Dunkin'

I arrived Sunday at 6am for a mixed dozen donuts, these were intended for my co-workers. Unfortunately we received a horrible mix off donuts, they were all old and extremely dry, not one person took any all day, they looked pathetic, we were very disappointed in the quality off donuts we were given. I wouldn't recommend you go here to early, it seems their keeping days old donuts, my entire team made a comment 😓

This location is the worst. Not busy at all, filled our drinks 3/4 with a lot of ice, and forgot the donuts. Waited at the window for over 5 minutes, and refused to acknowledge the car waiting when there was a car behind too. Had to go inside, to get attitude from the workers. Not the first time they do something dumb here, and surely wouldn't be the last. Sad, done buying coffee from this crap location.

Horrible customer service. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged for a good 3-4 minutes and we were the only customers in the store. I don’t even know why they were open cause they had absolutely no donuts besides a few glazed ones. Granted it was 8 pm but they were open till 10 so they were still open for two more hours but refused to make anymore donuts Horrible customer service !! Very disappointing!!

I just went to this Dunkin and it’s absolutely TERRIBLE. The customer service is second to none. The coffee tastes DISGUSTING , every single time. The important thing Dunkin sells.. coffee, and this store can’t even get it right. At this point Dunkin corp. should shut this location down. Please consider choosing another coffee shop. They may be a bit pricier but I promise you it will be better than drinking coffee that tastes like burnt tires .

RESTROOM: 5/5 CLEANLINESS: 4/5 FOOD: 1/5 I ordered a large frozen mocha. I was awful. It was too sweet and it didn't taste like a mocha at all. It tasted like expired swirl mix that should have been thrown away. I won't be going for anything

Walk in. Basically ignored. Manager doing the tired spiel of have a blessed day to customers while berating her employees for being at the wrong station. Stood there for 5 minutes without so much as a glance of service.

We ordered donuts and coffee. When the cashier placed the donuts in the bag. Another make employee! Which was mopping came over and grab our bag of donuts and picked inside! He put it back and told me that I had asked for the donut with a wrong name😳😳 I expressed my disapproval of the other employee touching our bag!!! She told me I will talk to him about it! I am very concerned and disappointed because if they do that in front of the customers! What do they do when customers are not around 😳 gross 🤮

This place never knows what they are doing i ask for a simple flavor and cream and i all got was a coffee with no flavor. They never get my order right and it sucks because they live rightdown the block from me and I literally have to drive to another location just so i can get what i ask for

This is my favorite location for Dunkin. They always carry the pumpkin spice longer than the other locations. I always know i can count on them to get my DD fix. Reliable and Delicious The best combination: Pumpkin Sliced Coffee and a 25count box of Glazed Munchkins ~ LOVE ~

Okay so I'm a huge DD fan, love their hot coffee. But when I saw the Cookie Butter Cold Brew on the menu I thought old give it a try. So good!! Lots of caffeine and definitely lots of sugar so be forewarned! You can taste the brown sugar - yum!! I love the cold foam I'm just not sure about the cookie butter crumbles which get kind of soggy and sink to the bottom of the cup. Would I get it again? Yes please.

Service blows at this location. The manager hadn't communicated to the cashier that they were out of sourdough or pesto before we ordered. And after 7minutes of waiting with a staff of at least six personnel, they come to let me finally know that they couldn't satisfy my order and asked if I wanted to cancel the order that my family of 5 had already placed. Should have just asked for my money back and walked out. Even when I was asking, the manager had no clue about coffee grounds for composting as I asked her for any that they may have that they were ready to discard into the dumpster. Corporate, y'all need to fix this location. And the cashier wasn't even trained on adjusting the difference paid for on the reordering of items that they didn't have. Manager wasn't even willing to correct herself, her staff, or any apologies. She needs to learn or maybe just get terminated. Do y'alls self a favor. NEVER come inside or in the drive thru. Not worth it

Ordered two caramel Lattes through drive thru- did not get asked if I wanted them hot or cold and I forgot to specify.... When I got to the window they had made them cold, when I wanted hot. I asked if they would be able to change it for me, and he said sure. He then proceeded to strain the cold lattes into a metal cup so he could use the espresso machine to heat up the already made beverages. GROSS!

Worst costumer service ever! The lady at the window always has an attitude! They had gotten my drink order wrong and had told them they got it wrong and she got mad at me. Never going back to that Dunkin' ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND As a fellow Dunkin employee at a different location, they're absolutely horrible at making any kind of Dunkin' drink!

Wasn't going to give me my full order that they got wrong Gave me half a drink with almost all foam!

