Dunkin'

This Dunkin is convenient, but service is consistently slow both in the drive-thru and inside. Staff attitude varies, and order consistency is an issue. Even when ordering the same item regularly, the quality isn’t always the same. I also use mobile ordering frequently and place my order 10-15 minutes before arriving, but it’s often not ready when I get there. Since the remodel, the overall experience seems to have declined. The location looks nicer, but service and reliability haven’t improved.

The wait here is abominable. It wasn’t always like that, but the past two or three times I’ve gone in the last year the wait for a simple coffee and breakfast sandwich was over 30 minutes. I don’t understand why. It doesn’t matter if you go in or go through the drive thru. It’s very strange, I really don’t get it. Maybe I just happened to go on bad days but I’ve heard this opinion from others as well. Hopefully they hear this feedback and make adjustments.

Retraining needs done if there are constantly negative reviews. A manager should be doing quality checks to ensure customers are receiving orders correctly. I have ordered from this location twice, and both times they have not been able to correctly provide me with a plain toasted bagel with plain cream.

This is the third time I have visited this location and be prepared to wait. Ten minutes for coffee as there are huge Dunkin to go orders. Dunkin’ Donuts has really declined in food and donuts. They taste so premade and too sweet and tasteless where they used to be a delicious treat.

Been a regular for years, love the food quality and never complained about their incompetence until now. I just dealt with it but today topped it off for me. They had us in line for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I get home and my son's sandwich had holes in it and the meat was torn and hanging out of the sandwich. I couldnt even feed that to my kid. They should be ashamed of their service. No consideration for their customers whatsoever. WHEN they have a manager with them, service is always better.

Before driving an 8 hour car ride, I sat in line for no joke 40 mins. There is no way to exit the line once you are in it. Then, they had no M or L cups for iced coffee. Like WHAT?

waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes before getting my mobile order. by the time i had gotten it the cold foam and ice in my drink had melted and my food was cold. my drink was also made wrong, but i no longer cared. don’t come here if you are hoping for convenience (what a drive thru should be used for)

Average drive thru wait time seems to be 15 minutes. They need to work on drive thru efficiency. Only use the drive thru if you don’t have anywhere to be.

Very, very slow service. Common to wait 15-20 minutes for a simple to go coffee order. It's often quicker to sit down and be served a full meal at a fast casual restaurant than it is to get a cup of coffee here.

Busy place. The employees are working very hard to meet the needs of the long lines. Excellent service!

They mess up orders all the time, I'm here quite frequently and it's anything from saying items are available in the app and telling you after placing the order they don't have it to not stirring drinks.

This dunkin's drive thru in Muncy is EXTREMELY slow, not sure what for. Sometimes they take their time in even greeting you to start your order with no one in front of me. I usually go daily to get my cold coffee and constantly get the side eye. This location is closest for me. The one time i asked for ice in a cup for my daughter's hot chocolate boy did I get an attitude. But i gave it right back, sorry not today! Sometimes our drinks aren't even filled, I bought a medium it's only filled like a small which is bullshit! They always forget the cold foam or a sandwich or something. No one is perfect but man do your jobs. I sat at the window waiting for my stuff, all the window girl did was talk and talk to co workers and my order was just sitting there. There is an older lady that does drive thru orders and she is ALWAYS pleasant! Inside waiting for my drinks the place is usually pretty dirty as in napkins/ straw wrappers/crumbs lying all over on tables. Its kinda gross sometimes. Poor management it seems. Very very slow! To many kids working at once, to much talking. That generation forgets to realize we are their pay checks and proper customer service.

I'm satisfied with their service. Sometimes I have to wait, I've had orders incorrect, donuts sold out I wanted, foam forgotten, long line waits, ect. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts in the Williamsport-same stuff. Quit composing and make your stuff at home if you can't handle the service. That's that!

Very slow. If you like two day old donuts then this is the place other wise no. If u want fresh go to Wies or Sheetz.

a piece of paper in my undercooked grilled cheese sandwich. don't go here. the service was slow for a sunday at nine in the morning. as far ambiance goes staff was pretty nice.

As good as any other Dunkin' Donuts, if not better. I've had less instances of my order being filled incorrectly here vs other DDs in the area. The employees are very pleasant, to me at least. My only gripe is that they got rid of one of my favorite donuts, I guess we can't have everything.

I live near this dunkin location and normally enjoy it but one experience I had with them ruined it for me. I took my brother to use his gift cards here and we ordered some food and drinks. Everything was fine until afterwards. My brother became extremely sick and projectile vomited. Luckily I didn't get as sick but I became very dizzy, felt sick, and had no energy for several hours. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The service at this Dunkin Donuts is painful! Extremely slow! Only one cashier when the line is out the door.

I live close to this location, making this my go to coffee place. I use the on the go dunkin app to order my coffee. They tend to mess up my order quite often, I usually get an iced mocha with cream and liquid cane sugar. On 2 separate occasions, there has been no mocha in my drink. I choose not to say anything as whatever they put in it is also good.

They gave me the wrong order, that I had previously asked for, I get people make mistakes, but twice in a row come on.

Worst DD ever!! Out of everything bagels EVERY single morning I have stopped here. What poor product management. If you're constantly out, prep more. Duh. Manager copped a nasty attitude to boot. Boo on this location.

I don't understand how you can screw up coffee. I asked for a large iced mocha with HALF Splenda and HALF creamer. I got what appears to be extra of both. Disgusting.

This is the DD with the slowest drive thru ever. This morning I was in line for about 17 minutes and drive thru service should never take that long. The people working the drive thru window are just plain slow, sometimes you sit there waiting to place your order and it takes a minute or two before they take your order. there were times this morning when I was in one spot for 3 minutes and the line did not move. If you have someone who has a big order and it is not ready, then have them park and get the line moving. I worked drive thru windows before, so I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but these people are even slow at making change.
