I recommend trying the Cookie Butter Crumble Latte, it's delicious and buttery topped with crookie crumbles and foam. It's sweet and creamy with a hint of dark roasted coffee. The donuts are delicious and worth the money.

Visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on 51st & Olive on December 30, 2025 between 1:33–1:35 PM, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The employee handed me my iced coffee with a dirty look and had a clear attitude when I asked a simple question about the free donut promotion. Despite the poor service, I still left a tip because my iced coffee tasted fine—however, the hot coffee wasn’t even hot, which is basic for a coffee shop. Both employees were more focused on their personal conversation than on making drinks or providing service. There were no other customers at the time, yet they continued a loud, blown-out conversation instead of paying attention to the order in front of them. Conversations like that should be saved for break time, not while preparing customer drinks. I expect better professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. Good drinks don’t excuse bad attitudes and lack of customer focus. - They where two YT women- full of tattoos- they look like second chance individuals not grateful for the job

The ONLY reason I'd go to DD was for the vanilla frosting filled . They just discontinued it. I will not return until they bring it back. 😤 I'll go to the donut shop that's closer to get really good donuts. Boss doesn't make vanilla frosting filled, but their creme cheese old fashion are much better, plus they dont glaze them. DD have a vary limited choice of donuts. Bye bye!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now, usually 4 to 5 days a week. For the most part, it’s been a good experience. But over the last five months or so, I’ve noticed a drop in customer service. I used to work in customer service for over 15 years so I know how to treat people. Some of the staff are great and really friendly, but a few just don’t seem to have much customer service training. Lately, I’ve mostly been dealing with staff at the takeout window or inside who come across as cold. They never say “thank you” or “you’re welcome,” and they never smile. They don’t seem outright rude, but it often feels like I’m bothering them just by showing up. I always try to be polite and respectful, but I don’t feel like that’s been returned as of late. I really think some refresher training on basic customer service would make a big difference. After being a regular for so long, it’s disappointing to feel this way. I’ve decided to take a break from coming here—I’d rather support a place where the staff seem glad to have customers.

I usually have five stars for this Duncan as I frequent it every day sometimes twice a day. I'm a very loyal customer. But today is Christmas I know they closed at 2:00. We were in line at 1:50 came up to the ordering window right at 2:00 and they turned us away. Not only us but someone else in front of us. I thought that was very rude as maybe since it's Christmas they couldn't at least said well they were in line for 10 minutes already let's at least give them their coffee. I think that absolutely sucked

I love dunkin but this location has become the worst!! I just can’t come back anymore, It’s only good when the men are working, the girls are so men and have no customer service and act like you are bothering them while ordering. The drive thru worker didn’t have the top all the way and had the nerve to blame me for spilling it. She didn’t even offer napkins or say sorry at all. Instead she went to gossip about it immediately with her coworker and laugh.

Ordered 4 donuts and two drinks on national donut day and they only gave us two donuts you have to order 1 drink per donut. It’s a rip off and the air conditioning isn’t even on it’s hotter in here than it is outside in Arizona in June! Terrible service. Sunni didn’t have a very Sunni personality . She didn’t even let me finish my order of what I wanted for my coffee completely cut me off. My last review was in 2023, so it's probably the last time I've been. I decided I really wanted a donut. I used to get the vanilla creme filled, so I placed a mobile order. I decided to get an iced pistachio coffee since I had just enough funds left on my app. Dunkin is about a 10 minute drive from where I was, so I figured they'd have plenty of time to have my stuff ready. Now I understand the drive through line... I was in it about 10 minutes. We'll, even more time to have my order. I get to the order section, tell them I have a mobile order, and they say pull on through. WRONG! I get to the puck up window and they say we don't have vanilla creme. I went here because I pre ordered something I really wanted. I left my location to drive there and get what I ordered. I was treating myself! Well, the wind in my sails DEFLATED. I just wanted to leave cause I wanted what I ordered, waited for it, and was then told nope. I left with a drink and glazed donut. I was hoping to drive past someone to give it to as I won't eat it. The plus side is I only have like twenty cents left on my card. Time to delete the app. I clearly no not run on Dunkin.

We ordered munchkins through the drive thru, pay, and leave before we realize they aren't glazed. Just plain, slightly oily, donut holes. I've never had a plain munchkin from DD so what the heck? Husband goes inside for what we wanted and returns with whole donuts because they were out of glazed munchkins. What made me angry was that they didn't offer that info when we were ordering. Just poor customer service.

