I grabbed breakfast and a coffee here around 6:30 on 9/15. The staff were super friendly and very warm and welcoming. I got the sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and a large caramel craze (signature latte). The croissant was warm and savory with flavorful seasonings, and it was so delicious. The hash browns were also unexpected well seasoned and crispy and scrumptious as well. Then the latte was the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the bold coffee flavor. I was very impressed with the service, flavor, and quality of my meal here at the airport. What a great way to start my day! Thanks!

Zero stars. Don’t take the app. They do at other airport locations. Also they handed me my stuff and then took it back. Looked like they were putting in back on the shelf.

Bless the powers that be that put multiple coffee places in the airport, and close to our gate. The first sip of my first Dunkin did not disappoint. I feel less frazzled and can feel the 24 hour long journey slip away as I sip on the delectable combination of caffeine and hope. For some people it may be a simple cup of coffee, but for an exhausted traveling Mom and her son it tastes like Nirvana.

Just left this location. Wish I could give it negative stars. We are a family of 4, stood in line for over 5 mins (I started started timing). One employee walked past us 4 times refilling a water station, one employee was making a meal, another one was mopping, and the last one I could only partially see, so I don't know what she was doing. The one that was mopping finally stopped to to take my order, then the one taking the meal told her she had to make a coffee before taking my order. She proceeded to do so without washing her hands. So we left due to lack of service and poor hygiene.

Donuts and stuff are all the same as a regular Dunkin. This Dunkin seems to have missed the “Toast” part in Avocado Toast… it should just be called Avocado and Bread. Still good though.

Lately doesn’t matter which kind of coffee, latte, cappuccino, it’s just milk. I gave them a few chances but lately coffee here it’s just milk. Horrible!!!

We had an early morning flight and were waiting at my gate, which was right next to the Dunkin’s. Although they didn’t open until 5am, people started lining up at the door at 4:30am. There were two women who opened the store, both women moved slowly and looked tired. One woman worked behind the register, while the other woman started to stock the fridge with drinks. The line moved VERY slowly, so I decided to wait at my gate until the line went down. When I realized the line was actually getting longer, I decided to jump in around 5:20am. When I finally made it to the register, both women were now behind the counter, the one who took my order didn’t smile and didn’t welcome me. I told her I wanted 3 donuts, a Dasani, and a medium decaf coffee. I stopped drinking caffeine several years ago, but I still love the taste of coffee. After ordering, I reiterated that I only wanted a decaf coffee, she looked at me with frustration and said “yeah, it is decaf”. I paid by card and moved to the next window. Within seconds my order was ready. The donuts were very fresh and tasty, they were also nice and warm. My kids and I were very satisfied with our donuts. The coffee was hot, fresh and tasted great. Within 30 minutes of my flight boarding time, I started to get jittery, I was also a little nauseous, that’s when I realized, my medium coffee was in fact caffeinated. I really started to feel queasy. That was my first cup of caffeine in several years, so it really did a number on me at 5:50am with little sleep the night before. Unfortunately for me, my entire 4-hour flight to Seattle was awful because I was nauseous from the caffeine. When we hit some heavy turbulence in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, I really thought I was going to lose it. Next time, I’ll have to remind myself to just make a cup of decaf coffee at home before I head to DFW. Other than that, the coffee was hot, the donuts were fresh, and everything was reasonably priced. I paid $1.28 for each donut, $2.52 for the medium coffee, and $2.80 for the Dasani. This was even cheaper than the Hudson right next door. If I had received a decaf coffee as I had ordered, I would’ve given them 5 stars.
