A Must-Visit for Travel Coffee Lovers! This Dunkin' Donuts location in the airport has become my go-to spot for a reliable caffeine fix before every flight. The coffee is consistently hot, fresh, and brewed to perfection. The service is always friendly and efficient, even during busy travel times. Whether I'm grabbing a quick cup to-go or enjoying a leisurely sit-down, this Dunkin' Donuts never disappoints. Highly recommended for any traveler seeking a satisfying and convenient coffee experience!

Early flight to Canada (like 5am early) and had to get something to keep me awake! I don't do coffee so donuts is the way to go. The line is ridiculously long...like plan on staying there for 30 minutes. The menu is coffee tea and donuts... no bagels no sandwiches...just donuts! The munchkins were good though. It's like "a grab and go" place. The lady working the machine looked overwhelmed, hope she gets a break! Looking forward to great food on this trip!

Google
Go to the bar in terminal A for your sugar lolol. This dunking is awful. The guy at register was nice. But the guy pouring coffee was SO rude.

Bradley Wagner

Google
Doesn't toast, no 'butter', asked for cream cheese didn't get it. So you're selling a $3 roll of stale bread at 9am

Luis M Lancheros

Google
They only have regular coffee and donuts also i'ts not fresh + place don't look clean

Daniel Schemel

Google
This is the most depressive store I have been to in an airport. A long line for just old brewed coffee and cold pastries, they do not warm anything, is literally EXPRESS which means, buy any overpriced old item and go. Airports should ban stores like this one inside an airport.

Noor Panjwani

Google
Please don’t sell stale old bagels, especially when you charge airport prices for these products

Jonathan Nguyen

Google
Horrible customer service like others have stated. The employees do not give customers any attention and get orders wrong or mixed up.

Yelp
I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts at Ronald Reagan Airport before my flight and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant along with a sour cream donut. The service was quick and efficient, which is exactly what you want in an airport setting. My croissant sandwich came out hot and fresh. The croissant was buttery and flaky, the sausage was well-seasoned, and the egg and cheese were melted perfectly. Solid breakfast bite. The standout for me was the sour cream donut. Soft, dense, and just the right amount of sweetness with a slightly crisp glaze on the outside. It had that classic, old-fashioned donut vibe that makes you pause mid-bite. Not too sugary, not too dry. Just right. If you're in a rush and need a satisfying breakfast or sweet treat before boarding, this Dunkin' holds it down.

Yelp
5/21/25 Feeling hungry and I have some time on my hands while waiting for a friend. I think it is time for a Dunkin Run. The ambience was mellow and quiet. People sat around looking at their phones and/or computers thinking about Mildred Hubbell and Kiernan Brennan Shipka. While waiting for a friend to arrive at Reagan National Airport, I saw this Dunkin Donuts in a section of the old airport I seldom visit. The smell of food hit my nose and I ended up getting a sausage and cheese on a croissant. I did not want the egg, because that would me spewing, and we can't have that. In the midst of ordering the sandwich, the smell of bacon hit my nose. I ordered one order of the Crispy Bacon Snacks. Both items were delicious. The two ladies working there were outstanding. The Hindi accent was a little hard to understand, but we got pass that. The food hit the spot since I was hungry. I am not sure I will eat at this location again, but if I do, I hope there will be Boston Cremes on my next go around. These are a must at any Dunkin Run establishment. Next Dunkin Run, Boston Cremes with ice water. Water and chocolate go well together.

Yelp
It has been a minute since my last 1 star review but this one truly deserves a 0. $5 for a stale bagel which looks like had poppyseeds at some point but not at serving, team REFUSED to toast it for no reason "nope, wont happen" when kindly asked if they could toast it. Extremely rude staff with an unacceptable attitude . Simply put, id recommend going anywhere else or skipping breakfast rather than buying anything at the T1 Dunkin Donut by gate A.

Yelp
Middle of the road Dunkin' Donuts with a small food selection. The drinks took a while due to the fact that there were only two people working at the counter, but they came out fine. It was very close to my gate, and open early in the morning, which was nice as I had a 5 am flight. There wasn't a ton of seating there, so we sat at our gate to eat, and it was very loud, even so early in the morning.

