I get that it's an airport location, but also very odd to take my drink that was so sweet it was undrinkable and then try to charge me for a replacement that's 50% more than what I paid to begin with. Plus why would they take my old drink away if they were not fixing it but making me buy another one that I had to correct to at least not being triple charged vs the double I was. So, in short it's a Dunkin just not as fresh or as friendly as most other location and be prepared to have to pay more than once unless you like your drinks twice as sweet as most other locations. Overall rather disappointed in the overall experience and felt a bit silly that they took the initial drink I paid for on top of it.

Google
Great girl taking orders here at the Houston Intl Airport Terminal E, excellent customer service skills. So much enjoying my Double Bag Hibiscus Tea! Thank you, Dunkin, for offering alternatives to coffee!

Google
Staff was nice and they were hustling. But the restaurant was very hot (AC broken?) and our hash browns didn’t even fill 1/3 of the tiny bag they came in. Come on guys.

The last time I was at Dunkin' Donuts was in Pembroke Pines, Florida, in 2005. The service was not good. Now, after 20 years, I bump into this new location inside the airport and decided to order a large latte. The large latte was almost half empty ? I paid $ 6.48. And it was not completely hot. I was going to go back inside to order another one, but I decided to better leave and go to Starbucks and get a large latte there. They put in my drink on a table and left me to wonder which was my drink.

Justin Stein

Google
Coffee was hot. Service was quick and polite. They even put a second cup around the first one to protect my hands from the hot coffee - something that some DDs in massachussets won't even do. 5/5

Google
Reasonably good food, friendly service. Some new employees were making drinks for 2 orders ahead alredy until a person who knew what she was doing stepped in and made my drink finally.

Google
Ok guys here we go. Food was good and fresh. Service was trash, no eye contact girls were upset and just not happy to be working and thankful to have a job. Tables dirty , floor full of crumbs.

rafiq kattangere

Google
Located close to international terminal. Their service is good and has few tables for dine in as well. You may not get all stuff in the menu all times. Especially croissants 🙄

Yelp
Great experience, to be honest! And kudos to Dunkin for running their $6 meal deal at the airport - let's GO! The. est desk at the airport, period! I needed a little extra ice because, well I'm an iced coffee girly and asked for an extra cup and this sweet girl repeated back my request with a smile and mood and it was playful, we laughed. Hats off to her positive attitude / really made my day! They had full menu items and a good amount of small tables and chairs outside.

Yelp
The absolute work Dunkin' I've ever seen. I get they are busy, but it's not the customer's fault that they are using a voucher from the airlines because of delay. Instead of being accommodating, there's complaining and mumbling between the manager and employees. The manager mumbled that I was being impatient and just wanted to use Apple Pay. I wasn't the impatient one. The manager was. Then, because of their rush, they got my coffee order wrong, which normally would be fine but someone who can't have sugar and who specifically order a sugar free coffee only to have their coffee laden with sugar, and then given attitude by the employees and manager is awful customer service. Yes, they said they would remake the coffee but it wasn't with an "I'm so sorry" attitude. It was with a "you're an inconvenience" attitude. The mass chaos and lack of customer service or paying attention to what the customer orders, is unacceptable. Go down the way to Einstein bagels or another place that has employees and managers who don't sneer at you because of THEIR mistakes.

Yelp
My 10 year old daughter wanted a "Charlie" from Dunkin Donuts. We do not have one in Fresno, so when she walked passed this place in the airport she wanted to stop. But, it was closed, so I promised her a drink on our flight home. Well, little did I know it would take a shuttle to get there! There was a lot of walking, but she was so excited to get her Charlie drink. There was no line, and the baristas were fast and efficient.

Yelp
By far the worst airport restaurant ever. These employees are clueless and incompetent and the restaurant service is horrible. To start off, there only was 2 workers on shift when we got in line; they were poorly coordinated and were doing pretty much their own thing, and as the lines grow they seem to have no sense of urgency to actually make drinks instead of sitting around talking. It's no wonder that our order ended up being entirely incorrect. The iced tea my birthed got was totally watered down (and missing the lemons he asked for), and the bagel was dry and stale. We pointed out the issues to the employee, whom all they could manage to do it give plenty of attitude and rolled their eyes. She then rudely muttered to GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE LINE AGAIN and PAY for our food that was made incorrectly. Hell nah I ain't going through all that all over again. Oh yeah and on top of that the worker making the food had her mask under her chin. WHAT IS THE GRAVITY OF THE PANDEMIC THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND?!!

