I grabbed breakfast and a coffee here around 6:30 on 9/15. The staff were super friendly and very warm and welcoming. I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and a large caramel craze (signature latte). The croissant was warm and savory with flavorful seasonings, and it was so delicious. The hash browns were also unexpected well seasoned and crispy and scrumptious as well. Then the latte was the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the bold coffee flavor. I was very impressed with the service, flavor, and quality of my meal here at the airport. What a great way to start my day! Thanks!

Just left this location. Wish I could give it negative stars. We are a family of 4, stood in line for over 5 mins (I started started timing). One employee walked past us 4 times refilling a water station, one employee was making a meal, another one was mopping, and the last one I could only partially see, so I don't know what she was doing. The one that was mopping finally stopped to to take my order, then the one taking the meal told her she had to make a coffee before taking my order. She proceeded to do so without washing her hands. So we left due to lack of service and poor hygiene.

Bless the powers that be that put multiple coffee places in the airport, and close to our gate. The first sip of my first Dunkin did not disappoint. I feel less frazzled and can feel the 24 hour long journey slip away as I sip on the delectable combination of caffeine and hope. For some people it may be a simple cup of coffee, but for an exhausted traveling Mom and her son it tastes like Nirvana.

Lately doesn’t matter which kind of coffee, latte, cappuccino, it’s just milk. I gave them a few chances but lately coffee here it’s just milk. Horrible!!!

Donuts and stuff are all the same as a regular Dunkin. This Dunkin seems to have missed the “Toast” part in Avocado Toast… it should just be called Avocado and Bread. Still good though.

Ordered an iced coffee and they mistakenly made a hot coffee. Instead of making our order correctly they just add ice to the hot coffee…. which watered down the coffee because of the melted ice and it tasted terrible. Had to just throw it out. Doesn’t make sense because there were 5 employees there and zero customers. Also had to stand in front of them for a bit before having my order taken since they were chatting with each other first. Also donuts are stale. Unfortunate because we were looking forward to get Dunkin since we don’t have it in Canada… My expectations for an airport Dunkin location were low but they still managed to disappoint me.

I buy coffee at Dunkin often (outside of airport) at different locations. I will say twice a week, but this coffee at the airport tastes horrible. This employee does not know how to make it. I will recommend everyone to pass on coffee at this location B5

Stopped in here for coffee between flights around 5 am, as soon as I walked up to the counter you could tell this was going to be a pleasant experience. The lady taking my order was "busy" doing something and couldn't take my order yet so I needed to wait. I stood there holding my gift card that I planned on using, that she could clearly see... I said "good morning" she just glares at me. So I ordered my drink and sandwich and she says, "what all you want in yo coffee" I said I want a hot latte with cream sugar and carmel... she fires back at me with "I know you wan eh hot. I ain't axed if u wan eh hot. I axe what you want in it!" Then turns to another lady behind the desk (who was very nice) and says I don't know what it is with everyone and their attitudes today but I ain't havin it and this is the second in a row to give me one. This better not keep up. I said, I don't have an attitude, guy before me didn't either. Ever think maybe it's you? There went the fuse... I turned to the gentleman behind me who happened to work outside baggage for the airport and shook my head and said, I don't know what I did. He goes clearly she doesn't wanna be here, and I'm actually kinda scared to order now... so I kindly handed her my gift card after she finished typing it in, and she waves her arms and says, "oh na, I don't want it that goes in the machine. Aw hell we don't take gift cards anyways." I said, it's a dunkin gift card... she says "ya but we don't take em here. We a franchise baby. Go take yo gift card to someone else we ain't doin it here. Then went on about some other rant and kept calling me and everyone else around "baby"... I was pretty tired of that by the end of all this. Anyways. By the time I got back to my waiting area for my next flight and reached in my bag to realized I was charged for 2 different sandwiches. (Only wanted 1) and both were burnt so bad I threw em away. She needs to go, her weave, fake lashes and nails need to go, and maybe then that particular restaurant can improve. Until then, good luck. My wife and I go to dunkin everyday back at home, I will not be spending another dollar at ANY dunkin from here on out. So long.
