Dunkin'

I had the cookie butter cloud latte today, it was good. A nice change from my usual coffee locations. Although I wish it has a little bit more caffeine in it. Also, Dunkin drinks are more affordable compared to the other places. However, i did not enjoy the holiday sprinkles on the donut, they were too hard. But the donut itself was soft and tasted good. I just prefer the regular sprinkles though.

Wasn't given the hash browns that come with the $6 meal deal and ordered 2 deals. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce and was told its in the bag. I get home and no ketchup or hot sauce in the bag. I ordered a coffee with 6 sugar 3 cream and its just black coffee. I tried calling the store and no answer. Never again

Every time I come here I order a drink with light ice and I guess they hear “extra ice” the way they fill my cup up to the BRIM with ice. It’s so frustrating when you want light ice and receive so much ice with maybe two sips out of your 7 dollar drink. Maybe it was worth one dollar tch. Today was my last straw. I ordered light ice, the employee repeated my order with light ice twice and when I go to pay, first of all they don’t greet me and they stand there in silence with the machine out. Hello??? Are you even gonna make sure it’s the right order??? I’m sorry if the guy at the drive thru had a bad day but hunny the day just started so don’t spread ur negativity to me. I’m DONE.

This used to be my favorite location cause they made my drink just the way I like it. But today December 28 at 6am sunday, I've ordered a small caramel coffee cream and sugar....the guy didnt know how to make my drink. It was cold and he put more cream and no sugar. He charged me regular for hashbrown when i used my free rewards. They weren't nice and friendly. So I had to go to another dd location and order a new drink. Please give him a proper training

Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been too. Gave them several opportunities to fix issues with orders, hair in my food twice, talked with the supposed manager, and when I realized they either didn’t care (most likely) or were just too incompetent I stopped giving them my business all together. Took a long hiatus, and thought to give them a try because surely management is taking note of all the poor reviews. Asked for a large matcha with light ice and received a 3/4 filled cup with extra ice. Please save your patience, time, and give business to people who actually care to provide decent service.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location. They rushed us through ordering. They were rude while we were ordering. After every item we ordered asking "what else" in a short rude tone. They wouldn't honor our coupon for a refresher drink arguing it was expired when it said expired 12/31/2025 it's November 2nd. Then, when we got our order it was wrong, the snacking bacon was cold, and items we ordered were missed. They didn't give us a receipt and told us to go back through the drive thru and order again for the items they missed. Literally, nothing was good about this place, except that there was no line and now I know why.

Coffee drinkers.,,,,,they don’t understand the difference between unsweetened and sugar free. The manager will argue with you about it. 0 outta 10. Don’t recommend. Called them up, asked her to just make it right and she refused lol. Never in my life 😂😂😂😂😂. Anywell. Dunkin’ amirite?!?!

Almost always rude customer service. Always lackluster service from employees who literally make it known they don't wanna be there. Drinks made wrong several times. The amount of sugar they add to drinks is consistently way too much. Location doesn't accept cash, even though it's legal tender. HARD pass.

I love this location! Every single time I have come to grab a coffee it is great. I have always had a great interaction with all of their employees, and the donuts and bagels I have tried have always been fresh and tasty. Now, we don't get anything too crazy that requires us to wait a long time, so we are usually in and out of this place fairly quickly. At times I'll use the app to order, or we will just do a drive thru order for our coffee. We can get in and out of there in about 3 minutes if we order just coffee. If we get donuts or a sandwich, then it takes like 5 or 6 minutes. My coffee is always fresh, tasty and hardly ever wrong. (The one time it was something tiny, like they forgot the sugar which I was able to fix.) If you're in the mood for some coffee and don't want to wait a crazy amount of time, come visit Dunkin!