I've had problems the last 2 times I've visited this place. The first time was for the Halloween buckets which I went inside for and the cashier/manager working said he didn't even know they were getting them, which seemed a little weird to me. They were all out of the buckets by 8am. He was also making drinks for the drive through, even though there were at least 6 people in line in the lobby, so the line moved very slow. By the time I ordered they were low on everything and it just wasn't a great experience. I'd also waited almost 20min to order. I went back a few days later to get some munchkins and decided to try the drive through. By the time I got in sight of the speaker (which took about 10min, even though there were only a few cars ahead of me), there were multiple hand written signs taped to the menu board about being out of items and munchkins were one of them. I was very frustrated, as I'd already waited 10min and was unable to pull out of line and leave. It took another 5-7 min to get to the window. The people working are always polite and apologetic. I don't think I'll be visiting this location for a while though.

I love Dunkin donuts, and the locations here are all mostly peaceful except this one... the last 3 times me and my husband came in to get a coffee Friday morning, the manager/cashier was not so kind he always looks like he hates his job.. the way he talks to you is very belittling. We always go get coffee evrey Friday morning, and just stopped going to this location for this reason

Dude with the bleached blonde ponytail working the drive through this morning was running it like the Navy. Read my order back to me, double checked the bag and confirmed everything before he gave it to me, got me in and out of that drive-through in 60 seconds. This is the best iced coffee I've gotten at this location in 10 years. I want him working every single time I come back to this Dunkin.

I've been to a few DD in the valley and had great serivce. I stopped in at this location to get a coffee and donut cause it's near my house. The service I got from the girl that took my order was not very friendly also her co-worker gave the same attitude. So if you happen to stop into this location just be prepared to have bad service..

I was overcharged $34.66 for a muffin, 6 donuts and two small frozen coffees. Another customer was angry with his order and chased out by an employee. I thought they were going to get into a physical fight. My wife and I had an Uber and an appointment to catch, so I let this go. To be honest, the other guy was furious when he left, and I didn't feel safe at all. We have all heard about people coming back into these fast food stores and doing bad things. I tried calling the store, but they have an answering service on and don't answer the phone. I've contacted their corporate office over this and hope to hear from them, or I will report them to the BBB, social media and dispute the extra charge as fraud. The service was also horrible - I will never go back to this store and possibly be done with overpriced Dunkin - this place isn't worth the hassle.

Wish I could give 0 starts. I hardly ever go to Dunkin because to be completely honest they're not always reliable. Their coffees are always different even tho I order the same thing. I asked if they can please remake my drink since it was A. Half filled & B. A little bitter. I received so much attitude from all 3 girls there. I asked extremely nicely! They proceeded to tell me that "thats how it comes" I said it's half way filled & they said it was due to the foam melting?? They ended up remaking it the exact same assuming to upset me even more. Will stick to all the other coffee shops, do not waste your time & energy!

This location really put us in a bind due to their lack of communication between their own staff. We called in yesterday to place a large order of 9 dozen donuts and 2 coffee jugs. We were told that we should download the app and place the order (passing the buck was irritating). So we downloaded the app and placed a $215.68 order to pick up today as we were hosting a 9/11 remembrance at a facility. Called the location about 1/2 before pickup this morning and was told that they don't take orders that big on the app and that we should have called it in. We explained to the man on the phone that their employee told us to order on the app yesterday. The man got irritated and tried rushing us off the phone. Said he couldn't help us and offered no solutions. I was utterly disgusted by his tone and attitude with my wife (she had him on speaker phone). I called Bosa Donuts down the street and they helped us right away. They provided the 9 dozen of Donuts and 2 coffee jugs. With just a 25 minute lead time. To be honest the donuts looked a lot better and taste better, hands down. I highly recommend Bosa Donuts over Dunkin' any day.

Terrible manager. He is always so dam rude, not sure it he is homophobic but every-time my husband & I go in he always is rude to us & not to other customers. Today he had us just standing at the registry for s good 15 minutes with no assistance. When I finally asked if we would be helped all he said was " I have a a-lot of orders , I'm not ignoring you" . Continued to wait and then after another 5 mins we just left. Don't recommend going into the store, better off going through the drive thru....

