Dunkin'

This is maybe my 4 time at this location. It is on my way to work. The first two times I came my order was always missing something. The third time was great. This time I asked for extra bacon and paid $1.00 extra. And when I opened the box to look it my mouth dropped. It looks normal I have added the picture of the other location that I love going to you are able to see the difference.

They Gave Me A Cold Bread Which Wasn’t Appetizing. Also The Drive Thru Guy Was Reading My Order Only About 3 Of The 7 Items I Had And Said “And The Rest Of The Order” While I Was Waiting For Him To Tell Me My Order To See If It Was Correct. That Was Wrong Of Him.

I’m not one to ever leave complaints or bad reviews about places that I enjoy. I’ve been coming here since before Covid. I have always enjoyed the food and never had a bad experience. Until today at noon I asked for the “strawberry refresher” and I was confused as to why I was asked green tea or lemonade but then I said “the daydream refresher” and I was asked green tea or lemonade again. I figured I could correct it at the window. I pull up and I see that it’s not the drink I wanted and I told the lady twice that I wanted the daydream refresher. She looked at me like I had three heads only to tell me that it’s the “strawberry refresher” and I said “strawberry daydream refresher” again…and she said “yes” and I was like okay I drove off. I pulled up the photo on my phone and came back through the window to show them. I apologized and said respectfully “i’m sorry, but this is what I wanted” while showing the picture in my phone. One would figure they would fix it right? Well the young gentleman with glasses at the window spoke to me and said “you said the strawberry refresher that’s why I said green tea or lemonade” in my head I’m like no way I’m about to say strawberry daydream refresher again, mind you I train baristas at my job. I told him I said “the strawberry daydream refresher” and he denied it but eventually fixed it. It’s not okay to talk to customers like that, especially after I repeated myself 4 times to two employees.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times. 1st time it was a minor wrong with the order, a different cheese then selected. 2nd time it was uncooked bacon- on both wraps.. mind you they had us pulled over so you’d think they could’ve taken the time to actually cook the pork.. 3rd time and the last time I’m ever giving this location a chance: I ordered a oat milk latte (I have a a breastfed baby with a milk allergy so I can’t have dairy), and they put a TON of creamer in it. I’m not even sure my extra espresso shot was in it. Also the hashbrowns had 0 seasoning. We were again pulled over for 15mins. You’d think this location having so many cars pulling over for long periods of time would save themselves the hassle of remaking an order by actually reading the order..

Every time I come to this location they hand me my coffee with nasty caramel and everything all over it. As if they're not cleaning their hands the cup is always nasty with stuff running all down it. I always have to ask for an additional cup and lid thats not dirty to pour it in. Just gross. I wish there was a cleaner location nearby. These employees are nasty.

I went to this location today and ordered a medium matcha. After tasting it, I didn’t like how it tasted, so I politely asked if it could be remade. I even went inside to avoid holding up the drive-thru line. The employee at the counter told me I’d have to pay again for a remake, which I found ridiculous. Then the manager backed him up and insisted I pay. This was a terrible experience. I was respectful and reasonable, and I was met with poor customer service. I won’t be coming back. This is not how customers should be treated.

Had ordered a Turtle Iced Signature Latte and a donut 🍩. They ran out of Boston Creme and got a Vanilla Creme instead. Good thing it's open late to sit in a bit unlike the other locations. Good drink and good donut. 🍩. Nice and quiet inside Dunkin. (May 1)

horrible Customer Service all the young ladies were very rude. Also, once I left the drive-through from picking up my order, I tried to go inside. Use the restroom to the young ladies inside lie and told me that the restrooms were out of water. I particularly think it was because I’m black and I’m not a racist, but I feel this morning. I experienced racism so I went to my car and called the manager and let the manager know if the restrooms are out of order. Why is it a sign posted? She then said they’re not auto order and had someone open them for me. This is horrible. What if I was having an extreme emergency which I was and really needed to use the restroom I will never be visiting this location again and I also called corporate because this is just unreal and not fair and this is a horrible job on the manager because this store lacks customer service

Enjoyed the cheap, sweet coffee and 6 dollar meal deal-- meal was actually rather substantial. Service was fast. There were quite a few horseflies in the restaurant though and the donuts were kept in the open so I wouldn't get donuts from them. Flies are a number one vector of disease, huge bad sign that there were that many flies near the donuts.

