Dunkin'

I usually go to the upland Dunkin. But since I was in the corona area i decided to stop at this location. I tried ordering in the kiosk and it kept saying error. So I went to the front and ordered what I wanted. The staff was not friendly. the store was dirty. the donuts were stale. The drinks I ordered were ok. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I went through the drive-through. I just left. I ordered an iced coffee with bacon avocado toast…. I got my order I got to work and I noticed that there was no bacon… And it’s kind of frustrating because this is the second time that this has happened… The first time I had time to go back and let them know, but this time I Couldn’t. It’s a very frustrating, especially in the drive-through because it seemed like they rush you out of there. Please do better.

Dunkin has the potential to be so good if it wasn’t for the drive thru worker at night. If he’s not seemingly high, he’s extremely out of it, confusing orders and handing out incorrect items. This is the 2nd time we’ve gone and have gotten incorrect items — the first time was far worse, but this time still wrong items handed to us and order details taken incorrectly. We can’t be the only ones who have experienced this.

I went this morning I ordered a decafe ice coffee When I got to work it tasted like black tea and milk. I called and they said she come back and they’ll give me a free coffee. The only issue was I Didn’t have a way back so instead of saying will take your name because I work close by for another drink just to save my receipt or something. They just said oh OK thank you for understanding but very irritated that I spent five dollars on a coffee that wasn’t even made right so I didn’t even get to I love Duncan and they’ve only made a mistake prior to this one now this is just getting ridiculous

Bummer, google maps showed they are open but They are closed and no one is there…went into the drive through at approximately 4:20pm on 12-24-25 others also going into the drive thru confused.

Grand opening. Got 2 donuts and frozen chocolate. The donuts were 1.19 and small frozen chocolate was 3.29. I got the Bavarian Creme and it was good. Light and airy. The Creme could use more flavoring. I wanted a Boston Creme but the employee checked and said they were out. While waiting for the chocolate drink a full tray of Boston Creme were brought out...damn! I thought the frozen chocolate tasted like watered down chocolate drink. My daughter liked it though. There was a small line and wait..they did just open. Senior discount 5%

First time at this location and honestly, first time in a long time at Dunkin Donuts lol I love the design inside and it’s very spacious and organized. Everyone was very nice and the donuts were bomb. We had the kinda vegan or vegetarian breakfast sandwich and honestly...the bread was twice the size of the patty. Like, the patty was okay, but not amazing. I kinda wish they would have added a second parry or something for the price. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s regular cheese that they put on it and I was sad it wasn’t fully vegan...like...have at least one vegan option and diversify a little lol Other than that, this place is great!

Sandwiches are not super, coffee is ok, donuts are ok too. I used the drive through, and received the worst customer service ever by Alexis. She sounded annoyed since the beginning at the speaker. When I got to the window, I said Sorry can I add one more Sandwich, she just made eye contact, took an annoyed deep breath, placed her hand on her waist pull back (body language of "what tf customer you are) and said what Sandwich moving her head. After seeing her attitude I said "I am sorry and asked her name because I like to address people by their name, she got offended too. She handed me the wrong coffee, so we switched, she handed me the food, I said thanks Alexis, she asked for my name and after I told her my name she closed the window abruptly. I went to DD because my daughter wanted that place, there is no many locations around here, so I drove like 8 miles just to have a extremely bad experience. Clarification: the lady in the picture is not Alexis who needs to be retrained or she needs to look for a different job.

So, I've been going here everyday because of the free medium drinks for 2 weeks deal. And I have to say, the staff here is extremely friendly, they're super quick, and they make the best drinks. I was just there the other day and was treated so kindly by the workers there. I can understand why people are upset about the quality of food, but you're going to a dunkin, I don't really expect them to be all that and a bag of fun. Plus, the dunkin's in NY are the same quality, so really you're getting the same thing everyone else is getting. All I gotta say is don't blame the staff for the owners not putting in the effort. Because as far as I'm concerned, my matcha latte with wipped cream has been FANTASTIC every time I order it. Also, if they're out of something. They're not rude, they're doing what they can within their means of their job. Please give people who are in the food service industry some slack. They're working towards something better every day too. I plan on going inside next time to see if there's a difference, but I truly believe most of y'all are getting the energy you give back at you. Especially because I have been treated so kindly without the face to face interaction.