Bran M.

Yelp
REALLY BAD!! My sandwich was awful! Save your money and go over to Einstein bagels which is way better and in the same area just a couple doors down.

Yelp
Your typical airport coffee shop. I really, REALLY needed some coffee due to red-eye flights, a busy trip, and early flights back. Dunkin Donuts was a quick place to get coffee and a doughnut for the morning! It's a small little location. Service is rather quick but the employees don't seem to be too happy with their jobs--honestly, who would, if you had to get up that early to serve customers at the airport? But I think the employees couldn't care less about the quality of the items you're getting. The doughnuts are a tad bit stale, and I wouldn't be surprised if the coffee had been sitting there overnight. They also didn't have any sleeves for the hot drinks, so carrying the drinks was a bit of a struggle. Overall, it definitely could be better, but for one of the cheapest cups of coffee you can find in an airport...well, I guess it's not the worst thing in the world to settle for.

Yelp
Took 40 minutes to make 1 cold brew coffee. And when he did finally come around to making it it took 3 seconds to make. I told them 3 times I was just waiting for a cold brew. Staff is unorganized, rude, and messy. Worst Dunkin in the country.

Neil P.

Yelp
Rude staff and got a basic order wrong. Would not recommend, walk another 100 feet to Starbucks

Yelp
My aunt and I were at terminal A and ran across the airport to get to terminal E just to get dunkin' donuts. I ordered two beyond sausage sandwiches without egg and cheese. We were in a hurry to get back to terminal A and did not check the order before we left. As soon we took a seat and got ready to eat, we opened our sandwiches and there was egg and cheese in both. I have attached a picture of both the receipt and sandwiches. The cashier, Jania, took my order correctly. I am guessing the cook did not fully read the order. -- This is what I wrote to Dunkin' Donuts on 12/27/2020. They replied back stating I did not give them enough information and a customer service number to call. I gave them plenty of info and I sent them a picture of the receipt. If they looked they would have seen that. When I called, they said I would get a call back from the store. I'm still waiting for the phone call. Worst experience ever. Deserves less than 1 star!!!!

Yelp
Crazy busy. Messed up the entire order. Didn't know until I was up up And away. Didn't get what I asked for.

Yelp
Yay!!! Finally found a Dunkin' Donuts at the airport I was so happy I could cry. I was transferring in Houston on our way to San Diego and I didn't have a lot of time before my flight starting boardingboarding, but I had to have me some Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I also bought two sandwiches, and the only reason I am giving these people three stars is because I saw how they were preparing them, Not a lot of organization and, and at some point the girl took off her gloves. There were about four people working behind the counter but service was still very slow. I should have gotten just coffee and donuts but I really wanted to eat an egg, ham and cheese bagel. Prices are the same as any Dunkin', In the end I ended up not eating the bagel, not because how it was prepared, I just didn't get around to it. This is a nice surprise, I wish more airports had something other than Starbucks.
google avatar

Yelp
The wait was short. Workers still seem tired and not lively at 5:30am. Donuts are nothing special. I am from the west coast and have had dunkin donuts in LV, DC, and now IAH. I really enjoy the salted caramel hot chocolate. I wish the medium was a little bigger it looks like a small. Overall the donut I could care less for but it's something to try.
google avatar

Dre D.

Yelp
Close it. Ordered a hot chocolate , kolaches x2 and a doughnut. They forgot my doughnut and didn't have sleeves for the hot @$$ cup they gave me. Service F, food D.
google avatar

Yelp
I get that everyone wants breakfast and coffee in the morning at the airport. The line is not set up very well which makes it a terrible process. Basically, it is a small walkway into Dunkin for ordering. You go up to the counter and go back the same way you came in. People at airports are quite dumb and don't care about others which leads to having to push past people to get to the pickup area. The pickup area is also chaos because they don't take names of orders like Starbucks. Instead, they are just yelling the items out that were ordered.