Yelp
Terrible. Service on but poor quality products. I ordered coffee and glazed donut. After I paid, I was told they didn't have any glazed donuts. They had few donuts, so I picked a chocolate one. Waiting for my coffee, I saw they had numerous trays of donuts they just hadn't bothered to put out. Coffee tasted watered down and donut was dry and stale. Don't waste your $ there.

Yelp
While making payment the lady tells me just press any button cause for some reason the cashier appeared to be locking up. When I received my receipt I noticed she had charged me 2 dollars tip I asked her why she charged me 2 dollars tip and she mentions oops I'm sorry go ahead and ask for something else and I'll give it to you. I said no I don't want anything else I want my 2 dollars back and she said no she couldn't. I walked away and it appears she did the same thing to the folks before me and the gentleman after me. Terrible way of providing any service to those traveling in DCA. Stay away from this Dunkin' Donuts and be sure to check your receipt. I will be disputing the charge through American Express and Dublin donuts in the near future. Don't have the time now need to catch a flight!!

Yelp
I'm not the biggest fan of airport food or the madhouse created around the many different places to grab a bite to eat. I just wanted something quick to tide me over until my destination and this was literally the closest thing to my gate. Lucky for me, I wasn't flying alone and I could leave my stuff with my colleague and get in line to grab something. The line was small, but a bit slow moving. I guess that is good as that meant everything coming out of this stall was being put together pretty fresh. I finally got to the front of the line and asked for a large black iced tea and grabbed a cup of their Munchkins. The amount of tea I ended up getting held me over not just for my wait, but for a majority of my flight as well. That cup met its end in Vegas. I did like the fact that I could sweeten this the way I wanted, but I felt like I almost ended up taking nearly half the sugar to do so. And it still wasn't too sweet. The stirrers didn't help much in getting that sugar dissolved in the drink. The Munchkins hit the spot. They were a mix of chocolate, regular, and cinnamon ones. Those, sadly, did not make it to the flight.

Yelp
I would like a 12 oz coffee. Sorry we don't have that just espresso. You don't have coffee? OMG DO YOU GAVE 12oz - no - you don't have coffee - yes we have coffee, 12oz what size, small or large. Small please. ‍‍

Yelp
This terminal has so few options. After a disaster of a cold brew in Denver I was left with no choice. It's a Dunkin' express so I was very concerned. Lucky for me this was a decent example of a cold brewed coffee. The service was friendly and we just beat the line growing to very long. As expected with an express there were no bells and whistles on the ambiance. There was a massive selection on donuts. Unfortunately not something I enjoy.
google avatar

Yelp
There are items on their menu that they don't make. Staff unable to communicate in English. Skip it.
google avatar

Stacey A.

Yelp
Express Dunkin. Husband loves crullers and was excited. He bought two, ate half of one and threw the rest away. Really slow service.
google avatar

Steve Y.

Yelp
Iced coffee (hazelnut) was perfect for today's trip. Friendly clerk at counter. Convenient and not too pricey for an airport kiosk.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
Express DD so they don't have many options. Donuts, bagels, and coffee. That's about it. I was hoping for a muffin, but not available. The line moved quickly. All I ordered was an iced coffee, and it was fine.
google avatar

Gavin M.

Yelp
glazed donut was stale! very limited selection. had nothing i really wanted. fallback to standard glazed donut. stale, likely been baked 3 weeks ago.

Yelp
Donuts are good so you got 1 star. The staff haven't been properly trained and probably haven't had an supervision. They added Carmel to drinks that didn't want it. The shots sat in a cup that they then pored into some drinks. Just not the experience you are looking for. It's in an airport so it's airport clean?

Carole D.

Yelp
Dunkin Donuts on S Fern St, Arlington, Va, is the Best! Great Staff, donuts, minis, coffee & hot chocolate. Every month on the third Sunday our parish, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Arlington, picks up these delicious treats for our Sunday Coffee & Donuts enough for all Masses. The staff is speedy, helpful & fun. Yummy Carole DeLong Chair, Hospitality Committee, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church

Yelp
Doesn't taste like the one next to my house. Long lines and slow service. Maybe it's because the people behind the counter is having breakfast
google avatar

Alyssa K.

Yelp
Dunkin never disappoints except at an airport. It's amazing to think that I would have to wait 25 minutes or more in line to get a cup of coffee. I had to leave the line which by the way was crossing through regular traffic in the airport. Why can't they put stanchions up so that the line doesn't interfere with the traffic flow? Doesn't make any sense to me. Anyway, I missed my coffee today unfortunately

Begad M.

