Dunkin'

I usually go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day I go to work and usually have no problems. Today I went and got a mango pineapple refresher ( I always get a refresher) and it tasted like pure coffee. If I wanted coffee I would have ordered it . Why does my mango pineapple refresher taste like a cup of burnt water coffee. Messed up my morning thanks for nothing Dunkin !

I used to frequent this location often, but unfortunately will not be returning due to the manager’s unprofessional behavior. During my recent visit, the manager abruptly pushed past the drive-through employee to reprimand me, explaining that customers are required to wait two minutes before approaching the drive-through after placing a mobile order—despite the order being ready in about a minute. When I calmly asked why she had instructed me to pull forward after I had already provided my name and mentioned my mobile order, she insisted I was misunderstanding her, offering no clear explanation. I then asked if it was possible to cancel the order and receive a refund, but she ignored me and walked away without a response. Thankfully, the drive-through employee was polite and completed my order. While I appreciate their professionalism, the manager’s conduct left a lasting negative impression.

This is my go to Dunkin. The people are always nice and the coffee is always hot. Couldn't ask for better. Plus my little dude loves it there too. Bonus points.

Ignore all other reviews. This Dunkin' is THE BEST Dunkin' I've ever been to. They're quick, on top of everything, the location is always clean, food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. I work next door and am in all the time and can speak to how consistent this location is. Shoutout to Justin for being incredible.

They burnt our hash browns and gave us the wrong stuffed mini bagels, I wanted everything and they were rung up as such. However, we were given plain ones instead. It's clean and there's one nice worker.

White girl on the morning shift taking my order was rude and asked for my name five different times like she wasn’t listening the first four. Had an attitude the whole time and definitely needs to work on her customer service. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be coming back.

At first, I was doubtful about all these negative comments since I joined this restaurant about 2 weeks ago as an employee. However, after these two weeks working there and my experience with this female manager that several people mentioned, I finally agreed with all of them specifically the comments referring to how rude the manager is. I just learned it the hardest way possible. After giving her some advice on the reasons why I thought drive thru line was so backed up a few days ago, she retaliated right after by first cutting my hours, changing my schedule. But the was yet to happen this morning. She plotted with a young female employee and set me up for an altercation with her so she could jump into the conversation to fire me. I couldn't understand why that young who has been trained me all the sudden instead of asking me to make a sandwich would go like: grab a bagel, cut the bagel in half, put the bagel in the toaster, grab some egg, place the egg in the oven, grab some beacon, put the beacon in the oven, place the egg on the bagel, place the beacon on the egg, grab some cheese, place the cheese on it, wrap the sandwich, place it the bag. I did everything she has asked me to do, therefore, their plan to get question her failed. Then, at the end, she'd use another strategy by complaining that I took 3 minutes to make a sandwich, that's too much time. I replied " we took too long". That's when the so called manager jumped in and started yelling and screaming at me and asked me to go because I don't listen to women. I was so shocked by this fallacious yet serious statement of her. I asked " what do you mean I don't listen to women?" " No, you don't listen to women, you only listen to men" she replied. " How?" I asked. " Yeah, you only listen to men bcz when so and so asked you to do something, you do it but when she asked you to do something, you don't listen ". She referring to a gentleman coworker that only work on the same shift just twice. Anyway, I thank God bcz this could be so much worse since that young lady and I are the ones who usually open the restaurant and are alone in there for over an hour before the so called manager show up. Now I am since these two ladies are such evils, that girl could easily some day accuse me of touching her or grabbing her. But all I will say, ladies 'seat back and relaxed ' bcz Karma will come for you. I used to think a Manager was like a judge, the last person to stay calm, to settle disagreements until I work there. This manager sided with a little girl against another employee. At the end, there were two little girls against me. I wonder if she ever attended some business school. she'd have known about managing the supply chain and not running out of bagels, croissants, English muffins in the middle of the pic of breakfast time. 😢

The 2 workers were pleasant. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese to take to work to eat for lunch. Well, at lunch time I was furious to see my bagel had about a smudge of cream cheese on it. I couldn't eat it. How can you not have cream cheese on the whole bagel? Is this what they are trained to do? Totally unacceptable! I will not be returning to this store.

This is a new location in the neighborhood that just opened up. The store is located in a mini strip mall alongside other small retail shops. They also have a drive thru. The customer service is just ok. I always order a large iced shaken espresso and every time the drink is not full all the way to the top which is disappointing since I'm paying for it. Perhaps they are still working the kinks out since they just opened. Im rooting for this location to do well. 3 stars for now.

8.6.25. ANOTHER MISTAKE. Ordered $5 meal deal at drive-thru with 1 bacon/egg and 1 sausage/egg. Both sandwiches were placed in the SAME sleeve and not separated for each.sandwich. I had to request to place each sandwich in individual sleeves. Why did I have to think for employees? The employees are not properly trained. If you want to order your food and not receive it correctly, this is the place for mistakes. At least the employees are consistent with providing customers with incorrect orders. Please, please check your food order in the bag before leaving the drive-thru window!