I know it's a busy morning. (10/01 7:50am) But please take time to listen to your drive thru customers especially when we are trying to correct our order. I ordered strawberry frosty and old fashioned donut. But then I saw on the screen "hash brown and strawberry frosty" . And then so I told the lady that I ordered strawberry frosty and old fashioned donut then she told me "dont worry I got it. PULL UP". I find it a little rude because I was correcting my order but was told to pull up. And then there you go they handed me hash browns and strawberry donut. I told them I did not order hashbrowns and was trying to correct my order at drive thru but was told to pull up. I suggest for this location, employees should repeat the order and or ask the customers to take a look at the screen (like, could you pls make sure everything on the screen is correct. Thank you"). Now I'm not even sure if I was charged correctly as I forgot to get my receipt. I am looking for the donut prices online.

Don't go here for any reason. Staff acts like its your fault for not ordering quick enough. Never had to order from someone so miserable.

Not really a fan of this location, it is cashless and you have to order via kiosk if you are going inside. There are no donuts for you to see or smell and no whiffs of freshly prepared coffee. It's a very odd location/coffee shop/donut shop. Once your order is ready, a human being hands it to you through a very impersonal window. Won't be back

This location is possibly the weirdest Dunkin we've ever been to: 1. You cannot sit down at this location, it's takeout only. 2. It's cashless. 3. There are no people to order with, you only use one of the two kiosks. 4. The employees talk to you via an intercom system... they might stick their head out a small window to ask questions, but 90% of our interaction was via an intercom. 5. Max occupancy for the room where the two kiosks are is "4 people". But wait, there's more: We went in thinking we'd be able to see the donuts, but the kiosk area is void of any design other than a hanging "Las Vegas Runs On Dunkin" sign and the two kiosks. The kiosks do not represent all the donuts on the menu ex: Boston crème, raspberry filled, chocolate bar, etc were not options. For some reason, the "pick-it" ticket the employees got for our order did not display what we spent time picking out... so save your breath and select assorted dozen, or be ready to repeat your order verbally to the intercom speaker. There are strong "robbery" vibes here. Lots of security features: no bathroom, cypher locks, minimal interaction with employees, etc. Knocking a star for not having a menu that represents what's for sale. Knocking a second star for the kiosk not passing along the donuts we picked. Knocking a third star for having old pictures of this location showing options that no longer exist at this location ex: counter, donut display, seats. Two stars for a friendly staff and good donuts.

I order through Postmates and my order was completely wrong! I ordered a variety of frosted donuts and old fashions and what I received was old glazed donuts, and plain donuts!! Who the hell eats plain donuts! And of course they closed up shop so I couldn't call to get the correct order! I figure they were rushing to get out of there and just through 12 donuts in a box and said to hell with it! I emailed corporate for my money back! Ridiculous!

I am not sure what has happened with this place recently but I guess they have new people or something because every time I seem to go they never make my drink right! I ask them to remake it and they can't ever seem to get it right. I don't get a complicated drink - I order a drink straight off the menu with no modifications, I don't understand why it isn't consistently made or why it tastes so different. I've been getting this drink for almost 10 years. It sucks because there have been instances where I have had them remake the drink and it still taste awful that I just throw it out. One time when I asked it to be remade, a girl I don't usually see was rude and explained if I didn't like the flavor I should make specific modifications to it...I've never had to in the past so what gives...!!!

This is strictly a drive-thru Dunkin. You can't walk in. The service was nice. They made my decaf iced coffee correctly.

Place cleaned up very nicely! They don't have a real inside store but you can place a screen order inside if you don't have the app. The drive through had a new menu screen. Ordering was fast and Easy. Super friendly staff with very fast service!!

Came to Vegas from La Cali and love Dunkin! Ordered on the app and walked in. Yes it is odd and gives off strange vibes, but my order was correct and things were yummy! I'm happy! Plus- the order was ready within minutes from when I ordered on the app.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this location the service as a walk in or as a pick up takes very long they do not acknowledge you as you step in no Good Morning, No Greetings whatsoever. The food is mediocre and so are the drinks ! Honestly I don't spend my hard work money for a terrible service overall . Do better smh !