Went in today placed my order which included 50 count munchkins and they handed me a 25count box I asked them and they said the put them all in there! I drove away and when I was eating them with my kids we counted only 28! I am pist and annoyed at how they are and they lie to your face!!!!

Great customer service that had me leaving the store smiling (in the morning. this is a big deal.) I needed to bring breakfast for special people coming in for a big important meeting so I ordered two box o' joes and two dozen donuts for work. The coffee comes with cups, lids, stirrers, creamer, sugar, everything you need. Life made easy. And of course, the donuts (ie. chocolate glazed) were delicious! Even during the morning rush, they made me feel like I was a priority. They helped to load my car and everything. (: I'm usually a Sbux coffee girl but when I want to drink my coffee black, it's here; and obviously they have the perk of donuts. Everybody runs on Dunkin.

Awesome customer service!!!! I totally forgot to call the survey line to tell them how amazing they are but for the guy with the beautiful colored eyes, this one is for you! You were awesome during the entire drive through experience! Sorry I forgot! But overall this place is awesome, so happy that they opened a location off Montana. The general manager is awesome and he is doing a great job of hiring upbeat, out going, happy people!!!! Way to start your morning! Good Job! Great Service! Good morning spot!

They don't know how to do anything right. I ordered an easy sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, hash browns, and and apple juice all I got was the apple juice then when I call them nobody picks up I got bored and maybe a little petty so I called 6 times and each time didn't even bother picking up and twice picked up and hung up just to stop the ringing.

Stay away from this Dunkin' by all means! I've went here for a couple days straight around the same time and whoever is working drive thru needs to quit her job! I pull up so happy and jolly for my iced coffee and as soon as I here her speak my day is instantly ruined. She is so rude and just not what I expect Dunkin' to hire! I'm sorry but I will no longer be going there for my daily coffees. Other than the girl, they always seem to make the coffee perfect to the T!

Extremely poor customer service. Not to mention the milk in my latte was spoiled, the donuts had mold on them, and we waited 15 minutes and never got our other drink. We just left and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money at this pathetic excuse of a Dunkin'.

After three visits, my personal rule for granting a "0" star, I have decided to place this location on the "Do Not Patronize" List. My first visit was through the Drive Thru. I ordered an Extra Large Black Coffee with Two Turbo shots. I received a Horrendous Flavored Coffee, which was quickly dumped in the sewer (the Birthplace of all Flavored Coffee) and the cup properly disposed of. The Second visit was made inside since the Drive Thru imprisons the customer with whatever junk comes out of the window. I ordered what I normally ordered in Boston, MA. An Extra Large Coffee, Two Turbo shots, 10 Whole Milks and One Sugar. I received another Flavored Coffee which was quickly returned. Their second attempt, which obviously was made with angered intellectually defective abilities, was made incorrectly, AGAIN. I returned it once more and changed my order to an Extra Large Black Coffee with Two Turbo shots. Upon receiving it, it looked ok. So I left the location. I would later find that there were no Turbo shots at all. So I paid extra for a simple extra large black coffee. The Third Visit, which was today, with a friend who needed a coffee. I DID NOT ORDER this time and cautioned her that going through the Drive Thru was not the best choice since upon leaving once the transaction was completed, was final. She insisted and she received, can you guess? The wrong order. Three Strikes! And now anyone who reads this, I strongly recommend that you avoid this location and join me in Boycotting this location. There are no bad employees, only bad management. If you need a Dunkins fix, go elsewhere. If you want the perfect Dunkins fix, Boston is where Dunkins Pride was born and it is not easily duplicated.

This location is packed; tried app but nobody brought my order out and they need to answer phone. Drive thru is l o n g. Enployees parked in what used to be Curbside.

Today I ordered through Grubhub delivery. I ordered 2 everything bagels with plain cream cheese and instead I got 2 blueberry bagels with strawberry cream cheese. How does that happen? Doesn't GRUBHUB give you the description of the order? I also ordered three types of donuts and the GrubHub delivery girl called me and asked me what kind of donuts I wanted. The descriptions are on the order I'm not understanding what's going on here...

Most of my experience with Dunkin' had always been morning drive-thru to pick up donuts for work, and they're generally good donuts, but as a big Starbucks fan, its hard for me to want to get my coffee elsewhere, however I recently stopped at this Dunkin' to take in the full experience. I had posted on facebook about my excitement that Pumpkin Spice Lattes were back in season when a friend suggested that they were better at Dunkin' than Starbucks, I said there was no way, and though I'm probably right because I'm me, I had to do the right thing and at least give Dunkin's PSLs a fair shot since I had never tried it. I must admit, their iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is not bad at all, I won't say its better per se, but it's yummy, and the size is bigger. Of course PSLs are meant to be a hot drink, El Paso weather just won't cooperate. Being a fan of pumpkin spice, I was also happy they had a filled donut with of that flavor, which was good despite being an afternoon donut and not necessarily at its freshest, maximum flavor potential. I was also impressed by the inside of the shop itself, I had never not used the drive-thru, but I liked that they had a few arm chairs aside from just tables and chairs, gives it a coffeeshop feel, the bright lighting and free Wi-Fi were also pluses.

