseous, and a bit anxious when random "customers" started asking me to "help them out". I left shortly thereafter, still no sign of the employees.

Yelp
Absolutely miserable Dunkin. I have never been satisfied with the service. They never check online orders, and when they do get around to it, orders are completely wrong or burnt. The customer service is terrible on top of it. Avoid this location if at all possible

Yelp
The worst Dunkin I ever went to the baristas over there are so rude I always go to Dunkin and everywhere I go I have no problem placing my order till I starteD going to the Dunkin located in mass ave near central sq it's the worst service the baristas have the worst attitude and evrytime I go there they don't seem to understand my order I have to repeat it over and over and they start whispering to each other that they can't understand a word from my mouth even tho I do all I could to make myself clear the customer service at is worst I won't go back to that Dunkin cus everytime I go they give me an attitude unless if you guys try to give them a class about being respectful to customers cus that is the worst service I have faced in my life

Yelp
This place gets no love. I stop in here occasionally. I have to use the holiday gift cards somewhere! It's my only reason to play Yankee Swap. This place is small and always filled with Cambridge Campers. I've never had any problems or bad service it's just not that great. As a side note: What are people thinking when they order 7 sugahs? Maybe they think Adult-onset diabetes is cool?

Hannah F.

Yelp
There are a select few good employees here . The only lady who does the nights I won't describe her but I'm sure we all know is probably the most dumbest rudest slowest person I've ever seen at a dunks . I go there just about every night before work . There's usually no one to be seen for at least ten minutes . When she finally strolls out she takes your coffee order which she manages to screw up every single time . Ask for a sandwich expect to wait another ten minutes she has no urgency. While she makes your coffee and sandwich a line begins and people begin to get angry because the other lady is off cleaning and not helping with the lines . If they hustled just a little bit more they could actually help people . I've seen so Many people walk out . If your coffee is messed up forget about having it remade you will just be giving attitude and get again a messed up coffee . I always order caramel and I always get mocha and I just accept it . Ask don't ask for an extra shot you'll pay for it but won't get it .

Yelp
Reviewing a Dunkin Donuts is silly but this place has some notable qualities. Mainly that one would except a Central Square Dunks to be horrible, but it's actually not that bad. -Staff is amazingly fast. I always am in a rush, see the line, and consider turning out the door. Rookie mistake. You'll get through a line out the door in five minutes. -Sometimes they have a maple frosted donut. The rarest and most wonderful of all Dunkin Donut treasures. That's all I have to say about that.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings on my Central Sq. DD. On the plus side - they have efficient service and do a great job of burning through a line during peak hours. I think a comparable 6 person line at 830AM would probably move about 50% faster at DD rather than the Starbucks, CCC, ABP, etc here in Central. Additionally, I think the donuts and muffins are pretty consistent. Negatively, I would never actually sit down in here. They do have tables, but I wouldn't want to risk sticking to the seats. I actually think this place would be 5-stars if they just walled off the entrance and used a walk up window like a drive-thru or one of the summer ice cream stores. If you are looking to sit and enjoy a coffee or food while using a computer or reading a paper - DO NOT come to this Dunkin Donuts. Go across the street to Clear Conscience, Starbuck, Andala, or Cafe Mariposa. A much more enjoyable experience. Also, in general, I have a problem with DD not allowing me the control to say how much milk/cream or put in the sweetener in my own coffee. My proper amount of skim milk may not be the same as the counter guy and that leads to a lot of inconsistency.

Yelp
Yelp should allow us to rate with smiley faces so you can get a sense of how people felt when they visited the places they review. For example, I give this Dunkin Donuts 3 stars and a :( Why the sad face? Because I was saddened that I did not just go across the street to Starbucks like my original instincts told me to do! It all started when I had 20 minutes to kill & I realized I never ate anything for breakfast & it was then noon. So I thought at first maybe I should get Wendy's but when I walked in there I felt like I was out of place. I have never been a fan of Wendy's and once I noticed how slow the people who worked there were moving, I immediately stepped out of line and left. I had 20 minutes to kill and I could tell this would have taken 45 minutes. Off to Dunkin Donuts I went...there isn't much seating and I noticed the patrons sitting seemed either disturbed or homeless, but nevertheless I was determined to get my Dunkaccino & bagel! I ordered and noticed a spot opened up way in the corner which was good enough for me! After devouring my bagel I heard a loud CRASH and noticed that the homeless man behind me was laid out completely on the floor, [insert sad face here]. Luckily a nice patron came to his rescue and I shimmied out of there wishing I went to Starbucks instead. The end! I guess it could have been worse but I seriously doubt I'd come here ever again before Starbucks.

