I love this place. I always order on the App and by the time that I arrive, it's ready. The girls working there are awesome! Once in a while you will come across odd activity because it is at a Metro station area. I Recommend you walk with caution because I have reported to security Blood puddles, graffiti, wet clothes scattered around, syringes and suspicious homeless. It's not all the time but Hey, I'm telling you "keep your guard up".

I just left this location which I purchase from regularly as it is near my job. I ordered an iced latte that I order in a regular basis here and at other locations. As I take a sip the drink was very Bitter. I went back to the location and asked if I could get sweetener because my coffee didn’t taste like it usually does and the lady that was working there decided to argue with me, stating that she followed the instructions. The other lady on register said “wait over there” and they unkindly just gave me sugar. This did not fix my drink and the only reason I didn’t give it less stars is because this was one of the only times I had a negative experience although it did alter my overall feeling of the location.

I dragged my boyfriend here for the cute basic lattes. We came at noon on a holiday and it was packed. Like packed to where we were unable to get a table, and ended up consuming our drinks and food while standing. Not a big deal because we just used the little counter area by the door.

There is a woman here who is always rude and short with people, especially when using the app to pay. Do yourself a favor, go up Hope to 85degree bakery. Much better service and better coffee anyways.

Stood in line for 11 minutes and still wasn’t the next person in line. Stupid to have this right near the metro, but where you legitimately can’t stop to get a coffee cause it takes 15 minutes. If there’s a line, just catch your train!

I feel sorry for the business owner who leases this location. It's located in the 7th & Metro Center Train Station. The stench of bodily fluids bombards your sense of smell as you walk by. There isn't much more than a pull down security grate separating the food they serve from the particulates floating in the air and critters crawling on the ground.

Not the best location far as the company out in front of the establishment. With that being said i suggest you purchase using a non cash payment. Beside that the service was speedy and accurate.

I like the donuts and coffee here. Very convenient location. I miss their food and hope they can open more hours.
