Dutch Bros Coffee

Asked for a golden eagle blend with chocolate milk and received this with only the flavor of black coffee, complain and had it redone and same thing staright black coffee. Went to a different location asked for the same thing and it tasted good and even the color looked different (how its supposed to look). 9 Dollars down the drain.

Waited in line for almost 20min. So we decided to go to the walk up window. One person was inside and made 4 orders and never even took the time to take ours. Y’all need more staff, especially when it’s that busy. Coffee is always really good. But customer service could have been better. Taking our order instead of making us wait in the cold for over 10min would have been considerate. We just left, and the girl didn’t even say anything when we walked off. I don’t think it’s fair to anyone to have to do all of those orders alone so I understand it being stressful. But I think it could have been handled better from a customer service standpoint.

The employees were very nice, but they gave me my drink this full. I asked for light ice, but I've done that at other locations and they've always filled it nearly to the top. Paying $6 for half of a drink is absolutely ridiculous.

The wait is long. It's popular. I get it. The pastries are pretty good, but they're frozen, not fresh, and I was given semi frozen muffin tops. I set them in the seat next to me and turned on the seat warmer for the ride. I ordered my beverage, specially asking for a ROUGH blend, as I like chunky bits of ice in my frozen blended drinks. A second later, I saw the young lady making drinks and asked again of she could please put extra ice and not blend so soft, and she said "uh-huh" and hands me my drink right then......I put a straw in and immediately realized no one paid a lick of attention to a damn thing i said and I just paid $9 for a slurpee, that I had waited in line for 20 minutes for. (This company must use a slush mix, and not hand mix anything with ice.) I can get a slurpee at 7-11. I can get a 1/2 price slush at Sonic. I can even get iced tea at any place in town, all for less than $3. I won't be going back. It's all hype. At least with Starbucks, they pay attention to something simple. Even if I only ever go once a year for the peppermint mocha Christmas coffees. They've never gotten one wrong in my life.

I recently went to this location before work. when i entered the drive through, there were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes before the first car left, and another 15 minutes for the next car. I didn’t have much time left before having to go to work, even though i made sure to get there 30+ minutes before i had work. I ended up having to get out of line without getting my pre-shift coffee. very disappointed in the speed of service and the fact that i couldn’t even get my drink. will not be returning here

i went to a completely different stand and had an awful experience. came here in hopes of a better one, and let me tell you this stand has always been a favorite of mine! they were so sweet, my drink was amazing and came out super fast, basically no wait time at all. definitely worth the 30 min drive it took me, way better than the one down the street from me. thank yall so so much, keep up the amazing work!!

I visit this location once, sometimes twice a week. Nothing beats a large iced, sugar free Golden Eagle with oat milk. Lilly and her team are ALWAYS polite, efficient and bright! It is a bit out of my way but I'm typically out in a timely manner. Thank y'all for serving the small city of Pantego!

It was my first visit to Dutch Bros with a seasoned pup cup junkie I was dogsitting and it was the most entertaining coffee run I've ever had, truly. The staff was amazing. They were very kind when said addict climbed into my lap and hit the horn TWICE while the coffee enthusiast in front of us was still ordering. We all laughed it off (sorry and thank you to the kind coffee drinker who did not choose violence in response). Tabitha (pup cup withdrawal haver) was THRILLED to get her pup cup and I to get my pumpkin caramel brulee iced coffee (IT'S NOT PUMPKIN SPICE!!!) (I can't stand pumpkin spice.) and lemon poppyseed muffin top and nary another misguided honk from the pup cup princess. Thank you, Dutch Bros for all of the things. I...I love you.

Dutch bros has the formula down, wash rinse and repeat. Consistent quality, consistent service and maybe the best Iced Tea I have had. I am not a coffee guy, like at all, but when I do need one I can rely on Dutch Bros to give me something I can actually stomach. Blended Chai drinks and Iced tea, that is where it's at for me and Dutch Bros does it better than any other in the area.

I work out in Arlington and so I HAVE to get my fix of Dutch Brooo!! 5 days a week around 10:30-11am we stop in for my favorite drink !! Iced Hazelnut Truffle mocha , love the soft top!! My daughter always switched hers to strawberry soft top , which is delicious also!! The whole staff is wonderful and always gives excellent service - thank you all !!! See you all soon!!!!

