Well, well, well… I must say I am definitely pleasantly surprised with my breakfast sandwich! Well, let me go back to the beginning. First of all I was pleasantly greeted by the young lady at the counter. She started off with a warm welcome. … I was a little decisive when it came to what I wanted so I went with a classic plain doughnut. Then I thought well I might want something for later, so I got some munchkins. I was very impressed at how clean the counters were…a lot of times when you go to these donut or coffee establishments,, the counters can be sticky from people making their coffee and not wiping down the counters afterwords . They made sure all the counters were clean and orderly. Back to the sandwich… The sandwich was hot, fresh and virtually no wait time. For a Dunkin’ Donuts I was very pleased and when in a crunch for time, I will definitely be visiting at Dunkin’ Donuts again. I just hope and pray all of the Dunkin’ Donuts have the same standards.!!

Wow! Very very very disappointed Dunkin! What the heck are you doing? Since when is it ok to sell a product that is touted as fresh but is so stale it seems like a week or more old! We went to grab an after dinner treat for the family.... Got home.... and found the munchkins to be so dried out... hard... stale... and completely inedible. So very disappointing... America's favorite.... I highly doubt it! Definitely not my fav minus 10 would not recommend.... Just watch the videos you will see how hard and inedible these are! Do better Dunkin!

I've been going to this location for the last 15 years and today it was the worse service ever, they got to stop hiring kids to do these type of food services. Today I wasn't acknowledged once I got there even if the worker looked at me 4 times. After I ordered, I got my food in 5 mins but then I had to wait about 40 mins for 2 coffee drinks. It was an unbelievable day, that even customers was about to go into a fist fight with several workers. Unprofessional

This location has the absolute worst service manager saw me standing at counter and walked past me twice to tell me someone will take my order. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee after being forgot about 2 times.

Went through the drive-thru today July 15 at 11am and the blk woman at the window had the nastiest attitude. This is my third encounter with this miserable being. How do you work in customer service but possess zero customer service skills? She doesnt say anything other then your total and even when you say thank you she gives a blank stare. Its not anyone's fault that you work in fast food girlie

The workers here are so rude they don't say hi they don't say anything to you at all they act as if its a problem you are there. The last couple of times I have come here, this is how it's been. One time they messed up my order so bad they made me park in front to only bring me out one thing then I asked where the rest of my order was and he seemed surprised then said I will go get it, we'll he never came "they weren't busy"I had already paid for everything so I don't know why he wasnt bringing out my order, I then had to go in there to get my stuff they acted as if I was the problem the manager anyway the guy was pretty nice but kepted missing my items, they ended up giving me my stuff one by one making it one by one and taking their time, it took over 40mins to get all my items it's was only 4 coffees and 2 sandwiches like really I told the managers she did not care. I go to this location only because it's only one near me, they have gotten worse over the years/months I have gone here!

I get more rude employees at the drive-thru at this location than I do the nice employees. I've gotten enough rude cashiers at that window that I prefer to order Dunkin' delivered just to avoid talking to whoever's staffed at that intercom. Totally unpleasant customer service.

All things were awesome,but outside the trash was left all over the place,the dumpster was pulled away from the cage and trash streen all about the place initially coming to Duncan dounuts made me think,what the heck but once I got inside it was great...

STARR was so rude, she was yelling at the intercom when we were placing our order. When we got to the window she was just laughing, no eye contact, after she gave us the straw then she start mumbling something to the other worker (guy) And they start giggling. She even messed up the order No receipt either. We specifically order ice pumpkin signature latte and she just gave us ice latte NO PUMPKIN taste She wasted my money This is America

I order food delivered from this location quite often because I live very close, they mess up something with my order almost every time that i order, whoever is in charge of this store needs to crack down on their employees, i paid $7 for a cappuccino just for them to give me a regular iced coffee, which is cheaper, I ordered snackin bacon with my delivery order and the driver waited at the store for 30 min just. for him to only give me coffee and doughnuts and no bacon, why was he waiting so long for premade doughnuts and coffee ???? they never have any glazed doughnuts holes, it's understandable to run out of product but you need to make it known on the websites , now im paying $7 for something that was $3. I really enjoy dunkin, so if you are going to this location I recommend going in the morning , that is usually when my orders are correct .

