Dunkin'

It's Friday only one person running the restaurant!! Because the General Manager decided they only need 1 person working the entire restaurant at 830am with 10 people waiting on line on a friday!! Wait time was soo long. He was working super hard.but people were getting upset waiting. Donuts were old dried out. Just not acceptable!! Restaurant was clean. The guy did a great job but I'm sure under paid and definitely over worked!

Super nice cashier and friendly. Very clean. Food was also good. Coffee was fresh and nice and hot. This Dunkin’ Donuts is located inside Sam’s Town Casino at the back right next to Subway. Glaze donut was delicious. Thank you, we will be back. 😊our food was nice and hot. Only thing no napkins.

Have always loved the coffee/sandwiches, but these cookies are not it. Definitely a wasted $4. Advertised as grandma approved at that! My 17 year old didn't even want it ... it's a hard no for me, fam

Used the kiosk to place an order for glazed donuts. The lady told me after waiting that they don’t have any. When I asked to cancel my order she said “I can’t do that because you used the kiosk, if I helped you here I could do it” What is the point of the kiosk if the items they are selling aren’t available AND the worker can’t figure out a refund option? Need better workers to make sure they mark items “out of stock” when needed so they don’t throw the blame on the machine when asking for a refund 😂.

I just ordered a coffee and food, and my sister got tea. We asked if they could add steamed milk and vanilla to the tea, and the girl who took the order said yes. The cashier never gave me a receipt or a number, so I didn't know I needed a number to take my order. When I asked if the food they put out was mine, the worker I asked was extremely rude to me for not knowing my number and told me "just know in the future, you're not allowed to order that tea" which makes zero sense because we asked if they could, they said yes, and then got upset at us for giving them an order THEY ACCEPTED. In the end, they gave us a tea with caramel in it, when we asked for vanilla. I got a $5 wrap, which the picture of was a huge wrap with lots of filling. I did not get that at all. I understand that often fast food places use pictures that are better than the food they serve, but this isn't even the same thing remotely. It is the size of my palm. It's ridiculous this was $5. BTW, it's not even a wrap, it was made like a tiny taco.

probably a 24 mins drive from treasure island hotel just to see mystic falls park and surprisingly has dunkin donuts inside the casino also there's subway, century theater, McDonald's, panda express and roberto's

I ordered a coffee using Dunkin kiosk, it's easy and convenient. Fast service and great staff. My order was ready in just minutes.

The girl who worked Monday morning 2/10/25 was knocking it out of the park !! One gal show!! She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!