Well if you love coffee, tea, sodas, energy drinks. And like a great barista to make it for you... This is the place. Hate Starbucks coffee tastes burnt to me...I've never had that here. Plus stickers and other free items they offer are a bonus

I downloaded your app and visited Dutch Brothers for the first time. I've heard a lot buzz about Dutch Brothers on CNBC primarily from a Josh Brown, one of their frequent guest market analysts. He is often mentioning the stock (BROS) so I decided to actually try the product in person. I was very impressed on the cleanliness of the building and the barista clerk (I hope that's the proper term) at the walk-up window was very friendly. I ordered a medium cold vanilla mocha drink without ice which leads into my only issue. I got the drink and it was filled to roughly 60% of the cup capacity. Is this normal protocol or did I miss something when the barista clerk mentioned ice options as in Ice or no ice? Maybe I got the medium drink in a large cup but why? I didn't mention anything at the time of the pickup which might have shed some light on why my medium drink was lacking a fuller fill. Now this certainly isn't a big issue in scheme of things happening today but it kind of gave me a subpar first impression. The drink itself was overly sweet but that can probably be adjusted if I give them another try. Right now, I'm inclined to not go back. Many people are enamored with this outfit so give it try. My opinion might just be an outlier judging from the many 5-star ratings.

I really like some of the drinks here (although the food is limited!), but a month ago, after giving them an exact order, I got miles away and discovered they got it wrong. To their credit, after I notified them they gave me a free drink. I do think their drive through here needs work. Cars pile up and it can take forever to get through the line. Finally yesterday,I went through another dutch bros and was sad that the price has gone up on my favorite drink. I guess they do this often. It wasn't much, but I did not see that the ingredients or wait staff payments went up, so why?

Another day, another Dutch Bros drink. Right? I've really become a relatively regular coffee drinker now, and while I often visit locally owned coffee shops (I swear), there are so many Dutch Bros around it's hard to not find myself here once or twice a month. They've never let me down, so why fight it? And now their seasonal fall drinks are out..! And you know that feeling festive is always one of my top priorities. I'm a legit lover of pumpkin spice, apple cinnamon, autumn sweater weather chai Halloween cozy caramel crisp.. Truly, those are the kind of candle flavors I buy and burn all year long, but I'm extra happy about it during these precious and fleeting "ber" months. The holiday season is officially here and I recently celebrated with an iced Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve. It's "pumpkin and salted caramel flavors topped with pumpkin drizzle, raw sugar sprinks and Soft Top." I've never heard the term "sprinks" before but I love it. And I loved my super creamy, sweet, caramel-y autumnal drink. It was almost milkshake-level decadent though, you know? An indulgent holiday dessert. But who says you can't celebrate over and over? Apparently my order was 490 calories (a medium iced caramel pumpkin brûlée breve) and worth it. But next time I'm gonna get the pumpkin caramel cold brew instead, a little more coffee and a little less cream. Maybe tomorrow..!

Delicious. I didn't have time to go myself, but my colleague picked up an iced mocha for me. I wish I could have gone again and tried something else. It was so good.

When I made my move from Arizona to Texas, Dutch Bros was what I missed the most! Their coffee is the best of the best. The workers were always friendly with high energy. Lines can be long since the drinks are very popular, but it moves quickly and efficiently. I love their iced medium Kicker. The blend of Irish cream and coffee is simply delicious. There's a smooth, creamy taste with a hint of sweetness. It's so good that I'm hesitant to try anything else on their menu. For this particular location, there are two drive thru lanes. Feel free to pick the shortest lane. The workers will walk up to you with their tablets to take your order. There's also a Dutch Bros app to accumulate points for rewards if you plan to be a regular. Now I just need y'all to open a location around the Alliance area!

OMG amazing taste! Been hearing great things and finally stumble upon this gem! Customer service is phenomenal! Thank you for being so kind and thorough with the menu since it was our first time!!! Can't wait to come back! This was drive thru or order on foot outside.

If you come through here you simply must download their app. Their point system is honestly pretty sweet, also they have random coupons like half off a "half birthday drink" for your half birthday, i also assume they have a free birthday drink coupon too. Their app shows sooOoOoOo many syrup/add in/ and drink options and they really have so many different types of things to try; coffee, frappes, blended drinks, teas, red bull energy drinks! The line here is always mega long and i feel bad for the baristas out in the heat taking orders way up the line! So minus a star for the wait time and the way they make their employees be outside in the 100+ degree heat. They do have a walk-up window which is honestly faster than the drive thru if its packed but the trash can next to their window seems to attract bugs & bees and always has a swarm of wasps next to it so walk up at your own risk.