I was deciding on whether should give it five stars or one star and if you read on, you'll see why. I I just wanna thank this place for being the reason I bought a Keurig. My Keurig makes a better tasting cup of coffee and it's more efficient. There's also a gang of varieties of flavors. I even created my own coffee bar/nook that looks nice. So, I just wanna thank the zombies you call 'employees' for no longer being able to waste my time and money.

Let me start off by saying, I love DD coffee. I prefer it over SB any day. I come to this location at least once a week, if not more. Customer service does not exist here. The employees never greet you when you go in to pick up a mobile order. It doesn't matter if there are no other customers. They just talk amongst themselves. It is really frustrating to spend money somewhere where the employees are so rude. Their lack of customer service is one of the primary reasons I've cut back on going here When ordering through the drve thru, they also won't give napkins unless you ask. You need to ask quickly before they shut the window on you.

This location used to be pretty good but not so much anymore. I can see why it has 2 stars. Customer service isn't there. No greetings or smiles. Little to no interaction since you can order/check status on a screen. The tables were all dirty and the floors were sticky. I ordered an iced french vanilla latte which was pretty good. Definitely more on the sweeter side though. I also got an avocado toast with bacon and a side of hash browns. The size of the avocado toast got way smaller and it was just okay. Not worth it in my opinion.

This used to be good about 4 years ago. But it's trash now. Came in just to try a matcha and it was literally white with a tinge of green. $7 for milk with ice. The avocado toast is okay, donuts are pretty wack for a place with Donuts in the name. Sandwiches have a kinda weird, microwavey taste? Dunno how to explain it. This place sucks, go somewhere else

We came for donuts, not coffee. The donuts are delicious. A bit expensive for donuts (nearly $20 for a dozen), but it is a treat we don't get often. The service was great. We were served quickly and everyone was friendly. The location is at the corner with plenty of parking. Easy in and easy out.

I love this Dunkin' Donuts it's the closest one to me and they are always quick and on point with my order! Today, Anderson helped me out and they were amazing! Great customer service and what a way to go above and beyond Anderson is a great employee and deserve some recognition!!

Robert and Marina were wonderful to work with first thing in the morning. Thank you for kicking butt with such a big order so early in the morning.

I'm using the last bit of my points here and then never consuming Dunkin' Donuts again. On top of the subpar quality of food and drinks here, the customer service at this location is terrible. It's like they attack you right off the bat when trying to order. On top of the average food and drink quality, bad service, they have the audacity to charge .50¢ for a water cup... that's ghetto, do better. Spend your money at Dutch Bros or Starbucks. At least they're consistent with the food, drinks and service at these establishments.

I see why they have 2 stars, I've been coming here for month now & let me tell you the customer service is bad. I order the same thing every time & the drink is always made differently & when you ask for them to add what you asked for in the beginning they give you attitude...

Last time purchasing donuts from here. Total waste of money. It doesn't matter what time of day I go to get donuts always STALE. I went in last week for a dozen different varieties for almost $20 and stale. Always have at least 4-5 employees working all the time, customer service isn't great ever, barely a hi.

Bomb Dunkin' location with coffee on draft! The Nitro, Cold Brew and iced coffees just hit different. They also have more donut options and quick bites compared to other locations. Always a good coffee run!

The photo of the avocado toast showed bacon on it. Received my avocado toast and there was no bacon. Cheap. Pay attention to details.

I got a door dash order and although it was stickers and well packaged I got a matcha latte that was half filled even though I ordered a large for a reason. I might as well have ordered a medium drink. My sausage egg and cheeses tasted less than good . It was clearly they're food preparation fault I will order from Starbucks next time because they never fail to fill the drink up to the top

I can see why this dunkin has 2 stars. I got burnt hashbrowns, bagel bites that were falling apart and the wrong coffee. I wouldn't leave this review had I not driven 25 mins just for this PSL.

