I believe that when we were growing up, we were taught basic manners when someone says “thank you,” you respond with “you’re welcome.” In customer service, we’re also taught to be friendly and say things like “Have a nice day.” That’s how you encourage customers to return and continue supporting your business.
Unfortunately, this location seems to lack those basic principles. The staff is often rude and could benefit from additional training. It might be helpful to ensure employees fully complete and understand their training videos before being placed on the floor to interact with customers.
On top of that, the food is frequently cold, and the iced drinks are watery. While I don’t expect perfection, I do expect a certain standard even from a Dunkin’ located inside a gas station.
