Dunkin Donuts Tests First NorCal ‘Store of the Future’ | Eater SF

"When it opens at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28 at 4383 Clayton Rd. in Concord, I’ll be looking at a sleek, next-generation Dunkin’ that’s the first of its kind in Northern California and one of only fifty planned in 2018. The store tests pared-back signage that reads only “Dunkin’,” and its design emphasizes speed and reduced labor with digital kiosks, ramped-up mobile ordering and curbside delivery to challenge Starbucks. Product offerings shift toward specialty beverages — iced tea, cold brew and nitro cold brew on tap, upgraded espresso equipment, and a new machine that grinds and brews each cup to order in a Philz-style “one cup at a time” approach. The grab-and-go section is expanded (bananas, apples, “mini oranges,” grapes, squeezable applesauce pouches, beef jerky and more) for people who can’t wait for coffee or a yogurt parfait, and doughnuts will still be sold — likely displayed closer to customers in large glass cases if the Quincy, MA iteration is any indication. To kick things off, the first 100 people in line will get free coffee for a year, so fans should expect a long night." - Ellen Fort

Google
Francisco the store manager corrected a drive thru order that was incorrect. He reached out to me several times and when we spoke on the phone, he was very kind and thoughtful. I went in today for the remade order and the staff were very kind, friendly and timely. :) I'm happy to return.

Google
I WENT IN HERE CAUSE I LOVE THEIR COFFEE AND I CAME OUT VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WHY AND I ASK WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLACES IS NON EXISTENT!!!! THE EMPLOYEES WERE SO AIRTIGHT THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF CLIENTS ENTERING. YES THEY WERE TALKING AMONG THEMSELVES AND CHECKING THEIR PHONES BUT NOT AT ALL ONCE THEY THANK THE CLIENTS OR SAY HI! THEY WERE LIKE ROBOTS EMOTIONLESS….. I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN PLACES WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE DISGUSTING NO MATTER HOW GOOD OR HOW VALUABLE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ONCE THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT FRIENDLY EVERYTHING GOES OUT THE DOOR 👎 I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER COME BACK AND IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED AS A HUMAN BEING NOT LIKE A $ DONT COME HERE… BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Google
Slightly cheaper and less busy than Starbucks, although, the drive thru isn’t much better than the Starbucks across the street. Staff are super friendly, but like most places are understaffed and underpaid. Always ask for a receipt. They don’t often mess up your order, but if it’s busy, sometimes it happens. As much as I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks, would be nice to pay for a large and actually get a full cup. An inch from the top is whatever, but a few inches? Kinda disappointing. Otherwise, the breakfast food is good. A bit greasier and unhealthier than Starbucks, but you’re paying for convenience not health so 🤷🏻 I’d recommend the hot Matcha and breakfast sandwiches. Usually prefer my drinks cold, but the Iced/blended Chai or Matcha isn’t as good. The Matcha here is better than Starbucks though.

Google
The New Dunkin is open! This new layout of the store is open and friendly and they have a new coldbrew on tap system. The franchise owner is an area native and super friendly. The whole staff is upbeat and friendly as well. The drive through here is easy to get into. While you can turn left out of parking lot, it is probably best to go down to light before heading back up clayton rd especially during high traffic times. I will be back.... Alot.

Google
D & D just hasn’t been the same for years. It’s not this shop’s fault - donuts are at once paste like, but also crumbly. Leaves a weird waxy/oily coating on your tongue. Coffee is weak.

Google
I ordered fritter and Cinnamon roll. They were so small and not very good. The quality was horrible. Sorry never again Dunkin

We went inside the store and its fast and friendly staff. Pretty clean and atmosphere is great.

Google
Their customer service 100/100. They are so kind and have a friendly face coming in. I have transitioned from Starbucks to dunkin best choice ever.

Yelp
Usually I go through the drive through of Dunkin, but this morning for the first time I decided to come in. I was met with a lovely array of donut options. The mood here is uplifting they have music playing outside. I wanted to pay with cash and was a bit confused by the lobby kiosk. No one had greeted me and I believe it was assumed I was supposed to use the kiosk. When I asked if they accepted cash I was met with a cashier. They were nice and asked me how my day was going while she got my donuts. The donuts were superb and the Crème donut I got wasn't too heavy. It seems sorta whipped between a heavy and light donut. A good combination indeed! I will be back!