The staff was pleasant enough. Limited donut selection, I thought, at least they were fresh.

staff was nice quick and efficient. drinks are overall very sweet and watered down consistent w other locations tho

doordash order- I enjoyed the food however I would've preferred an everything bagel instead of plain. it seems they don't have that option on the app. I didn't receive a straw with my drink either, mixing a drink like that is pretty hard. once I did manage to mix it well and right it was delicious. i'm intrigued on trying more flavor refreshers now! probably will stop by myself next time to see what else they have!

I know it's just a Dunkin Donut chain, but what makes the difference, is the people and hospitality within it. I came in, and immediately was greeted by nearly the whole staff. The manager came out the back to speak with me and ask me about my day, and I found that incredibly endearing. They do lock their bathrooms though. Just a note, in case you're really in need of a trip to the bathroom; you'll need a key. Now food is food, and Dunkin Donuts is not a sandwich shop nor is it a gourmet dessert place, so I ordered by lackluster breakfast burrito and my donut, but was not deterred by that at all. Now, I am trying to find a good local spot to study, and I found that this location was really inviting and welcomed me to stay, connect to their wifi, and hangout with them. That being said, I was able to be productive, have a good time, and see the smiles on every single customer's face. So, for both my service and the behalf of everyone else, I will be back! Thank you guys!

Donuts were dry af , not fresh at all and the selection was small. Like the name is Dunkin donuts... you would think they would take more pride in how they give them out . And the dude who boxed them for me didn't know what flavors were which and seemed like he was trying to give me a hint as to they weren't good... I asked about flavor, he said, this is all we got . I said dude, what flavor is the pink one.. he said I don't know .

Yeah, the gentleman was kind but I am not quite certain if he was a trainee. That's beside the point. He was tending me service yet the girl was the one answering my simple questions. All I wanted to was a smaller box instead of a wide unnecessary box. The guy was about to hand me one but the girl said no. They just lost my service big time. I don't mind paying for box only if they told me. What a crappy service. Also they asked if I want a receipt and I said yes please yet he didn't give me one. Not going back to any fkn DUNKIN DONUTS.. I will stop buying for occasional breakfast for the homeless. Small stuff matters y'all. Just a box! Yeaaaah!

Pull up almost any Saturday or Sunday at 6 when it's supposed to be open! It's won't be'. I got turned away from an employee that stated the supervisor didn't show. I guess diversity in employment is going well. It has never happened to me in my home state not once? I guess southerners have a different way of doing things.

Thank you baby Jesus for finally opening a Dunks close to me! I have had to drive a whopping 7 minutes to the Bellaire location, now I get to just drive 5!!! Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee hands down! Their chocolate donut is also my favorite and their donuts holes are the best. They have bagels, hot and cold drinks and other breakfast items. I typically make my Dunkin Donuts coffee at home, but now the plan is to stop here a few times a week!! Yay!

Every time I leave this location, I have a smile on my face. Everyone who works here is so nice and always friendly. The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious and drinks are always made to perfection. I really appreciate this location! Great job on the customer service ya'll. :)

The guy in the drive thru was super sweet. He was patient and knew the menu so well he helped me find a new coffee to try. It's hard to find good employees with patience and that want to help and I told him I appreciated that. I'm in food and bev industry and I told him I'd hire him in a second!... however the food wasn't the best but I know that wasn't his fault. It was just cold and you could tell it had been made hours ago.

Hella rude never gets your drink right, and the service is horrible! I go today to get a drink and CHRISTEN comes to the windows with a hot drink! Lol in HOUSTON. I simply said I did not order a hot drink. He slam the window lol and said oh your rude well I guess that's will NEVER go back. Tried several times and it's the same. Rude and order in NEVER correct.

