To date, not the best managed Dunkin Franchise that I’ve stepped into. But I must acknowledge the outstanding services provided by NICOLE, The most outstanding and resourceful DD Employee that I’ve ever encountered. Not only is she charming, but she caters Exceptionally To each client being the only employee On board. She gives 110% and manages the store as if it were her own..Franchises With such Valuable Personalities Should recognize, reward and promote to highest Position available. If it wasn’t for her outstanding service I would not consider returning. I must credit The survival of this establishment To the one and only And I give her 7 🌟. I thrive on customer satisfaction & Nicole truly goes out of her way to cater effectively to each customer. It is my pleasure to be serviced By such and unique outperformer.. On December 17, 2025, I stopped by this 24hour Dunkin’ around 1:20 AM. The female employee taking our drive-thru order was openly rude and had a disgusting attitude the entire time. It was so off putting that we decided to leave without completing our order it completely ruined what should have been a quick visit. Customer service like that is unacceptable, even on overnight shifts.

Food and service, good. Restroom---BEWARE. Clean enough, but its door doesn't lock. If there is no "please knock" sign, let the cashier (for the gas station, not Dunkin) know.

Friendly staff, quick service, and consistently fresh coffee make this Dunkin’ a great stop. Conveniently located near Regeneron, it’s perfect for a pre-meeting boost or quick snack break. Always reliable.

Worst Dunkin I ever had. Stale bagels and the dark skin toned girl does not wash her hands and make messes in the bathroom. Walked out with this for me to see. Never eat at this place. Gas station side has way better and fresher food.

Large drink - app tells you that if you select less ice, cup won't be filled and taste may be impacted. So this is what I get - a ton of ice and literally two sips of drink. Is this fair, Dunkin Donuts, for a $6 drink???

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts last week and got my refresher with no ice. I come back today and they say they can’t do no ice in it. It’s such a scam because they just want to fill it up with ice so they can use less of their product. I like to drink my refresher throughout my 10 hour shift as i work in the labs and on my feet all day plus a lot of fast food places do not clean out their ice machines properly so I am looking out for my health. Very disappointed in Dunkin and will not be returning to any of their locations.

one of the better dd i have been to and this one has a drive thru is quick .this dunk in elmford has a good selection of non stale donuts and other edible eats and the coffee aint bad as well. some seating inside and the wait on line is less then a few minutes. no mistakes by the dd workers and a few fresh donuts and cappuccino is a good start to my morning before heading to church nearby. giving dd in elmsford 4 stars and its well deserved.

This is the slowest DRIVE - THRU ever. In the morning it's crazy trying to get a cup of coffee! The line for the drive thru wouldn't be so long and slow if the workers put some pep in their step!

I recently moved offices for work and discovered a gas station that has a Dunkin attached. It's definitely a great two for one deal! Gas prices here are normally average. The Dunkin coffee counter is always very quick with getting drinks ready. They also have a drive thru if that is more your thing, though it is pretty busy in the morning. Ordering ahead is also available for this location on the Dunkin app!
