I got to talk to Tessa super sweet and the rest of their staff super fun and good conversations! They made my custom drinks to a tee they came out fire🔥🔥🔥🔥. Love this love this loco. And they are super efficient and fast!

First time not good their ordering system is horrible Staff workers very nice There’s line order road rage one day That she was and she cut me off And ended up going through the window They need to do something like Chick-fil-A with ordering more staff(better safety) Their kiosk has no intercom system? Lady cut in front of me said she was next Nice parking lot attendant told me to go behind the white Nissan Other lady insisted that she was next! Wish I had taken a video of her nasty Mean attitude 😳

I have been a “regular” at the Slaughter and Menchaca location since they opened. The staff is amazing! They all know my name and my order. Alexis, and Skylar always make sure that my extra hot coffee is tempered correctly and when it’s iced coffee it’s always smooth and creamy. I wish I could name everyone but there are way more than I can remember lol but they are ALL GREAT! The coffee is delicious but it’s definitely the amazing staff that keeps me going back almost every day!! Thanks for being an amazing start to my long work days!!

I am not a big coffee drinker, but when I got introduced to the Dutch Bros. blended rebels with soft top, I was hooked. I am a regular customer at this location. They all know my name and I stop by usually once every day. Tessa and Alistair always provide Amazing service With a smile. They know what I want before I even have to ask and we always make good conversation. Love Dutch Bros And will be a Faithful customer for years to come.

I am not much of a coffee person. I'm not a Starbucks fan. I usually make my own coffee. Until I was introduced to Dutch Bros. Now my Husband and I go almost 2-3 times a week. Always something new to try. And I ACTUALLY like their coffee. Staff is beyond friendly. App is super helpful. 5 star coffee shop for sure. Now all I want is a Dutch Bros Bumper Sticker!

Was feeling super tired on the way home, I stopped by a Dutch bros and I'm so happy I did. At first I didn’t know what I wanted but with the help of these wonderful women Trisan, Carina and Tessa I got the best drink I could’ve asked for!

Please open the window for order aheads, my drink wasn’t worth the wait. Waiting 20+ mins in a line for a drink what was ready 20 mins ago is not worth it and very watered down! I do not care if I have to park by the L.A. fitness and walk up the hill.

Today was hard. I went through the drive thru for one last Pup Cup for my 12 yr old lab before she was put to eternal rest. Thank you to the barista that took my order and gave me her final cup on him. That was too sweet. And Sweetie Anne loved it. Thank you for being her final treat before she crossed the rainbow bridge.

I just want to add that the employees are SO refreshing...just like their drinks. I stopped by this morning (4/5/24) at 6:10am and the young lady in the drive thru was happy, positive, and seemed like she truly enjoys her job. This is so different from Summermoon where the employees are cold and seem miserable, yet still ask if you would like to tip. Starbucks employees are always hit or miss, but at least they don't ask for a tip. Thanks, Dutch Bros for starting our mornings off right! Oh, and I tried a protein latte today, yum!!

My favorite DB location! Great staff. Very friendly. Never too long of a wait. Great drinks.

There isn't much to say, except the employees were so nice. That's all Dutch Bros has to do to get 5 stars. The drinks have all been pretty good, you just have to find your niche. It was hot out and the person they sent out to take my order was so kind and helpful. I had few questions and he patiently explained stuff, took my order and payment and let me on my way to the window. I got an iced coffee but with something called a soft top. It's bit of cold foam milk that floats on your drink. It was so refreshing and absolutely hit the caffeine points that I was originally missing out on that morning. I was in the area because of a work thing going on, so I'd go back for the next work thing, but I'm not driving out of my way to go to this location, you know?

I love Dutch bros. Ever since I tried it in Washington State I had been waiting for them to open in Texas. When they opened this location right next to me I was so excited. I used to frequent this location but one day I had one of the broristas get mad at me when they messed up my order. I order a strawberry horchata chai (for my friend) and when I got it at the window it was just a regular chai so I told her that wasn't correct and it was supposed to be a strawberry horchata chai and the brorista reached for the drink and yanked it out my hand while saying "ugh people need to stop with these TikTok drinks" again, this drink wasn't for me but just that interaction was enough for me to never return. I was so embarrassed I almost wanted to just leave without the drink. I wish I could leave a better review but I genuinely can't get over that interaction.

Don't bother. The drive-thru is completely mismanaged and they routinely let 4 cars behind you move ahead of you and order first, even if you've been there 10 min more than the 4 cars. I think it's against the law the way they've blocked the WhiteWater Car Wash driveway among others, it's only shocking no one is dead from a t-bone type traffic incident. Seems like a hazard the Austin Fire Department should get to work on. Routinely gets drinks incorrect. I wanted a Watermelon Fizz, without Redbull, not with Redbull. I was charged for the remake. Not the first time. Drinks can be in excess of 820 calories and are good, but not good enough to mitigate the disastrous drive-thru.

Every time I'm in the area I have to pop in to Dutch Bros! My go to is the Nutty Irishman Freeze with soft top! Everyone I've ever talked to here is super nice and sweet. I wanted to try something new but was afraid of change, they were sweet enough to change it out for me!

