Which Chains Are Providing Paid Sick Leave for COVID-19? | Eater

"The corporate position is that individual restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees who decide on employee benefits, including sick leave, so there is no single company-wide paid-sick-leave policy and implementation depends on each franchisee." - Jaya Saxena

McDonald’s to Provide Paid Time Off During Coronavirus Pandemic | Eater

"The company emphasized that its restaurants are independently owned and operated by individual franchisees who are responsible for decisions such as the benefits they offer employees, including sick leave; while the brand says it is taking precautions, it stresses that corporate does not control benefits at franchised locations." - Jaya Saxena

When you ask for lite ice its still half a cup of ice half a drink. No ice and they give you half a drink for full price. No shame. Workers just go " hey yea that's just the way it is."

This is got to be the worst place. I have ever dined at I have been to this location 3 different times in the last 2 weeks and in all 3 times they are out of donuts. How the hell does a donut shop run out of donuts at different times of the day? And if you ask for a modifier. On a sandwich, you will be given attitude by their staff. If you complain about anything, you will be given attitude by their staff. I had to drive back. Because I was given a sausage sandwich without the sausage. It literally was just a bagel and cheese. And the person gave a really loud sigh and said what do you want me to do about this and I said, well, I would like some sausage in it, please. And when he went to go make it. He didn't even make it to the way it was requested. He was just trying to give me a whole new sandwich on a croissant. Not even on a bagel or anything. The only reason why I have chosen to continue to go there on the occasional time. That I will go to this location is because of the convevince but I will personally drive out of my way to avoid this if I have to.

Had a chance to check them out on VIP day today. While it was a bit hectic and a couple mix ups that's expected in the opening of a new establishment. I had a half dozen donuts and the frozen coffee. You could also choose a breakfast sandwich with this promotion but I knew it would go to waste. The inside is really nice. Hard to believe that the Arby's was there before. The staff was helpful, attentive and all very nice. I will come back to the location in the future.

So gross! 🤮 Compare pix. Barely toasted, very doughy. Asked for crispy bacon, but barely cooked. Asked for American, correct. Shows beautiful crispy sandwich filled all around, but half filled with mush! 🤮

Lady was very rude. She had so much sass, I ordered a strawberry refresher and she filled it to the top but when I saw they over charged me I asked why I I told them to take it off, the girl dumped a quarter of the drink. Showing they rather throw it away than give a bit extra to a paying customer.

Went there @ 9:30 in the morning to get 2 maple bars (they didn’t have any) and 2 Hot coffees (coffee was cold). Seriously can’t make this up. All on a Rainey day. Won’t go there again.

Much better than Starbucks because they have a better attitude toward customers. They actually smile and say "Thank You" at Dunkin' Donuts, and that is a really refreshing and positive attitude. You know, it puts a smile on your face after a small business transaction. Starbucks is closer to my home, but I will drive the extra half mile to go to Dunkin' Donuts now. By the way, the coffee was pretty good and the Boston Cream donut was just as good as the ones I got at their other stores. The seating and decor is nice and contemporary. I sat in the comfy chairs by the "fireplace" and TV. Classy without being pretentious. I am impressed by the fact that they hired a lot of young people from my neighborhood because they are giving many of these young people their first job, and start in working life. Good work Dunkin' Donuts in bringing those jobs to South San Jose. Your proximity to the freeway, and neighborhood patronage, will make this location a success. I'm gonna try one of your breakfast sandwiches next.
