Dunkin' Donuts has made a comeback. Great refresher drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and improved facilities.

I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got to the window the employee gave me hot coffee even though I asked for cold coffee and she was rude to me. I told you hot, you said yes even though at no point did she ask me why I told her I wanted it cold, she changed it for cold coffee but in a bad way and poorly done, it didn't taste like coffee, just like water with candy. They should serve their customers better, but I will definitely not return to that Dunkin'

Best Dunkin Donuts Branch ever. Food and snacks were served warm and fresh, how they prep your donuts in the box- clean and I love how they made my matcha order it’s perfect!!! They have quiet corners or seating arrangements that provide more privacy for laptop use unlike other locations, and they have friendly staff and manager. Definitely coming back.

When you ask for lite ice its still half a cup of ice half a drink. No ice and they give you half a drink for full price. No shame. Workers just go " hey yea that's just the way it is."

FYI they charge $8 for the breakfast meal deal (iced or hot coffee, bagel sandwich, hash browns) even though the website says $6. Also, homeboy didn't even give me napkins in my bag and I had to ask for ketchup too.

slow service. but most of all price gauging. went for a small late last week it was 5.39 today a whole dollar more. whole dollar increase?? wow not 25 cents, lets just go a whole dollar. Be warned.

Had a chance to check them out on VIP day today. While it was a bit hectic and a couple mix ups that's expected in the opening of a new establishment. I had a half dozen donuts and the frozen coffee. You could also choose a breakfast sandwich with this promotion but I knew it would go to waste. The inside is really nice. Hard to believe that the Arby's was there before. The staff was helpful, attentive and all very nice. I will come back to the location in the future.

Not much to say in regard to experience here since we ordered at the kiosk. Location isn't in the nicest place and interior can use some work. My drink was good as I always like it's the food order was off for us though. Food wise, We were missing an order of hash browns and the donuts actually tasted a day old or so. The hash browns could have also been better if cooked a bit longer. If it maintained a consistent crunch and not taste cold in some parts it could have probably won us over. Aside from that, it's pretty much your average Dunkin. I think the one on Foxworthy may be a bit more of a better experience

I'm usually not one to complain, but I've had several bad experiences at this Dunkin' and I'm honestly tired of being treated like a burden. Every time I come in, the same 2 employees act like I'm annoying them just for ordering. I'm always polite to them and they cut me off mid sentence and rush me. Today was the last straw, literally. After one of them handed me my drinks, I asked for a straw and he threw them at me, and the cupholder as well. I even started ordering ahead on the app to make things easier, but it didn't help. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable or disrespected just for ordering coffee. I hope someone looks into this because it's not fair to be treated that way as a regular paying customer.

I always love how warm and welcoming the dining area is when I come to this Dunkin' Donuts. The dining area is clean and spacious. We always come specially for the munchkin donut holes and are never disappointed. My daughter loves them! I also got a slice of pumpkin loaf for my breakfast tomorrow. Super excited. I came in today excited that their pumpkin is back! I tried a mango pineapple refresher lemonade today on a whim, while it was good, it was too sweet for me, I will be sticking with my Chai. The service, while slow is friendly, though I always order from the kiosks due to taking my time. We will definitely be back, especially for the Halloween buckets!

This Dunkin' location is the closest to my house, and I've been coming here about twice a month for the past three years. While I've seen some negative reviews, I've personally had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, who are consistently polite and efficient. The food? Sure, it's not the best, but what do you expect from a fast food joint? I usually place pick-up to-go orders, and I've always found the place to be relatively clean with friendly workers. Parking has never been an issue for me, although the drive-through line can occasionally block the lot entrance, especially if you're coming in from Giuffrida. No issues at all if you enter through Snell. Most recently, after wrapping up a 6 mile run on a Friday morning, I decided to walk in and order for the first time around 8:30AM. Here's what I got: * Cold Brew ($4.99) - 7/10. Pretty basic. Not great, but definitely not the worst I've had. Could use a bit less ice, but it gets the job done if you're looking for a caffeine fix. * Ham and Swiss Pretzel Sliders ($3 with mobile app deal) - 7/10. A new menu item and a solid value. You get two sliders on thick pretzel buns with black forest ham, swiss cheese and honey mustard. Nothing amazing, but definitely filling and convenient.

I like visiting this location because it has a drive thru, I usually order ahead on the app and just pick up in the drive thru. I have also picked up my order inside and it's always been a smooth process. The staff always has my order ready and correct and has always been nice even when they're busy. If you're craving Dunkin and convenience I recommend stopping by.

Service was great. Food was OK super busy only had two employees working, but Riley was amazing. I seen him go station to station making sure everything was going smooth. I had to ask what his name was because that kid deserves a raise!!

