America’s Best Bowl Food: The Bracket - Eater

"This ushered in the short-lived era of the Dunkin' breakfast bowl — essentially just a pitiful scramble in a paper cup. Some came with sausage and eggs. Others featured eggs, corn, black beans, rice, cauliflower. Reviews were decidedly mixed and honestly the uniform-looking product didn't inspire much envy." - Madeleine Davies

Google
Are you kidding me Dunkin' Donuts!?! My jelly "filled" and custard "filled" donuts only had ONE BITE of custard and ONE BITE of jelly!! It cost $10 for six donuts! Really! REALLY!! 😡 Update! I just had the last of six donuts. A custard filled and there wasn't a single drop custard in the entire donut!! I'm never going back to this place again. What a ripoff!!!

Ordered donuts for our shop this morning and every single Boston Cream donut had zero cream filling and the topping was sliding off the top. The only other time I had ever tried coming here there were two employees standing outside washing donut trays down with a bucket of soap, and a water hose, in the parking lot. I was sure enough time had passed that improvements had been made. None of the other locations seem to have the same issues. Sad this is an Owasso employee/people problem. Won't be wasting my time on that garbage again. Was excited to finally get a Dunkin after decades of them being gone, but in this economy I'm not paying premium prices on terrible services and/or products especially when there are plenty of other options.

NEVER AGAIN today was the last straw. What on earth is up with this place, tried this place a few times in early morning to get coffee and donuts for office. Every time nothing is ready, nothing is out. Today I was told sorry we're running behind...I got there an hour after it was supposed to be open, explain how you've got NO coffee at a Coffee shop???? Hey Owners....you better start actually paying attention to your feedback and the staff you hired,

Google
Not the best experience. Three workers and I stood behind a complicated individual for 15 minutes before leaving and going through drive through. I get that customers can be complicated but greeting me and acknowledge me goes a long away. I also wanted the large hot or iced coffee with 3 dollar meal add. apparently a large caramel macchiato does not count to that which doesn’t make sense because it’s more money than a large coffee wasn’t explained that well to me just wasn’t an overall great atmosphere. The egg and cheese croissant my son said was tasty, except for the bread was a slightly burnt

Google
I come here just about every day (I spend lots of money I’m aware haha) the staff is very friendly! My drink (a refresher) always tastes so good and the food good as well. Sometimes the food takes a little longer, but only if I come at a busy time which is understandable. The staff also seem to be unfortunately very short staffed so I understand. Overall, very kind people, good drinks, and good food!

Google
I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance before leaving a low review, but it’s truly in need of a management makeover. I sat in the drive thru for a long period of time, before the gentleman in front of me was helped. I assumed he had a large order, when he finally pulled forward I see he had only ordered 2 donuts! I followed by ordering one glazed and one strawberry. The glazed donut was so hard and stale my daughter couldn’t even eat it. Definitely serving day old or more donuts. Do better Dunkin! I’ve been to other locations and it’s nothing like this. Will not be going back.

Google
Went inside to get a French crueller , there was only one left. The girl at the counter claims she didn't hear me. But, the donut was gone. Then they told me they gave it to a women at the drive thru. I was so mad I left without getting anything. I have no idea how good it would have been. So I can't say if it would have been good or not, but for a donut shop that is open all day they had only a few types of donuts to pick from. Most of the trays were empty. Won't be going back.

Excellent service! The worker at the window, Adrian, was so extremely patient when I took a very long look at the menu! She was polite at the window and my drink was DELICIOUS!!! Definitely coming back.

Yelp
I thought all the bad scores were a fluke. NOPE! I thought the bad reviews were from picky Oklahoma people, however the Dunkin' Donuts is that bad. I think it's a franchise. It's trying to save as much money everywhere in this ruining this franchise location. I am convinced that the positive reviews are bots! My Order Chicken croissant and a vanilla cream and chocolate cream doughnuts. What I got was an emaciated croissant with cheese that looked like a smashed wrap. With no cream in the doughnuts. OK, technically speaking there was cream, however a dime size amount of cream in each doughnut does not make it a vanilla/chocolate Dunkin' Donuts cream doughnut! I feel like I shouldn't have to eat my food at the drive-through window to make sure I get the right items, or make sure that they are done correctly. I'm used to the real Dunkin' Donuts out on Long Island where the East Coast runs on Dunkin'! Cranefield donuts are full of cream and have a pretty flower on the outside of the doughnut. And the sandwich I ordered is the sandwich I get in the bag. So I was overcharged for the sandwich I didn't get and given sad donuts that remind me of somebody that doesn't no put a Dunkin' Donuts is supposed to be. It's very sad.