First time coming here at this location. Friendly staff in the drive thru. I had their pink velvet macchiato (?) and a classic sausage, cheddar & and egg sandwich. All is good. I'll probably come back for their drinks and donuts, not so much the sandwiches.

A coworker brought in Dunkin' Donuts for the office one cold November morning, and I picked out some donuts that looked interesting... - Maple Bar | Raised rectangular donut with sweet maple glaze layered on top. I like the fluffy, airy texture of the donut. The maple glaze tastes like maple syrup drizzled on top of pancakes. Recommend getting this! - Maple Frosted Donut with Sprinkles | Raised donut which is also fluffy and airy. The maple frost is sweet with vanilla notes. This donut is like the maple bar, but shaped differently (circular). - Pumpkin Spiced Donut | Crumbly moist cake donut with flavorful pumpkin spice infused and coated with a sweet glaze. This donut captured the essence of pumpkin spice nicely, therefore, I recommend this donut as well. Side note, I didn't eat all three donuts in one sitting. Instead, I interspersed my indulgence throughout the day. Just needed to throw that out there so it didn't seem like I ate everything all at once... my guilt needed to set the record straight.

Many discount offerings and a good alternative to Starbucks. Lower prices and better food selections. App is tricky to use All stores are clean and a good coffee break place.

ya'll need to support your staff more. i've been a barista for 6 years and you do not put enough bodies on the schedule. despite them having the rush to accommodate the drive thru and in store orders they were still friendly and my drinks were yummy. 5 stars for the baristas, 3 stars for dunkin

Twice I've gotten this, the first time I asked for bacon avocado toast and got home with no bacon. Looked at my receipt, and sure enough they charge me for it. But I wasn't going to go all the way back just for some bacon. This last time again, was just disappointing . What in the world is that Dunkin? How are you going to charge for 8 sprinkles of bacon lol This is just bad haha ! Service was fine, inside was clean but the music was a bit too loud for my liking, especially if you plan on doing hw or study inside like you would at Starbucks or a cafe

Yay Dunkin'! This was such a treat to get over the weekend. We got the assortment of the munchkin donut holes, 2 of each flavors: jelly filled, powdered, glazes, chocolate, and blueberry. They were delicious and perfect size treats for my toddler. Iced coffees are also a must! We sat outside on the one table that was set up outside. There is also one other table inside that was set up, otherwise the place doesnt seem to encourage patron to dine in just yet.

Come on Dunkin Donuts do better. Today I ordered a Sourdough Sandwich with fried egg and bacon/cheese for $4.99. Tell me why the sourdough bread wasn't even toasted??!!! As you can clearly see in the picture that is attached. I immediately called and requested to speak to the manager. The manager Nita apologized and told me the the next time I come in the sandwich I ordered will be correctly made and for FREE. FYI: phone number posted on Yelp for Dunkin Donuts is wrong. Placed an online iced caramel macchiato this morning and it was on point! Thank you to the person who made my caramel macchiato the way it should always taste. I love when they make it perfect!

This place should not be open. Owner should be ashamed of the quality of food and donuts. -10 on this review. Enough said. Do not spend your money here!