I don't understand the hype. All over Facebook there's woo-energy for this place. I came by for a drink on a cold windy afternoon and made the mistake of thinking we could save time by walking up to the window since the drive-through line was stacked up. We FROZE waiting for our drinks. The workers were super friendly, up-beat and conversational. So much so, I hate to not rate the place higher because they were crushing the customer service game. But for me the model is just flawed. A walk-up counter might make sense in another climate (like Portland where this chain originates). Except for about 10 weeks per year, it does not work in Texas. Why not just build a small dining room so we can sit? I don't get it. People seem to eat this up anyway. So, I must be in a minority. The drinks themselves tasted like hot syrup water. No coffee taste at all. I had the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha off the seasonal menu, which sounded amazing. Might as well have been hot chocolate. But again, I think there's just a market for this and I'm not it. Seems enough people are aching for more locations in the Fort Worth area and they are coming. But, given all the incredible local coffee shops serving quality espresso where I can sit warmly in a curated atmosphere, I probably won't repeat.

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by friendly workers to take my order. This was my first time checking this place out and was unsure what to order. One of the workers recommended Christmas morning so I got that in a medium size blended with a lemon poppy seed muffin top. The Christmas morning was delicious, however I'll stick with the iced or hot version next time in a smaller size. The lemon poppyseed is yummy, however packed with sugar so I won't be getting that next time. There was a wait in the drive thru, however it went by quickly. This place is located in pantego which seems to be a small community. The prices are about the same as typical drive thru coffee places. They have a walk up window and outdoor seating as well.

Eh, I wanted to like this place. I was following them on social media waiting to this location to open up. Signed up to the text message club, the only thing I have ever received off it is their monthly stickers. Had Starbucks stuck in my head ordered a Grande, the guy put it through as large ended up with a gigantic coffee, trenta size, yes I got more coffee for the same price as Starbucks but I didn't want that much coffee. Ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte, I wish they would advertise more sugar free options as these drinks are just full of sugar and calories, 600 cals for a coffee is crazy! Coffee was ok, ended up adding more vanilla to it when I got home. Now I've been, I'm not really in any rush to go back.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. This is my absolute favorite coffee shop and I am more than happy it's only 30 minutes away ( soon there will be an even closer one!! ) I am all about a sweet drink and Starbucks just doesn't do it for me. Each time I've gone to this location the wait is not long and as usual the employees are so friendly. You can usually expect a longer wait but it's so worth it. My favorite drink is a white chocolate carmalizer Please if you haven't tried this place, run!!

Dutch Brose is always yummy! Today I went through the drive-through and ordered the sugar and spice oat milk latte, extra hot. I took my first sip as I pulled away from the window and realized there was no flavoring in there It's four days before Christmas, 40° outside and they were insanely busy. Things happen. I turned around and went back through the line... The girl took my drink, and a apologized. When I got to the window the second time, the guy that was making the drakes came over, and said this was my fault, I am so sorry. I apologized to him that he had to put up with ugly people in the world, and he apologized multiple more They gave me a five dollar gift card (wasn't activated so no gift card but the thought was there) and three stickers. This is the kind of customer service. It is missing in this world and I just wanna say thank you all and Merry Christmas!

I've been coming here often and have to say I really like the coffee here! It's moderately priced and the employees are really nice! My favorite drink to order is a Large Iced caramelizer with extra caramel. Every now and again I'll get an iced Vanilla breve and or a Dutch soda, which you can add any flavor you want to it. If there isn't a Starbucks near, give this place a try!

Dutch Bros does an excellent job with their menu. I'm barely a coffee person and I've been there 5 times. I have to mention that their customer service has been topnotch, just excellent, every single time. I tried the Freeze in Mocha Caramel and it's like a shake to me which equals happiness. Next trip, I ordered the Frost in Grasshopper. It's a tasty chocolate mint. Personally, I prefer the consistency of the Freeze over the Frost. Downloading their app is the way to see their ENTIRE drink menu, more than what the menu board shows. I tried and loved the Orangesicle as a Frost and added whip cream. There was no upcharge for adding it. I ordered tea on my fourth visit. They ask if you want black or green. I went with unsweetened strawberry green tea and it's yummy. When I ordered my strawberry smoothie today the cashier was as chatty and friendly as could be. Excellent customer service and an extensive creative menu has created a fan. Obviously you don't have to be a coffee loyalist only to get what you want from this menu. Thank you Dutch Bros!

