Dunkin'

Great place to have a late snacks, 21 bucks for 12 donuts, and 2 specialty coffes. Amazing services. Even though they don't speak Spanish, they really try to understand what you mean. Would 100% come here again

We come to this Dunkin every Sunday and we never have an issue with ordering a pup cup until today. All they had to say was that they didn’t have any today or they don’t offer them anymore. We don’t mind paying for pup cups anywhere else so it would have been understandable if they would have said no. This is what they gave us today which only made a mess in my car.

There is a gentleman by the name of Edwin and a manager named Oscar these two individuals left me speechless in the best ways. Not only were the donuts amazing and fresh but Edwin’s integrity and honesty was the icing of the cake. I gave him an extra $5.00 by accident and he was honest enough to return it. Now individuals like Edwin are the kind of people that make a difference and he is definitely an asset to this company. Thank you for making us feel welcomed, the fast service and the hospitality. I highly recommend this place for those with a sweet tooth.

Ordered coffee with cream and sweetener — got attitude instead. When I confirmed it wasn’t sugar, the drive-thru guy got defensive and made me pull aside to wait. Drove off, took a sip… sugar. If they can’t get a simple coffee order right and treat customers respectfully, I can only imagine what else happens here. Never coming back.

The team at this Dunkin’ Donuts is always fast, friendly, and efficient. I like walking in instead of using the drive through to get some of their energy rubbed off on me early in the mornings. The manager Oscar clearly leads by example, creating a welcoming and well-organized environment. My orders are always right and served with a smile—great service every time!

The main reason why I rate this DD a +5 stars is because of the weekdays manager! This guy truly knows how to provide exceptional customer service, makes the customers feel welcome, facilities are always clean, service is always fast and he has the workers performing efficiently. I get coffee every single day, and from all the Dunkin’s in El Paso this one is by far the best one due to its exceptional service!

This Dunkin is forever the best Dunkin out there. Service is ALWAYS perfect. Management is always accessible and welcoming. I get greeted BY NAME and a smile every morning. I has such a horrible this morning and they always make it better!!! Thank you guys for being so awesome! ♥

If I could, I’d rate this location 0 STARS!!!! I am in absolute disbelief that every time I ask for one of their signature drinks, they never have the ingredients to make them!!!! It’s already happened to me 3 times!!! The most recent incident I had though which has caused me to write this review was that I ordered a Dunkalatte, which tasted like absolute garbage, through the drive thru. So, I go in to order another signature drink where I then spend the next 20 DAMN MINUTES waiting for them to make my drink!!!!! Not to mention, the employee taking my order took at least a full 5 minutes to get to me! The entire staff was busy completing drive thru orders rather than completing one simple drink for their in-store customer like it’s not their DAMN JOB. The most infuriating part was that they gave the 2 customers behind me their orders first and when I finally got my drink, it looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I understand the drive thru is supposed to be faster but if you don’t have enough staff to complete orders for in-store customers, then maybe don’t have YOUR STORE OPEN!!!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru in a Monday morning. It was super quick and the person who took my order was very nice. I ordered a medium chai latte iced. When I got to the window to pay I asked if I could add a donut and the girl at the window cheerfully said yes. Will definitely come back to this location

It's 5:00 a.m. but Spanish music blasts loud. Yup, I'm in my border city. They have redone their drive thru area which is much more convenient. They are quick. Maybe too quick. Yup, no good morning. No have a great day. Just, price, here's your coffee.... Awwww, the location on Montana beats them with customer service but can we really judge them. They have customers galore and well, they are moving and grooving to music. The coffee.... it was love at first sight. The touch of the creme on my lips.... oh wait!!! It's just delicious coffee!!!! Ahhhhh okay... not a love story.... well kinda..... I will take a coffee from DD any day over any other coffee chain!!! Never tried???? Shame on you! Come taste the greatness it brews.

I made my coffee order on the app. I told the gentleman at the counter that I made a mistake and had made the order at the George Dieter store. I was at the Yarborough store. He said you're going to have to go to the other store. I said I can't go over there. Furthermore, he said I don't have anything to do with the app. I said I guess I'm going to have to pay for my order again. He said okay! He didn't work with me at all. Well I reordered and paid twice. I know its my mistake but work with me at least. I don't want to get the items for free but it stings to have to pay twice. I discount would be nice. I buy a lot of coffee at Dunkin but won't be going to the Yarborough store ever again

This Dunkin is one of the worst ones I have been, on multiple occasions the line is long, which I understand, but at least make the wait worth it... Most of the times I order an iced coffee with caramel and cream, THAT IS IT. Somehow they manage to make the coffee taste burnt and without the syrup. I have been here a couple times, looking for their redemption, but they always come up worse and worse. Hopefully they take this as a advice and not as me bashing them.