Yelp
Never seen such a rude cashier. Pretty sure he's on drugs. Stay away! I simply asked for a bagel, answer "no bagel!" What do you have "just the donuts" What about the muffins? Ignores me. Starts waiting in next customer. Wow! How friendly. Definitely needs coaching. Terrible business and terrible look for DD.
google avatar

Rickard S.

Yelp
A rather disappointing visit to this Dunkin Doughnuts at Washington Reagan Airport. The doughnuts seemed a bit stale. I didn't order coffee here I ordered a cruller and something iced. Both were not up to Dunkin's usually very good products.

Rhianna R.

Yelp
One of the kindest things happened this morning at the DCA Dunkin Dounuts. I was ordering food and heard my name called over the PA system and told the people I was going to have to leave my order and that they could cancel it. I then ran off. Why waiting in line for my flight a woman walked up to me and hand delivered my order (she found me in the terminal). It was the kindest jesters I have had in a long time. There are still kind people in the world :)
google avatar

Yelp
In one sentence : It's at the airport, it's busy, they rush your orders and do a semi decent job. My drink was not that great, that caramel latte needed to be less sweet, less cream, and I would say less of everything. I was totally missing my regular DD i usually go to. My everything bagel with cream cheese was warm and prefect. I liked that they toasted it for me and kept the cream cheese in the small container, so I can put as much as I wanted later. The employees are fast but need training again how to make the drinks better. It does the trick for caffeine when you are about to fly. Maybe next time I can be more specific how I describe the drink I need in my order. It's located in DCA airport, and there aren't so many options. So, yes I would order from them again when traveling out of this airport. ~

Yelp
This Dunkin' Donuts is located in Regan National DCA Airport in downtown Washington, D.C., and it's a pretty darn good outlet considering it's in an airport. Located next to baggage claim, it's a great place to hang out if you're meeting someone or if your baggage is delayed (like mine was). I had just arrived off a very turbulent flight where we didn't even get snacks or water, so I was cranky and in need of sugar and caffeine. I got a plan cappuccino and glazed donut. I was surprised at how fresh and fluffy the donut was, and although the employee looked at me like I had eight heads because I didn't want some frou-frou flavor in my coffee, it was good too. The space has plenty of seating, with big picture windows so you can look out on the runway. There are also tons of outlets for charging your devices. It's a really smart design, and is very user-friendly. The prices are high due to the location, but I was reasonably happy with the service and the quality of my treats.
google avatar

Jessica O.

Yelp
I ordered a hot chai latte. Got a cold cup of ice and milk for $4. It's snowing outside right now I can't imagine why they would assume by default I would want iced instead of hot, even though I did specify. Literally not even sure if there was any tea in there because of how much milk was in it. Usually dunkins chai is really good, I don't know what was happening here. I also wanted to order a wake up wrap but they do not serve any sandwiches at this location. Only bagels and donuts. Before I order my husband ordered two water, they gave him two hot waters. Where are these workers brains. In what situation do people want hot water and not clarify that. Giving them two stars instead of one only because they got me my drink very fast.
google avatar

Ken M.

Yelp
Service is fast, when folks order uncomplicated beverages otherwise if they order "add just a little of..." they are just not prepared for these things. Competent staff, no one in a hair net and not all wearing gloves. One thing I was hoping for was a breakfast sandwich, but they don't serve those here. Line was 13 people long, and no second cashier stepped up till a customer asked them for service! Tables in the area had plugs and usb ports which is helpful. Napkin dispenser was jammed until I started to open it, then the attendant noticed and fixed it. Over all, clean environment and good coffee, slow service.
google avatar

Tracy B.

Yelp
Just listen to what the customer is asking for. Not that crazy request. Asked twice to make everything toast. Asked twice for 2 sugar inside my coffee. None happened. And who will walk back when there is a plan to catch? Coffee is watery. The only reason for 2 stars is that they have the best Boston cream donuts.
google avatar

Manuel H.

Yelp
This is a 5 Star. It is an oasis in this mad jungle. I felt right at home. Interesting is that you at a kiosk. Just take the receipt there like a self checkout at a grocery store. Very friendly and clean!

