Dunkin'

Sunday morning, I order my usual coffee, croissant and five glaze munchkins. The lady who took my order put five donuts. Anyone makes a mistake, be it her or me. Simple, and simple is to rectify what the client wants and not say she said five donuts. But no, instead she starts telling her coworkers that I said donuts 🙄. The guy at the window was kind and asked me to come back the next day for my return, since on Sundays there is no person manager in charge. He asked for my name and I asked for the name of the girl who took my order. She refused to give me her proper name. On Monday I asked to talk to the manager, I explained to her what happened and she did not take importance to the lack of professionalism of her employees. I'm not surprised that she herself lacks customer service, saying that if they gave me the munchkins I had to dedicate the cost, which doesn't matter to me since I don't look for free food, just to be refunded my difference. She starts saying: this is going to be difficult since it was a mistake from yesterday 🙄 which is not my problem they will know what to do. I just want my money back. She returned it to me in cash, I'm not interested in her bad attitude or lack of professionalism.

While looking for coffee due to traveling during memorial weekend, came across this location on our GPS which showed open 24 hrs. Arrived a few minutes before 10pm and the first person was taking our order when a second person spoke and said “we’re closed” we asked kindly if they could consider doing a coffee that would probably take a min and he said, “No” We ask to please update your hours as we were told by the 2nd person since 2 years ago it no longer is open for 24hrs.

It was ok. Service was ok. Could have used some spot cleaning, condiment bar area was a mess, and not sure how you run out of green tea when it was only mid-afternoon without preparing more, but it was ok. Just needed a quick pit stop

32 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee / drive an extra 1/2 mile up the rd quicker service. They weren’t even busy and it took them this long

I've gone to this Dunkin numerous times and Everytime I go through the drive thru the girl working is absolutely miserable. It's also very slow service and I highly recommend going down the street to the other Dunkin.

Asked for a medium iced tea with light cream in it, they hand me one that looked like it was 100% cream. The next one they hand me after I brought it to their attention has pretty much the same amount of cream. They told me “This is the darkest we can make it.” Me being in a huge rush for work, I grabbed it. Total waste of time and money.

I go in the morning to purchase a dozen bagels and donuts each. I ask for a side tube of cream cheese, as I will be bringing this to work. They don't have any. Well, that's not helpful. Walker in and walked out. Worker was completely void of any emotion.

Clean restaurant,nice staff and quick service,be very patient cause this is one of the busiest dunkin i ever been to.Fiid is always hot and fresh and is a great location (right out of 91)

I appreciate the help of Alicia the store manager of the store on route 5 across from McDonalds. There had been an overcharge on my credit card and she worked diligently until it was resolved. She is a credit to that store and should be praised for her work. I will continue going back to that location which gives great service. 5 star rating.

If I could give this Dunkin a zero I would. There is about 7-8 people working here most the time, and you can wait at the counter for a couple minutes before anyone even takes your order. Then it's beyond noisy in there. Everyone trying to talk louder than somebody else, and today a girl just kept going rawr rawr rawr, over and over again the whole time I was in there. Very unprofessional. This Dunkin was just remodeled but they didn't remodel their staff. I'll go out of my way to go to another Dunkin even though I live close to this one. The doughnuts are always bad as well. Always feel damp almost.

I stop at Dunkin a few times a week, usually this facility is great. They do take their time and will often repeat the order to make sure they got it right. Drive thru lives ali g nicely, especially in the morning rush hour, which is great. What they need to focus on is ensuring the cups and napkins are clean. Dirty cups make for an unwanted hot beverage and well as you say; "I run on Dunkin"

Im not even here to complain about the food, the girl that served me came off as extremely rude and uninterested in serving me. I got a medium cocoa signature latte and a sandwich and with each question she asked me she had this rude undertone that did not sit right with me. I hope that I get better service next time.

Service is slow and orders are frequently missing items. The restaurant seems to be understaffed or staff can't handle the volume of orders.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with cream cheese and this is what I received.

Horrible place. With the drive thru line out to the street I went inside to order. One of the kiosks was down, the other had a small line. I went to window to order and was stared at and ignored by virtually the entire staff.

Went thru here this morning the coffee is weak at best . Asked for plain bagel not toasted W/cream cheese on the side . Croissant with egg +sausage . Bagel was burnt with cream cheese . Croissant had no top just egg & sausage on top of bottom

Muffins aren't supposed to look like they came out of my ass. While it still tastes good, it looks like shit

Awful terrible service. Waited 25 minutes and had to leave. No one knows what they are even doing. Coming from someone who worked at Dunkin for over 10 years this is an easy job, clearly they are lazy

Rudest staff ever. Was mad that she had to take orders because it "wasn't her shift" and got a completely unnecessary attitude. Foods okay but not worth getting dirty looks.

I strongly do not recommend this place because every single person working here is absolutely miserable and rude. On top of being so insanely rude and miserable their food and drinks are so unacceptably disgusting. I guarantee you will be waiting for your order for at least 10 minutes every single time. This place is an abomination and if you are working in customer service you should at least try to act pleasant. Don't go here.

Typical DD fare. Crazy parking lot and long lines. 3 stars --- If you want to get out and order, be prepared to have to wait in the car on the drive thru line to get to the parking area in the rear of the store. The kiosk to order is near the rear property line and there is only one lane to get to the rear. Be prepared to have those who know enter from another driveway from the property just south. Big cluster of confusion. If you are just stopping off of 91, you can do better. Coffee and service was good. 5 stars. Net 4 stars.

