Dunkin'

Cashier woman was miserable and rude. The place gave me food poisoning. Should have known better as all the workers there seemed to not care about anyone and all hated their lives. Glad I made better life decisions to not end up 30+ years old and working at dunkin donuts like them.

Younger lady working here has an attitude. All i did was ask her to repeat the name of the orders because they seemed similar. I worked in service industry and I know it can get hard, but the least she can do is not yell at customers. Coffe was great :)

HORRIBLE attitude. Worst of the worst. Will never buy here. Avoid at all costs.

Sucks big time , ask for a sausage egg and cheese ,real pork sausage they give me turkey nasty sausage!! And over pay for that nasty English muffin ...never going back...overprice coffee too...taste like dirty water.

My coffee was good. It was strong and hot, even tasted a bit chocolaty. The store is disgusting though. It looks cluttered and dirty. I know it's a busy terminal but there is no excuse for poor hygiene, especially when the neighboring stalls have A health scores Their health score is hidden. I would not get a pastry from here. The pastries look like their thrown on the trays and kept their for days. I could be wrong about that but they definitely need to fix their appearance. Mera's Tip: caffeine

The food court was truly a disaster when we were here a few days ago. Super crowded, all the drinks in the cooler were warm, and the lines to check out were crazy. I tried to order a sandwich at the restaurant next door, and after ordering and standing there for 15 minutes, they finally told me they didn't have any egg salad. So, in desperation, I popped over to Dunkin and got a bagel. It was ready in about 2 minutes. I wish I'd have done that originally.

This Dunkin Donuts is located in terminal five of JFK airport and is conveniently located for easy access to and from the gates. Easy to grab and go Lots of negativity towards this location but I was very happy with my coffee, muffin and the service was very good. The lady was very sweet and helpful. I was really in the mood for a cup of coffee and I was not feeling Starbucks the morning I was flying. DD hit the spot. The coffee was hot and fresh. I wanted a bagel but they don't have a toaster so instead ordered a blueberry muffin and I was glad I did. The price was reasonable for what you would pay at an airport. Good experience at this NY location and I will certainly order coffee and a muffin again.

I won't be going back here since discovering that there's a Starbucks in this terminal, but this Dunkin has served me pretty well in Terminal 5. The coffee is decent at best (latte was fine, but chai latte was not that great) & I've not tried any foodstuff here. I do have to say the staff here are really sweet! They definitely made the process of ordering & picking up my food better.

Of all the Dunkin's I've experienced, the DD inside Terminal 5 is at the bottom of the list. Because they are part of the cafeteria style CIBO marketplace, things seem to be disorderly. On a recent Saturday morning, flying out of JFK, I needed a coffee. I simply couldn't deal with it, and so I got in line here. The line was long, but actually it was relatively fast. The women taking orders didn't seem to know what was going on though, and each of them was trying to correct the other. It just seemed confusing. Then we got all sorts of receipts and tickets. Apparently you should hold on to the ticket numbers and they will call this and give you your order. Take the receipt itself with you to pay for the drink at the cash registers of CIBO market. I ordered a medium, and got a gigantic large... or something. I don't know what it was exactly, but it wasn't what I ordered, and I was too tired to complain about it. It was coffee. And it was Dunkin and decent.... but the entire process put me on edge.

Thank goodness there was a Dunkin Donuts at JFK airport! It was 8am in the morning and i was tired from waking up so early so was happy to see a DD! I bought a coffee roll which was a nice size cinnamon roll for the airplane and a jelly donut for my husband. Yes, the service wasn't the best but thought it was New York!

Alright place for a dunkin (Boston Kreme) and a cup of coffee for affordable amount of money

Asked for a black coffee and a mocha just before boarding a trans continental flight. The black coffee had cream (I'm lactose intolerant) and the mocha had no milk/cream. Had to throw our drinks out while boarding the plane and could not ask for a refund. This was so simple, how could you mess it up so badly?

All sis had to do was put the right coffees in the right cups. That's not too much to ask for is it? Ordered one cookie dough iced coffee milk no sugar and one coffee dark and sweet with cinnamon. She rings them both up hot. Then puts them in the wrong cups. THEN not to mention the #firstworldproblems of having to put our own cream cheeses and jelly on the bagels we ordered... It's 5:33am. I'm just gonna eat and make due. Just glad I know better for next time so there is no next time.

Wouldn't fill a reusable mug, even though it wouldn't be touching any surfaces. Handed me a disposable cup and lid and said I could put it in my mug. What a waste!!!

The donuts are perfect of course. But at 4am, I can't deal with a donut nazi at the counter who's above working at this food court. Please replace her with a kind, friendly soul who makes weary travelers feel comfortable and happy to be eating a delicious sugary treat.