Easy exit off freeway, right next to gas station; they'll get you back in the road with friendly service in no time!

lemme tell you rn this shit never fails to make my day. I wake up and need something to make me happy I'm drivin over to this dunkin fr. and they always got the oat milk for the lgbt community (me) banger as hell. my order is always great (except once ) but that's okay :) this dunkin could most def get in my ass fr , respectfully . each and every one of these employees has me. i'm number one fan

This is our third and final visit to this location. I grew up going to Dunkin Donuts and I never had a bad thing to say about them. But this place has gone to the dogs. They never have donuts. We've gone at three different time of the day and it's always the same. They have few options, and what they do have are hard as a rock. So I'm done. Going down the street to check out Marcy's. Heard they were better do we are gonna give them a try.

Come to this location even late at night and they are always very pleasant ! Today was extra special . We requested Donuts they no longer make and Connie went out of her way to ask . They filled our request and made our evening !! Thank you '

I just went to buy a donut Asked for two of them but decided to just get one the cashier still charged for two I never took the second donut they would not give me a refund I had to take the second one Then some man behind me stayed to insult me he works at Texas Tech I can't believe people like that could be woking at the medical facility

My favorite donuts, much better then crispy kremes...! Update, we went in the other day and boy have things quickly changed...new staff is older and don't seem upbeat...tables had crumbs on them and even though they saw that we were looking for a clean table they didn't bother to offer to clean one for us. Sad that during the grand opening the staff was young and upbeat and now just months later it was not at all enjoyable.

I come fairly early in the mornings where there's only a few people in line. They NEVER fail to get my order wrong every single week. They'll forget to add donuts to my bag (and I only order max 2) and when I order my drink they ALWAYS forget my espresso shot. Listen!!!!!! I order the vanilla chai which is 1.99 on the MENU yet they charge me 3.69?? Then they tell me it's because I'm ordering it iced. They're really charging 1.7 EXTRA FOR ICE. Ridiculous! I'm a barista and I know for sure they're not adding extra ingredients. So in total I'm getting charged 4.50 for a drink they can't even correctly make.. EVERY WEEK. Only reason I come back because 1, when they DO make my coffee right, it's really good and 2. The guy at the cash register is really nice and understanding. Kudos to him.

I payed for my coffee while i was waiting for it i had my headphones on so i didn't hear out my number i went to check on the coffee and someone else took my coffee i was like okay maybe the workers will understand i was wrong they said it was my fault i should of payed attention and they gave me the other person's coffee i hate vanilla yet they force me to take worst management and workers ever

Their coffee is hit or miss, it doesn't always taste the same and is occasionally bitter. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always perfect though.

I've been here once, and never again. My coffee was absolutely terrible & my bagel was prepared very messily. The service at the Dunkin' on George Dieter is so much better.

Just your local friendly Dunkin' Donuts! Decided to surprise the work crew with a box of joe and some donuts. I received everything in timely manner considering it was peak morning hours. Sales associates were great. Con: They ran out of small half and half containers so they served me half and half in a small coffee cup. -satisfied customer;)

This place sucks. They are 24hrs and decide that 11am is the time to clean their espresso machine, that for some reason takes an hour to clean! No sign up or anything. Save your time and go somewhere else for coffee because they may not have it.

There is always really weird stuff that happens at this particular location. The staff is always annoyed or tired, and I get that, I mean these kids are working at a 24 hour location, BUT the least they could do is serve a coffee that isn't 90% cream. I'll come here sometimes if im desperate since its 24 hours. The dark roast with almond milk is good and actually tastes like coffee instead of sugar. Just beware of the guy that's always loitering in the parking lot telling a story about his boyfriend that hit him, in which he took his wallet and now needs to pay for a tow truck because his car has broken down. He's a scammer and I've seen him say different versions of it almost every time I go.

Good donuts at a very reasonable price. They also have good breakfast sandwiches and drinks. The service is always good and the product has always been fresh each time we have came to this location. Snuck away this afternoon for a little daddy, daughter time having a few donuts with my baby girl.

My father and I went to a Dunkin' Donuts on Redd Road asking for cinnamon sugar donuts, but the staff told us that the flavor was no longer available. We left and called this location on Yarbrough. A lady named Maria answered and offered to make the cinnamon sugar donuts even though they had been discontinued! We drove all the way from the faaaar west side to get our favorite donut. When she found out about our long drive, she said the donuts were free and on her! She made my tough Mexican dad misty-eyed! We will definitely come back and visit this angel of a lady. The manager of this location even offered to make future batches for us and ship it to our nearest location. But, my father said no, and we will only visit this location.

If you want to wait forever for them to make two drinks. Then this place is for you. I waited 10 minutes for a car ahead of me to get 2 drinks. I literally had to call the store to tell them to pull the car ahead. I asked nicely, she replied with well they are waiting for their order. Saw them pass out two drinks right after that call..........

I like their donuts and it was good as always but the place looked kind of old. I did not like how the sitting area is so open that everyone can see inside and look at you but besides that, the food and coffee were good.

Me and my sister went for a Macchiato around 3am after going to 4 different McDonald's who claimed there coffee machine was broken or whatever. Anyway the Macchiato was as good as always so thank you for that.

