Dunkin’ Adds Oat Milk to Menus Nationally | Eater

"After piloting Planet Oat oat milk in California in January, the coffee-and-donut chain has rolled Planet Oat out to all U.S. locations and added an Iced Oatmilk Latte to its menu. Industry outlet QSR describes oat milk as the fastest-growing plant-based milk, and the company’s vice president of marketing strategy said the move reinforces a commitment to giving guests more choices to customize their coffee and espresso drinks. Be aware that oat milk may still incur an additional charge." - Jaya Saxena

Dunkin' in La Quinta, California, located at 79670 Highway 111, offers a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors. The staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and efficiency, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. The staff is always so friendly and amazing and fast; they always understand our order and remember the extra things like hot sauce and napkins.

Google
This is the worst place to get a coffee . I am a very big fan of Dunkin but today at this location it was the worst ever . I order a butter cookie drink and I got the worst drink ever . I went into the shop and told the staff this is not what is shown on the Dunkin web and all the instagram talking about it . Instead the staff open my drink and added creamer and say here you go now it like the picture . So rude and disgusting. I will never have my drink from this place . If there is a zero star I will give it to them .

Visited on a Saturday morning. Received very Good customer service. The donut selection was limited and portions quite small compared to non branded shops. The half dozen we ordered were all tasty and fresh.

Overall experience wasn’t so pleasant. One of the staff members taking the order was acting in a haste manner. Constantly asking “if that was it” “anything else” while I already let her know that I was still looking at the menu. The name on the receipt was Jasmine. I don’t normally write reviews but customer service is important

Just opened on Jefferson in the home Depot shopping center the second time I've ever been to Duncan today was pretty good I had a Boston cream pie donut and a frozen mocha triple threat frozen coffee

Google
Inconsistent portions. For what you pay you would at least expect to get the same amount each time. I’ve had multiple times where I get the same drink where the cup is full and others where there is a good portion missing. Today, when I had a good portion missing, I asked if they could fix it. I was told “our milk is pre portioned, but I can add more ice”… Excuse me? The cup is all ice, I took time to put it in a separate cup. The amount of ice that I took out left the drink to be a small size. I’m so done with this Dunkin, at least at other coffee places I can get a similar amount to the drink size when I remove the ice.

Google
2nd time to this Dunkin ordered 2 large drinks one Macha it was mostly ice and all foamy from our 1st visit. Today I mentioned to associate and a man who i assume manager about our drink being mostly foam I asked to whip less(or blend less) and again most foamy and too much ice. He said new way of doing it to fill cup? (Foam nope.... Don't think of going back.

This is the second time I have gone in to buy donuts and both times the girls working ignored us, after about 5 min. I had to ask if someone could serve us, we were thr only people there at the time. Very poor service.

Yelp
Just came here because it's been a while since I've had Dunkin and this was the best experience I have had at any location. The staff were super friendly and patient. I'm always a fan of the $8 meal so we got that. Love that the hash browns are very well seasoned. Today was free donut when you buy a coffee so I got a sweet treat as well in the cutest bag. The location was super clean and had a lot of space. The coffee is always quite hot so take your time when drinking it! Overall a great experience!

Yelp
They put way too much ice when you order a daydream refresher. You would get more drunk from a small order of drink with no ice.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. The workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were whispering and making me feel uncomfortable just because I used the restroom. No customer should be treated that way. I definitely won't be coming back. Young and very unprofessional after making purchases.

Yelp
The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I ordered at the window, and there were only two cars ahead of me. But the wait was lengthy. I was craving a breakfast croissant, so I went to Dunkin' Donuts and bought one, which was $4.99! I took one bite out of it, but barely got any Chicken or bacon, and it was quite salty. The photo shows how small it was compared to my lotion, which is 2 oz. I also ordered two glazed donuts, which seemed to have a lot of bread in them. They were tasty, but not like the ones that melt in your mouth.

Yelp
Went through the drive thru. I want to get cake crumb donuts but they didn't have any. So asked if they had cake donuts with icing and sprinkles. No they have any cake donuts except what they called old fashioned. Those turned out to be a plain cake donut. Guess I will stick with other donut shops in the area.

Yelp
First time visit got a breakfast bagel at drive through which was good except for bacon, mostly fat and not crispy like McDonalds. No napkins not even one in my bag! So glad I didn't drive away before checking. The server at the window seemed surprised that I would want (more like need) napkins and didn't even apologize for none in my bag. May try it one more time but any McDonald's or the Indio Dunkin' Donuts better in my experience.

Yelp
Definitely have portions that are inconsistent. They fill drinks with more ice than drink, then refuse to fill the cup when clearly the drink is too low.

Yelp
We love having a Dunkin so close by. I can pick up breakfast on my way to work or pick up dessert when heading home, but let me tell you the experience feels like it's two different establishments. The morning crew is polite eager to help and serve very inviting always helpful with menu options. Then there's the night crew very rude they ALWAYS make you feel like you shouldn't be there and you're disturbing them, no personality and very snarky. We keep going back because like I said you're so close to home and convenient, we just think ok someone had a bad day or we read the energy wrong right? So last night we went in for four donuts two young women were inside one behind the counter and the other sweeping both with headsets on. No customers in the lobby we picked out our donuts after the clerk put our donuts in a bag my husband asked politely if we could them placed in a box instead, because the frosting gets all over the bag. She responded saying that she only had a box for 6 donuts not for four. We said that's fine we'll still take the box she looked a little flustered looking for a glove to take the donuts out of the bag. My husband apologized, he should have asked for the box prior to her placing them in the bag. The employee stayed quiet did not respond placed the box on the counter never making eye contact and then did a little snarky giggle when we turned around to walk out we notice the employee with the broom looked like she was talking about us into her headset to her coworker behind the counter. Don't know if we'll be coming back it's sad to say but the younger generation are not being trained in customer service, is that not part of the hiring process?

Yelp
If I could give it a zero I would. Yesterday my mom and daughter went in only to be ignored for 5-7 minutes minimum. They stood at the register. Feet away from an employee. There was no, "I'll be right with you" or "I'm so sorry we are busy but I'll get to you as soon as I can" or a simple "hello" , literally NOTHING. The employee gave them her back .....After waiting for FOREVER being ignored, my mom asked "are these samples orange juice?" Thinking "maybe she's not ignoring us. Maybe she just hasnt seen us". Only to be blatantly ignored, AGAIN. Clearly your staff needs better training with customer service. They aren't even doing the bare minimum. My family is going through some EXTREMELY difficult times and my mom was trying her best to give her granddaughter a little distraction.... My daughter Enie. Meanie, miney , moed her donut.... And just stood there ignored ....my mom was just trying to have a glimmer of a good moment with her granddaughter and instead they both left disappointed and feeling terrible over how the girl up front treated them and made them feel. I did go back to the store to tell a manager... and pointed out the employee.... I doubt anything will come of it... who knows if their donuts are any good.... The Winchells donut they drove to get after this interaction was fantastic and so was their service ..... I wouldn't even bother with this location unless the owners upgrade their terrible staffing.
