Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, leaving me with an extremely deep and pleasant impression.||First and foremost, the most commendable aspect was the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. From the patient guidance during check-in to the warm and proactive greetings whenever we crossed paths, every service detail was heartwarming. A special thanks goes to several staff members on the 35th floor: Mr. Wong from the Philippines, Ms. Teddy Roberto from Uganda, and that lovely lady from Myanmar. Their service was both professional and attentive, making me truly feel the warmth of being "at home away from home".||Secondly, the living experience in the guest room was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with soft and skin-friendly bedding that provided an excellent sleep experience. The in-room facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and the overall environment was quiet and undisturbed, which perfectly met my needs for rest and relaxation.||However, I do have a small suggestion: it would be great if the hotel's catering could add more Chinese-style delicacies. For instance, congee and dim sum for Chinese-style breakfast, or classic home-cooked Chinese dishes for main meals. I believe this adjustment would offer more diverse choices for guests like me who prefer Chinese flavors, further enhancing the overall stay experience.||In general, this was an extremely pleasant stay. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends, and I look forward to having more varied dining options when I visit again next time!

The hotel's Conference/Ballroom is amazing, from the cleanliness, have perfect acoustics sound proofing & perfect audio quality during conference; delivers an opulent comfortable atmosphere. The buffet is a top-notch. The hotel's main lobby is gorgous.

The hotel itself was nice with a great location, very clean, and a spacious lobby. However, we were very disappointed with the valet service. When we called for our car, we provided the ticket number both by phone and to the staff member who came to assist. Despite waiting over 35 minutes, the car never arrived. When we checked, they said no one had informed them we were waiting and that they didn’t have the ticket number. This poor communication caused a frustrating delay. Even when the car finally came, no one helped us with the luggage. Because of this service issue, I can only give the hotel three stars.

I have been staying in this hotel for me and my family for years, however I can tell you with absolute certainty that they have hygiene problem. The toilet is filthy, the housekeeping are not answering, and when I went to the reception to complaint, they called housekeeping and told them, but no one showed up!! Take a look at the picture! In a previous stay I found a used band-aid/ plaster.. This was supposed to be my warning. I asked for a checkout and a full refund, but instead they, replaced my room with another one, lower floor, and worse view. I needed 2 beds for my stay, the upgraded room was only king, they offered to put an extra bed, but the room they offered was next to a building, you can see the people in that building and they can see you! No privacy! I asked for another one with privacy, but they ended up giving me a basic room, not upgraded, and in lower floor. They could have easily offered a suite, but this is how they treat their loyal customers.

Amazing stay at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi! The service was outstanding, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! My stay at the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed every moment and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend it! I had an amazing massage and scrub with Manga Soeuy. Her approach was highly professional from start to finish. She was attentive to my needs and her technique was outstanding.

Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The view of the city from the upper floors is beautiful, especially at night. The breakfast is very extensive, and there’s something new to try every morning. The service and staff are excellent! We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Their dedication truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

During our stay in dusit thani hotel it was a good experienced we had. Special thanks to Ms. rajin/rajen who is more attentive during our breakfast buffet and very kind to the guest's. Thank you so much and to all the staff who are their to accomodate us. Excellent!