Yelp
This Dunkin' is a solid, dependable breakfast and coffee spot in Walnut Creek. It's not a boutique café, but if you just want a quick coffee, a donut, or a breakfast sandwich and don't mind the occasional parking hassle, it's a very good pick. Supporting this location helps maintain a convenient local option -- especially for busy mornings or quick errands.

Yelp
Service was good. Building was nice. Donuts tasted good. The coffee was amazing. Only payed 13 dollars for 4 donuts and a coffee.
google avatar

Yelp
The sandwich is customizable. Bagel, whole grain bagel, croissant, English muffin; American, white cheddar, or no cheese; egg or not; bacon or not; toasted or not. The hash browns are like tater tots. Yum! Currently undecided about how I feel about the hot coffee. Maybe I should have tried the iced coffee.

Yelp
Dislike complaining lol ! But I can not sugarcoat nothing unfortunately. I am too transparent and straightforward plus direct. Sometimes leaves a bad bitter taste around me. Oh well ! can't please the majority. After all I am a yelper, and not at all bitter all the time. I am sweet enough to leave reviews to inform others around this beautiful big world. Hehe to be sweet like the drink I ordered this morning. I needed a little pick me up. I felt dragged ! And caffeine at that given point was going to help me. The customer service SUCKSssss !!! here by far. I don't know the young girls name at the drive through. But I can describe how she looks. If RBF job existed. Her presence will fit that job criteria. I had approached her once before on her bad customer service skills. The next time I will inform her supervisor, go above and beyond. She needs to start treating customers with decency. After all customers give business to put $$ in the pocket. I don't like how my drink was shoved in my hand. I would have given my chump change as her tip but her attitude stinks. The drive through is always jam packed and slow. Although my drink was good and the food is tasty but the customer service is HORRIBLE.....
google avatar

Yelp
After trying so many of their donuts, I can now officially put their Apple Fritter at the top of my favorite things to get from Dunkin'. The sugar coating was just in the right amount. The dough on the inside was soft and pillowy. The apple flavor really came through and it tasted fresh. Personally I'd probably like it to be fried slightly longer so that the donut could get a bit crunchier underneath the sugar coating, but it's still good as is :)

Yelp
Love this DD! Clean, roomy, efficient with friendly services. Needles to say - we came for their classic coffee + donuts!! We opted for the Chcoolate Cream today and it is DELISH! Above all, I really like this DD because of the friendly service here! Shout out to the staff!!! They are always friendly and smiling. Way to go DD!

Yelp
I had to stop by Quest Nextdoor to do some bloodwork and I decided to give myself a treat afterwards. The Dunkin here looked pretty busy, with a drive thru always having a car and inside had a few tables taken. A lot of their drinks are on tap, which I think is a nifty idea. The donuts are on display and look plentiful. I ordered via the app, which made it pretty simple to pick up my order. Classic Donut: It was a bit in the sweet side for me, but had a very nice presentation. I love sprinkled donuts, so it was just right for me. Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher: I mainly was coming here for a drink. It was a mix of green tea and strawberry and dragonfruit syrup I presume. Overall, it was kinda meh to me. I know I should have mixed the tea and the syrup together, but even then, it was not as flavorful as I wanted. Also, it was too sweet for my liking. Still, it was a nice and refreshing beverage. I would come back to try their other refresher, but not sure if I will be in the area anytime soon again

Yelp
Not happy with the service. The cashier was good, but they put my food in the drive-through section and had me standing there with my food waiting for five minutes.

Sherrie B.

Yelp
We would like to acknowledge the great customer service we received from Jaelen today. He took the time to help us use the app and showed us how to use the app correctly. So refreshing to have an employee that helps senior citizens because that's not always the case. Thanks again Jalen!

