Dunkin'

Easily the least consistent, most understaffed, and most baffling establishments at George Mason. I almost always regret coming here. Every single day they are missing some critical aspect of their menu from dawn until dusk. Today it was medium size cups. Cups.

This location clearly takes advantage of students. Tried to get the $6 meal deal that is advertised on their own menu, but apparently, this location doesn't do that promotion. Tried to order using the Dunkin' app, but again, it was not available at this location. Lastly, I tried using my gift card, to which I was informed once again that it was not accepted at this location.

Got me and my friend’s orders wrong lol, didn’t specify that they did not have an item available until after i paid, coffee is buttcheeks get ur breakfast/coffee/snack somewhere ELSE 😭💔

donuts are never warm, STEVEN got my order and my friend’s order wrong and they ran out of hashbrowns AND iced pumpkin loaf AND lemon pound cake

Im so upset, they took 10 mins to take my order and when i did the person was super rude. Then, it takes 10 mins to get my order. there were a total of only three people ordering, why is it taking so long. They never make my coffee the same since they are always switching out staff. To top it all off my coffee cup was broken on the bottom so it was leaking out, i had to go to shake smart and ask for a cup.

On one of the days there was an event for glazed donuts being 0.99 all day. But instead of the all day as mentioned in the flyer, in fact it started at 3pm they said, so I asked to cancel my first order but they still charge me and asked to return the next day to refund. And when refunding my money they gave me 0.11 cents off from the original. I mean first you swindle people with false or bad advertising then charge me and gave me a headache to refund. Besides the bots that keeps giving positive reviews this is by far the biggest embarrassment. Not to mention even the glazed donuts looks terrible and like a bagel.

Consistently makes errors in delivering items. Food is often still cold/frozen. Coffee/drinks tend to be made incorrectly. Menu displayed on Starship is rarely accurate. Slow in preparing food/drinks. All in all, the entire establishment needs a revamp.

Explain to me why it takes 10 min for a simple iced coffee. I’ve been here 8 times thus far throughout the semester. At first the coffee was great and I was in and out in 2 min. But that was with a different employee, there’s this new person that takes an unbelievable amount of time to make a simple iced coffee. Now you must be thinking, “well they might be busy?” False, I come in the same time each time and it’s always me in line and maybe 1 other person waiting. Now here’s the thing, I’m not an impatient person but waiting a non exaggerated 10 min for a simple iced coffee when there’s only maybe 2-3 other people in the store is unheard of. The wait would be worth it if the coffee was consistent. But for some reason this certain person who happens to take too long also happens to make interesting coffees to say the least. I’ll still continue to give them business because America runs on dunkin, but I urge management to train the staff better per say, to leave no room for inconsistency. Thank you, rant over.