Never coming to this location again. It's Veteran's Day and we ordered on the app. My husband went in to pick up our order and asked for his free donut but was told he had to go to the back of the very long line and then ask for it. For a donut that would take maybe two seconds to hand to him? Seriously? My drink was made completely wrong and I couldn't even fix it at home so I had to pour it out, no sweetener and no oatmilk which I ordered both. My husband's frozen drink had no coffee or mocha flavoring in it, tasted like plain milk. The donut holes we received were rock hard and looked like they had been sitting out for hours, couldn't even eat them. The "large" kolache was the size of my pointer finger and cold. As a long time Dunkin' fan I am so so so disgusted. Husband also said employees were rude and didn't act like they cared. What a horrible experience and what a waste of my gift card.

Can't complain about this Dunkin' Donuts... it's clean, great service, fast, and delicious.

International donut day and not only was the coffee a sugar sipping disaster but the cashier tried to charge us double what we were told at the speaker. We ordered half a dozen and got none of the donuts we ordered. We will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service, waste of time and money.

Thought I'd be nice and bring doughnuts to guys this morning. Arrived early and all the racks were stocked and I assumed fresh. Ordered an assortment of 2 dozen doughnuts and drive to job site. Guys were excited for doughnuts and dug in. I quickly noticed they discreetly took a couple bites and were throwing in trash. I'm thinking "what the hell?" The 2 boxes just sat on the table and nobody else touched. So I decided to try myself and immediately realized why nobody was eating. The doughnut was dry, stale and tasted like cardboard. I thought maybe it was just the glazed doughnut and tried a cream filled one. Same thing. I'm not sure if they bake a stockpile and bring them out after a couple days but these were by far the worst doughnuts I've ever had in my life. I like Dunkin and they are generally good, but this location sucked doughnut balls.

Love that DD sends coupons in the mail. BOGO Iced coffee is what I always use. Next I will use the BOGO for Macchiato

Everytime I come here the cashiers are always rude. Constantly making mistakes on my orders and this time my coffee tastes like fish! It seems the employees only try when their manager is around.. very disappointed especially since I live very close to this specific location. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location..

Worst Dunkin in El Paso. Bad customer service the 5+ times I've been. Drinks are usually not made well. Donuts are fine but that's a given with dunkin. Try to avoid this one if possible

They are so sweet al though there is this one annoying guy who keeps asking if i want something to drink or other crap after i told him no, he keeps calling my kolaches "little hot dogs" but other than that its great!

Slowest service, bad customer service. There was a line of 5 customers and no one attending. Then it took 10 min to get our sandwich.

Okay so i loved this place UNTIL a girl working in the register started to be really rude to me and other customers. When ordering I tell her everything specifically and asks me to say it louder and then asks me rudely "so what size?" "Uh the flavor?" With hand & face gestures that are not needed. When I had already told her my order correctly stating my order and my husbands and still had the nerve to tell me at the end that I didn't say what flavors. This girl has been rude to us more than once. I love everyone else, everyone is nice and attentive but she is just making me want to go to Starbucks across the street instead.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a beautiful mug and received a free cup of coffee with it. Thanks Josh (Manager). I'll definitely stop there again when I pass through El Paso again.

There is only 2 employees there that know anything about customer service. I used to frequent this place but a change in management really brought this place down. Its so bad I am actually considering going to starbucks and i hate there coffee

The staff are very helpful the coffee is great and love the croissants sandwiches they are the bomb.com I come here often and I use my DD Perks app. I am very satisfied considering the prices compared to Starbucks and you get a free donut for completing the survey. Can't beat that!

Great friendly customer service. My latte was delicious and since I'm a donut freak my donut was excellent. Alexandra the manager was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Actually I was treated better...lol will definetly come back for my donut fix.

COffee Coffee Coffee. I llllloooooooovvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee their coffee. Oh yes and the donuts are excellent as well. I have been here a couple of times and come late night when the craving hits. They also have a drive through if you do not want to get out of the car....cold outside ect. I just tried their seasonal pumpkin donut and although it was on the heavy side, it was pretty good.
