What an incredible experience! Duo truly deserves all the praise it receives. The food was outstanding and uniquely flavorful. Each dish told its own story, and the plating was absolutely breathtaking! The creativity displayed was remarkable. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is conveniently located near the historic center, making it easily walkable from many hotels. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the prices are on the higher side, the culinary experience makes it worthwhile. Congratulations to the team!

I really enjoyed the food and the comfort of the restaurant in it’s entirety. The service is something the restaurant prides itself on. The bragola, the wine, the oyster, the pickled zucchini, the fried lentils were amazing. The date with the semi-soft cheese and bourbon pearls was one of the best bites of food I’ve had in my recent memory — I wish I was exaggerating. Don’t let my wine glass get empty next time! Thank you, Sebastian and company!

Congratulations to Duo for a wonderful dining experience. From our welcome arrival the service everything was perfect. Paola our chef treated us to a wonderful journey starting with a tasty and surprising almost like lentil popcorn. The grisini, seeded bread and our oyster gelato and caviar starter was exquisite and took us all by surprise. Our dorato fish melted in our mouths and the lamb was beautifully cooked. A must to try is the spectacular sea desert with a caper and anchovy meringue , lemon mousse, caper dust and basil cream…. One of the most unique desserts I have eaten. There were 13 of us and we all left amazed and very contented. Thank you so much to the Duo kitchen team who smiled and waved through the glass window in the kitchen. which was also a lovely touch to see the team at work. Duo is a must to try out side the touristy Lecce restaurants in the old city centre.

The best restaurant in two weeks in Puglia. Exceptional original local cuisine, exceptionally executed. We visited more than 10 Michelin restaurants throughout the region. Compliment!

We had an unforgettable and an amazing dining experience at Duo! Hubby and I opted for the 8-course tasting menu, we placed our trust completely in the chef, having no idea what would come next, and it was the best decision we made. You do get the choice to order Ala Carte though. Each course was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Such creativity and attention to detail were truly impressive. They were very respectful of dietary issues as well. The service was equally top-notch—attentive, but never intrusive. What stood out the most was the personal touch: the chef came out to greet each table, which made the night feel even more special. The ambiance is minimalist, but it complements the focus on the food perfectly. If you're looking for a culinary experience that will blow you away, I highly recommend dining here. This is more than just a meal; it's a work of art. What an evening!

If I could give 10 stars I would. What a fabulous evening. To start the staff were incredible welcoming and very knowledgeable about their food and wines. We were made to feel like royalty. Our 7 year old was a Prince for the evening. The food was spectacular and the chef personally greeted every table at this boutique restaurant. Bring on the Michelin Star 🌟

It was a great pleasure to visit Duo restaurant, the service was excellent, the wines chosen for us were perfectly paired with the dishes. And food... It was an extraordinary culinary journey through typical puglianese kitchen but in a creative, suprising and modern way. Duo is a must during the trip at Puglia region.

This is a fantastic restaurant with an ambitious chef. Very friendly staff and great food. Affordable and yet high quality tasting menus with themes that you can choose from: earth, sea or home/Puglia. All around 40-50€ with 5 or 6 courses. Also a great selection of wines. Definitely recommend to go there!
