This place is horrible! Don't know what happened with the quality but they can never get you order correct and the ice cream is always melted. Avoid if possible.

had horrible service this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and a wrap for pickup. I got there 15 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes before anyone even noticed me. When they finally did, I said im here for pickup. All she did was grab the bag from behind the counter and hand it to me so my food been sitting there the whole time I was waiting for nothing. As I left, I checked the bag and saw they were missing the wrap. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, she said, “We don’t have any more wraps.” So you knew you didn’t have half my order and still let me leave without saying anything or processing a refund? She ended up making me an extra croissant sandwich, but when I got to work, I found both sandwiches were burnt and hard.

Be aware this place violates the health department codes and is selling left over donuts pass 3 days touch food and money with same hands don’t wear gloves dig nose and touch hair with out washing hands or wear gloves be aware of this place if you love your health

I go here all the time, especially in the nights, because I believe it 24/7 but the service and food got bad. The staff in the night is not very friendly. The coffee is always bitter or has a bitter after taste. I saw the cones being left out 8n the back and vowed never to buy a cone from here again. I used to love this location but not so much anymore.

In the past couple of years this place has totally took a turn for the worse. They never have any donuts and the ice cream is always melted. The older lady has a terrible attitude. I ordered a double scoop of ice cream and together it barely equalled to one scoop. They have terrible service. This specific location used to be my families favorite place to go to but not anymore. Whoever owns this location is doing a horrible job. The staff needs proper customer service training.

Female employees busy gossiping . Laughing. No attention on customer… minus- customer service. They need to be supervised. Owner money is being wasted…. Non focus on work

The location is very under staffed. They have a single lady in the morning rush. Its super slow and the bathroom has been out of order since the beginning of time

I have really weird experience over here, I got 24$ ice cream from them, I gave them 100$ bill, and returned the employee was saying that I will keep the rest of the change 76$, since the other employees left, try to avoid this place if you don’t want to get fooled

Ice creams good. Poorly managed. 3rd try coming in for ice cream. I always come in, nobody speaks to me, so I speak first then they act like they don't want to be there or help me. If you want something from here definitely mobile order.

Old croissants from night before! And I bought this is morning! This is ridiculous and I got sick from this!

Ordered small vanilla chai tea and barely got anything in the cup. It also taste horrible anf i have had this before. Taste like they used water instead of the milk. Not happy with this.

This Dunkin Donuts location is great place to visit while visiting my sister. Great customer service.

i only get the ice cream here and i have no problems with the ice cream but there's one woman with the biggest attitude. I walked in and said "can i get a 2 scoop cookies and cream" she brings out the 3 scoop cup and ask if i want 3 flavors. When i told her i wanted 2 she aggressively asked if i wanted 2 or 3 scoops. I told her i said 2 at first and she rolled her eyes as she made the 2 scoop as if i was wrong and made things more complicated. The worst part is this is the third time she's given me a attitude because she cant hear

I wish I could give no stars! It's the Dunkin' closest to my house and across the street from where I work. I can order on my mobile app and arrive 10 min later and they still don't have the coffee ready. The other day it took 35 min from the time o ordered to the time I finally got a small coffee and a croissant. It's not like I order anything special! It's actually worth driving extra to go out of the way up the street to the other DD where the service is fast, than go here!

I was craving for bagel with cream cheese,came to this place and look what I got,a bagel with a little spread of cream cheese!!!! I rather go to a 7 eleven to get one!! Also order a small milshake and the guy put a little bit of milk with 4 scoops of ice cream,couldn't drink it cuz it was too thick!! Service was ok but very disorganize,cashier running feom one station to another!! Never coming back here!

Nice encounter here went for ice cream, the guy that took care of me was nice and friendly I really liked that it's 24hrs oh and the ice cream itself was delicious...

literally the worst dunkin I've been too. Even if this one is right next to your house I still advise you to travel to one of the others near by because this one is TERRIBLE. Terrible service , they don't make the drinks right, messed up a BAGEL and CREAM CHEESE. Don't waste your time

Terrible service slow and doesn't accept 50 dollars. So even if it's 49 dollars total they won't accept 50 dollar bill. What a joke this place is.

The employees are a bit rude and seem to get annoyed whenever customers come in

Ice Cream Lovers BEWARE! I ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops of Rocky Road today (picture posted) and almost swallowed a Steel Nut. I approached the girl who served it to me and showed it her and she pointed out the ice cream freezer door which was falling apart and said it might have fallen out of there. I was in shock as just moments before, in front of me ordering ice cream, was a small boy who could have been seriously injured by eating one of these - Heck! I could have been seriously injured. I asked for the manager but he was no where to be found. I got a refund. I don't feel satisfied and I'm appalled that a store would allow their equipment to literally be falling apart into the food at what may be the expense of the consumer.

Can I just give this place NO stars? I swear they don't sell coffee here. They serve you hot water with food colorant because this liquid does not taste like coffee nor does it give you the kick you need in the morning. You ask for stronger coffee and it comes out the same. This is my last time here. I rather drink hot toilet water.

Went to this location for the baskin Robbins ice cream ...I go there all the time and it's great but tonight there was a manager on shift her name is LIZ ...this lady is the worst she gave us half scoops of ice cream ...and had an attitude to take our order and she threw down our ice cream and still gave it to us ...you guys need to fire this lady ...one of the most inexperienced staff for a manager position ...the Indian staff and managers are much better ...they give better scoops of ice cream and are much nicer . She also looked dirty and she never used gloves ...I ended up throwing out 20 bucks in ice cream ..thanks a lot next time I'm heading to checkers

This is my first time coming here and MY LAST!!! The wait is ridiculous !!! I've been online for 15 mins waring to ordering coffee while the cashier is serving ice cream to like 15 ppl !!! Never coming back here . Service is HORRIBLE

Okay service food is up to dunkin standards which is good. But I don't like the manager he is always hovering around and staring at customers, sometimes he even interrupts transactions that are going well. He should work on that.. I like dunkin donuts so I will be back.