10/30/24. I have visited this store on Craig & Commerce here in North Las Vegas for quite some time now. Most of my experiences here have been exceptional customer service. Place needs a little cleaning, decorative/festive & food was good. I like DD. I'm not here to be a crying customer, but I will say this; when you see or hear someone in your establishment, at the very least all we want is acknowledgment! A hello, good morning, or we'll be right with you sir. That's all. I see you working, I understand. Please Do Not ignore your paying patrons. Take this as an informative suggestion, it works! It doesn't help when you have a line & then people stop waiting & walkout because of you not be courteous. I like coming here & hope to think the gal behind the counter that your day went better.

My little has been asking for donuts for three days, finally decided to surprise her with a box of donuts. Went through the drive thur, it was quick and the donuts tasted delicious. They were fresh, light and fluffy, the glaze wasn't to sweet nice outer layer to the donut. I also checked out RetailMeNot and lucky me there was a coupon with a barcode for the cashier to scan. Dozen donuts would have cost $17 something and I spent $12.99!! Winning!!! I haven't been inside this location but from the outside everything was clean no trash laying around, plenty of parking in the parking lot.

The staff at this Dunkin are incredibly rude. I went this morning and ordered a coffee. The cashier asked me if I wanted cream and sugar and I said yes, two of each. There was a lot of traffic passing by and it was windy so it was difficult for her to hear me, so she asked me again. I said yes two of each. When I pull up to the window I see that the coffee is dark. I wasn't upset about it because I knew it wasn't her fault. I asked her nicely if it has creamer and she turns around while I'm speaking. When she turned around i could tell she was upset so I said sorry and started to say how there was a lot of traffic which is why it may have difficult for her to hear me. I just wanted her to know I wasn't upset or being rude because I know how customers can be sometimes. In the middle of me talking she closed the window. She closed the window in the middle of my sentence. I was not rambling nor talking for a long time. I literally wanted to say one sentence after saying sorry and there were no cars behind me. She closed the window and left with the coffee. Another employee gave me the drink and I said thank you. She did not say a single word to me. The lack of simple respect and courtesy is beyond me. I could understand if I was being a Karen or if she was a little upset about the creamer but there was no reason for them to react this way. Ruined my whole morning.

I ordered a $6 shaken espresso and it took 17 minutes to make, it seems like they only prioritized the drive thru. Never again. 17 minutes for 1 coffee is nuts.

I love, live, love my Dunkin! I especially love their coffee. It's so smooth and a good blend for iced coffee and lattes. The service is great and they are always so friendly ! I don't go to any other coffee store . I especially love their old fashioned donuts and their Dunkalatte! You could say I'm now a Dunkin nut! I go 2 to 3 times a week!

Pre-ordered my iced Cocoa Mocha w/ Almondmilk, hash browns, & double chocolate donut through the app which was convenient. It was ready kinda close to the time I scheduled. The staff was decent at the drive thru when I picked it up but not super friendly but it was really early so can't really blame them. The only negative was they just forgot to give me a straw but luckily I have a stash of their rivals straws in my car so used one of those. The hash browns were soft & delicious. The double chocolate donut was messy but good! I enjoyed the iced cocoa mocha coffee the most!

i'm not kidding i spent an hour here today waiting for my food to come out. i would have just left but i already paid. the workers are rude and super put out by anything you ask for. not coming back

6 pm and a couple glazed donuts available?!? Wow. No wonder we usually go to Krispy Kreme.

They got a great 6$ meal deal that includes a Med hot or cold coffee, a breakfast sandwich and taters and let me tell you it was Delicious , the lady at the drive thru let me know they were out of certain breads and i opted for the everything bagel breakfast sandwich wich comes with bacon, egg cheese on a toasted bagel, and even though the drive thru line was long on a sunday she went above and beyond to get my coffee just like i liked it ! Great job guys ! Nowadays when they are out of stuff they just dont complete your order or tell you to order something else . The sandwich was so good im goin back today:)

We used to live near the DD on Silverado and their coffee was always a hit or miss. Some days were good, some days tasted like burnt coffee. This specific location has not failed us yet and we have been going in person and ordering on door dash Atleast 2x a week, minimum. Their coffee taste the same every single time. The staff here is also a lot more friendlier than the other locations we have been to. They also give you a coupon if the donut you want isn't there, you can bring it back for another free donut. The food is the other thing. It's always hot and actually looks like it's as handled with love lol it is safe to say, this location is our favorite.