Every time I go to a nearby Dutch bros I'm never disappointed. Especially with a picky family it's not always the easiest to go somewhere we all love. it Dutch bros offers everything even for pets. The have a drive thru and a window ready to take your order. The last time I went the staff is always kind and have a smile on their face 10/5 stars would recommend .

5/5 stars me and my whole family are from out of town and we decided to stop at the local Dutch bros. Me personally I love smoothies and I got the strawberry smoothie and I've tried a lot of smoothies but none like this 11/10 it was amazing, and for my family they had the coffe and they loved it. If you're in the area make sure to stop by it won't disappoint.

Love me some DUTCH BROS, but today I can only give them 3 1/2- 4 stars, as I can only assume my blended Golden Eagle was more milky then blended because of the wait time. I really should've said something and had them remake it, but the line was long and I just didn't. I will say this is the first time happening at this location for me, but shucks this was my free drink (thanks to my Dutch points) and my obsession, but I will continue to support this great company, but I will definitely say something next time.

I must really like this place because I keep driving 20 minutes to get a coffee. They have a huge menu and you should look it up online before arriving because their menu board doesn't even show half the options. It's amazing how many flavors and combinations you can get here. So far my favorites are the Golden Eagle and the Double Torture- all iced of course in this TX heat. I do have to say I have had a couple duds though, things I was expecting to be delicious because they are at Starbucks, but this isn't Starbucks so they have their own specialties. Their employees are like the hip version of Chick-fil-A employees--young, friendly, and cool (no offense Chick-fil-A employees). We are getting a new location in Euless so I won't have to drive so far to try everything on the menu. In the meantime I'll keep making the journey here.

I saw this new coffee store in town. It looks like 151 coffee drive thru. The menu don't have many choice. Ordered some coffees but I didn't taste any coffee at all, mb the water or ice too dilute. And caramel frost was too sweet for me.

Packed drive with many orders but still served with a smile and fast service. Great coffee at decent price.

I swear, some of the baristas here are illiterate. A month or so ago my partner and I ordered a medium drink and a large hot drink. The barista hands us two drinks the same size. We call this out, and she says she accidentally gave us two large drinks, and that their larges are "kinda small". We drive off, a bit confused, and on the way home see "medium" on both drinks. I worked in the service industry for 8+ years, I know mistakes happen, but how are you do you not know the cup sizes of a place you work at? I've had iced drinks in the past too, and they're generally watered down and overly sweet. The "carefree" barista brand is fun until they actually don't care and start making bad drinks and gaslight you about cup sizes. Drive an extra quarter mile to the starbucks for a better coffee drink and experience.

The ordering process at this location seems more efficient than S Arlington. But still the ordering process is nonsensical. The aisles and the staff having to go between cars seems like a hazard for the employees. One time the server took my order at about arms length, which was good. The last time the server was practically upper torso inside me car, which was a little close for my taste. I recently parked and ordered at the walk up window, which was a better experience than the car ordering. Putting all that aside, they make a great iced tea. Pantego is not known for great water so they must have a good filtration system because the water and ice are good. I always get the iced green tea lemonade with peach. It's not too sweet and very satisfying. I regularly crave it.

Staying with four Tried the Double Chocolate hot,,, Now that is very close to the chocolate level I like. Tried the Americano ,,,, not bad Staff was great Give them a try

Coffee is good but they had the black kids outside and lighter kids on inside. I'll be coming back through to see if it'd a trend

Coffee place. Doesn't have drip coffee. Had to order an Americano. I'm sure their sugar dessert coffee based drinks are good for those that like that sort of thing.

Dutch Bros is amazing!! Especially the employees, they always start small conversations which makes you feel welcoming. The drinks overall is not strong in coffee but still taste good. It's honestly a good sweet treat for me. I've also try the none caffeinated option which was alright, tasted fruity and fun (High dive rebel). The golden eagle freeze tasted better to me than the kicker freeze. It's a little pricey for me but I think the sizing is bigger than Starbucks. They need more locations because this is so far from home. However, I can not wait to try more drinks! And just wanted to say I LOVE the employees there!