I for the first time today was treat like shit at 10:00 this morning. I was a good customer, since they opened. I will never go back. The girl who waited on me can take the sugar, that was supposed to be in my coffee and shove up her fat ass.....

I've now been going to the Drive thru since Jan of this year. Again, I can confirm that this place has great service and great specialized coffee. And today, as it was National Donut Day, I was able to get a free donut with my purchase of the coffee. I would highly recommend this place to start off your day. It's right next to the Pet Kennel and I even got to know a few of the folks working the Drive thru (good job Keith and Juan!).

Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite spot because they always provide a consistent experience. I really enjoy their coffee, donuts, refreshers and cheese sandwiches. The taste here is great, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is always welcoming

They were so nice I did a mobile order and messed up but they explained it to me and were very accommodating Love the energy and such sweet people working there Would definitely come back to this location

Dunkin' Donuts this Resturant location is in San Jose,Ca off of Snell Ave. I had drop in to use restroom and quickly order a snack which is of a meal deal. Comes with coffee sandwich and hash browns. I got lucky that it's national donut day so I got a complementary donut for free at no cost with my meal deal. yay! I had traveled here by foot not being accompanied of any other person. Meal deal was order via kiosk of self "paid" for. Location had plenty of seating inside and outside tables as well. Customer services associated interacted of picking up order had been primarily communicated for in English only. Receipt for order was provided for proof of "paid" for. I was thinking of leaving a more thoughtful review but after seeing the current average rating. I'm not surprised. From the attitude, the wait time, to lack of customer service; no wonder it's rated like this. Ordered a large cold brew and they wanted to charge an extra dollar because I wanted them to split in two cups. So I said just go ahead and give me the large cup. When it came out; it was like 4 ounces less. Basically the cup wasn't filled. I asked them to put more coffee. The guy at the register said "did you want more". No bro I ordered a large but give me a medium drink inside the large cup. ‍

Service is horrible at this location! So if you are okay being ignored this is the place to go LOL I also have days of not wanting to talk to people so trust me I get it, being at the place you are in that you don't want to be but for the love of god!!!! Fix your stank ass face! I Walked in today before work to pick up my order that I had placed online (to eliminate as much interaction time as possible) but I am human and I want to be treated the way I treat people; came in there with a smile and the lady mixing drinks didn't even acknowledge my presence or ask to see if I was picking something up! How do you expect to "kill the line" when you don't know how to execute it? Another person came out with her stank ass face avoiding all eye contact (even then, I gave her a smile bc I get it, we all have bad days) but she proceeded to pretend like I wasn't there even after I had said excuse me. C'mon people! It's 11AM in the fucking morning The donuts however were phenomenal! No doubt about it but the service is NOT IT. I think they could benefit from a "pick it up yourself shelves" bc the attentiveness and execution is just lacking I overheard the drive thru girl and she sounded better with a much better attitude so note to self and to whoever wants to order from here to just go through the drive thru and save yourself the bad experience Oh and the floor was sticky as fuck LOL

It's baffling that for almost $14 for 6 donuts, they would put it in a box. They shoved all 6, upside down into a paper bag. Do better!

I have been to this location many times a little slow but otherwise ok. I went there last Friday the guy in the drive thru was very rude and short. If these kids don't like working here quit. Smile and greet people!

The wait time for this location is ridiculous. Even when you make mobile orders they still take there sweet ass time

I think I am overcoming to this location. This morning I waited over 10 minutes for my mobile order and it was one drink. They totally ignore you act like you do not exist and then just simply hand your drink and close the window. When I went to sit my drink, it was supposed to be a hot latte except it wasn't a hot cup, but it was ice cold. Their donuts are always stale so it's not even worth it anymore.

Gaby and Alexus were fantastic, they even brewed a fresh pot of coffee!!! Fantastic personalities!!!!

I got a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and it came cold. The cheese was not even melted. I don't think the workers care to even check.

Honestly a pretty bad location. I've been to this location three times and each time I try the food assuming it will be better and it never is. I'm not sure if the kitchen isn't cleaned properly but the food all tastes like some sort of burnt plastic. The service is so so. I feel for the staff because they seem short on workers and you can tell they are frustrated about it. They may be younger kids with no situational awareness but the last time I was in there, a girl was yelling and cursing behind the counter to her coworkers about not getting her 15 minute breaks and lunches and having to work "every f***ing Saturday basically alone". It was very off putting especially for my younger daughter sitting there waiting for our donuts with me. Our drive thru experience while ordering ahead was much more pleasant but the food still had a very bad taste to it to where we just had to toss it in the trash. The donuts however were fine and always available the three times we've gone in to order them.

