The worst experience anyone could get!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to your Dunkin' Donuts location. My order for a hot coffee was initially processed incorrectly as an iced one, and when I attempted to correct this, the cashier responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Compounding this, the coffee I received had an unpleasant sour taste. Upon trying to resolve the issue with the sour coffee, I encountered another employee who was overtly aggressive and disrespectful, providing a replacement without any apology or professionalism as he used violence reaction repeatedly hitting his hand and then the coffee cup on the counter. This conduct was completely unsatisfactory. This entire experience was deeply dissatisfied. After that I Repeated attempts to reach customer service resulted in hold times over 30 minutes without success, and for two times, which is unacceptable. I wonder if they care or even if there is anyone there -at all -to answer calls!!! Horrible place and service

This DD is located in a convenient location. It's opened until 7 pm which covers the entire day at work. I was able to get a fresh coffee in the middle of the afternoon. I would recommend this DD to family members and friends.

If you order in the morning you may have your order missed or partially done. Most of the time it’s fine though. Nothing too different from your normal Dunkin it’s just very busy. If you don’t go during rush hours though it’s pretty good.

Was waiting patiently in front of the three people that were talking and ignored me for approximately seven minutes when I said can I get some help please? She said oh we saw you.! I walked away and said no thanks

I am never eating here again. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they took 20 minutes to take my order and then proceeded to give me a untoasted bagel without cream cheese. By the time i sat down to eat i was already on the train and had no way of getting my money back or fixing my order. There was only one person working to make drinks and food while multiple people were waiting and the other employees were standing in the corner and talking doing absolutely nothing and did not help this person at all. I know not to expect much from a train station dunkin, but a raw bagel??? Don’t waste your time here

The black cashier with the glasses attitude is atrocious!!! First off she can’t count then she threw money in my hand!!! If you don’t want to work DON’T! This is becoming a pattern in Boston

Lady behind the counter was aggressive and unbelievably rude, not only was she rude enough to warrant one star, but she also forgot half of my order, and when I asked for it she completely ignored me, so I had to ask her coworker in order to get my food. Unbelievable.
