Had a line of customers behind me around lunch time and half the staff were just hanging out on their phones while the other half were busting their ass to make up for it. If I was management I would fire almost everyone.

It was 5.25 pm when I was arrived, and closing time was 6pm. The doors were locked. We tried drive thru but they said they are closed. When we said it is not even 5.30 yet, they replied saying that they have things to do. But we saw the employee inside casually sitting and playing on her phone. And this is not the first time they do this. Few weeks ago it was again closed before their closing time. Horrible service. Horrible employees

I couldn't place an order, waited 5 minutes until a person came up to me, said "wait another minute", "I'll wait another 5 minutes", and left, no one came up to me. (I should note that it wasn't peak time and there weren't many orders there).

The worst in the area. Service for food is unbelievably slow at virtually all times of day. Location is understaffed, orders are 15 minutes late. When we show up to pick up, we have to yell at them to get their attention. Even then the order is not made. Employees seem to not care at all. Do better. Your mismanagement is preventing a business goldmine.

Feel bad adding to the 400 pages of 1 star reviews..Pulled up at 3pm, multiple hours before closing. Was told that they didn't feel like making warm food & would only sell me donuts. Clearly there's no management present or the management that is present doesn't care about the franchise.

Dunkin has completely fallen apart. The doughnuts are like chewing on cardboard with sugar sprinkled on top, and the hot chocolate tastes like someone melted a brown crayon in warm water. Nothing is fresh, nothing is good, and the whole place feels dirty and depressing. The staff moves at the speed of a sloth, and it’s clear they don’t care at all about what they’re serving. Every visit is a waste of money and time—I wouldn’t feed this food to my worst enemy. If you want disappointment in a bag, Dunkin is the place.

Online says they close at 6 PM however they close at 5:20 PM. When I asked them, why is this the case they replied “they have stuff to do.” However you can see the employees inside on their phones,and just casually chatting. You might loose time by stopping by here

It’s sad to see people hate to work in a time like today. I visit this Dunkin every morning before work. They must not like that I order one drink and a few edible items everyday. Always so rude! If they don’t have what I normally order, they are cutting me off and screaming we don’t have it and won’t have it till we get a truck! They literally put all of our loaded hash browns (3) upside in our bag today, purposely… even found a hair in one of them smh! Never again will I visit this location and I will make sure everyone is aware of this mistreatment and bad customer service here! So unacceptable, actually makes me want to never return to a Dunkin at all and go back to my strawberry açaís.

Please tell me what this is.....it's supposed to be avocado toast. We complained and was told that's how it it. They are not to put too much avocado. They didnt put any avacado.....I bit it, yep....it's bread (not toasted) with minimal avocado, just enough to color the top of the bread....a total waste if money. Do NOT buy food here.....

Unprofessional!!! Served no food or any drinks other than plain coffee "for the rest of the day" I have never heard that ever y'all are just lazy!!! Go to another Dunkin to order this one sucks!!!!!

Honestly, this location never gets better. I go because its convenient but they are always super slow and they never make my coffee right. It shouldn't take ten minutes when there's only two cars in the drive-thru. I honestly only gave the second star because a couple employees have givin me free shit sometimes which i appreciate. But when its bad, its bad. Come on guys pull it together im rooting for ya

I'm really disappointed, after a long shift at the hospital I was coming by to get a coffee and to purchase 6 large gift cards, so I went inside. I was either ignored or not noticed, despite another customer being greeted while I was waiting patiently at the register. For probably 10 minutes. I wouldn't come here if you actually want to be helped.

I'm rating this Dunkin' based on other Dunkin' locations. Bravo Dunkin' Springfield, truly some of the hardest working in town work here. With easily 500 customers a day, the staff is very friendly, provides fast service and accommodates all modes of customers. For a city location, a Dunkin' such as this could be a clean respite for anyone in need. Whether you're traveling through town or just a local commuter. I tip my hat to the staff.

Fancy new Dunkin Donuts? 4 stars! Fast, correct and friendly service? 4 stars! The absolute worst bagels on the planet earth? Zero stars! Why do I order them thinking I'll finally get a fresh/decent non-Playdoh-like/will be cold and gross by the time you get to your office to eat it/they either put too much or too little cream cheese on it seriously who taught them how to make a bagel it's 2014 figure it out c'mon son! I heard the coffee is good. Sort of.

Went in while staying at the La Quinta next door. When I first went in, the customer in front of me was pacing and complaining saying it was ridiculous how long she had been waiting. I could not see the workers. I waited a few minutes and as she got more agitated and the worker still did not come back, I left. My husband was waiting out side and as I was explaining to him, we saw the other woman leave with her coffee, so we figured everything was settled and I went back in. When I got in, the worker had his hand in a trash barrel and swung it up against the wall, he then answered his head set and said "why didn't you just come in" to someone in the drive thru. He then grabbed the bathroom key, put it back down, headed towards the drive thru window, turned and came back towards the barrel - said "F@#% it, I can't hold it and kicked the barrel and headed back towards the key again. At this point, I left again - this time for good.