Yelp
This place is nothing if not efficient. By virtue of proximity - I'm in here ALL THE TIME and the staff rarely make mistakes on my orders. I guess it helps that I'm in here before work and they've got enough staff coverage at those hours. The Baskin Robbins is gone now, so the line flow has improved some. And a few of the staff here have a real understanding of customer service which is rare in this GO GO GO industry.

Halle R.

Yelp
Argh. The only reason I go to Dunkin Donuts ever is when I have a craving for glazed cake donuts. You know, the dense kind, like their blueberry or pumpkin ones. Last night was the second time in a row I've walked in (nowhere near closing) and they had only five different kinds of donuts to choose from, none of them cake. Only those perennially stale-tasting chocolate-frosted excuses for yeast donuts. The second star is because at least they never run out of coffee (yet.)

Nicole G.

Yelp
giving a dunkin donuts such a poor review truly pains my heart, but in the spirit of continuing America's run on dunkin I must .. bah! to you reviewers that simply write it off as a chain and don't expect much more out of your morning/afternoon/any-damn-time coffee. back in the land of Philadelphia, our little dunkin's become a part of our weekly routine, where my servers always have a huge smile and tend to remember not only me, but also my favorite order! My primary concern with this dunkin donuts is its inconsistency in customer service. The coffee and food I have zero complaints about - they don't make the drinks too sweet (unless you're asking for it) and the food has always been fresh for me. Their servers however (more like one in particular .. ) have been what sometimes turn me away. On several occasions I've been given quite the 'tude for the way I ordered my coffee (apparently it's quite annoying that I say med iced coffee no cream/no sugar instead of saying just black). It's proximity to the central square bus stop ruins my desire to be stubborn and never return .. but alas, I will one day kill them with kindness and perhaps turn this wait staff around so that their coffee and their personalities are equally as palatable.

Yelp
Disclaimer: I'm not a fan of Dunkin Donuts at all. Their coffee is weak and watered down. Their cafe (can I even call it a cafe?) is uninviting and cold. With that being said, I don't really mind this specific location. Having been caffeine free for two months (it's true, guys, believe it!) I don't really have a reason to go here or the Starbucks across the street. However, there are times I get "women cravings" for bagels and breakfast sandwiches (who doesn't though!) I came here for the second time since moving to Cambridge (September 2011) and I had a really pleasant service (minus the insane amount of filthy people sitting down). I found the workers (what do they call themselves? crew members? baristas? servants?) very pleasant and helpful. They are usually honest with me (I'm a fan of asking for their suggestions of what food is better and why) which I definitely enjoy. Most of all, I must commend the staff for being pretty efficient. I have stopped in when running (late) to work. Both times (one time ordering an obnoxious sandwich, sorry, and a bagel) I was out within a few minutes. I really appreciate that.

Yelp
Bostonians massively overrate their Dunkies (especially the weird obsession with the coffee), and this might rank as the worst of all DD locations. Nobody behind the counter has any idea what they are doing, and the lines usually go to the front door, which means that you will be hit up for change enough times that your pockets will be empty by the time you are ready to order. With so many superior coffee shops in the neighborhood, this one needs to go.

Jackie L.

Yelp
Make sure you check your order before you leave- they usually mess up everyones order. Speak clearly so they know exactly what you want too. Better to go when it's quiet.

Jay M.

Yelp
I give this DD 4 stars because the staff are consistently friendly and pleasant. I don't know how they do it, because this is a busy DD almost all the time and many of the customers are obnoxious (as they are in most places, seems to me). These guys get my order right 99% of the time. I think DD's coffee and food are top notch, generally speaking. I'm not a coffee snob and prefer DD to Starbuck's (right across the street). The bagels at DD are authentic, tasty and always fresh, and I'm a long-time fan of the evil stuff (donuts, b'fast sandwiches, etc). The staff here deserves a bonus for what they have to put up with. Give this place a chance, if you think you don't like DD.

Garrett Q.

Yelp
This Dunkin Donuts is always packed and filled even after they renovated. They need more space but that place probably prints money it's so busy all the time.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
To kill time and get coffee and bagel fix, this is my place to go while in Central Square. Its nice to sit and watch the foot traffic, and hope fellow patrons keep their arguments civil.

Jon M.

Yelp
Located right off the red line. Although busy at times the staff has always been polite and right on the order.

Marie G.

Yelp
i come here every morning. the line can get ridiculous but moves quickly. they lost a star for forgetting me order two times during the afternoon, but the morning service is awesome.
