Went there at 5:40 am, got a donut, bagel sandwhich, jasbrowns and a coffee. Coffee was supposed to be hot instead it was cold and it wasn't even filled up. Both hashbrowns and sandwhich were burned. The hasbrowns not sure how many there is supposed to be but I got 4 in total. Pictures for reference, did eat one just to spit it out due to being burned. Oh and if you want a refund don't except them to answer the phones

I come here just about everyday ordering close to the same thing ever time. My sandwich has had the wrong kind of bacon, the wrong cheese and my espresso that I add to my coffee (which you have to pay extra for) is almost always missing leaving my coffee disgustingly sweet. When a worker brings me my food they walk away immediately after not even wondering if I ordered food as well. There is a huge lack of communication and accountability in this establishment.

I usually go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day I go to work and usually have no problems. Today I went and got a mango pineapple refresher ( I always get a refresher) and it tasted like pure coffee. If I wanted coffee I would have ordered it . Why does my mango pineapple refresher taste like a cup of burnt water coffee. Messed up my morning thanks for nothing Dunkin !

This literally has to be THE SLOWEST Dunkin in America!!!! I frequent this location bc i pass it every morning on the way to work and i regret stopping here EVERYTIME! Employees seem nice, but i always have to wait AT LEAST 15min each time EVEN with a mobile order! Not sure if they are short staff or always in training, but what should be very convenient, turns inconvenient everytime !

Worlds slowest drive through. It took 12 minutes to get a 10 count of munchkins, which I was overcharged for, according to the menu outside ($3.99 vs $4.90). Then I was given incorrect change ($0.01 when I was supposed to receive $15.01). The young man was apologetic and kind, and did get my correct change. He said it was busy in there today…

My oder was taken then the girl walked off and didn't come back. Another person came to help but thought I was complaining about the food. I told her I ordered and paid but didn't get my food. She seemed overwhelmed because she said they didn't have an item but it was clearly right in the showcase. My order was completed. I felt sorry for her. I assumed she was new and the morning had been a lot.

I used to frequent this location often, but unfortunately will not be returning due to the manager’s unprofessional behavior. During my recent visit, the manager abruptly pushed past the drive-through employee to reprimand me, explaining that customers are required to wait two minutes before approaching the drive-through after placing a mobile order—despite the order being ready in about a minute. When I calmly asked why she had instructed me to pull forward after I had already provided my name and mentioned my mobile order, she insisted I was misunderstanding her, offering no clear explanation. I then asked if it was possible to cancel the order and receive a refund, but she ignored me and walked away without a response. Thankfully, the drive-through employee was polite and completed my order. While I appreciate their professionalism, the manager’s conduct left a lasting negative impression.

This is a new location in the neighborhood that just opened up. The store is located in a mini strip mall alongside other small retail shops. They also have a drive thru. The customer service is just ok. I always order a large iced shaken espresso and every time the drink is not full all the way to the top which is disappointing since I'm paying for it. Perhaps they are still working the kinks out since they just opened. Im rooting for this location to do well. 3 stars for now.

8.6.25. ANOTHER MISTAKE. Ordered $5 meal deal at drive-thru with 1 bacon/egg and 1 sausage/egg. Both sandwiches were placed in the SAME sleeve and not separated for each.sandwich. I had to request to place each sandwich in individual sleeves. Why did I have to think for employees? The employees are not properly trained. If you want to order your food and not receive it correctly, this is the place for mistakes. At least the employees are consistent with providing customers with incorrect orders. Please, please check your food order in the bag before leaving the drive-thru window!