Ordered a dozen donuts at drive thru. Asked for 4 specific flavors, 3 of each equaling a dozen. Did Dunkin get it right? Nope. I received 3 flavors, 4 of each. To make matters worse, they gave me 12 of the oldest, driest, rock-hard donuts I've ever seen. Aren't donuts typically fresh at 8am? What a total waste of money. Guess partly my fault for not checking the box until I got home. My bad for assuming everything would be as I ordered it. I have a full house the day after Thxgvg yet 10 of the 12 donuts are still sitting on the counter, which is so unusual in this house. My 14 yr old will eat anything... but not these. First and last time I will visit this location. They clearly do not care about the quality of the products they sell.

(Olive & 51st Ave, Glendale, AZ) The only girl standing and "working" at the counter stood there facing me for quite some time talking to someone and wouldn't acknowledge me until I asked if there was someone else to help me. She asked someone else, who was actually working, because she apparently didn't want to. After she realized the other workers were actually working and busy, and that she had to actually assist me, she let out a big sigh. She had to take time away from telling someone of how much better she likes working at DD better than Circle K (they probably made her actually work there), and complaining to who she was talking to about someone quitting recently. I'd quit too if I had to work with her and her crew. And before I placed my order, I had to walk across the street to use the bathroom because she said they just cleaned theirs. Weird.

I ordered the donut wholes and the stuffed bagels today through Uber eats. This is a mistake on both Dunkin and Uber eats. Dunkin should be handing the driver EVERY ITEM ORDERED. It's ordered and paid for a reason. The driver should double check the order is complete. This is the second time my donut wholes are missing. I tried calling the location to get an idea of what's going on but no answer. I can't keep submitting missing items to Uber eats otherwise they won't refund me after so many reported missing items. Stop making orders for Uber Eats if you can never get the order correct. This is so unacceptable. I guess my business will be going to bossa donuts right down the street from you guys. I never seem to have any problems with them.

Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world They have the slowest workers and one little girl that works in there likes to roll her eyes after I asked where my avacado toast was. They have no speed or consistency. The drinks are sometimes super duper sweet and some days never taste right. Today I ordered a large iced tea and they gave me coffee instead. I will never go back to this one in the morning. I left 25 minutes early hoping I would get to work on time and got to work 25 minutes late. Horrible service and rude little girl working on there. Don't go to this Dunkin.

I've been to this location multiple times over the last 6 months and they haven't gotten my order right one time. Either the food is messed up or the drinks. We order simple iced coffees and munchkins. It's never anything complicated. Regular menu items and they still can't get it right. Staff is slow and inattentive. Manager is about the same, if you dare ask him for help he is visibly angry.. then you're worried they're going to spit in your food... all around.. this place is awful. Will spend more $$ at the Starbucks just around the corner. At least my items will be made correctly.

Chaos breaks out! A warning do not stop inside the store on Friday morning. The line probably moves a lot faster in drive through. The staff here just focus on that than people standing at the counter. They have plenty of workers but so inefficient. They acted like they don't see you there, don't want to be there, and don't want your business. Skip this location and go to the 59th Ave and T-Bird. You get so much better service and donut selections too.

Do not go here in the mornings. The staff sucks at everything. I waited 10 minutes in line just to order, when I got to order the employee asked me to "wait a second" waited another 15 minutes just to order when I get to the window they got my order completely wrong and they employees got annoyed that I asked for them to remake me my correct coffee. Never going to this location again and by looking at the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one that had a problem with this. You can tell by the picture how bad they made the first coffee.

What happened??? Not long ago I gave this location a 5 star rating. Today, around 4 o'clock and their donut supply was very, very low. I asked if they were making anymore and I was told no and they still had 3 hours before closing! So what are they suppose to sell for 3 hours if there is no more donuts? I would think that they would have fresh donuts coming out throughout the day, that's what they do at Bossa donuts whom by the way have amazing donuts.

I went here with my friend because of his addiction to coffee. We had just finished up dinner nearby and this was the closest Dunkin to our location. We stop by a little over an hour before closing to try to get decaf. Apparently they were out and didn't offer to make more in the hour+ til closing. I know certain food places stop making certain items at a set time before closing, but....no hot (decaf) coffee??? At Dunkin? More than an hour before closing? Umm, the one in Tempe (on Rural) made a fresh pot two nights before when we drove thru 20 mins before closing. Maybe the Tempe location needs to send trainers to this location.

Went to Dunkin Donuts this morning , and picked up a dozen donuts. The donuts were very dry, and uneatable. They don't even rate 1 star. They rate a minus 10 stars. Very disgusting. Turns out they don't even make their own donuts They are shipped in from some unknown bakery. Not only that, they only had 1 person at the counter, and it took 15 minutes to get the disgusting donuts.