False advertising. Offers condiments, and condiments, "on the side." Will actually ONLY serve condiments, on the side. Will NOT take the time to serve items as purchased. Refused twice. It took FOUR requests to get my receipt returned! Left with No Items, and was not refunded! "Pick up Location" only. Don't expect any competence.

I thought the location near my house was bad. After visiting this place, I have to say Dunkin Donuts just sucks all around lol. This place doesn't have a lobby where you can order at the front counter and sit down. It's just the weirdest lobby ever of all fast food restaurants. I placed an online order from my app to save time. When I arrived for online order pickup, the front lobby has no one to greet me but a machine to place an order and a so called pickup window. Stood there for a couple mins before someone talked to me over the speaker. Then waited for 10 mins bc they couldn't find my order. WTH? They finally found my order, which wasn't hot and crispy anymore due to the decrease in temperature. I deleted my Dunkin Donuts profile, account, and app all together. Bye and never see you again!

It is truly an act of congress to get a correct order at this Dunkin. I've been here two days and received the wrong order each time. The first time, my coffee was incorrect. The lady at the window accommodated as the male working was the one who took the order and made the coffee. He was extremely rude once giving me the correct coffee like I did something to him. Today, I asked for a sourdough sandwich without egg. To my surprise, I received a heaping amount of egg, half a slice of cheese and bread drier than a Popeyes biscuit but NO MEAT. I now have to order another breakfast because I can't consume this. The same people from yesterday were working. At a place that serves basic breakfast sandwich, donuts and coffee, I am stumped on how orders can be wrong every single time. I will not be back.

I was wanting a donut after leaving the dr office and remembered this Dunkin' was right around the corner. I went in and YAY a kiosk (very sarcastic) I ordered a dozen donuts. I thought Dunkin' Donuts had a huge variety of flavors... I had maybe 12 choices. When I got to my work I noticed my order wasn't correct, again disappointment. Then we ate them. Overly Unimpressed! They tasted old- and the jelly flavor Huge let down

*Bacon roll up *Hash brown *Snack bacon (Oh & a Iced coffee) This a "big" order for this location. Be prepared to park out front instead of waiting in the drive through. (regardless if there is anyone being you waiting or not.) makes total sense. I come to this location quite often and I can't help but be honest & say that interaction has deterred me a bit. Order #92634 Quality was still great, how service was presented not so much.

I've come to this location twice for a quick bite & both times the hash browns have been burnt. The bagel bites are pretty good though. I'd recommend getting hash browns elsewhere but these did the job.

I come to Dunkin' Donuts for their coffee, very convenient location and the parking has plenty of spaces. Staff provides good customer service, the location has sitting inside, wi-fi and drive tru. The only thing I thought that was missing is the self serve milk and cream, we had to ask the staff to give to us and that takes time, but they were very patient with us. We didn't try the donuts this time, maybe next time

They need education on customer service. If you have someone waiting by the kiosk Al least acknowledge they are there. They waited on several people who arrived after me. I then went to the drive through line and was told they couldn't pass my order through the window I had to back up and go back to the kiosk window. Lol I actually did, I should've refused. Any way the woman met me with a really nasty attitude. Which only got me angry. She forgot about me and then gave me attitude. Close the kiosk and just do the driveway.

I'm out of my mind. I went back again today, as I was in a rush and wanted a coffee and a bagel. Bagel was actually not messed up....but Medium Cold brew Caramel Shot of blueberry LESS ICE! Extra skim...... What part of this coffee looks like less Ice....?!?!

Refused service to me about a remake on a coffee cause I received a coffee with expired milk in it . Two employees I spoke with over the intercom would not grab management and said I can look up all the information online this was Sunday match 26th at 4pm will also be giving a call to the health department about investigating this store.

Looks like a prison. You have to order using a machine and when they then don't have what you ordered they can't figure out how to refund you. I'm not going there again.

After seeing the negative reviews I was hesitant with going to this location even though it's right next to my work. I have it shot anyway and all the staff members were super friendly and my order came out fast and was delicious.