Yelp
I'm soo thrilled we have a local Dunkin' Donuts of our very own! I first got word from a professional food server person from a well known local go-to restaurant in our area (I'll do a review on them, too :) that Dunkin' Donuts serves my favorite avocado toast (which btw, it's yummy and fast!) on sourdough! I couldn't believe it because I always avoided donut shops! Well let me inform you! Breakfast items like their "Wake-up Wrap," and "Mango Refreshers" Hash Brown Coins Stuffed Bagel and a friendly staff to serve you!

Yelp
I really hate leaving bad reviews, which is why I try to go back to places multiple times to see if maybe it was a one-off day of bad service. In the past, I would say that in the last couple of years, the service was on point, I never had an issue with my orders. That is until 2024. The first time , I decided to go inside and order since it was a week day, and it was slow as heck. The place stays clean, and they keep the donuts stocked. Well, I put in my order, an iced coffee, and a donut. Not much, so I would think it would be quick. Well, the manager and his workers are busy having a conversation, and their was a huge line at the drive thru, lol. The girls are busy making the drinks and just holding it in their hands talking over them. God knows whats flying into them lol so I'm just like whatever. This went on for about 5 or more minutes, I'm thinking the least you can do is make the drink while having a conversation with your manager not just hold it and talk over it making people wait. The manager eventually asked me what else I was waiting for, and I said my drink. They gave me the wrong one lol I didn't care at that point, so I just left. Someone in the drive thru was pissed I'm sure, because I probably got their drink. The next time I went a few weeks later, I ordered a donut and an iced coffee. Mind you, the guy on the ordering intercom asked, "Would you like to try our new churro latte?" I said yes, please make it iced. I rolled up to the window, and I added another donut to the order. He hands me the donut, then the drink. I said I ordered the churro drink that you asked me if I wanted to try. His response, "Oh, he must've heard me say Turtle latte!" He turns to the guy taking orders on the intercom, and he says ya its suppose to be churro late. Like seriously lol then he forgets to hand me the other donut and asked what else I'm waiting for. I think ya'll need new workers who actually pay attention to what people are ordering.

Yelp
I'm loving how more and more Dunkin' Donuts shops are opening in California. I've been a Dunkin' Donuts fan ever since High School (back when there weren't any DD's in CA except for Camp Pendleton down in San Diego). My choir class took a field trip to the East Coast and our teacher introduced us to Dunkin' in Boston and I was hooked ever since. I was so sad that California didn't have DD's for years until circa 2014 they finally opened one to the public in downtown San Diego. Anywho, I stopped by this location a few weeks ago because my local donut shop ran out of donuts lol. I wake up kind of late on the weekends so I guess that's my punishment. I grabbed one of their Bavarian Creme donuts and a chocolate along with an Iced Coffee. Everything at DD's always hits the spot! I would love it if they opened even more locations in the East Bay haha preferably walking distance from where I live lol.

Yelp
The service in this area is poor! They have a machine that you don't need to go to register. We tried that one and we thought it would be done faster. But apparently, they first cater the 2 other customer before giving us the order, and their's one employee said the computer was not accurate. What the hell is accurate in the computer? It said on the tv screen Ready to pick up but when we ask for it still not done. How rude all the employees that works 12pm on 12/20. Shame on you. I will not order on your place again!! All the employees were just gossiping and never catered the customer first!!

Yelp
Welp. Ya know. It's Dunkin'. Not the best donuts in the world, but when you be having them cravings, it'll suffice. I love that this location has a drive thru, and it's never been super busy when I've driven through. They keep the inside pretty clean and the store associates are all pretty friendly for the most part. All the staff members that I've witnessed have usually been wearing masks and gloves. I'd say the one thing that actually isn't very consistent here are the donuts themselves. I don't always come in the mornings, but even when I do, I find that the donuts sometimes taste stale. Kind of like they put the leftover donuts out that didn't sell from the day before. I mean, I don't have anything against them selling day old donuts. However, if that IS the case, they shouldn't be selling them at regular price. Nobody wants to be paying full price for donuts that aren't freshly baked that day. But, I digress. As I'm writing this review, I can hear my neighbor's toddler jumping around and screaming at the top of his lungs. I think he needs a Dunkin' donut. He won't care if they're stale or not. Plus, I'm tired of hearing him scream. It would make us both happy.