I guess I will be going back to star buck's. or some other places. dutch bros coffee wil not be the same without the heavy wheaping cream.It should change it's name. To some smoothie drink name. Not a coffee name!! This is very disappointing to a lot of low carb life style people!!! Heavy wheaping cream is the main ingredient for a coffee

I normally don't leave reviews for chains but this one is new to my area so I tried it out at this location today. I was immediately impressed by the menu. Simple, however still a very wide variety of drinks, but much more easy to read than a Starbucks. I had to try a few different things, having already had coffee today I decided to try a slush (it's 104 outside) and one of their signature energy drinks. With the help of the incredibly nice drive through staff I ended up with a green apple slush and had them make me a unique spin on the energy drink. Both were incredible. I'll definitely be back I really really recommend Dutch Bros!

I have been a Starbucks drinker for a long long time and always thought their coffee was about the best UNTIL I tried Dutch Bros when I was on vacation a year ago up in Washington and Oregon!!!! They are all over the place up there! They more than exceeded my expectations and are 10 times better than Starbucks!!! Not only that, but their prices are better than Starbucks and their sizes are better than Starbucks!!! So I would highly recommend you going to a Dutch Bros if there is one near you at all!!! The Golden Eagle coffee drink (iced with a soft top and chocolate milk) is THE BEST!!!

My husband new favorite coffee place, he loves the 911. I try something different every time and have never been disappointed. Always a line but it moves pretty fast. But the employees are the best thing about the place . They are friendly ,courteous, sweet and positive every visit. Just really exceptional young people so please tip generously .

They have a Dutch Bros 25 mins away only!!!!! amazing service as usual and always fast. Like Chick-fil-A fast if not faster! White chocolate mocha is my go 2 and download the app for the points!

My first experience to Dutch Bros was a pleasant one. I wasn't sure what to expect from a drive-thru only coffee shop, especially one that seemed to be busy. My local big name coffee shop never seems to be quick, but fortunately they are pros at DBC. I entered the line, with a few cars ahead that were fairly quick at moving. I didn't approach a speaker, but an actually real life friendly college-age student ready to take my order with her iPad. I asked for recommendations and she was quick to give guidance based on a few questions she asked about my coffee preferences. It was great to see her knowledge of their menu and her genuine desire to help me find the right item. After my order was placed, I pulled through to the pickup window, where the next employee was just as chipper and friendly. My Iced Cocomo was a delicious treat, and my experience with the staff left me smiling. I'll definitely be back!

Love Dutch Bros! The coffee is consistently tasty! Would highly recommend the Caramelizer. Also, the staff is super friendly.

Be prepared to wait 45 mins! Or longer. 4 cars in line and these incompetent idiots could not knock out the line to save their life. Didn't even get to order coffee. Garbage

Dutch bros has been a wonderful addition to this area. All of the employees are super cheerful, helpful, and positive. Anytime I try to branch out from the norm I receive great suggestions from the staff as well! I don't always catch everyone's name, but today Madison recognized me from coming quite often and introduced herself! She always has great energy and has been awesome every time I've seen her.

Some of the workers have had a little too much caffeine , but other than that the experience is overall a good one! It would be nice to see a selection of organic cream.

I AM SO HAPPY DUTCH BROS IS IN PANTEGO! I have always wanted to try it out because I've heard so many good things about it, and they definitely live up to the hype! I stop by for my morning coffee almost every day. I also recently started trying their rebel energy drinks and those are so good as well! Also, the staff is AWESOME! Even long lines don't bother me because they work quite fast. 100% recommend to any coffee lover!

Every time I come out to Arlington, I've got to stop at Dutch Bros because there is none close to me in Dallas. The drinks are amazing, from the coffee based ones to the non-coffee ones. So many options and flavor. But the staff really makes this place. So friendly and nice, really puts you in a great mood!!

Used the drive-thru- a double lane & they even bring it out to you to expedite service. (I went early enough so it wasn't super crowded) Thanks for coming to my area, Dutch Bros!

The drink was great! I had a recommendation to try a topping from the restaurant. I've seen many people visit this place, so I thought of doing so myself. I ordered a chai latte. Unfortunately, the drink was more ice than product.