Yelp
Look what business decided to join the George Bush International Airport (IAH) system! This waist waster, belly buster and caloric kicker will surely make your tongue happy...and consequently your waist and health sad with over indulgence. Let me get the frugal report out of the way! This place is too expensive, but hey, it's the airport! With the crazy amount of money they pay for rent, you have to expect to pay more here. I must say that this new business is disorganized to say the least, at times! Let's chalk that up to growing pains, but sometimes these guys are quite slow...and running out of lids for coffee yesterday...ha...that is funny! Please get your supplies together people! Please get your organization together so you can affectively move people in and out your store! Let's talk food people...they have plenty of that. They decided that bagels and bagel sandwiches would be a good breakfast item to sale there...who would have thought that?!? Interestingly enough, you can ask them to make you a glazed donut breakfast sandwich, which is essentially egg and bacon in between 2 glazed donuts, and completely screw up your health for a few hours! There are plenty of donuts to choose from, which are running close to 80 cents apiece. Egg white flatbread sandwiches are truly flat and little, but fat on price. I really don't like having a tiny sandwich and paying big prices for them. Screw all that though, you should just go for the donuts. A bag of mix donut holes, Munchkins, will make your soul happy. The holes are seemingly softer than the donuts to me, so I am really partial to them. I must admit that the blueberry donut is probably my favorite donut there though...such glazed awesomeness! All in all, if you are looking for a healthy option, don't stop here, because you will just overly test your will power. Expect to pay an airport rate, and because they are new, expect to have some chinks in the armor when it comes to service. Time to make the donuts!

Yelp
Coffee and doughnuts; nothing impressive. This is Dunkin Donuts at the IAH airport and NOT the Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC, ya'll! We should not expect too much from a chain donuts shop, right?! Might be a good place for quick breakfasts or when you have a sweet tooth to satisfy. Both of the Bavarian cream and Oreo cheesecake donuts that I have tried are good but a tad Too Sweet! Lol

Travis P.

Yelp
2 try's couldn't get the order right. Made the same wrong drink twice. No special order. Just a regular menus item.
google avatar

Kristy A.

Yelp
Tiny little donut shop located near Terminal E. I had a sugar donut and hot chocolate. Both were great for breakfast and I was very impressed with the HC. The service was speedy and they had good variety of choices considering the size of the shop. On the day I visited there were no cinnamon coated donuts, my favorite. Blah.

Yelp
This has to be the worst management team ever... I work in the airport and this place it is horrible.. Bad management and bad customer service.
google avatar

Marcelino K.

Yelp
I'm giving this place a 5 star rating! I'm the place was closing within two minutes and I was still greeted with a warm welcome. After I decided to leave due to the closing time but amber and Edward (I believe that was his name) insisted that I come inside to grab a drink/snack. They both blessed me with an awesome drink and many types of munchkin balls. The generosity given to me that day was more than I could ask for. I would recommend this place again!!!

Yelp
My flight was early and I was hungry. What better way then to order something to eat to give you a sugar rush? There was a long line, but it went by pretty fast. I got a BLUEBERRY CAKE and I liked the blueberry flavor and the fluffy doughnut, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I also got a VANILLA CHAI and I liked it. It tasted sweet and hot. I could taste the vanilla, but not the chai. It was more of a vanilla drink than anything. Not bad if you want or need some sugar.

Caitlin S.

Yelp
Not worth your time. After walking across the airport and getting off of a long red eye flight where we hadn't eaten since the day before, I was told by the ride staff that they "were only serving coffee" and we couldn't get breakfast sandwiches....even though I watched them hand a breakfast sandwich to someone and there was another waiting for their sandwich. Seems strange....

Mark C.

