The worst experience anyone could get!!!
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. My order for a hot coffee was initially processed incorrectly as an iced one, and when I attempted to correct this, the cashier responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Compounding this, the coffee I received had an unpleasant sour taste. Upon trying to resolve the issue with the sour coffee, I encountered another employee who was overtly aggressive and disrespectful, providing a replacement without any apology or professionalism as he used violence reaction repeatedly hitting his hand and then the coffee cup on the counter. This conduct was completely unsatisfactory. This entire experience was deeply dissatisfied. After that I Repeated attempts to reach customer service resulted in hold times over 30 minutes without success, and for two times, which is unacceptable.
I wonder if they care or even if there is anyone there -at all -to answer calls!!! Horrible place and service