I just want to give a shout-out to Evanna! I get so excited when I see her in the drive thru because she exudes kindness. I hope she sees this, she deserves all of the compliments and praise!

Not even happy giving 1 star - All together a very bad experience. First, the parking lot is a disaster. Wanted to park and walk in, but was stuck waiting in drive through line before I could even reach the parking area....very poor design. Parked and went in to find nobody working at the front counter. One person already ahead of me in line got the attention of the drive thru staff but still nobody came to the front counter. An employee came from the back, washed his hands and put on his apron and headset telling us someone would be with us in a minute. Waited for over 7 minutes then walked out empty handed. As I was driving out of the lot, the guy who entered behind me must have given up as well as he too was empty handed!!! Very poor

This is the only place open late around here, i am extremely grateful to the staff who stays up all night just to make sure i get my coffee and hot sandwich after work! THANK YOU

I changed my morning routine and tried this D&D the first few times I ordered they got it right then NOT so Much. Come on it's not hard to toast a bagel or croissant or even heat up a per made sandwich. It's definitely the owners fault

Wow I came to leave a bad review and you guys already only have 2 stars. I'm not one to leave reviews but it seems that every time I go to order a coffee I take the role of the employee, "hi, how are you, thank you, have a good day" while I can expect to just catch attitude and dirty looks from your employees. I get that you job sucks, believe me I do, but your customers aren't there to harass you, just to grab a coffee and go. It's not very hard to be a little more friendly.

If you like drinking straight syrup and having to repeat things at least 3 times, this is your place. Otherwise bathrooms and inside is pretty clean.

This place gives the impression that it is drive thru only. Even in the rear parking lot, there's unattributed parking on what looks like a neighboring lot and there's no entry or obvious walkway to the store. I approached the front expecting to see no entrance. One inside, the early afternoon sun made sitting in the restaurant a glaring error. The staff was pleasant and the shop and bathroom were clean. The coffee and donuts were fine. The front counter was not tended because of the drive thru. It was even hard to discern where to place my order. I suggest a customer focused revamp of how this shop presents itself to the public.

I love coming to this dunkin in the morning before work. The staff is extremely friendly and always get my order right. The food is always on point too. I'd recommend to anyone.

My children love Dunkin Donuts and I do consume a large quantity of their coffee. However, the Dunkin Donuts on Washington Avenue in the center of town in North Haven is constantly forgetting to give ordering customers who PAY for large orders, the whole order. Then when one goes back, after driving the whole way home and having to return to get the PAID for item, gets a tremendous ATTITUDE from the workers. They screw up constantly and then are rude and aggressive when you point out their mistakes. Trust me, I would not drive all the way back for an item if I had not paid for it only to deal with people who do not take pride in their jobs and do it incorrectly. I understand they are busy all the time, however, as a nurse from a busy hospital who cannot afford to be lazy and screw up, I do not accept that argument. This is not to say that a few that work there are kind and responsible adults. Some are just plain rude, irresponsible individuals. The management better start paying attention to who they hire. -Kathleen RN

This morning I used their drive thru and ordered a toasted plain bagel with sausage and a small coffee with cream and two sugars. I got a bagel with just cream cheese. There were about 10 vehicles in the drive thru, so I had to drive around and park in the back to go inside which also packed with customers to get my order corrected. The worst experience.

This Dunkin is a little off the highway, but once we got in there it was pretty good. Coffee came out fine and thats all that matters!

Ran by high school students who drop the food on the floor. And then just pick up the stuff they use to make the food with as if they never dropped it on the floor.

HORRIBLE. I have NEVER seen anything like it. the workers are straight up RUDE and take forever on one customer. not satisfied. I waited so long. and they messed up my coffee because she was in such a rush to catch up from the previous customer.

On 5/11/16 I placed my order at the drive thru. Plain bagel toasted with butter...simple, right!?!? Not when you're given a bagel that was toasted HOURS prior, hard as a rock with butter slopped all over it! I will never return to this DD again.

Parking lot always full of pot holes if you have an expensive or low riding car dont go to this location owner too cheap to fix the problem correctly , morning crew (5am) are good people getting orders right

What a joke this place is I go through The drive through twice got my coffee it was old!!! went back for the third time the assistant manager Amber tried telling me that the coffee was fresh it was not, I know what coffee taste like I've been drinking it for 20 years continued to run her mouth as I said things back to her and she told me that I couldn't get a refund nor get a new coffee Amber made me promise that I would not say anything to her until she made my coffee, not to mention I had to wait for the young girl to get off her phone in order to even address my issue and as she told me to hang on a minute she went in the back and five girls came back out including this assistant manager Amber, guess what I went there four times a day and you just lost a customer...

Wow! I can't believe that a group of young people could work this slow. Took 30 minutes in line at 2:00 on a Saturday with two people in front of me to get two cups of coffee. Looks like a training opportunity from Dunkin Corporate. Could have walked to Starbucks 1/3 of a mile away and walked back before I was served ! Average serve time is just about 13 minutes per customer or 4.2 per hour.

Those new Pretzel Roll Sandwiches keep me coming back for more. The Hot Chocolate Coolatta is good too, imho.