Yelp
I would give no stars if I could. This the worst Duncan donuts I've ever been to. The sign says they open at 5am. You're lucky if they open before 6. They only have one person behind the counter so it takes forever to get any service. The corporate office should audit this place and shut down the franchise. This place sucks
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
Decided to stop by and grab a few donuts since my flight left in a few hours and had time to kill. Outside seating area was overall clean and presentable unlike other establishments around the airport. Upon walking in I was only greeted by a very upbeat employee named Jorge or George? I can't quite recall. His attitude was very positive and outgoing. He asked what he could get started for me and even answered some questions I had concerning the types of meat you guys offer. Great employee! My experience here was overall exceptional. Maybe having a bit more employees on duty? He seemed to be the only one preparing orders. Glad to have given this establishment my first review!
google avatar

Stacey M.

Yelp
Terrible that they wanted to charge $4.56 for an egg white and cheese only croissant sandwich with no meat! The Egg, cheese & sausage croissant sandwich was only $4.21! When I brought it to the cashiers attention he implied I was paying for the croissant....oh ok.... ridiculous, no Thanks. 0 stars

Yelp
This is the worst service I've ever had. After a long flight landing at 7am I want some food so I'm walking forever Starbucks is packed so I saw Dunkin'. I usually love Dunkin'. This was HORRIBLE. The woman at the cash register was very rude and pushy and was also talking really loud raising her voice she just seemed like all of the customers were a Burden. I order my large chai latte and she says they don't have it hot so I got it iced no biggie. I then watched this guy MAKE MY DRINK WITH 1 PUMP OF CHAI IN IT !!!!keep in mind this was a LARGE. It was obvious they were out of chai mix and HE still proceeded to make the drink and just put a bunch of vanilla mix in it. Hands it to me and I try it, instantly hand it back, luckily he was nice enough to give me a new drink . My breakfast sandwich was also cold. I travel a lot and one thing I've noticed about airports is they have bad restaurant service. THIS though was by far the worst. Also I'm not worried about covid or the mask at all but if you work in an airport and work in the food side of things and you are suppose to wear a you should maybe wear your mask on you're nose and mouth not just you're chin. Save you're time and money and do NOT go to this place. To the people working here if you hate you're job and hate working in customer service maybe consider a new job, Walmart is always hiring.

Yelp
So I apologize for being a west-coaster and not having the Dunkin affinity that my friends on the East Coast have. I haven't been able to understand the hype nor get the excitement. This location was no different. I preface this with the fact that I went at 7pm on a cross country layover. It was my 7 year old daughter's birthday and she was traveling all day. I had to figure something out for a birthday dessert, I couldn't let myself be a totally pathetic dad. The location is easy to spot in the terminal but has an incredibly awkward entrance/exit. It's basically an extremely narrow room with one lane in and one lane out. Not a place to be when crowded and you have to get out fast. When I was there, there were only two people ahead of me and very small selection of donuts(probably due to time of day). Regardless it still took too long to order. It's a good thing I had time to kill between flights. The clerk seemed to be working alone and frankly didn't seem like she was enjoying the work experience. And frankly the location isn't exactly screaming "hey this is a great place to be." They have different specials advertised and different ways to buy donuts but none are intuitive and I had to ask more questions about it than I would have expected. When I ordered, I had the choice between 4 different kinds of donuts. When I finally had mine, it was pretty obvious they cook(or reheat, bake, whatever) their donuts only once a day and it was probably around 4 am or something like that. I would think a location with a 24/7 captive audience would bake donuts more than once a day. They were a bit stale and had a very plain and non-unique flavor. I love my donuts and I should known better than to get them from a large chain. But hey I was stuck at IAH and had to make the best of it.
google avatar

Sari S.

Yelp
The staff was nice but I'm taking two stars away because my croissant with cream cheese was a joke, on top of that he took forever "spreading" it.
google avatar

M.A. B.

Yelp
If you open at five am, open at five am! There are planes to catch and a fifteen minute delay is not acceptable. You all need to get your act together. Should have gone to the United Club for free breakfast. I counted at least three customers you lost.
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
I came here to grab my quick late lunch around 1pm, I didn't have to wait at all and my two wake up wraps were ready in timely fashion. My healthy egg white wraps tasted like your typical fast food - not bad but not impressive neither. I ordered a small ice tea and my total meal cost under 5 bucks. That's a good deal in the airport! I would come back if I passed by this store and when it's not busy.