Yelp
I just recently got into Dunkin' and it's been really good so far! I love the food and drinks, but the customer service here SUCKS!! They are so rude and cut you off when trying to order if youre ordering "too slow". I will be going to another dunkin a little further out of my way to avoid this place

Yelp
Wow talk about horrible service. If people don't want to work there not sure why they are given an opportunity to even be there. Went to the drive thru wasn't even listening, sounded annoyed and just said " ok pull up to the window" Then pull up to the window of course his attitude was the same as he sounded. And he took my payment and said there you go and I had to follow up and ask if I was getting the second part of my order and he looked at me and said yeah getting that now with attitude. He has the donut munchies in a box not fully assembled and opened Honestly there are so many other people who NEED A JOB and would do so much better with customer service. Worth escalating this experience to corporate.
google avatar

Breanna T.

Yelp
Would be great if they had one donut I liked here. Only had one section of donuts that were all picked over at 4pm. 3 hours away from closing and it doesn't look like they will be making donuts anytime soon which is confusing. 3 hours away from closing with virtually nothing to pick from. Weird . Wasn't told when new ones would be made or anything. Will be back another day today not happy. Okay customer service, just a waste of time when you have not one donut I like :(. Thanks for nothing man. Just wanted my Boston cream..

Yelp
1 star-drove in from Berkeley with the kids to try the ice spice drink ( Awe love ice spice!) to order and have them tell us they aren't making frozen drinks. Huh?!? What? I checked to see if it was closing time when we went, because is they were all cleaned up that would have made some sense. nope! Also, it totally allowed me to order it at the kiosk. It's also 83 degrees in concord right now- Huge disappointment Dunkin. Good thing there is good boba next door.
google avatar

Yelp
Quick service during morning hours. Love the latte they recommended and my kiddos enjoyed picking their own donuts.

Yelp
I've only had Dunkin' a few times in my life. I'm more of a royal jelly donut kinda gal, but was craving sweets and have always heard that they have quite the menu/selection of drinks. So I ordered the following: - 10 donut holes, assorted. - Blue Raspberry Coolata - Frozen Matcha Latte The Donuts holes I'd give a 8/10. Like I said, I'm a royal jelly donut kind of girl. But I do love that they gave two of each flavor and the flavor choices were pretty tasty! I think we had glazed chocolate, berry filled, powdered donut, blueberry and I want to say old fashioned but can't be certain. I didn't try the blue raspberry coolata but my 4yo son gives it a 10/10. He loved it! It's a frozen blended drink, similar to a slushie. I'd give the frozen matcha a 9/10! Delicious for sure! Just a little too sweet for my liking but I did say I was craving something sweet so it all really hit the spot. & I also have to give them a shoutout for their package and delivery. I ordered off doordash and the way they secure and package their product is amazing! The donut hole box came sealed with a sticker, and since we ordered drinks they placed the drinks in a cup carrier in the bag, and the bag came sealed as well. Will definitely be ordered from here again for my next sweet tooth craving!

Yelp
Happy they they were for Father's Day since we had a late start. Donuts were still being made and fresh at 2pm. Thank you!! They also had a couple special donuts for the holiday. Not a whole lot of variety but enough to choose from: the standard glazed, sprinkles, chocolate, frosted, old fashion, jelly filled. Also had 5 different kinds of Munchkins or donut holes! I wish I could have eaten these donuts but since I'm keto, I couldn't. I'm sure they're delicious. Staff was wearing masks and gloves. And one lady was disinfecting the doors. Service is fine. Smells sweet and inviting as you walk in.

Suze S.

Yelp
I ordered my drink at the drive thru window and specifically said that I wanted LESS ICE. I even asked for very little ice. I got a cup packed over 3/4 full of ice! There was literally only 4 sips of coffee in this cup. This Dunkin' has gotten so much worse over the years. There is no consistency to how they make their drinks so the same coffee order never tastes the same. They constantly don't make the drinks the way they're ordered. Their prices may be slightly lower than Starbucks but when your entire cup is filled with ice or milk when you ask for less and there's almost no coffee, they are more expensive and a waste of money.