Horrible service (no one in the drive through lane should have gave it away)! Couldn't get the difference between two sizes of coffee cups!! Please close or pay a little more for better help.

They spent more time talking and giving discounts to their friends. I waited 20 minutes for my drink that wasn't made right! Then had my food sitting in the air fryer machine. I tried to reorder something and that still took long. They weren't attentive to everyone as much as their friends !

This is a shiny new location, and I've been anticipating its opening, since I dig the fact that Dunkin bakes their donuts. They currently have a special advertising a free donut when you purchase a large drink. Done. I got my iced tea fix, complete with a shot of blueberry flavoring, and my free donut. And some blueberry donut holes because they're amazing. If you haven't had a blueberry cake donut (or donut hole), then I don't know what you've been doing with your life. It was pretty empty when I went, so service was extremely prompt. I think we'd all expect fast service when a place is empty, but I'm sure that many of us have found from personal experience that that really isn't always the case. Staff are also friendly, and that's always a plus. I don't want to make this a habit, but it's nice to know that it's just a few minutes away from me.

I kid you not, this is how I received my drink..... I wanted to ask to fill it up more so bad but the employee was already being rude. This is why I go to the Dunkin on bellaire and Bissonnet

I love Dunkin' but this may be the worse one iv ever been too in many years of traveling. Always takes FOREVER even if it's not that busy, idk if they are always understaffed or what. They definitely need some change in management because spending THIRTY minutes when there are 2 cars ahead of me is unacceptable. "America crawls at a snails pace on Dunkin'"

I had problem drive through a year ago since then I went back first time today just now. STILL they have problems! People who work there isn't nice and always talk back to Custmer and they Dont know how to talk ! They need hire better people always " bad Attitude kids there" They should not be service industries. I won't go back there forever. I go to Bellaire location only .Zero star if possible.

Wow Do not go into restaurant Staff drops food out of boxes Loses orders Fills coffee orders by ease and not order received The donuts are still good No wonders they are on the backside of an insurance broker

Been coming here for a while , it's pretty good, I always do drive through, iced coffe seems fresh always, customer service is good as well

Came here because of a t mobile Tuesday promotion and I'll never return. I ordered an iced coffee and when they gave it to me it was warm. I told the gentleman I ordered an iced coffee and it should be cold, he told me "the ice melted" -_____-why would you used HOT coffee to make a cup of iced coffee?? So he made me another one and used hot coffee again with just more ice. And of corse the drink tastes horrible. So disappointing.

I was spoiled for a few years and had a Dunkin (and Starbucks) super close to my old house. Now I moved, and that Dunkin' is no longer there either. I'm a sucker for their seasonal items like Pumpkin iced coffee and Pumpkin donut! I'm so glad they opened up this new location, but I'm not so sure how I felt about the service. I went through Drive Thru and received my food items but not my coffee. I had to remind them that I was waiting for my coffee after she wished me "have a great day" awkward...lol! My Iced coffee was good but my Apple Fritter tasted a bit off. Not as sweet as it usually is. Hey! If I'm gonna get an Apple Fritter...it's gotta be sweet right? Haven't been inside, but I'll be back if I'm in the area again. They also gave me a punch card that says if you buy 9 Medium hot or iced coffees, your 10th one is free!

I've been waiting forever for a fourth dunkin to open up and I'm so happy that one opened up near me. Coffee is A-1, as expected. Can't wait for Fall so I could buy my pumpkin spice latte woot woot!

First time I'm writing a review for a chain like this, but I gotta say this location is awesome. They never mess up the dunkaccino (whereas other locations will straight up give me a cup milk and call it a day) and the lady is always so polite and well spoken.