But hey, new store, I'll come back in a couple months.. it was fine for awhile after I came back, but now I'm getting fed up. Food is cold, my coffee order is inconsistent. I order a ice coffee, black with caramel. That's it! The coffee, either tastes burnt or the flavour is non existent ( I know how the flavour should taste, as other DDs I go to, it's on point) I actually have to order another shot of flavour to get it "normal" I'm tired of wasting my money on this place, so I've decided to not go there and while it's right by my house, I'll go out of way to go to another one. To all the people saying the owner might not see the reviews, you're probably right. I suggest doing the surveys on the receipt they give you.

Horrible drive thru service. Not sure if the reviews matter but this place should go out of business. Waited to order for way longer than we had to all because the girl with blue hair who was giving us our drinks was throwing a pitty party for herself and crying. Asked if she was ok and she was super rude. No offense but if you're gonna be crying go in the back or go home. If working at Dunkin' and it's too stressful or whatever, don't work then because honestly I'd much rather have a drink without her damn tears in it. The manager was also very rude when I asked for the receipt and she did not give it to me because "it didn't print". I wanted to make sure I was being charged correctly because the blue haired girl did not seem stable enough to get things right.my drinks were not stirred up and they were chunky with powder, we did not get straws or my receipt. Honestly both of them should just get fired. Everyone has bad days get over it and fix your blue hair.

If I could give this place lower than a one I would. This is horrible 40 minutes in line through online order pick-up through the window. Will you do online even to go in the store to pick up you have to wait 15 minutes because the three people behind the counter couldn't find the milk or espresso they made. The owner needs to take full responsibility to get this place in order. And he needs to do it quickly. Otherwise people are going to be going be going to Kwik Trip down the road. So sad when you want to support your local community.

Expect a slow, long drive-thru line in the morning....I'm sure a lot of this has to do with customers ordering more than they should in the drive thru, but the staff also need to have a sense of urgency. Some of the employees recognize this, others seem to not care and take their sweet time. Service seems to be quicker if you go inside, and from there you can really witness some of the employees lackluster approach to customer service. Some employees are great...they greet you, tell you have to have a nice day, recognize their regulars...hopefully management recognizes those that bring their best to work with them everyday. I have yet to see anyone who could pass for management in the morning though.

My daughter went, this Saturday morning the 29th of dec., to the 51st Ave and Olive location. A few years back was the last time we went there. This time was a real eye opener as to how much this location has went to the dumps. My daughter complained when she returned, that the staff was rude and pushy, when she returned half the donuts tasted stale. I can only imagine, there serving some of the leftovers from the night before. Then my wife noticed that the LARGE coffee she ordered was only half full, we opened my sons coffee and it was the same, half full. Also we ordered a chocolate milk for one of my grandkids. Her answer to all the complaints was very simple for her (she claimed to be the manager), her answer was, "you didn't order a chocolate milk!" That was it. Nothing addressing about any of the other issues. The only problem was, my daughter didn't even order at the counter or the drive though. She ordered from the APP, so the woman's excuse was nothing but an empty excuse. She offered a refund, we will see how that goes. My advice, there are three other locations within two miles, go to those. Recap. Rude, pushy, stale donuts, half full large drinks, order incomplete, manager response to all ore mentioned, " you didn't order a chocolate milk", ignored all other portions of the complaint. We ordered from the APP, so she was dishonest about her only response about a multiple issue complaint. Overall, dishonest, stale, incorrect, rude and pushy, laying blame back to the customer because of there own incompetence. Seems legit..

Just don't go to this location. The employees move so slow and my order is wrong every single time. Really disappointing.

Ordered a Large Strawberry Coolata from here this morning and had a friend pick it up for me since I'm at work. I had to shove the straw in because the entire middle of the drink was full ice. I stirred it together anyways and took a drink. Tasted wrong. Like watered down juice. Had my friend take it back to be re made. They told him how the monster energy drink makes it fizzy, buutttt there is No Monster in this drink!!?? So I'm confused on how the manager who told him this has a job where he doesn't know the products he sells.. this is a fruit drink. And if there was supposed to be any in this drink, it legally is supposed to be labeled. I got the re make back and it was extremely watery and still tasted like crap. Whhyyyy am i paying over 5 bucks for a drink like this?