Yelp
My daughter was craving something sweet after lunch so I figured a donut would satisfy her sweet tooth. We had been to Dunkin' a few times at the Walnut Creek location but that was years ago. My daughter didn't remember so she was eager to try it again. Dunkin' in Concord opened their doors last year and has a drive-thru option. It is located on Clayton Road near Shop Heroic. There is plenty of parking and outdoor seating. On the weekdays, they open at 5 am, weekends at 6 am and close daily at 9 pm. So they do have the convenience factor if you're looking for something sweet in the area. Their menu boasts hand-crafted espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches and bagels, and of course, donuts. I have to say the Toasted Gingerbread Latte I ordered was delicious! It hit the spot! However, I immediately noticed how they skimp on the amount given in your cup because when the lady handed me my latte, it didn't feel full at all. I even removed the lid once I got to my car and saw how little latte I received. There was a lot of whip cream than latte. :( In regards to donuts, I'm more of a light and airy kind of gal. Dunkin' serves more cake-like donuts that are dense and heavy. I believe they do not prepare their donuts in house like most donut shops do. They receive their shipment daily early in the morning. Although Dunkin' had quite a few flavors to choose from, we tried to pick the donuts that looked the airiest! Yes, donuts aren't the healthiest, but they can at least look the part! Haha We chose a French Cruller, Boston Kreme and a Lemon Jelly donut. They were okay but again, I've had lighter and tastier versions elsewhere. And the lemon jelly donut tasted very artificial (like way too much lemon extract?) If anything, Dunkin' does coffee right and it was definitely the best tasting item for sure! I am anxious to try their other holiday flavors this season!

Yelp
I went in for a donut snack about 2PM and got a chocolate covered raised donut. I took one bite and found the donut to be dry. I asked the manager if they had fresher donuts. He felt the donuts on the tray where my donut came from and removed the tray. He later returned with a fresher donut. I give credit to the manager for correcting the issue. Years ago I came into this Dunkin Donut and had the same issue about a stale donuts but did not discover it until I got home. It appears this shop does not track how long the donuts are left out after all these years.
google avatar

Lauren L.

Yelp
I went around 2:45pm and ordered ahead so the service was good. Super quick and easy. The only reason they got 4 stars is because the bathroom has been closed for weeks. Always use the mobile app I got half a dozen for $3.
google avatar

Clarize B.

Yelp
I gave this place another try and there wasn't anyone inside, so I was less concerned about my social distancing/crowding complaint from last time. The girl taking our order was nice, but we did wait a lot longer than expected considering we were the only customers and there were 6 employees who we saw working the front. They were really taking their time while talking, it's ok to talk, but some of them were just standing and talking. Additionally, they made our matcha into an iced coffee instead while they were taking their time. If it's going to take a while, I expect it to be made correctly at least.
google avatar

Kat H.

Yelp
Donuts are fine. Coffee is fine. Ordering in the app is ok. Getting the order after ordering ahead of time is the issue. The last time I ordered a curbside pick up, I ended up having to walk in. Today, I ordered a large coffee with three creams. I waited 10 minutes at the order pick up space. Nothing. Ended up walking in to the store again. Coffee was sitting on the counter, probably for 9 minutes.

Yelp
I grew up on Dunkin on the East Coast. The owner is so friendly and you can find him sweeping the floor if it needed. I go back to Brooklyn New York every year, the Walnut Creek & the Concord stores are always clean and friendly. We were so excited we were the 9th customer when Walnut Creek store opened. We were the 4th customers when Concord store opened. To the staff at both stores thank you for always being so friendly. Dennis, Yancey & Dave God Speed!

Katheen S.

Yelp
The service at drive thru is extremely slow. They are not very friendly and seem to just take their time. I look forward to that Dutch brothers coffee finally opening.
google avatar

Georgina E.