The staff was not very helpful, but as I always say, I am not there for the staff! The donuts were alright, not nearly as great as I wanted them to be. It was super busy in the morning, line almost out the door. I will say, the iced coffee with cream and sugar was amazing. I was super happy with it and everything was super cheap. Again, staff was horrible. If I could rate it, it would be 2 1/2 stars... but I rounded up for this review.

So I am from the east coast and I used to love dunkin. Went to this spot a few days ago to get some plain donuts and a smoothie. First, I noticed a big fly jumping on top of the donuts. Anyone who knows me knows how much I hate flies. I told the lady at the counter about the fly. She looks at the fly still playing on the donuts but does nothing and asks me what I want. 3 seconds later I tell her I can't focus with that fly still moving on those donuts. She looks at the fly for about 2 seconds, looks back at me and asks me what I would like to get. Told her that the fly was really bugging me, and she says "they're annoying right?", but does nothing. I couldn't believe it. Told her to forget about the donuts, got my smoothie and stood there watching unsuspecting patrons buying donuts. There was cleaning going on, the staff seemed disinterested but I can't believe dunkin leaves their doughnuts exposed as such. There should be a law against that. Staff can be sick causing food contamination, floor cleaners move those particles containing possible allergens from the floor, cleaning supplies straight to the food. And then worst of all, flies love exposed sugary warm moist surfaces and I won't start on what flies live on. Please if someone of note reads this, can you start by making that company put their doughnuts in a transparent container, thank you. Its sooo sad because I used to love dunkin.

Love the Vanilla Chai Iced Coffee! It's become a good change from having the regular coffee I've always had. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts.

How do you ruin donuts? Dunkin certainly does. Some of the worst donuts I've had. Over priced, under-glazed and unfriendly staff. Strike 3 they're out. And $9 for a dozen donuts is not cheap. These are not specialty donuts. They're below average at best.

I'm very disappointed with this dunkin donuts. We've stopped here a few times, at all hours, and it never fails: the donuts are lacking in flavor/freshness, the customer service is poor. The only reason I rated this 2 stars rather than one is for the coffee and latte. I will not stop in at this dd location ever again.

Stopped by today to try out their new menu - especially the Tuna Melt. I was told that they don't have that menu item yet. So got the Turkey bacon & cheddar. Good sandwich, all ingredients fresh and the sandwich had a barbecue type sauce. Good size sandwich for $3.39. AND you can't beat their vanilla latte !! It's tastier than Starbucks and cheaper also !! They are a bit slow, but it was really good.

Two years ago Dunkin' Donuts stopped making the powdered sugar lemon filled doughnut. Because I was the only one in town who bought them, the company felt that my 1 dozen purchase once a month was not enough to justify the cost of making these powdered sugar covered lemon filled pieces of delight. As a result, I wrote a scathing review. Well, tonight my son wanted some glazed donuts from Dunkin so I decided to stop and, as a good dad, I decided give him his heart's desire. While placing my order, I started talking to the cashier about my love for the powdered sugar covered lemon filled donuts. Then, out of nowhere, one of the ladies named Connie came out and said she could make me half a dozen. In a matter of minutes, she came out with half a dozen of my favorite donut. It was like magic! In a matter of minutes, this Dunkin' Donuts went from being a 1 star to a 4 star all because of Connie. I hope Dunkin' Donuts knows what they have and that they treat Connie accordingly. She brought an old dissatisfied customer in from the wild and made him a believer again.

Re-Opening or a Grannd Opening, I'm not sure, I'm new to El Paso. Theyre giving out free coffee for three weeks! I can say we have already been here about 8 times to get our free medium iced coffee...and maybe a donut or kolache. The service is great, fast and efficient. The place has been packed as you can imagine but the line goes pretty fast and you can usually find a parking spot. I love it. We don't really have DD in San Antonio.

this place is horrible. the staff is slow and rude. they always use granulated sugar in my iced coffee even though i ask for liquid sugar.

I went when it first reopened and it was nice. Apparently gone down hill from there. Now it's dirty, the donut selection is slim, and I'm not digging the coffee. They seemed to have changed it somehow. The staff can be rude and act like you are bothering them. I stick to Starbucks for my coffee and go out of my way to Krispy Kreme for donuts if I have the time.

I have had to drive away from this place numerous times because the wait gets too long. The coffee is good if you have all day to wait for a cup. Maybe if people wouldn't use the drive thru to get donuts for 6 little league teams it would be a little faster.

Usually have no problems with any donuts place, went to pick up a dozen donuts on a Thursday evening and they didn't have enough to fill a dozen. When I asked when they were going to restock they told me not until midnight. I was there at 10PM, I can't imagine how a Dunkin' Donuts would be able to operate for 2 hours with less than a dozen of donuts. I thnk what bothered me more was that I noticed they had tons more donuts in the backrooms. Definitely will be choosing a Krispy Kreme's next time over them.

The donuts are not fresh tasting like before...Albertson donuts are wayyy better. I don't know what happened to DD... They taste like they were defrosted under aheat lamp.... The place no longer smells like fresh donuts anymore...two thumbs done....