Wow this place has really gone downhill. I usually wait to review something until I have had multiple bad visits. The past few times we have been here, there has been zero selection of donuts. Coconut donuts? Gone. Chocolate creme filled donuts? Gone. They literally have four different frosted with sprinkles and all the rest are a variation of glazed or frosted. Ummm is this even a real donut shop anymore? We have to physically go into the store these days because their drive through is notoriously long. One day we got in the drive through at 7:23 and did not leave it until 7:56 am and when we got up to the front, we asked them what happened and they told us someone was "having trouble using their Dunkin app". So instead of asking them to pull to a parking spot, the rest of us had to wait? I cannot tell you that was an isolated incident as every time we get in the drive through it appears there's some reason they are slow. The other thing is they are so inconsistent in drinks. If I go to another Dunkin and order the Frozen Hot Chocolate, it comes out looking like the picture... it always has whipped cream and drizzles of chocolate. But at this Dunkin, they (and I'm quoting here) "Don't include whipped cream as it's not part of the drink." Ummm what? So if you want whipped cream you have to ask for it and you may have to pay extra? What the actual what?!? When you do order whipped cream on it, they may or may not put the chocolate drizzle. Finally, I will say the staff appear friendly. But they all appear to be moving at the slowest pace... I wish there was another Dunkin nearby. I hope the owner takes note and stops being cheap with the inventory. I know it's the owner because all of the other Dunkin's don't seem to have that problem. If they keep that up, they will be out of business and it will be another business lost to greed.

So this is actually an update of a previous review I'd done here, where I reluctantly gave 2 stars. As I mentioned in the previous review, I'm not one to leave negative reviews. And even though my experience the first time was a bit rough (I tried to spin it into a funny review but the truth of the matter was that customer service was bad, mistakes were abundant, and there was a weird smell in the store). Today I decided to give the place a second chance. The person I was with urged us to go to a different donut place, but "No!" I said! "This time I will have my Nitro Cold Brew!" I proclaimed, determined. So reluctantly, my crew followed me and we ate here. Big mistake. First of all, the nitro cold brew that I wanted so badly both this time and the first time? Unavailable. To this day I have never had it. Oh, and did I mention that there were people literally fighting when we walked in? They were complaining about their order as well. So eventually, it was my turn to order and funnily enough, the exact same issue I ran into last time happened again (not just the lack of nitro cold brew - serious deja vu here!). We made our order, had a full on conversation about the availability of cold brew coffee and I made an order for regular cold brew since I was informed there was no nitro. Everything but the cold brew came. So I waited patiently. And waited. And waited. Eventually we learned that like last time, the coffee order had somehow slipped through the cracks and I had to order again. Did I mention the smell was still there? Sorry, I realize this review is all over the place and I apologize for the stream of consciousness but oh my gosh this was disappointing. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I actually did my first review update so that I could lower this place from two stars, to one star. This review is no longer just an outlet for me to talk about my negative experience at Dunkin'. It is now me actively advising people to STAY AWAY from this place. It's seriously is not representative of the brand.

I ordered for a meeting through the app and everything was ready when I got there. The people were nice, coffee hot, food fresh. I tried the bagel bites and they fell short. Tasted somewhat stale. I think it was the cream cheese in the middle that had probably been frozen and lost its taste. I would not bother with them again.

Got here at 9:15... closes at 10 pm. They had it blocked off and were cleaning everything up. Don't advertise that your place of business is open if you don't want customers!!

Caution . After handling money at the register, the cashier proceeded to help the next person in line wearing the same gloves she had on while touching money. I called her out on it and didn't understand the problem. Her manager had to explain to her not to touch the food directly while handling $.

Let's start off by saying overall the drinks are good and have never gotten my drink wrong or made incorrectly but the customer service.... Ooofff where to begin. Both online orders and drive thru everyone is so mean and bitchy. They give attitude over everything and no one greets you or asks do you need help with anything. Store is ran by young rude girls.

The last time I went to DD I ordered a chocolate croissant & it was burnt & completely black. Today my daughter wanted their donut holes so we went back to their 20 minute drive thru. I ordered a blueberry donut. Somehow, I get a coffee cake muffin. The opposite of what I ordered. Also, both times they didn't have any glazed donut holes.

I waited in the the drive thru for 20 mins. When they finally took my order it was a quick "what can I get you?" No customer service what do ever. When I finally got to the window she handed me a coffee without the lid secure. The coffee spilt all over my hand, wrist and Apple Watch. The girl did not even apologize. She ran and got a new cup and handed it to me with saying a word. I called the corporate office but unfortunately this location is individually owned. Highly recommend finding another location.