The good: I ordered for delivery and it was prepared and delivered SO quickly. I ordered a half dozen "surprise me" donuts and was happy they included a custard-filled one as well as cute Valentine's Day-themed ones. I liked that the matcha latte and iced coffee weren't too sweet. I added toasted almond and caramel flavor to the coffee and it wasn't overpowering. I liked all of the ways you could customize the drinks. The bad: The matcha latte was on the bland side. Tasted mostly of milk. The croissant sandwich was a bit soggy. The pink frosted donut had an artificial berry/candy taste. The coffee was just okay. It was also a bit on the watery side. The interesting: Apparently, this chain is called Dunkin' Coffee in Spain.

Such great customer service! The ladies there are so kind. I would like to give Gabby a shout out for helping us, she is super sweet and offered wonderful customer service. We were very content with our shaken espresso, latte, and jelly donuts!

I really like Dunkin'. Of course,most of my favorite places are the ones I live near, but Dunkin' is just special for me. I really like their coffee and doughnuts. I tried Strawberry flavor of doughnut, chocolate,and vanilla flavors and I think chocolate is the best. And the coffee? I prefer the cold ones. The service is great, pretty similar to dollar tree, which I live next too,too. I've never been inside Dunkin', but I've seen it for the outside,and that's pretty gnarly to me. I prefer drive thru.

The vibe is sugar high & caffeine pick me up! Diego warmly greeted me and recommend I try a latte w/ an extra shot & French Vanilla! Ooh La La! Bien sûr! Ohhhhhhh yeah! Caffeine & sugar levels repleneshing! Would order everything again! Woohoo!

The donuts are good, the LARGE cold brew had a large cup but medium contents. I asked the staff to fill it up and they said that's how it is. Staff not friendly. Not coming back here for sure.

I love love love their caramel iced coffee. I love coffee coffee, but this is delicious too. It's light, perfectly sweet for when I don't want anything super strong. I also tried their crueler, hash brown, and few of their breakfast sandwiches. I didn't like any of it...hash brown was plain, dry, and not very crispy. The bagel breakfast sandwich was wayyy too chewy. Their croissant sandwiches were probably the best. I usually only come when I have the T-Mobile Tuesdays deals, so it's not too bad. Staff are always nice and quick.

They gave me wrong food. They shut their phone off so you cannot call then to get order fixed. Customer service tells you to wait 2 days to have manager call you. 3rd order in a row they messed up on. The other 2 orders we didn't get meat in our sandwiches. I asked for receipt and straw and the guy closed window in my face.

I ordered breakfast here the other day, and I was so disappointed. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese wrap, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich. They both tasted nasty! The wrap more so than the croissant. Something in their food tastes like car oil or something. I told my wife, "I think I just took a bite out of a car!" Skipping the breakfast sandwiches and sticking with their donuts. Even their coffee has been inconsistent, whether it's over or hot. Sometimes it tastes like old coffee that's been sitting all day or maybe even yesterday's grounds.

All great donuts and service all great. employee was very helping and guiding me very well.

This location doesn't have hot sauce or white cheddar cheese. When I asked about these items they told me they never have hot sauce

Fast food? It was not. We had to wait over 15 minutes to order and get our food and there were only A few cars in front of us. When I ordered, I had to repeat myself multiple times for the cashier, and when she asked me to repeat my order, she had an irritated tone and a little bit of an attitude which I did not appreciate. I ordered a black forest ham breakfast sandwich which included egg and cheese. It came piping hot, and the flavor was good. We also ordered a few donuts which my son said tasted awesome. I was surprised because the size of the donuts were a lot smaller than what you would get at a donut shop. I gave this facility two stars because of the service and the wait time. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Dunkin' and I don't think I'll visit again. There was nothing wrong with the service when I picked up my items from the drive-thru, but the drinks I ordered were not drinkable. I ordered a mobile pick-up order for two coconut refreshers; one strawberry dragonfruit and one peach passion fruit. I thought the drinks would be similar to the Starbuck's pink drinks or any with coconut milk, but I was wrong. The drinks had a weird powdery taste with a slight fizz. It was really gross and I threw away both cups after just two sips. Maybe the coffee items or donuts are better, but I don't think I'll come back to try those.

I reeeeally want to like this place. Hoping I can increase this rating in the near future. I give 3 positive stars for donut selection. My team at work likes their sour cream donut and double chocolate. Pros: -Convenient drive-thru -Decent breakfast sandwiches Cons -Balding donuts (see photos) with frosting that looks like LeBron James' retreating hairline. -Dough in the doughnuts doesn't feel fresh. Feels kind of stale and not silky ("silky"?) or soft. The dough immediately bounces back when pinched so I think it's been exposed to oxygen for some time. I had a fresh donut once so I know ol' Dunkin is capable of making it work. but haven't had the same experience since. I'll revisit at a later date cause it'd be nice if Dunkin takes it up a level.

