Dunkin'

Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl at the counter couldn’t even get a black coffee order right. When I corrected her she sassed me back saying she asked, I literally clarified with her 2 times. 🙃🙃🙃

This location always has a problem with doordash… I ordered coffee over an hour ago and it still hasn’t been made. This is not the first time this has happened.

What an awesome experience, possibly the nicest Bostonian I’ve run into. Clean restaurant, best service I’ve had at a Dunkin, thank you!

Unfortunately I am stuck in the house I played his the simple order for chocolates and double chocolate frosted. It's the only thing my elderly father likes to eat when he goes for donuts. I ordered an additional Boston cream for myself as those are my favorite, But when the order got here they were all Boston creams, very dissatisfied with the disservice and thoughtlessness of the attendants. Stuffed mini bagels? What are they stuffed with? There was nothing in them when I got them. Just broken mini bagels. If you can't go and watch them like a hawk making sure your food is done correctly, don't bother ordering from here

The coffee is so much better and cheaper than Starbucks. I had the breakfast bundle twice in the trip.

Service was friendly and quick when I went here for the first time, but location was a little run down. It was also unclear what the hours were and there was only one person working there.

I’m here frequently because it’s right near my house but it’s generally not a great experience / weird quality control issues abound. Today I got a “black iced coffee” that was so watered down it looks like iced tea.

I don’t understand the bad reviews, maybe we just got lucky. Stopped in at 8:30pm right before closing. Young lady welcomed us as we came in. Donut selection was still good, got exactly what we were looking for. Not a big quantity of each kind but a good variety for end of night. The worker was very pleasant. Usually people can treat you poorly when you come in close to quitting time but our stop was very pleasant. We even sat for a few minutes and enjoyed our coffee (which was great, not burnt tasting or old) for a bit before leaving. As for the place being outdated….it was clean and comfortable. I remember the old dingy diner counter style Dunkin’s from the 90s….this place was nice. Whoever was working tonight should be complimented by management for a job well done.