I went to order a small hot coffee with 8 creams and a cup of just half and half and the girl couldn't understand the order after I explained ten times , then she said something to her coworker using profanity towards me and finally the other employee handed me the "coffee" which was just milk with maybe a tablespoon of coffee . I asked her a few times if there was coffee in it and she said yes in a very rude tone. I don't recommend going to this location because the staff is extremely rude !

Decided to give them another shot. They had this new breakfast item for 2x the points. This is how much bacon you get for an extra $1. Bread was not even toasted and became mushy with the Avocado. Also, even when you do a mobile order for pick inside, they choose when to open their doors. At least keep it open for ppl who want to do mobile pick up. Defeats the purpose if you have to wait in a long line at the drive through anyways. Just disappointment after disappointment.

Wait time at the drive thru sucks. I don't know if they're understaffed, over their job, or are just not attentive but they will ignore & won't say anything in the drive thru speaker and wait for you to drive off.

They told us it was closed. Only drive thru. We went on drive-thru and said we are out of donuts. He could have told us when he open the door. Thats rude. Bad info. Bad service

I am up North getting a hair cut and wanted Dunkin, I did a mobile order at 11:45am. I walked in a few minutes later, there was no one in line. A huge group of people walked in and half placed their order. Here I am waiting for my order which I placed before them. I was asked twice about a mobile order. Three of the people who ordered after me, got their food and drinks before me. It's 12:00 and I'm still waiting, finally said something about how they are getting their food before me. I got my food and left, I drove down to where I am going and noticed it was the wrong sandwich. I got coffee, black pepper bacon on a croissant and hash browns. I got just a muffin with egg, cheese and bacon. What a disappointment... the guy working in food around that time was clue less and rushing with too many orders , take your time bro :) but yah thanks for the wrong sandwich after making me wait for 15 mins.

They don't understand the phrase "light ice!" Ordered a small chilled chai tea latte with LIGHT ICE please thank you. The cup is already small so why did they fill up 80% of the cup with ice smh!!! Drink was really only 1/4 of the already small cup. WOW! If there is a next time I'll order a cup of small ice and add a drop of chai tea please and thank you...ugh!

When I checked into this dunkin in Vegas, I was NOT shocked to see the already LOW ratings. With that being said, this was my first time eating Dunkin' Donuts since 2017. We waited in line nearly 20 minutes which seems crazy. The tortilla shells on my wake up wraps were literally hard as a rock. And when did the wake up wraps get so small. I think my wife was okay with hers. I got my Starbucks quicker later that day and it was a target Starbucks.

I always get an iced coffee and it's very tasteful. The employees always greet you with a smile and take good care of you! The ambiance is very social, friendly and make you feel like family.

Never seem to have certain donuts in stocks? How??? Today, waited in line for 10 minutes but that wasn't it. It was driving up to order a dozen glazed to be told they have no glazed donuts in stock. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Last time I'll be going there, smh.

Mood - something sweet Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. This location is fairly new to North Las Vegas. Menu is up above. I asked questions regarding a few items I was interested in. Opted for the Boston Creme donut and the Kitkat Coolatta- well I have a salacious sweet tooth. Don't judge me. Nothing disappointed at all. Interior is very clean. Plenty of seating, even a couple of leather casual chairs and a table. Music is playing in the background. Would def recommend- pricing is reasonable Location is Craig/ Revere- ample parking

This is worst Dunkin Donuts that I've ever had to deal with especially in the mornings when the Manager Candy is there. She is rude and unprofessional. Other than that I've never had a problem which is surprising since the Manager is the way she is. Now they only have the drive thru open and that is an hassle. It's always crowded. My drink was cold and it was a hot latte.

Let me start by saying I get it! Hunter(shift leader) training a new person sucks but if you're a "shift leader" you should help your newbies and when your new person when asked not to place the ghost pepper donut in a bag does it anyway then when the shift leader while you're still there Asks "what happened" which you'd hope would be the to coach their staff he says "Whatever" and I would of let it go but he legit Threw down my Moms chai latte at her. I live three minutes from here and seeing their options for other things besides donuts especially the bacon I would of been back but Y'all are rude and that is saying a lot especially since my expectations are low but you brought the Karen out in me.. If I were you I would be prepared to have some unhappy folks helping you but maybe I smell? either way the Ghost Pepper donut is why I wanted to go plus the cute spider one and the bacon looks good lol

This Dunkin always gets my drink wrong. I go to them because they're fairly close to my home- that's the only reason. Ordered a large iced mocha macchiato today and received the drink in a small cup. Paid full price for a large but got a small tiny cup. Didn't even bother to get them to correct it because they seem rude and dismissive. The other times I've come, they've just loaded the iced coffees down with ice. So you get maybe a couple of sips before the cups empty. I'll go to Starbucks from now on, way more bang for your buck.

