This was by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. There was only one person working & the store was clearly understaffed. The line was extremely long and barely moving. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got to the front, I asked for avocado toast with bacon, and the cashier snapped, “We don’t cook here. We don’t have bacon.” That was surprising, because every other Dunkin’ I’ve been to has bacon available. I also asked for a small caramel latte & he rolled his eyes and said, “We only have size medium.” I was disappointed that I had no choice in size, and even more disappointed that they charged me the full medium price for a size I didn’t even want, with no offer to compensate or adjust. When I received my food, the avocado toast was cold, soft, and undercooked & to make matters worse, it came with sesame seeds, which I didn’t ask for and I’m allergic. That could have been dangerous. The caramel latte was also a letdown. It barely had any caramel. Before even touching or drinking from it, I politely asked the employee if she could add a little more caramel. Her response was “No, that already has 3 pumps.” Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. The place was understaffed, the service was rude, and the quality of the food and drinks was unacceptable. I hope this location takes steps to improve both their staffing and their customer service.