The manager working on September 14, 2023 at 7:30am give her a raise!!! So professional and understanding. I completely ordered the wrong drink and I just asked what the drink was because it looked different, again 100% my fault. But she was so sweet and understanding, didn't even argue with me, all she said was, "I don't want you to leave without your coffee. I'll make the one you want." With no hesitation!! She's awesome, just wanted to give her a shoutout!!!!

Valentines special I am OBSESSED with the Pink Velvet macchiato!! I've tried it with both Skim Milk and Almond milk and I think I like it with Almond milk more as it is creamier and dairy free. Though the Macchiato is fairly easy to make with a couple of ingredients - Milk - Pink Velvet syrup - Shot of Espresso It really hits the spot and gives me a boost in my day. Staff are also friendly. Sometimes they give you extra ice when you ask for less.. kind of shady.. but well worth $4.60 for a Large.

I went there yesterday and one person was in front of me we waited about five minutes and then the person in front of me yelled at one of the employees who finally helped them and then the employee left. I waited another ten minutes with no help by now their were about four people behind me. I finely yelled my frustration at a employee making a drink and left. I finely went to Yum Yums and with two people in front of me was done and less the five minutes.

Staff were very rude when taking my order. Please train your staff to be more professional when interacting with customers. If unhappy with a previous customer, do not take it out on others.

Why is the service so slow? Takes forever to get coffee on a Sunday morning at 10:30am? If there was a Starbucks closer I would certainly go. Please improve on the speed. Coffee is good.

I saw this coffee shop on my way to eat sushi and was pretty shook because I haven't seen Dunkin' Donuts in this area ever. So I had to stop by! They have a four different munchkin donuts (donut holes): powdered sugar, sugar with jelly filling, blueberry, and glazed! Then they have a bunch of regular donuts as well as specialty ones! I also grabbed a frozen caramel coffee and it tastes like coffee ice cream in a cup! Delish!

I come to Dunkin for latte, coffee, cold brew & donuts sometimes. This Dunkin is well kept, clean, follow protocol COVID,have disposal masks by the register, well stock napinks, straw. The coffee & lattes are pretty solid & their alternative almond milk is sweet. Those donuts are ok because I'm not a fan donut. FYI their service is super slow and not friendly, unhappy staffs .

When you purchase a medium coffee, you get a free original donut - Buying a couple dozen donuts for work couldn't have been easier - Speed of service, good. Donut, good. Coffee, good. What else do you need?

This is my first time visiting a Dunkin donut shop and I came for the Shamrock mocha drink. The drink was beautiful to look at how the separated the coffee from the mint syrup was fascinating. Once you blended the two together it was a delicious coffee treat.

Customer service is so rude and disrespectful! Saturday morning me and my family walked to this place and ordered avocado and roasted tomato toast and some other stuff. We asked for no meat, but they took off the tomato!! It's a simple mistake, and $4 more is nothing! But the boy he was,so rude and I never ever going back to that place. I'm so sorry for management!!

I thought I'd try dunkin donuts, NEVER AGAIN. So you can get a breakfast sandwich at a fast food restaurant for about $3-$6 dollars, some places a meal. Or a bacon cheeseburger for about $5-$7 dollars, and again, some places a meal. I ordered 2 orders of this Bacon topped avacodo toast for $5.30, thinking it's 2 slices per order, cause the menu shows 2 slices, NOPE! One slice per order, for over $11.00? HECK NO, NEVER AGAIN.

1 just for the coffee which is great, but the service? Not the slightest bit. The drive through takes a long minute with even only 2 cars ahead of ya. Today, the family and I decided to go inside for a change. No line, only people who already ordered waiting for their drinks. The counter is blocked off -- you can't really see who's preparing your order or how they're doing it. They use tablets for ordering. My usual order (a blueberry crisp) wasn't an option, and I couldn't figure out how to do it, so my pops called for someone to help. The only employee who paid notice was the one taking drive-thru orders, and they did it in such a sassy a*^ way. "I guess I'll just take orders for these people who don't know how to wait." Sheesh, we only called out once!!! Then when we told them that's not how they should be talking to customers, they played the Uno reverse card and blamed it on our "impatience". We asked for their name, and rather than telling us, they SPELLED IT OUT... and not very clearly. Something like "R O D D Y". The other employees didn't even spare a glance. Management really gotta do something about this location. These employees really are in the wrong department if they don't know a thing or 2 about customer service. If you want a good experience, just go to Starbucks or make one yourself.

Tried to visit this location more than once but the lobby is always closed even though posted hours start at 7am. Shown up at 7:15 and around this time doors locked - knocked tried to get attention of employee (there was someone in there maybe not paying attention) and even waited a few minutes. This is super disappointing. I even contacted customer service in Dunkin' and only response I got was that someone would be in touch - this was almost a month ago I'm still waiting. Fix your hours! or open when you say you are open and at least respond to customer inquiries. This seems to be a poorly run location and gives Dunkin a bad name - I don't have other locations close by to visit.