Let me start this review by stating my side of the debate. I am, and always will be, a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts compared to Krispy Kreme. The donuts are just so much better in my opinion. With that said, I HAVE been to some bad DD locations before. This location isn't one of them. Every time I go to this one, everyone is so polite, and eager to help out in every way. For example, I made a mistake ordering from the app, essentially ordering donuts after they stopped making them, and even though it was 100% my fault, they went above and beyond to repair the situation when they didn't have to. It reminds me of the "southern hospitality" we had back in my hometown in Florida, and I greatly appreciate that. Add to the fact that the location itself is brand new and conveniently placed in relation to Nellis AFB and right on Craig Road, and this Dunkin Donuts really solidifies itself as my go-to donut place! And as a bonus, my wife loves the coffee! Lol

I go here multiple times a week. There sure are a lot of adult babies rating this location. Complaining about long morning drive thru lines (and then telling them to act like McDonald's and make them park, which is silly... they have to make the food and coffee to order and don't have a kitchen staff), or complaining they don't have a complete list of 40 donuts on the menu outside (they run out of flavors throughout the day, go inside if you don't know what you want and you can physically see all the donuts.) This place is always clean. By far cleanest location on the north side of town. Staff has always been friendly. Never had a cup of "cold coffee" here unless I order cold brew or iced. And if you aren't using their app to order ahead and literally never wait in line again, that's your own fault for being lazy and you saying your own time. I get to Decatur/Craig, place my order on my phone, get to Craig and commerce a few minutes later and pick it up. It takes me longer to shut off my car and walk inside than it takes to order and receive my food. Stop complaining about franchises not doing things the way your particular self wants things done. Use the app.... or continue wasting your own time. I don't care either way.

I see why now there ratings are so low. The service was horrible. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was so hard, if I threw up against the wall it would've dented my wall. The inside was all thrown in there, messy, disgusting!

They always have a good attitude and give great service. They are fast as well. They makes me feel better than Starbucks. My opinion

I don't understand how you repeat orders and still get them wrong! It's printed on the slips as well. This is the 3rd time I came to Dunkin' and they still can't get anything right. No egg means no egg. I am so done!

Went to this drive-through and asked for sandwiches they lied to me and said their kitchen was closed also told me there was no manager on their shift. While two young boys thought it was funny to hand us sandwiches half cooked with cold cheese. Handed us out drinks overfilled and spilling with dirty cups. We asked for a refund and he didn't know how to do it and was confused. I'm so upset at this whole experience I always come here but the service has been horrible lately. For someone who's worked in customer service and hospitality for years this is so disappointing. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager and just found it funny.

I drove here from another Dunkin Donuts after leaving the line at another location since it was ridiculously long and slow.. Yeah... I'm convinced all Dunkin Donuts suck I just wanted to redeem my free drink points and be finally finished with you guys...as I was sitting in the drive through I saw a lady get off her car walk up to the workers and yelled at them.. GOOD!!! Cause why does it take sooo long to make the orders when there's 5/6 people working ???????? And the Hispanic girl with glasses gives me an attitude like if it was me who yelled at her.. she should of kept the same energy with the other lady not me just trying to get through.. STICK TO STARBUCKS faster and better service..

I sometimes prefer Dunkin because their doughnuts are less covered in sugar. HOWEVER I literally just drove directly through the drive-thru without stopping because they did not have a doughnut menu. To the MANAGER: GET A DRIVE THRU MENU OF YOUR DOUGHNUT SELECTION!! Until then I'm going to Krispy Kreme

Idiots work here. Gave me the wrong food. Apparently don't know the difference between Chocolate chip muffins and blueberry muffins. Obviously can't read the labels. Not that it would have mattered anyway nothing was fresh. All refrigerated and brought in from somewhere.

Thanks to the staff for being open on Thanksgiving! Dunkin Donuts made a great breakfast treat before we start cooking and shopping!

We & 3 other customers behind us weren't acknowledged for 5+ minutes by 3 different workers as they prepared drive thru orders. We pivoted to exit the store & then & only then did a worker say can I take your order? Had it not been for my co-shoppers who wanted donuts I would have been long gone.