Jackson G.

Yelp
Me and my mom were in the Houston airport for a layover so we went to go get Dunkin doughnuts. We got there and the worker, Gladys, acted like she was unhappy to be at work. We got a got hot chocolate, a glazed doughnut, and a chocolate doughnut. My mom also asked for a glazed with chocolate frosting. She gave us 2 chocolate doughnuts even though we didn't ask for them, and we didn't realize that until we had already walked away and sat down. The doughnuts was alright, but they were very dry. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water, and had no chocolate flavor whatsoever. I don't recommend this location.

Brad C.

Yelp
Water issue at the Houston airport. But yet no coffee at Dunkin even though Starbucks has coffee throughout the airport???? Hmmmmmm

Derek B.

Yelp
Nothing special but this is Dunkin Donuts not the Hilton...got some milk And a veggie omelette...service was fast and food taste was fine ... another quick stop To eat ... gave it a 4 because I got what I expected...people looking for some fine dining maybe need to move on down the road ...

Yelp
Great last chance coffee stop between the United Club and Gate 11 in Terminal E. After spending several hours in this terminal and relaxing in the club this was a welcoming sight before I approach the gate to board the plane now the clubs coffee is not terrible but it doesn't compare to DD. The staff today was friendly and provided excellent customer service and made a great cup of Java. I definitely will keep them in mind for the future.
google avatar

Louie C.

Yelp
All I can say is YUK! Bought two donuts here that were dry, no frosting and the latte made with no love. I know I know... airport Dunkin Donuts. What do you expect? Should have gone to Starbucks.
google avatar

Thomas S.

Yelp
Being from New York and now living in San Francisco, I always miss my Dunkin Donuts fix. This location is your typical airport DD but it's small and selection of donuts can vary from a lot to nothing depending on the time of day. Prices are higher than normal and coming from a place where there's DD on almost every corner, this place isn't worth it for donuts. However, I always get my iced coffee fix here because although the price is high, at least I can get a 24oz or 32oz drink. I wouldn't get donuts here unless you're just craving something sweet. The "cronut" they have available is also ridiculously priced and definitely not the same as the originals in NYC. The line can get long too but the workers do their best I suppose. I only go if I see 2-3 people online but any more than that and you're looking at a decent wait time.

H A.

Yelp
Soooooo slow. Always long lines. I had to skip shopping here many times. Even if it is short line at the time, it would take too long.
google avatar

Valetta M.

Yelp
Very disappointed. They charged me for extra items and then said they didn't know how to give a refund....then asked me if I wanted extra donuts to give out to people since I paid for them anyway. Um....NO. Waited over 15 minutes to have them figure out how to do a refund. It's an airport. Who has time for this?! Not me.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
Hands down the slowest worst dunkin doughnuts that I have ever been to. The cashier and person making the meals were having a conversation that was way more important than anyone on line. Saw several leave as the cashier seemed to roll her eyes when ever she took an order. Will not be back.
google avatar

Matt T.

Yelp
I was very excited to see that IAH FINALLY added a Dunkin' Donuts. However, after my visit there, I wish they wouldn't have. First of all, I waited 30 minutes in line for one stinking cup of coffee. They had two people working, who went at their own pace, totally disorganized, and just oblivious to the fact that this is an airport and people have flights to catch. Then, they have some RIDICULOUS policy about not accepting the DDPerks card?! And the prices were A LOT higher than most DD stores. I mean just outrageous. If I have a layover in Houston again, I will NOT be patronizing this establishment again. I'll wait to get my coffee.

Gretchen B.

Yelp
Wake up and smell the coffee. You need more help at 5am. The process of getting a simple coffee with or without a donut, bagel or wrap shouldn't take more than a minute or two. The long line of anxious travelers should be the telltale sign you aren't staffed and scheduled properly for opening. Waiting 10 minutes or more is ridiculous customer service. Coffee is always hot and good.

George S.

Yelp
They forgot my cappuccinos and tease really bad, it seems forgetting your order like normal to them! No apologies from them! Really bad experience to start with my thanksgiving! What happen to American