Rachelle W.

Yelp
Donuts were at least a day old, stale dry and butt nasty. This place needs to shut down or get new ownership
google avatar

Staci S.

Yelp
As usual, I always forget to eat breakfast before leaving for early morning flights. The cheapest and semi-appealing option in terminal C is Dunkin' Donuts. For some reason there are two Dunkin' Donuts in this terminal. The one located on your walk to the end of the terminal had a long line, but they employees were efficient and courteous. While I was waiting in line, one of the employees asked for everyone's order in advance so we would only need to pay before leaving for our flights. Note that Dunkin' Donuts promotions do not work at this location. However, they do accept the Dunkin' Donuts card. This location was clean, but narrow. I imagine one may feel claustrophobic if the place was packed. As expected, the food and drinks were overpriced. I ordered a glazed donut which tasted as expected. The second Dunkin' Donuts is located at the very end of the terminal. Nothing unique with this location other than having a larger drink selection than its sister location. I got hungry again, so I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. This also tasted as expected and there were no lines.

Jade L.

Yelp
If this is the express Dunkin, I wish i could give this spot 0 stars. I was given the wrong cream cheese and the team refused to give me a different kind. They noted I had to pay $1.20 since I got it from the Dunkin less than 300 feat away. What's the point if y'all are under the same name ? Piss poor.

Janiah D.

Yelp
I asked this young lady how much it would be for a large glass of water. She kept telling me that she didn't know and kept blowing me off, I kept my cool and asked her how many Oz. Where in there large she kept rolling her eyes at me say I don't know I don't know, finally I asked to see the bottom of the cup so I can figure it out my self and she kept telling me it would be 1.09 then as I asked her if they did Apple Pay she got even more annoyed by that and kept rolling her eyes. So finally I asked her for her name as she was not wearing a name tag she rolled her eyes AGAIN and asked for my name, when I kept asking for her name she would nibble under her breath. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB MS. MAAM THEN YOU NEED TO LEAVE RATHER THAN HAVING AN ATTITUDE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the Dublin donuts between gate 45 and 42 for American Airlines. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
google avatar

Wendy E.

Yelp
What's so hard, if a client needs a Sleeve for their drink! Why argue? Just give it to them. "It's not for those type of drinks!" Do sleeves are for ice drinks? Maybe you made the drink way hotter then what's normal or standard. It's not double cup just to clarify since she kept on saying "the cup is double, it's a folding" The girl behind the bar is way rude. The cashier is nice but the order could of just gone smoothly if I was just given a simple sleeve. I don't think the company would go broke for a sleeve if I payed 19 for 2 Lattes and 2 bagels. Not sure if anyone pays attention to any of these reviews but please speak to this employee behind the bar 6/29/2020 at 6:10am
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Good selection of items but the lines are far too long, all the time. I ordered a donut and it tasted fresh. They have lots of stock of donuts with covered trays of them sitting nearby. I noticed lots of people having to wait a while for their drinks. If you're in a hurry, you don't want to go to this place!
google avatar

Melanie L.

Yelp
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought anything from here. Iced coffee(dark roast NOT available) =$2.29 - got it sweetened and it tastes a bit watered down. Slightly sweet. Not worth my money "Chocolate donut" - I asked what flavor it was and this is what they said it was. It was the completely dark brown one. It was alright, but not the same as what I remembered the last Dunkin donut to be. Overall drinks were terrible, donut mediocre. Service was alright. Didn't have enough interaction with them to give an opinion. Go eat and drink at the other places available here.
google avatar

Carson H.

Yelp
So they didn't have lattes, cappuccinos, or espresso. They didn't have any butter for a bagel and a bagel with cream cheese was stale and definitely messed with my stomach. The donuts were also stale. And the employees are rude.
google avatar

Jen M.

Yelp
Not good. My iced french vanilla swirl coffee tasted extremely watery like it wasn't even coffee, more like sugar water. Asked for a refund and they said they couldn't refund because I used the DD app. Really? They remade the coffee and it tasted worse than the first one, they said it was the French vanilla swirl but it definitely wasn't, either they used sugar free or regular unsweetened french vanilla. The bagel was cold by the time I ate it and tasted rubbery.
google avatar

Dave O.