This has been by far my favorite dunkin donuts to visit. I will actually go out of my way to go to this one rather than the one on Ann and Simmons (which would be more convenient for me to go to) The workers here are just very friendly and fast! The drinks just taste better too

My recent experience here was horrible. I drove up to the drive thru and sat there for awhile waiting for a response. No one ever acknowledged me so I parked my car and went inside because there was no way it was closed on a weekday at 2pm lol. Walked in, obviously they're open so I ordered and the person was never going to give me the receipt until I reminded them after they finished making my drinks. I then mentioned how I thought they were closed because I was ignored at the drive thru and their response was they were too busy training someone?? If you're busy that's fine, but say "one moment" instead of acting like I'm not there. And to make everything worse my coffee was disgusting, completely watered down. Horrible customer service

Every time I go to this location the donuts are hard and very old. I keep trying but I think I will try another place. Love their coffee but the donuts too expensive to throw away

I visited this location for the first time on Saturday (04/25) since moving to this side of town and let me tell you, it was an awful experience. Originally, things were going fine as the girl in the drive-thru was polite and the line was moving at a regular pace. Once pulling up to the window, I immediately said that I'd like to use a birthday reward. The girl running the drive-thru didn't respond with clarification, but I didn't want to repeat myself and come off as rude so I assumed she had heard me. She hadn't and ended up pulling what money I had on my DD app ($4.85) and proceeded to tell me I owed .19 cents. I reminded her that before I even handed my phone over for her to scan that I said it was a birthday reward I'd like to use, so I'd likethe money refunded back to my DD card, as the drink was meant to be free. She brought over another worker to help (who I initially thought was the manager, but she was not.) The original woman who took my order was silent the remainder of the time as woman #2 took over. Woman #2 immediately had a defensive attitude and proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give me a refund b/c the drink was already made. Following that, I was told that she would cover the remaining .19 cents and I could go on about my day. I declined, b/c again, I had came to redeem a free drink. She said the reason that the birthday reward didn't come off is b/c I ordered a signature latte and it only works for standard lattes. This is false, as I've had the app for years and never been told that anything was excluded. When I said she was incorrect, she proceeded to give me the run around following my refund. Then suddenly, she changed her story and said the reason it didn't ring up as a birthday reward is b/c I didn't show the special bar code. This was correct; however, like I told them, I don't work there so I don't know as birthday rewards are only once a year and I forgot. I'm sure they deal with rewards DAILY vs. my once-a-year, so who would know better than them? Woman #2 continued to throw a fit, until finally a manager stepped in. Woman #3 (the manager) resolved the issue in 2 mins. or less. As I was explaining to her what the problem was, woman #2 was in the background trying to undermine what I was saying. How unprofessional. Woman #3 swiftly returned the money back to my card, and rang in my birthday reward instead. Crazy how a problem with a 2 minute solution ended up taking 10 additional minutes b/c woman #2 wanted to argue.

I have tried on numerous occasions to go here but they are just always out of donuts. This morning, the girl says "we literally have no donuts." This place just revamped their whole drive-they & STILL can not have donuts in stock. WHY?!! I've tried so many times over the years but I'm just done. The owner of this Dunkin' & several others in Vegas should be ashamed,". They've killed the Dunkin' name.

Lisa or Linda, whatever her name is definitely needs to be fired. I tried asking her a question at the window because she couldn't understand me over the intercom. She proceeded to be rude and disrespectful to me and tell me that I'm holding up the line behind me. I'm sure she would've been able to answer my question faster than her rant about me "holding up" a line of cars(2) behind me.

so just witness girl throwing trash, then came back to be cashier then started touching the donuts!!!! with out washing her hands!!! i just walk out. please manger talk about employees washing their hands especially crisis right now. just nasty. smh

Have had nothing but positive experiences. They are nice and the coffee and food are consistently good. I drive a extra 10min to this one to avoid the horrible one by my house.

Got Yelp just to leave a review about my crap service. Ordered a blended iced mocha, repeated myself, and still got an iced mocha not blended. Also ordered an iced caramel swirl with cream and sugar and it came out wrong. When I explained that I ordered with cream and sugar the lady said I should have said that when I ordered and I responded saying that I did. She retaliated sassily with "well she probably didn't hear you." I also ordered two HAM and grilled cheese sandwich, didn't have ham and at that point I just gave up. Horrible/rude service and my entire order was messed up. Don't go to this location. AWFUL!!!