Yelp
Fast, friendly, and same stuff sold here as in the east coast locations. We had no issues with orders, service, nor staff. Friend and I went Saturday morning (9am)to get a some coffee (Boston accent here please) and I'll post pictures of what we saw. Doughnuts were delish, as doughnuts should be, and coffee was hot and semi strong. They do have blueberry coffee, which I recommend to try this fall season. My friend got a glazed blueberry doughnut and a breakfast egg sandwich. I got a Boston-creme filled doughnut, pumpkin and blueberry doughnut holes with med coffee, and ordered a few more for my son. They have an outdoor seating area with music. It was a good way to start of a day in sunny California.
google avatar

Yelp
Clarissa was a doll, she was so sweet and so gentle with my doughnuts, love the customer service! Keep up the good work.

Yelp
"When I say 'dunkin', U say 'donut'! When I say 'dunkin', U say 'donut'!" Okay, a little '90s rap there . . . but word up, it's da truth. Even if you type "U" instead of "you" (can people really be that dumb?). So if you want your health food in the form of a donut, Dunkin' Donuts is a place that comes to mind quickly. And this white boy will finally stop attempting to rap like Vanilla Ice. So on a Sunday morning, I finally got my donut fix at the Dunkin' Donuts on Clayton Road. And within one minute, found out why the company is dropping "Donuts" from its name. They have donuts, but not many to choose from. I remember more selection at the Walnut Creek location, but that was a few years ago. The extra pastries have been replaced by bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Which is fine and good to have those extras, but no cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, nor bear claws? Oh well, it wasn't a total loss. I did get a jelly donut, and it was good. Service with a smile. A sign says to tell the staff of any food allergies, so I informed Charlie of me being allergic to tofu, kale, and impossible burgers. "I think you'll have no problem here," she replied. So Dunkin' is a convenient choice for your morning, but for lots of good donuts, those little shops in downtown Concord and on Monument are far better.
google avatar

Joaquin S.

Yelp
Im writing this review for the forgotten people the people Dunkin employees seem to treat as second class citizens, and that my friend's is your local delivery gig drivers. Every time I come in no greeting just "your order not ready will let you know okay". Says the little hispanic man working the drive thru. I didn't even say anything, but I guess he can smell us over the stale and overpriced donuts they serve. I see it's ready sitting in the counter they just haven't secured it in there patent pending locking bags. However, they continue to take orders and complete those orders while they let us peasant Dashers stand in the corner and wait like some teenage step child. They don't seem to realize we provide a service for them and especially those wonderful customers who would rather not be in their presence. I'm not saying all the Dunkin employees are like that just those who worked there long enough to work day shift and able to sniff a valued customer from a mere delivery driver.
google avatar

Hebii T.

Yelp
Friendly employees, clean and spacious interior. The food is not bad, tons of options. The coffee is too sweet to my liking but not bad if you like your coffee sweet. Side note: their restroom is not open to public. I don't have a problem with it at all but just want to give other people heads up :)
google avatar

Liz M.

Yelp
Ordered an ice coffee with oat milk. Coffee tasted like it was from an old diner/hotel. Not much flavor going on and seemed watered down. Also ordered the hash browns and the new avocado toast. The hash browns tasted like they had been air fried so they were quite dry with no flavor. They also didn't hold their shape well either. Would not recommend. The new avo toast with tomatoes was actually quite good. Avocado sorta tasted like the wholly guacamole spread you can buy at the store. If I ever went back to Dunkin again and wanted a bite to eat (that wasn't donut related), I'd order it again. The coffee def isn't up to my standards so I'd skip on the regular iced coffee. The line also took forever but employee at the window was nice.

Declan M.

Yelp
The staff is awesome. They're always very kind and my mobile orders are always ready. They make great drinks and it's a great atmosphere.

Yelp
Dunkin' Donuts reminds me of the east coast. What I didn't know was there are blog posts dedicated to how to order your coffee. Apparently Dunkin' Donuts has many unique phrases you can use to order coffee. I'll need to do some more research before coming back. But I grabbed myself a coffee "easy sugar" (keyword for ordering a coffee with less sugar than usual. It still has some sugar, so if you want no sugar be sure to be clearer) and donut holes.
google avatar

Austin S.

Yelp
One star because the coffee tasted like a lithium ion battery and the doughnuts were stale! L store.
google avatar

Bob K.