Went there on Veterans Day to get our free Veterans Donut & JOSIE & FRANAE were sooo nice & friendly to us! They are were so sweet & made our day! Dunkin' Donuts have great employees here!

2/17/22 at 2:00pm made an mobile order coffee was great, when I was gathering my things ready for gps, they keep opening up the window ask " do I need anything else " Me looking at my surroundings like no one is behind me? 3 rd time was a black girl loud voice " do you need anything else ?! " Okay I get the point I'll move out of the way , even tho no was behind me

Don't bother!!!! Always weirdly out of donuts!! What kind of Dunkin' Donuts runs out of donuts!

Received wrong order after waiting for 15 minutes All the sandwiches burned, the manager said they didn't had ham so instead they can do bacon so I ask for a refund and they say they can't so I ask for the sandwiches (5) once I get home I see they are not what I order and the bread is burned.

My go-to Dunkin typically but absolutely HORRID service by the morning crew today. (6:40 a.m.) I had to yell at the top of my morning lungs to get the person on the intercom to be able to hear me. It probably didn't help that one of the other employee's were attempting to get my order as well. Disorganized. I knew my order right away (cinnamon pumpkin latte, 2 bagels w/ cream chz ON THE SIDE, 1 toasted, 1 not), yet I had to repeat myself many times and on top of that the drive-thru girl was rushing and hardly listened to my response. She would cut me off and try to fill in the blanks of what I wanted. Finally, my order was placed (or so I thought) and I was told to drive up to the window for my total. That should've been an automatic red flag in itself that the order was incomplete...however, I proceeded to the window. Right away, I noticed the first mistake. My coffee was iced when I never said iced. It was meant to be hot, but I accepted it anyways b/c I didn't want to make a hassle. I let it go. I got the bagels a few minutes after the coffee. BOTH had cream cheese slapped on them when I specifically said not to do that. I kept the one that was toasted b/c I had plans to eat it right away anyways. The untoasted I asked them to replace. Instead of just grabbing a bagel and a side of cream cheese to hand to me RIGHT THEN AND THERE at the window, I was asked to pull around. After an additional 8 minutes and having to stand around inside the store, I was FINALLY given the rest of my order how I asked for it. A total of 20 minutes wasted b/c this morning crew lacked attention to detail. The shift manager had not a care in the world about the mistakes being made. He stood by and didn't say a word. No corrections to the girl who made the mistake and not even an apology. AWFUL. I need the original morning crew back. I didn't recognise any of the faces today and don't care to.

My son reminded me this morning that I work best with coffee so we stop here and tried a large Carmel Macchiato. It was surprisingly made very well. I was doing business on the phone this morning while placing my order for coffee and donuts and the cashier still got the order right and was courteous. Bravo Dunkin. For the record was one of those calls cannot get off with , children's school.

Happen to be in Vegas and Yelp showed this was the closest DD near the hotel. Ordered medium iced coffee light and sweet. Order came out good. Not too many people in line and service was ok. Felt it could be a little more friendly and quick. Gave it a 3 star just because service couldn't been a little bit better and shop could be a little more cleaner inside.

So I am a regular at this Dunkin Donuts location. I come so often everyone knows my name. I come to this location because of a few specific people that always seem to make me smile and laugh. Asia, Kim, Angel, and the manager Ty are great! I always see at least one of them. They always have positive attitudes even if the drive thru line is packed haha! Please give them credit because they are really awesome people! Thank you so much! I'll see you tomorrow!

This was my first visit in over a year. There is a small seating area, a few bar-height tables, a round table that could seat 4 to 6, and a single 2-person table. I had 2 donuts and a brown sugar cold brew. The donuts were good, bigger than I remembered. I've never had any kind of coffee drink from Dunkin and I saw something about the brown sugar cold brew on Reddit, so that's what I got. I enjoyed it a lot. I've only had Starbucks cold brew and iced coffee and I can't say I prefer one over the other (only talking iced & cold brew). The only negative is that it's so dark in the ordering and seating area. There isn't enough sunlight, there's dark paneling around the order area and halfway up the walls, and the table tops are all dark. It's just doesn't feel as inviting as it could. The two team members who helped me were both very friendly and acted quickly to take and gather my order.

