A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do. Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.

We couldn’t have been more grateful for how smoothly everything was handled during such a stressful time. The hotel truly felt like a five-star experience. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, secure, and well connected, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff-to-guest ratio was impressive — there were always plenty of warm, welcoming team members available to help. From reception to room service to the restaurant staff, everyone provided outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. All meals were included — late-night dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and the food was amazing. High-quality, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Special mention to Abdullah from the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, professional, and made sure guests were well taken care of. I want to share my experience staying at Dusit Hotel in Abu Dhabi. It has an amazing Thai vibe — I love Thailand, my wife loves Thailand, and we decided to take a little break from Dubai and spend some quality time in the capital. Dusit absolutely delivered. It’s a tall building with panoramic elevators, a rooftop pool, a jacuzzi, and really great food. I highly recommend choosing a room with lounge access, because the lounge experience is truly special. The cocktails were incredible, and I want to give a huge thank you to Stella — she usually works at the reception, but that day she was behind the bar. She made absolutely amazing drinks. I honestly haven’t had such great Mojitos, Mai Tais, Cosmopolitans, and Margaritas in a long time. We stayed in a beautiful room on a high floor with stunning views, insanely comfortable beds, everything perfectly clean and thoughtfully prepared. My wife and I had a wonderful romantic evening, and the staff were very attentive, always checking in and genuinely caring about our comfort. I came back feeling refreshed and mentally recharged, with a very pleasant aftertaste from the whole experience. I really loved everything. If you’ve seen negative reviews — I don’t agree with any of them. I would love to come back, and most likely, I will.

Beautiful Hotel. The ambience is top-notch. Rooms are beautiful and big. Nice mangrove view from the rooms. Staff is super friendly right from check-in to check-out. The hotel lobby is very pretty. The view from the ground to the top tier of the hotel looks beautiful. Lift is super classy. Restaurants are way too good. Food was delicious; we had breakfast and dinner, which were amazing with variety. Their lounge & bar are superb. The swimming pool is big and well kept—it has a jacuzzi facility as well and a separate pool for kids. Their changing rooms were also amazing with a steam room, which is also good. I had a great time there and will definitely recommend it. Came here in the 1st week of November, 2025, and stayed, I believe, on the 37th floor with a staycation package.

Gazhi was constantly attentive, personally checking in on us and radiating a sense of calm that made us feel genuinely protected when we were at our most vulnerable. It wasn't just about the professional service he provided, it was the genuine reassurance and human peace he offered during such a stressful time. He acted not just as a manager, but as a protector. It was incredible to see him at the hotel at all hours, fully committed to our wellbeing regardless of the time. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Bohj, Suresh, and Kamel. These gentlemen were incredibly kind, proactive, and tirelessly helpful at every single turn. They didn't just “do their jobs”, they looked after us with a level of warmth and sincerity that made us feel like family.