If you want a glass of milk, make sure to come here. Whenever I order, I always receive pretty much just milk with a dash of coffee. It's pretty unbelievable considering you pay $5-6 for what you want and receive a terribly made drink in return. Then when you are shocked and have them remake it, they look at you as if they are confused. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different location. This location is terrible and is always disappointing when ordering from them. I've had the same experience multiple times, including when ordering from DoorDash. Just bad all around. I have wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it has gone considerably downhill.

I came to support National Dunkin' Day aka National Coffee Day. I got there around 8am. I was anticipating a long drive-thru line since many come here to start their day. So I went inside to order. I was 5th in line and the line went pretty fast! As soon as I finished paying, my order was ready! The staff here is FIRE!!! Talk about being organized and fast service. That alone deserved a rating of 5 stars. When I come, the staff is always friendly so it was time to give this place a review! My favorite order is the GO2s egg and bacon croissant.

I used to like coming here, but the attitude and the non customer service stopped me from coming here. All the females are rude, ignorant. Not once a good morning, they never ever give me napkins with my food, and when paying and handling my payment over the employees are talking to one another while my hand is out with payment. They need to be trained for more customer service. Sorry to say. Giving them 2 stars just because there bagels are delicious.

I don't know why this Dunkin' has such bad reviews. The staff here are so kind and helpful. I was trying to get a free coffee today and I didn't know how to do it on the app correctly. Thankfully, BIANCA helped me. She is so nice and patient.This is my favorite location!

Not sure I've ever got a fresh donut here. If you want a donut after 12pm then I wouldn't count on this location to deliver.

This place has gone down significantly. Flies in the dining room, flies in the donuts, poor service, all teenagers working it, no management (they stated they have been mostly gone for months). All teenagers hanging out and blasting music and hanging out with the employees. Employees off the clock hanging out with friends in the dining area. On headphones and not helping customers. Someone will get sick eating there for sure. Nothing covered, flies all in the donuts, i cannot even imagine what it looks like in the back. Very disturbing. Do not go here!

Very quick and friendly service, ordered an iced chai latte with a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Food was great and drink was amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank you for brightening my morning with your happy attitudes this morning!

This place has horrible customer on er service. 1. Rush ppl in the drive thru and then give you attitude when you correct them for getting your order wrong. 2. I know mostly teens work there but really on your phone while handling the food your going to give customers. 3 what do you expect ppl to clean their Hans with after eating. Give ppl napkins and change the attitude. Put the phone away

I ordered a dozen donuts via grubhub tonight. When the driver delivered my order, he informed me that some of the donuts that I ordered were not available, but I was provided a nice variety of donuts. When I opened the box, I was not pleased. Most of the donuts that I ordered were not in the box. I would've appreciated a phone call. I did not like the variety of donuts that were chosen for me. I will not be ordering from Dunkin donuts again. Yuk!!

Please refrain from going here if Jessica is working. Not only was my 80.00 order screwed up but when I called she swore at me on the phone, Told me to shut up & calm down??? When I went back in to get my order corrected with my camera rolling Jessica continued to tell me what a piece of crap I was as a customer told me to shut up swore at me using the F bomb called me the B word... I know her manager's name is Nita and she told me she wouldn't be until Tuesday... Nita if you're reading this review I have video recording of your employee making my 11-year-old daughter cry and I would think that you would get better training for your employees this girl is ridiculous When I asked her to remake the bagels that I actually ordered in front of me because I was afraid she was going to spit in my food not only did she not remake what I Originally ordered But she gave me raw do . Please be aware Of customer abuse if I could give you zero stars I would I will never go back to Dunkin' Donuts as long as Jessica Works there ... I'll be there Tuesday Nita to show you the video recordings I have of you nonprofessional employee!

Really wanted this location to be my go to spot for donuts that I purchase for my employees however there are some serious issues with customer service and personnel. Until management gets this under control I will no longer be wasting my time at this specific Dunkin Donuts.