Yelp
Even after reading the negative reviews I stopped in to get a toasted bagel. After waiting in an extremely long line I had just about lost interest, but it was finally my turn so I ordered a toasted sesame seed bagel with a light smather of cream cheese. The bagel was just okay... If you're really really hungry I guess it could be acceptable.
google avatar

Denise L.

Yelp
Not many options in this terminal, and at 5 AM, this was the obvious choice. Asked for a bagel and veggie cream cheese, with a cold brew. The cold brew was okay, and he gave me a regular cream cheese so had to wait to swap it out. All in all, typical DD, but wish they had other hot breakfast items available.
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Needed a bite and a ice latte before my flight. This location was at the airport. Wasn't very clean but the service was friendly and got the job done. Typical DD stuff.
google avatar

Yan W.

Yelp
Crappiest DD I've ever been in. First they don't accept the app. So there's no loyalty points. Second the cahier just yells. If he doesn't understand you he just yells. There were flies all around the donuts and they don't have cruellers. In fact when you ask. They act like your stupid. Well this place is stupid. Never again. Cashing out my card. No more DDs for me. Makes me never want to do business with an DDs ever again. Negative stars.
google avatar

Sal G.

Yelp
They gave me a hot cup of coffee in exchange for money. Pretty standard for a Dunkin' Donuts. Sure I'd love for this stand by Gate 32 to valmorphenize into a stand-alone box with rows and rows of lovely delicious donuts...but for the fact this is just a wee station at dead-end gates in the middle of a busy airport. Isn't it enough it dispenses caffeine? @least there's more elbow room in the copious amounts of seating round the gates then there is on a Jetblue aircraft. :/

Tatyana P.

Yelp
They literally only have donuts, cold untoasted bagels, and flavorless coffee. The employees were dry and rude and did not put im any sugar in my iced coffee even though asked for it. I paid $8 dollars for a cold dry bagel and disgusting coffee. I threw it away and went to Starbucks
google avatar

Jeffrey O.

Yelp
Well, I give this location three stars. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. The donuts were okay -- not great and not really fresh, but not too bad, either. The employees were okay -- nothing special, not super-nice, but not rude, either. So if you need to fix your craving for a Dunkin Donut or their coffee, go ahead and stop by.
google avatar

Britanee S.

Yelp
If zero was an option I would choose that. The manager was rude to patrons and very disrespectful. Myself and a few other customers. Horrible service. She literally started 2 arguements with myself and another customers over standing near the napkins stand.
google avatar

Halo I.

Yelp
This place have the worst costumer service ever ! They don't mains to give bad service cuz they know that people will buy there anyway... So morning and I was bit late and the line is too long I ask for late coffee to woke up bit and guess what ??? Dunking donuts don't have late coffee !!!!!!then I ask for tasted the bagel, and guess what ????? they don't have also toasted beagle ! So what is the point even stop there and not to have toasted beagle and not have late coffee. The coffee was horrible , and my beagle was old or too cold to eating it . Anyways just come prepared from the Starbucks! Cuz it's toooo experience and not worth it . The
google avatar

Chloe M.

Yelp
Where do I start... I recently got dunkin from this location and it was HORRIBLE. Actually the donuts were good but the service/coffee was not great. I ordered two iced caramel macchiatos (one hot, one cold). First thing THE TWO COFFEES TASTED NOTHING ALIKE!! The barista didn't put caramel flavoring in the iced one, and the hot one is certainly not a macchiato. The iced one had no flavor... it was gross. Do not recommend this location.
google avatar

Udi M.

Yelp
dude! you don't have latte?! you can't toasted my bagel? Are you kidding me?! after standing in line for 10-13 minutes they tell you all of this things - it's not the DD that I know! there gain that there is no Starbucks after the TES to bad DD
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Good coffee, dryish donut. Stay with just coffee. It's your only choice in the terminal. Hard working team behind the counter.
google avatar

Becca L.

Yelp
This place was right by my gate, so I checked it out. The line was long, but the prices here were reasonable (surprising since it's inside an airport). The icing on the glazed donuts had sunk into the donuts, so they looked old. The lady claimed they'd just been made that morning, which was clearly B.S. because I was there at 5 am, and brand new donuts don't look like that! I got a glazed donut anyway, as well as a chocolate-covered one. I'll never know how old those donuts actually were, but they were good.