My favorite donuts from here are the chocolate glazed(no sprinkles). This is exactly what I ordered. I usually look when they're putting my donuts in the bag but this time I didn't. I didn't decide to eat my donuts until I got on the plane and wished I opened the bag sooner! The lady gave me two chocolate donuts as opposed to chocolate glaze. Annoyed!

When you have to have some sweets for the plane. The coffee is not bad!!

Stay away from this crappy DD . They must be under new management. The manager himself refused to remake my coffee because they did not make my coffee correctly. He stood there and took a dirty frickin' spoon (with no gloves on btw) and stirred my coffee. The sugar and the milk was still not stirred properly. Then he gave me the nastiest attitude. I looked at him and walked away from the counter without my coffee. The manager is very unprofessional. This will probably be the last time I come here .

The workers seem to have changed. Got some coffee and a muffin this morning and they've really stepped up there game. James the manager was actually the one who took my order. He was really nice .. I will definitely be coming back..

Quickest way to get something with a cup of coffee. My first stop going to Florida. Donuts is good but the employees works on the front is grouchy so only 3 stars for them. Say thanks to the donuts!!

Great coffee here and fast service. That is important considering people have to catch flights. I know I can always count on the quality and speed of the service here.

Came here to buy some coffee and a bagel at 7am and it was packed. The folks who work here are so jaded now since they have so many customers coming through. The food came at a decent time but not at the same time. Id love to get my food all at once as I said, it was busy and it would have helped to clear more people from the waiting line. Its hard to hear as the other food locations are so close together. You will not go wrong with the food/coffee at least!

It's just another DD place - you've been to one you've been to them all and these airport locations are even more typical. Cleanliness was good and service was decent, but the friendliness of the staff was above average! Sorry about the shortness of the review, but it's just A-OK!

This has to be by far the worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted. Feels like I'm drinking hot water. Extremely disappointing. Negative stars for the hot chocolate and additional points for the Royal love donut which was good.

I love their Chai Latte, which is not sold in Houston. I am actually glad they don't sell it in Houston because I would probably have to hunt down one of the Four DD in the entire city and have one a few times a week! Let's not kid ourselves, this Chai latte is a Calorie mine, no wonder it's so good! I am not sure if there is another DD in the airport but the one I went to was in the food court area where you take a ticket, order and then have to wait for your number to be called to get your food, then you must make another line to pay. I was not super impressed with this system since it forces you to waste valuable time. Thankfully I was not in a hurry and was able to afford the time to wait. But I wish they would rethink that crappy system.

When I'm away from my hometown, I have to admit that I CRAVE me some Dunkin Donuts! it's NOT available in Washington. And it sure as heck doesnt exist in Honolulu...so what's a girl to do but indulge while she can? I have to say that Dunkin Donuts has perfected the cup of coffee. Sorry Starbucks, but it's true! Creamy, sweet, well roasted coffee goodness is everything that fills my cup. Yumm...drool :) Not to say that the reason it's called Dunkin Donuts isnt because of the Donuts being so good...but that is the reason why we Dunk them. Love that JFK Terminal 5 has one just so that outbound NYers can get the last minute fix. Thank you for making my trip so wonderful!

Tried to buy just 1 plain donut and 3 cashiers that were working on 4/16/17 at 5:00pm ignore my husband and I. Two other customers got up to the cashier and they all ignored them too- they left for other options, we waited a long time and they just started to sweep the floors very slowly just to look busy, we keep telling them the donut we wanted and they made eye contact and walked away! Horrible staff- they all need to be replaced asap. I'm a manager and would never have staff like this ever! Avoid this place.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would never come here again even if I was starving. They really need new employees who pay attention to customers. That's all I have to say about this place.

This is the only Dunkin' Donuts I know of that makes you put together your own sandwiches. I ordered a toasted croissant with tuna and when I opened the bag, there was the toasted croissant with a container on tuna fish that looked like cat food. I was hungry made the sandwich and ate it. To add insult to injury I had to wait until the cashier showed up. He was chatting in the back. Guess he didn't care about doing his job. I also ordered ice coffee and it tasted sweet. I asked him if he put sugar in it and he said no. Clearly he lied. Thank goodness I'm too tired to argue. Don't order from this place. They don't deserve your business. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

This Dunkin donuts was the worst I've ever been to. The customer service was terrible the cashier didn't even say a word to us when we asked questions. The lady also gave us two iced teas instead of ice coffee then tried to make us pay for two more. Never coming back.