I wish they allowed negative star rating bc these guys earned that today . I walked to this location from a job I was at , ordered 25 dollars in food and ask the employee for a cup of ice water while I waited on my food just to be denied water . Then with a smirk on his face he says we charge 2 dollars for a cup of water . This place is horrible and the service is the worst around. The Website claims to have a .99 cent delivery fee but they charge 2 dollars for a cup of Tap Water in 100 degree weather in Las Vegas .

Do I get or ordering inside is not an option here drive thru only. Line was about 6 cars deep the employees processed all vehicles in a timely manor. Food and coffee were ready when I reached the window and paid. Employees were pleasant would repeat.

It's been 8 years since my last review of this location. Since then, service has gone from decent to mediocre to worse. Today was the lowest of the low. My On-The-Go order was not processed by the store, my sandwich order was screwed up, and my coffee wasn't made until after I walked into the store to pick up my order -- which defeats the convenience on On-The-Go ordering. There are other Dunkin' Donuts locations that are deserving of your time and business; this store on Eastern and Flamingo just isn't worthy any more.

I'm not sure why I go to DD, maybe since they're not around where I live yet, but I was looking forward to being not disappointed this time. This time I got the "Big N Toasted" sandwich, which is 2 eggs, bacon and cheese on large toast slices. I was expecting something good, but it turned out to be pretty bad. It just didn't have much flavor and didn't really look appetizing, but I was hungry so there you go. The hash browns are okay, 6 little pieces of fried potato, but at least these had flavor. Coffee isn't that great either, seems watered down a bit, which is something I don't like. I also got a maple donut and a candy cane crunch donut (which has sweet filling and candy pieces on top). There's something about the DD donuts that makes them not tasty....they seem a bit dry and old when you eat them. I have experienced this issue at different locations, so it must be a company secret. Staff was nice, and the turn around time was average.

This location is a hit or miss; more miss to be honest. The drinks and food are consistently good. However, if you go too late in the morning they will be out of food. It's happened to me at least once where they were out of bagels. As for the drinks, it might take a bit longer than usual to get it. The few times I've been there, this location seems to be always training a new employee. The customer service is so-so as well. The last time I was there, I walked up to the counter and the cashier didn't even acknowledge me. She just kept on complaining to her coworker about how exhausted she was, and then she proceeded to complain to me. After listening to her for a few minutes, I just proceeded to place my order... Small location with only a couple of seats. Shared free plaza parking. If it's on the way, stop in. If not, it's not worth going out of your way to come to this location.

I literally come to dunkin doughnuts every morning. The staff is always pleasant and they are very quick.

I really like this location! I always come here and get the most amazing iced coffee! My absolute favorite is the iced coffee dark roast with cream, french vanilla, and toasted almond no sugar. This drink comes out perfect every time. I've tried all sorts of different flavors and I get a great drink every time. I signed up for the loyalty program and I always get free drinks or a promotion. I wish I lived in Vegas to enjoy it but I get it when I can. I recently tried a toasted bagel and it was pretty good. I don't care for donuts so I can't really comment on them. The coffee is really good and I will be looking to buy a bag for me to make at home! Another thing I've noticed is I get really great customer service every time I come here. The cashier always helps me navigate the menu and decide what flavors to add to my coffee. I've been here several times and haven't had a problem. I get in and out of the drive-thru and never have to wait too long. Can't wait for my next trip!

Not a fan of this location, there is a younger guy who does the drive thru who is very rude. Every time I ask for (half and half) he gives a lecture on how the drink is made with whole milk, why do I want that and yada yada, like I get it.. So I stopped going here.

