Dunkin'

No complaints on donuts or coffee. However, when I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the building the employee standing outside told me she was the only one currently there and she’ll be inside in a moment. As I was standing there waiting for her to come in, I noticed several orders on the screen flashing. She finally came in and asked for the name on my order. And as she began the order managed to get on her phone and make a phone call while in the kitchen. She was quick to make the drinks and grabbed the donuts which were good. However if they’re the only one in the building why are they outside while orders are on the screen? And where are all the employees?

Not sure why there isn’t more 5 star reviews, this store has it together. The employees are super friendly and the orders are always right. Enjoy going to this location.

Sydney my fellow Jersey Girl makes thee best cup of coffee. I only drink Dunkin & to have a touch of home gave me the extra juice I needed for the road. Thanks Girl! 😜

Great service. Pleasant staff. Very clean inside and out. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Wide variety of donuts in the display case which is a nice touch. There’s an inviting feel to this location.

Mitch store manager does a great job cleaning the store very friendly person Great custom service. Every time. Hat off to all the employees that work under Mitch. All the staff is very nice. Great place to dine on or take out. Andrew

Pulled up to the drive-thru, nobody had been in front of me. I had to say “hello” after 5 min of waiting with no greeting. They told me to “hold on”. There was a delivery truck in my way of getting out, so I was stuck. Three different workers came to take my money. No communication and it took so long to get two cold brews. I will not be returning.

I have attempted to come to this location a couple of times and each time left after getting no service let alone a coffee. Today is was soo dirty inside and what looked like 2 employees both working the drive thru and paying no attention to the 3 customers inside. Will never be back to this location.

Had a great experience at this Dunkin. Donuts were delicious, service was speedy, dining room was clean & spacious, and parking was plentiful. Drive thru is easy in-easy out. Will be back!

Lat time I was here, it took 45 minutes to get some donuts and a coffee at the drive-through and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. How difficult is it to get 6 donuts and a coffee? Right now, I sit inside, waiting for a mobile order of a refresher, a hot coffee, one everything bagel and one croissant sandwich. Here's the rub....it's been 45minutes, they are out of sparkling water, croissants, chocolate chip muffins. I had to ask where my food was, just to be told they're out of bagels too. Had I not asked, I would still he waiting until the end of time. Is it incompetence on the part of the staff, the person who orders for the store, the manager or the franchisee? I am going to say all of the above. If you wish to have your order to either never appear, be incomplete or run out of something else, is the place for you.

This is the slowest coffee place I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. It's awful every. time. I keep trying to give it another chance but I'm done. It's insanely bad.

The slowest Dunkin I've been to in the entire country, and I've been to many. Saturday morning sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes

Omg they had people hiding in the back. One girl brown long hair running both drive thru and front line. Little blond with attitude slamming cups not calling out orders manor attitude then got pissed when I said I wanted a new lid since she was slamming her hand all over the top of it. Even the manager was behind scenes I believe making hot food. But should have delt with her demeanor

Okay so that drive thru lane is WAY too small For a pickup. If you have a large truck DO NOT ATTEMPT!!!! Also loved having my chai tea lid pops Off as the girl was handing it to me and DRENCHING a me in hot chai and then ask if she needed to make me another??!!!! Yeah bid epic failure on customer service and drive thru road.
