had horrible service this morning. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and a wrap for pickup. I got there 15 minutes later, then waited another 8 minutes before anyone even noticed me. When they finally did, I said im here for pickup. All she did was grab the bag from behind the counter and hand it to me so my food been sitting there the whole time I was waiting for nothing.
As I left, I checked the bag and saw they were missing the wrap. I went back inside, and as soon as I walked in, she said, “We don’t have any more wraps.” So you knew you didn’t have half my order and still let me leave without saying anything or processing a refund? She ended up making me an extra croissant sandwich, but when I got to work, I found both sandwiches were burnt and hard.