I just had the most terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. Absolutely insanely rude customer service. Only filled my coffee halfway. And got into a verbal fight with me with the works. So disappointed Dunkin used to be my home. I guess I have to find a new one. Starbucks here I come...

I give props to this Dunkin for being the first one to make an iced coffee that I didn't want to spit back out. You've got a certified barista back there. Thank you for the endless donuts every morning on my most recent trip. It's of course a little better when you live in an area that doesn't have Dunkin... so it'd likely be 2-3 stars otherwise. Oh well. :)

We ordered, they gave us an item wrong (which is ok) they gave us a plain bagel, instead of a ham and bacon bagel. We understand mistakes happen, but what upset us is when we got to the window they asked us for the receipt and to show them the bagel as if we were lying, and snatched the items from my husbands hand. They did not apologize, but gave us attitude, and acted as if it was our fault. Once they gave us the sand which they said here you go, my husband was still polite and said thank you very much sir and the employee closed the drive through window in his face. Very disappointed in their service.

I love them. I like DD in general, but I love this location. The staff is friendly and many of them know me, if not by name, at least by face -- even though I'm not a daily customer (I'll drop in a couple times per month on my way to UNLV). I love DD coffee. It's delicious and very well priced. AND, you can add flavor to it. The seasonal flavors are often fun (mint chip, cookie dough), but the "every day" flavors are delicious on their own. I rarely eat the donuts, but that has nothing to do with their quality, I just rarely eat pastry. When I do eat them, they are tasty. On occasion, I will grab one of the breakfast sandwiches -- I also love those. They are so terribly unhealthy, but they are also delicious. Sometimes I try to give myself an excuse to have a sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel. I'm not sure why they started branching out into all of these other foods, but as I haven't tried any of them, I'm not going to judge. I am curious about the eggs benedict breakfast sandwich. That I may make a morning of some day soon. A quick note: The parking options there are pretty horrible and it can be very difficult to enter the parking lot depending on traffic. But, I'm not holding that against them... just a warning to my fellow coffee lovers.

The male cashier was not personable at all. I ordered an old fashioned and apple bear claw donut . They were both old. Extremely dry and not soft at all. The orange juice was ice cold and worth the $2.50 I paid for it. I won't be back.

I absolutely love this location. I pretty much stop here daily for a coffee. The staff is really friendly and efficient. It's clean and a convenient drive thru open 5a-6p. I mostly stick to their hot and iced coffee (depending on my mood), but I have also tried lots of their donuts and sandwiches as well. Things are usually fast and tasty. I like that they change their menu seasonally. The Peppermint Crunch donut for Christmas and the Brownie Batter Crumble for Valentine's Day were both delicious. If you have the app you can earn free food/drinks. And, it also makes paying fast & easy.

Disappointed/Dissatisfied I ordered a chorizo bowl and ended up getting a veggie bowl. I ordered a medium hot hazelnut coffee with light syrup and light creamer and specifically said "light on all that because I like my coffee strong" and I ended up with super sweet creamy coffee, which doesn't taste like coffee at all. I cAlled and spoke with Jason and I told him thE mixup and he even said "are u sure u got the veggie bowl because they look similar" of courSe I'm sure and heRe is the PROOF! Jason was nice enough to ask me to come back the next day for a free chorizo bow and he ended up giving me a free coffee as well thank u Jason for making this right!

I went to the one in HARD ROCK HOTEL on Paradise, LV. I got two breakfast sausage muffin things and an Ice coffee. The sandwiches were not hot, not really warm even, and didn't taste good. Ended up trashing the second one. I paid just under twenty bucks and stood in line a long time. Very disappointing. I then tried the one IN DENVER INTL. and ordered "everything"bagel toasted w cream cheese. Husband ordered two donuts and small coffee regular. Donuts were fresh but bagel was sesame and took FOREVER, and one little squeeze pack of cream cheese was enough for only half the bagel, and i spread it thin! This was over $14 so i won't be trying them again.

First and only time Im coming to this location, seriously 25 mins waiting in line when this location is only drive thru.
