"Treasure Island’s very own coffee shop is perched right across the street from the beach. Open early in the morning until late at night, Coffee Grounds whips up baked pastries, a small menu of sandwiches and snacks. There’s a full coffee bar, fresh juice, beer and wine." - ArielleStevenson

Good Dunkin with a beautiful view and there was plenty of parking (Monday noon)

Good Dunkin' location with awesome staff. Getting Cold Brew is a little hit and miss but good when available. I'm not a fan of the Dunkin' pumpkin flavor for the coffee but it's not terrible. I'll be a regular visitor when I'm in town!

Visited while in town, had higher expectation. Middle of the week, and out of a few things. Low on donuts. The meal I had was good, and the drink was more ice then juice. So it made it very short drink, Staff didn’t seem to want to be there or having a bad day or something. Almost hit me with the door when they swung an outward facing door wide open. (No glass or peep hole) - but it’s on one of the paths to enter/leave the area so the employee was upset I was using the exit closest to where I parked for some reason.

After years of having Dunkin delivered via Uber eats I was so happy to see a new Dunkin at Treasure Island within walking distance from our hotel. Walked here everyday before the beach and the staff was friendly and my cold brew was always on point! Love!

Google
Being in town we've stopped her couple times, I add sweetener myself so I open the cup. Each time I've noticed it's not full over an inch from the top is empty. Easily 3 oz of coffee missing. On this visit I even said please fill them to the top which was responded to with an "of course" I opened the top to find I was scammed yet again. For $3.50 it would be nice if they didn't steal from me by not giving me the amount promised. Attached are two days worth of images.

Google
This is the WORST Dunkin :( we have had 2 awful experiences this last 2 weeks. We have had to get drinks remade 2x and still go to another dunkin to get the drinks we asked for. It's unfortunate because it's such a cute (and convenient) location.

Cute little spot. Sadly they were out of everything I wanted . Then they forgot my order twice . They were super busy . I'm a server so I understand. They were very nice . I hope they get some help . The pumpkin muffin was great

Yelp
Our experience was better than earlier reviews state, so seems there's either been an improvement/training or the staff does much better when there's no line at the store. However, the coffee was so horrible, our low-star review stands. We did receive good customer service, though, and the sandwich we got was tasty. With no one in front of us, we ordered more than we planned to: 2 donuts (vanilla iced with sprinkles), an egg and cheese sourdough sandwich, and a latte (no dunkacchino available :'( Two donuts, the right ones, were quickly delivered by the same polite lady who rang us up. Donuts were fresh and tasty. So far so good. Just a few minutes later, we received our sandwich and "latte..." Ohhh boy, that poor coffee. "Latte" was made with burnt American drip coffee, def not espresso. The oat milk poured was either too little, too cheap/thin or both. Almost $5 for a medium "latte" was a travesty. Wawa is gourmet coffee in comparison. I'm assuming if their latte is this bad, all other hot coffees also are, so never ordering coffee here again. Just go a bit further down Central (5 min or so) to The Blend Coffee and you'll have some of the best local coffee there is. Our sourdough egg and cheese sandwich was very good, however. Came with 2 perfectly-cooked fried eggs, fresh and spongy (but w/ crispy corners!) sourdough bread, and good quality white cheddar cheese. Not sloppily put together either. I wish I could have given this Dunkin more stars, but with the coffee served being so terrible, I just couldn't recommend or give more than 2 out of 5 stars. Customer service, the sandwich and donuts were good, but for the same price and service, you can eat an excellent variety of sandwiches (AND coffee!!) just down nearby Central Ave at either The Blend or Craft Kafe -- and with both being local, I rather support them than Dunkin.

Yelp
The only reason this place has food sales, slow service, good weather though is because it's the only fast food breakfast fast food place near us. Treasure island????? What treasure? It for sure isn't here

Yelp
The sweetest Dunkin ever. Pretty, great customer service from Las the coffee hit the spot as did the maple donut.

Yelp
coffee I asked for milk and suga, got double double, asked for well toaStef bagel with double butter got a regular toasted with a minimum brush of butter. bagel dry and no flavour. when asked for double butter for a almost $6 breakfast order, if looks could kill, the young lady clearly told me what I could do with my butter . customer service lessons needed. she did then give me some cold unspreadable butter- useless. bagel in the garbage.

Yelp
Worst customer service experience EVER! I stopped by this location to get a coffee with my daughter. We ordered the same thing, however my coffee looked, and tasted like milk. I asked if there was coffee in it and compared the two drinks. The employee immediately had an attitude and said there was coffee in it. I asked if it could be fixed and said I don't like it and am not going to drink it. The employee said "then don't drink it. You're being rude and I don't have to serve you." Then she walked away from the window. I asked what her name was and she said, "Your mom", then slammed the window in my face. They refused to serve me or provide a refund for the milk that was supposed to be coffee. I reached out to Dunkin and they said I would hear from the owner within two business days. I have not heard from anyone yet, but you can be sure I will not be returning to this location!