Yelp
SUMMARY: Good donuts, bad coffee. I never understood the East coast hype about their coffee. BACKGROUND The Concord location is their second in the East Bay after their Walnut Creek one. Great newly built location which is much nicer than the WC one. We've visited twice now when we were lazy and didn't want to cook breakfast :) DONUTS I'd say we've been lucky. As everyone knows any donut shop can be 5 stars if you get them right after they come out of the fryer. So far we've been impressed with their filled donuts the most. COFFEE Truly the weakest, watery coffee of any chain donut stores. Well maybe Winchells down in So Cal gives them a run for their money. But generally speaking I've never understood why East coast peeps speak so highly of this watery brew. RETURN VISIT? Only if convenient.

Jake

Yelp
The employees seem like they're not interested in helping you at all. Rude in the drive through, and then give you the wrong order to top it off. Taste fine like any other Dunkin, so points for that. Looks clean enough too.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! I go to this establishment every Wednesday and Saturday (I am a frequent Dunkin' supporter.) everyone is very nice! Their coffee and their donuts are superb! I would highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting their coffee (or donut) fix!

Yelp
Dunkin Donuts has one line up in front of donuts initially. since calorie counts are posted on each. it would have been a deterrent if i was remotely interested. . from previous experience. i've found them to be too sweet, got referred to cashiers when i told them i wanted coffee. offerings: donuts, coffee brew: (m.2.45)includes .20 tax -ordered black coffee, cashier kept ringing up iced coffee -finally got rung up right. had to get into another line to wait for coffee -coffee tastes better than starbucks, bigger cup too. drips: -mid afternoon, no line or i wouldn't have bothered, -not a lot of sit down room. not laptop friendly?

Yelp
Super rude lady at drive through today. Sarcastic and snarky with my order. Irritated that she couldn't hear my passengers. Not the first issue I've had at this location.

Yelp
I tried the coconut refresher. It's taste like it had soda added to the mix. I did not enjoy that part of the drink. It was ok. The donuts here cool.

Yelp
Dunkin Donuts coffee is in my blood from growing up in CT. I was over the moon when they announced this location. I was there twice in their opening week! If you went then, you saw uneven service and a little confusion. That's done now! Running smooth even when they are busy, as you can order online and/or drive through so they get a lot of volume. Service has been good since and the donuts and coffee are consistently delicious. Just tend to be sugary if you don't ask them to dial it down. I had a pumpkin latte and they put 4 pumps of the syrup in as their default. Definitely sweet, I'd do half that next time. They open at 5am and I've seen the morning manager John there getting ready. Knew him from his Panera days, he keeps it going well. My new office away from home is this Dunkin'!

Yelp
Yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!! Dunkin Donuts directly on the way to work in the morning!!! The coffee was spot on, the donuts are delicious - nice and fresh at 545am. In and out in 5 minutes - definitely time well spent! The staff was perky and friendly. Being greeted by the manager on Day 1 at the door was a nice touch. I'll need to figure out the drive thru but on Day 1, they had the inside running smooth and everything was spot on. Double chocolate donuts - what else is there in the world?

Yelp
Overall my experience could have been better. The wait time for a couple bagel sandwiches was ridiculous today. Also ordered 6 assorted donuts. They were pretty much out of most of their selection and the staff didn't seem rushed to refill the stock in the clear case. I had to ask for regular glazed. The lemon filled powdered donut that I ordered had a funny hard texture like they had been sitting out for a day. The bagel sandwich was just ok. If they weren't 2 for $5 I would have not bought them. Probably won't be back for awhile. Best to stick with mom and pop donut shops or Kristen Kreme for fancy smancy donuts!

Yelp
I don't know who the barista is making the coffee but everytime I don't see either of the two nice ladies running the drivethru at 6am my coffee tastes so muddy but at least bearable. I have to write a review because after the last 2 weeks of this on and off, there's seriously has got to be no way that the person who messes up a basic caramel latte can get worse than the usual off tasting ones. I really hope it's a new person... 3 stars instead of 1 because the two ladies are always so nice in the morning and whoever the batista is (if not them) always does a great job. Please do something, because that tastes worse than a cheap k-cup canister...