Yelp
I've never been to this new Owasso location, and it looked closed. But the drive thru was open, so I ordered an iced coffee. I was surprised there was no one there. The server was good. And it's nice because it's brand new inside and out. My coffee was fine, and it was so much cheaper than other chain coffee shops.

Yelp
Until last week we have been going to a this Dunkin' for coffee and donut once a week. Lately when we've arrived about 9:30 am on a Saturday, their only choice of donuts was plain glazed. In fact, on 3/8/25 there were only about four of those available. The displace cases were totally bare except for the few glazed. Then the coffee had soured cream which had to be replaced. To top it off, the place was so cold we had to wear our coats while inside. This place seems to be extremely poorly managed. We're going to Daylight Donuts on Saturdays now; it's even cheaper! The coffee's not quite as good but the donuts are as good. Much better managed and there was a good choice of donuts at 9:30 Saturday. Dunkin' needs better management at the Owasso, OK location.

Yelp
Every time I go they mess up my coffee or they have me waiting forever to take my order wen I'm the only car if I could give them a zero I woulda

Yelp
Excellent eat in service. Surprised at the number of sandwiches available. Most of the sandwiches have bacon, sausage, chorizo, egg or other type of meat. The only vegetarian item I noticed is a grilled cheese on sourdough bread. Staff friendly and courteous. Tables were clean and so is the areas outside and inside the building.

Yelp
The menu offerings are seemingly overpriced and smallish in nature. The service is top notch however. The food lacked seasoning, but that's easily fixed with S&P. If you like small portions, or repriced food, this spot is for you.

Yelp
Sandwiches are small and beware the upcharges on things. Like they ask if you want flavor and tell you your options like that comes with your drink but it doesn't. Service was decent which is why they got two stars.

Yelp
The coffee I order is consistently made well every time. The quality of Dunkin coffee is good. And they offer a lot of great merch!

Yelp
How does a doughnut shop not have maple bars? "Time to make the doughnuts" is not a thing I guess. They had so few doughnuts to choose from. Weird.

Yelp
First of all, I love DD! It was my first job (I'm from the east coast). The first few times, service was okay, if a bit slow, but I kept going because they had just opened. The time before last that I went, I ordered online a coffee and a couple of donuts. They gave me my donuts at the first window and asked me to pull through to the second window. After waiting behind a car for another 15 minutes (only 1 car in front of me), they told me that they were out of the flavor of coffee I wanted and asked if I would like a different coffee (why couldn't they tell me this at the first window so that it could be ready by the time I got to the second window?) Twenty-four minutes to wait in a drive-through line with only 1 car in front of me for a coffee and a couple of donuts. The last time I went, I ordered online, donuts and coffee. This time I didn't go through the drive-through; life's too short. It was later in the day and they were out of the majority of donuts I wanted. So, they asked what donuts I would like. Then they proceeded to ring up the donuts because they were a different price than the ones I had already paid for. So, I asked for a refund for the donuts I had already paid for and they REFUSED! They don't give refunds... for donuts that I paid for... that they were out of... that I never received. So I stood there arguing that I wanted a refund for the donuts I didn't receive and, thankfully, the person working the drive-through window came over and said that they do give refunds if the customer doesn't get the donuts and proceeded to process the refund. That was the last time I went to DD in Owasso.

Yelp
Wow! They don't even deserve a star! Waited 10+ minutes for wrong cold terrible food.

Yelp
Went into dunkin this morning, horrible service. Kid at counter didn't know anything about their own product, never been asked what coffee was good. One kid had toilet paper in his nose with blood on it walking around the food, and my daughter ordered a tea the girl literally put her nose right up to it and said, " I think this is the right tea". I'm not type to complain this was worst I've ever seen out of what is supposed to be a big franchise!!!

Julia V.

Yelp
I waited to long for my food to be like warm at best. The donut was dense and generally just ok. This was the only donut place open on Sunday but I think for the price I will go to the gas station next time. The service was not good. There were multiple employees standing around as their manager talked over them and spastically moved around multiple positions. The atmosphere in the place was awful. All the employees seemed to be anxious and many of the customers were unhappy for one reason or another. I would not recommend.