Yelp
It is not typical for me to review, but as I have seen the reviews on this site before, I went out of my way to get the names of the great ladies that just waited on me, Pansy & Yania. They were right on, very friendly and an asset to this Dunkin location. I would return just for their personalities, if nothing else.

Yelp
This used to be the best and then all the staff left. I've given the new staff a month and they still don't have a clue. Service is terrible and apparently the owner is trying to run it with a staff of two. A big disappointment. If any other place served coffee before 8, this place would be in trouble. Too bad because it started out great.

Connie D.

Yelp
The employees here are really, really nice. However, they just told me that upper management made a decision not to serve any Decaf coffee anymore. WTH?!?! You're a coffee shop!!!

Matty C.

Yelp
If I could give it zero stars I would. I am convinced the girls working there are just lazy and using corporate to do the bare minimum. We ordered three pup-cups which cost us about $4. What we got was a spoonful of whipped cream in a coffee lid. No mini donut or even a cup. When asked about the donut they blamed corporate and said staff only adds a donut when feeling generous...what does that mean? I asked if there was anything they could do as that's not something we were aware off. She rolled her eyes, snatched the lids from my boyfriend hands and then closed the window. Unprofessional and rude workers cost dunkin 6 frequent customers.

Yelp
bro has no donuts. also they just threw the donuts in the bag in conclusion, the old coffee shop was far superior

Emma G.

Yelp
i see the same 2 workers most of the time and they are slow and sit there. they get every order wrong!! this place is horrible!

Kainan K.

Yelp
If you're visiting this location on vacation from across the street on a Tuesday morning at 730am and no one else is around, you might get your order in about 25 minutes. This location gets busy often, but slow or not, the staff has little to no confidence carrying out normal corporate procedures and the owner/management seems to also work next door and regularly goes into the kitchen NOT to help, but distracts the workers from completing the tasks that they don't have much confidence in doing in the first place. As long as you don't mind waiting a long time, this is a GREAT Dunkin location.

Happiness L.

Yelp
Are all locations franchises? This location closes early at 4:00. There is no drive thru and no place to sit inside. That is fine that it is a walk up window only. What is not ok is to turn off your oven and not offer sandwiches at 230 which is 90 minutes before closing. Hope the owners understand that offering food items until closing is how it should be done.

Yelp
Typical Duncan except limited to a small amount of outdoor seating. The line was long and some customers were pretty difficult with ordering. Took about 20 minutes to get through. Order was right, the food and coffee was great no complaints. Given the circumstances the crew did great.

Yelp
Came hungry and left angry and still hungry. Absolutely the worst service and experience of any DD store I have visited. The person ahead of me and next 2 orders behind me all had items wrong or missing as well. No manager was working and they appear to be very poorly trained \ as well as lacking supervision. I came for some of that great DD coffee and also ordered a donut and breakfast sandwich. I took time to explain to the person taking my order who seemed to understand that I wanted just a little cream, not even one shot so VERY LITTLE CREAM just that clearly. She charged my card and did hand me a bag with the donut (not sure if it was the right one as I never got that far. Then I went to the front area and watched the person ahead of me get some donuts that they said were not the right ones but just left. Then someone put a coffee out in the window without saying anything. As I was netxt I looked and saw "2 cream" on the cup so I assumed it was not mine. Then the person behind me picked up their order and had no drinks so I realized that that must be mine. When I told the lady bringing up orders to the window that I ordered very easy cream and that has 2 so it was not what I ordered, she totally ignored me and went back to where she came from. Not a word from her. A couple minuted later the lady who took my order came up to fix another mistake on someone elses order (who was after me) and I explained that I got the wrong coffee. She said she would bring it out to me. She replaced the other parties missing items right away and then went back to her station appearantly ignoring or forgetting me. Finally another lady a bit more heavy set came out to inform me that iit was my fault as when anyone orders a small coffee they are required to use at least 2 creams. I said that I will just take it black and go use my own creamer at home and she continued to argue and never did agree to replace that coffee that was not what I ordered and still sitting in the window untouched. I finally asked for a refund on the coffee since it was such a problem and she sent me back to the order window. The lady there would not take care of me unless I waited behind all of the new customers as well as "They Were First". WTF!!!! I have been here 10 minutes plus and still cannot get my coffee replaced or refunded! As I was waiting in line for a refund as they would not give me my damn coffee I noticed another lady (4th messed up order during my visit complaining to the lady in the pick up window that she did not order 2 of an item, only one and she knew something was off because it was so much more expensive than normal. The same lady who ignored me first did the same to her and just walked away without a word. This lady did not want to wait in line for a refund and just left shaking her head in disgust. I finally put all of my unopened items back in the window and got a full refund. I asked for a manager and was told that Brittany was her name and she only works every other day or so. So I left hungrier than I was I was amazed that people this poorly trained are allowed to work unsupervised and that DD lets them damage their reputation by operating a franchise store so poorly.