NO STARS IF I COULD MINUS , I would ! I went in this morning and I always go thru drive up I got off and placed my order when the girl asked me what flavor iced coffee I hesitated on flavor and she sighed! I said quickly caramel. So after I paid , I Waite's and I heard my ticket number so I walked to pick up area and saw that there was about 5 drinks there so I asked , which one is my drinks... she was at counter area and yells out " can you wait, im busy!" I said ok I just hear sky number so figured it was ready. Another lady, nicely comes ip to me and says .. this is your coffee and bagles. I said thanks im missing a drink. The other lady came up to me on counter and says with attitudes "YOUR drink YOUR HIGHNESS !" I told her ma'am I was not being rude to you she responds well we're fucken busy and at that time the other lady apologizes for her response and I told her idk whu shes mad but I even had $2 in my hands as a tip. She comes out and yells " we don't want your fucken tips! I was taken aback by her vulgar language with no reason . So I said ok I have not been ride to you at all and dont appreciate it one bit , she said then GO FUCK off and leave ! I said something is going on with you and you don't have to act out with paying customers. She said well the fucken leave already. I dont appreciate that and it was so early 6:50 am ... she needs to look for a job that she likes doing . NEVER AGAIN AND NO MGR ON SITE ! Dunkin' on Main Street

They need more help, they are very unorganized and that's not the Dunkin' way.. get it together. Better managers too

Been here twice now for a daily go to maple bacon egg sandwich and hash browns! Always hot, and the bacon is absolutely wonderful. Makes me wonder how I can make my own. Hash browns perfectly seasoned.

I always come to Dunkin and I love it so much. Today the service today was not good at all. I understand it is the morning and you may be busy or upset but this is not okay. Neha P took my order and she was not very nice omg

Disappointed avid Dunkin' Enthusiast. The coffee has been disgusting! The staff is rude and make me feel so uncomfortable. If I could give this place zero stars I would . An all together terrible experience

ZERO STARS. it is NOON on a MONDAY and as I was walking up to the door, the manager stopped us outside & LOCKED THE DOORS & said we couldnt come in. im not even kidding. they had guests inside & cars going through the drive thru. if you have a lot of customers coming in, maybe you should DO YOUR JOB instead of closing down so you can catch up. TERRIBLE. she needs to be fired.

Do not come here. They are slow as shit. Make your order wrong and since there is no going inside this location good luck getting your order fixed through that long ass drive through line

No complaints from this location. Staff was very friendly and accommodated my birthday coupon. Drink was nice and refreshing. Love this place even more than Starbucks. Dont take my word for it. Go try it out for your self!!

This was my first time eating dunkin donuts. I ordered 2 blueberry donuts which is my favorite. The donuts were cold. I have never gone to a donut place and received cold donuts. This was my first and last time. The donuts were not good. Waste of my coins.

Kind of gross watching the staff rinse the aluminum espresso cups several times in the sink that clearly states "For Hand Washing Only" - maybe they should take that sign down.

LOVE that I finally have a Dunkin' Donuts near me. When I needed an iced coffee fix, I'd grudgingly go to Starbucks. BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE TO SETTLE. I've been to this Dunkin' 3 times since it opened and 2 out of the 3 times were amazing as always. The 2nd time I went it was POURING rain and they do not have a canopy over the ordering speaker which caused my car door to get super wet and I think the employee misheard my sandwich order because of the rain. But that's not going to stop me from going. Dunkin, if you're reading this, please get something over that speaker please :) Employees are friendly, coffee is great like always, and convenient location for me. 4.5 stars. Will be a 5 star once they get something over that speaker.

The snacks I ordered we burnt. The iced tea I ordered was not fresh. I will not visit this location again.

Since writing my last review, it appears that the girl who used to work the drive thru window on weekday mornings has been relocated or no longer works at this location. Everyone who I have dealt with since has been extremely pleasant and professional. My experience has improved 100% and I look forward to visiting this location weekly.

Driest nastiest donuts ever! I was in the area and decided to try something new, I regret it. I order a glaze, chocolate and two kinds of donuts holds. Tasted like dirt and floor wax. There was zero customer service and the floor were dirty.

Really great place love it here . Give it 5 plus stars. The service is great and they are very nice .
