An excellent place to stay and view from club lounge situated at 35th floor of the hotel. Very very clean and hygiene hotel with nice hospitality from the staff from warm welcome at entrance till the stay in this hotel. Much appreciation to Mr. Vikram Shekhawat the Director of Revenues, his gentleman appearance with an elegant approach, he made our stay so nice and an excellent stay. also Ms. Teena and Rachel for warm welcoming from reception to the room for checking us in. Also find out about our requirements during the stay. Ms. Roselle and Mr. Robert from Club Lounge are so kind and nice enough to serve their best to us during our sky viewing at this lounge. All our needs during the stay was well taken care. Which concluded with bell boy transferring our bags to see of Kamel from conceirage to be appreciated too. The room is quiet good enough for a family of 3. With all relevant requirements. The well designed Toilet with good space to move around and fresh around including with tub and two wash basins. First time I have seen two wash basins which was a very convenient usage for family. Over all at dining in Urban Kitchen Ms. Soe, Mr. Naveen were commendable in their serving and taking care of guests.

Our stay was pleasant. My child enjoyed her time in the pool. The room was nice and clean but just wished the pillows were more fluffy and tissues were available not only inside the bathroom. 10 point overall for our stay. Everyone was super friendly and the breakfast/brunch was spectacular. The room was spacious and the beds and pillows were insanely comfy. Both we and the kids absolutely loved our stay. Thank you so much Abrar for your amazing hospitality and support at the reception!

It was a great stay … house keeping staff Philip was very nice and helpful. The hotel was extremely comfortable and warm welcoming. |All services were really nice. We recommend to stay here .|The swimming pool was very clean , the breakfast was very delicious.

The place where you can feel like a residence. Where you can get the best relationship with accommodation. Premium stay, friendly staff, good location, professional spa, EV chargers service, and more. The only thing that needs to be improved is the swimming pool.

I spent many days there so will give an honest review as I always do. First of all, the hotel is nicely located. The rooms are very spacious and nice… but when it comes to the service I must say that it is not that great… There is a selection of pillows from which you can choose your favorite, and when calling to request, the lady doesn’t even know what you are talking about, and when she finally understands, they send you two pillows stuffed in one cover 😁 … when you spend many days there, you expect them to change your slippers each time, but unfortunately even after requesting, they give you just one knowing that there are two people there, and no more slippers after that, wear your old ones for the duration of your stay … breakfast was not bad, but there is no variety, it’s the same thing everyday… overall its a Nice hotel but I guess only for a day or two ….

Just booked a night for our family of 6 to stay in this amazing property , i can just say WOW . The service , rooms , the view and especially the breakfast was so very much outstanding to the core . I would definitely suggest and try to visit more here in future . Mr Soykot in the restaurant was too helpful and courteous . all others were so pleasant and cheerful in their duties . All positive , keep up the good work .