This Dunkin' is kind of the worst. Dunkin' Donuts in general is never my first option, but it is conveniently located immediately after security and is usually the only coffee shop around my gate. You don't know where to stand to order, there is no clear sign or greeting indicating this is the counter you should stand near. It is located in an area with other food options so you have to figure out whether there is one massive line which then branches off to the individual places or what. I still don't have a clear answer for you, all I know is I got a loud NEXT and walked up to a counter that was loaded with Dunkin Donuts coffee, no cash register, it was weird. I ordered a large toasted almond coffee with skim milk and the woman disappeared. Then from an entirely different end of the counter I was shouted at, "HAZELNUT COFFEE, HALZENUT COFFEE" It was pretty much being auctioned off and I ran to the end of the counter and grabbed it. Do I pay? Is this free coffee? What's happening here. Luckily, a kind fellow indicated to me that there were cashiers behind me for all of the food places in this area. Good thing for him. I went over to the community cashiers, paid and headed to my gate. Sat down, took a sip and it was loaded with heavy cream. I was so bummed, luckily was with a friend so she was able to watch my things so I could go back and get the correct coffee order. I walked back to the line and explained to the gentleman that there was cream in here and that I had asked for skim milk. Then I heard a woman, who was clearly very agitated and loud shout, "IT IS SKIM MILK!!!!" I didn't want to argue, because I knew it was cream. The taste, the color, the consistency. I know my milks. I drink coffee every day of my life and this was cream. After a couple eye rolls on their end, a new coffee was made. The woman who originally made the coffee said to her male superior who was assisting me, "I put the coffee up to this dispenser and put in the skim milk." Then the gentleman said, "That is the cream dispenser." The woman just walked away, no apology for giving me an attitude or anything. It was really unprofessional. The replacement coffee that I was given had the correct milk in it but there were two or three too many pumps of toasted almond in there. The gentleman was super apologetic which was great. It was honestly not a big deal until the woman was swearing I was the one mistaken. Not the best customer service from her end.

Not that there's much choice as to where you can grab a cup of coffee in the baggage claim, but this DD is alright. Open 24 hours, decent selection of non coffee items along with good customer service. The prices are pretty standard of a food vendor in an airport,

I just stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts to grab some donuts and coffee before my flight, and the worker was so friendly. It was a bit confusing because there wasn't a clear direction as to where you should go to order versus pick up your items, but other than that I have no complaints. Its a chain shop, so prices were same as usual which I don't mind. Service was good, and I received my coffee within minutes. I would re-visit during my next JFK trip.

The service is fair as far as response time, but they always write FU on my cup and it's kind of intimidating. I fear ordering a Iced Latte because they always write curses. Like am I messing up your day by ordering something out of the ordinary. And, if your working at this location. How about I make you a iced latte to show you how to make one? Pretty good. The moved the line along nice and fast. Donut was jelly filled and yummy coffee was hot and black. What more can you ask for??

We were in new york and had to have dunkin donuts lol. We had a boston cream pie donut and it was really good! Hubby loved his coffee! :) Great prices and friendly wait staff. Absolutely fantastic for being in an airport.

To no fault of the staff my first Dunkin Donuts experience was MEH! I'm from Texas and I've had great donuts from all over but this was not it. The coffee was good Atleast. I just surely hope America doesn't run on it though, if so, we're screwed.

It was basically the worst service I got in New York. Donuts were ....I did not even finish it. I threw it with a few bites along with a cup of small hot chocolate. They even did not know what drinks they were giving me!! Anyway the shop is the on the first floor I did not try the second floorDunkin's Donuts so no comments.

Rude customer service, and Starbucks apps and cards not working. Starbucks should have an on-site record keeping process when card machine is down.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Workers are rude, ordering/paying system is a disaster. I ordered a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Got a Luke warm microwaved bagel, a pack of cream cheese, and a knife 5 minutes after I got my coffee.

Worst DD. Charged $2 for empty cups with ice only! They take advantage of those traveling. Then they blame their boss! Well boss if you're gonna charge for ice, you've lost all our business.

Bad donuts . Usually have a good experience with dunkin but not this time . Donuts were not fresh. Hot chocolate had a bad taste. Not worth the name.

Your employee was EXTREMELY rude to me. Accused me of making a mess(there were sugar packets and a straw on the milk station) and when I said "no" he kept getting rude with me and accusing me of making a mess. Disgusting employee. He shouldn't be working and representing your company. I'm writing to corporate and making sure he gets fired. Absolutely disgusting.

SO RUDE!!!! I walked up to the counter to order and the employee was counting loose change all over the counter. She appeared to busy, and the loose change covering the majority of the counter top implied that perhaps that register was closed. So I politely asked if this where I should order. Another employee piped up with "Do you see the cash register right here? This where you order." in the absolute most obnoxious tone. I told them nevermind and walked away. I'd prefer not to give any stars but that's not an option.