Amazing fun staff. Fun app. Cute stickers. HUGE menu of all types of drinks (coffee, chai, tea, energy drinks, smoothies, shakes, kid drinks, etc.) and tons of options (hot, cold, blended). I suggest going to their website first to check everything out and if you download their app - you will immediately get points on your first visit. They have two drive thru lanes that go super fast. There is also a window that you can walk up to. Now the drinks are sweet. Like really sweet. So if you don't like sweet - I would ask them for suggestions. My wife got an iced salted caramel chai that was topped with whip cream. It was good, but super sweet. Like a dessert. I got a hot golden eagle chai which is a vanilla caramel chai and asked for oat milk. They did ask if I wanted cinnamon and nut Meg - and I said yes. I liked my drink a lot and while it was sweet - it was freaken delicious! I then got a chocolate chip muffin top to eat. It was a premade packaged item that was cold. I'm guessing if it wasn't so busy (opening day) they probably would have warmed it up like Starbucks who also uses prepackaged items. I warmed it up for my son and he liked it. I totally recommend for sure!

The drink was amazing! Such a great seasonal drink. My first Dutch bros experience and I had a really great time! Really kind service. We did the drive through but the ambiance of the parking lot was A1.

Whoever designed this drive thru should have to wait in it! Please prepare for long lines and a long wait .. so freakin slow. Being this is my first time here.. I will NOT be back and sit here is this chaotic mess.

The wait to get a coffee is absurd. It's always 30+ minutes if there's 6 cars ahead. There's 4 staff members outside chatting with each other.. they should be making coffee and drinks. Walking infront of cars and there was just an accident now.. Management needs to step in and fix this ASAP.

Please hire someone from Chick-fil-A to help you manage the drive through. It's always backed up beyond the building, and the wait is insane. I don't understand what takes so long. Stop offering mobile order if you can't get people through the line.

Good coffee. Employee taking orders in the line outside was rude when I asked about the menu because it was the first time I had been to a Dutch Bros. Definitely not a happy/smiley vibe like at other coffee shops, National or local. 3 stars for rude employee who was not happy to explain the menu questions I had before ordering.

wait time is absolutely excessive. ordered ahead at 3:28 pm for a pick up time of 3:38 pm. we arrive at 3:40 pm due to traffic, it's now 4:13 pm and my order was JUST taken. in the long line of cars, 2 cars that arrived after me were able to place their orders and leave the line before my order was even taken. the person running the drive thru (larger lady) skipped cars in line. wait time for coffee was only 5 minutes so that was fine, i'm just mad the drive thru lady took the 2 cars orders that arrived after i did drinks are good like normal. the ambiance is whatever idk i'm in my car at the drive thru so ?

AMAZING customer service! Just opened today and they're extremely busy, but luckily they have an amazing crew that made the line move rapidly. You can drive thru or walk up to the window to order. Drive thru is honestly the way to go considering they have 3-4 people taking orders in 2 different lanes. Much faster than any Chick Fil A!!

The people where nice but the drinks where very poorly made it did not match the order we made, and the drinks did not taste as good as we normally get them had to throw the drinks away after the first sip

Omggggg 1000/100 recommend. I am here like literally every other day. Best drinks ever honestly Starbucks can't compete. I love the golden Eagles chai!!!!

I ordered two drinks. I got here at 8:13. It's 8:38 and I'm about halfway to the front. I can't leave. I probably have another 15 miles minutes of drive thru time. Pray for me.

Drinks are never the same. Any complaints are met with terrible service. Sorry I really used to love them.

Good coffee but service is hit or miss. I get cold when I order hot, regular when I ask for sugar free. They're nice enough to make it right, if you have time.

Every time I come here, everyone is sooo nice! The broistas are always smiling and it's infectious. If you don't really know what to order you can ask one of them and they helped me build my dream drink

Honestly I almost didn't try this place because of the mid ratings but I'm glad I did :) Delicious recommendation by the barista and speedy service! Remember people are most likely to review when they're upset.

Your coffees got me through my bachelors in design at Arizona state. Your product and business mode is awesome. That said, y'all picked a terrible location and have destroyed the flow of traffic for this entire lot

Typically, not a fan of Dutch bros. Coffee tends to be a little too sweet for my liking, but to each their own, you know? Anyways I go once a year to see if my mind will be changed. I was blown away by the service and location of this place. Katie took my order. First thing I noticed was I was greeted with a beautiful smile, and she guided me through the ordering process for my specific needs, and my best friend Trevor's preference in drinks. It was a masterclass effort, and I will be revisiting this location. Thank you, Katie for changing my perspective. If you she takes your order TIP HER!!!

I love my sugar coffee especially from Dutch bros, but whoever thought putting it at this location was a good idea, should be fired and then forced to direct traffic the rest of their life. Absolutely abysmal layout that is creating a massive traffic jam and delaying everyone who is just trying to drive past the business. Lack of proper space to do business and lack of care for any other establishment or individuals.

Terrible location and drive thru setup Constantly causes traffic jams. Today I went to get two teas. Drive thru was a mess so I decided to do walk up. Waited over 20 minutes for two teas. 5 or 6 different groups of people gave their orders at the walk up and not a single drink had been made or delivered. Then when the first order finally came out ,20 minutes later, it was not correct and they had to wait longer for the correct drink. Like Dutch Bros and was excited to have one nearby but the service at this location is terrible. Dutch Bros drive thru is usually pretty quick at every other location I've been to.

ive been waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 min for one drink. why does it take forever to get a drink here? its absurd. do not recommend this place if you're in a hurry. it takes 30 min to take a cold brew.

The girl at the window, Rebecca was amazing!! She was super friendly and social, I've never had someone at a drive thru be so attentive and actually interested to talk to me. We had a great conversation and because of her I definitely will be back to this Dutch bros location. Give her a raise!!

Good coffee but I have been in line at the drive thru for 20 min. Still waiting to get my drink. Not sure if I can afford to wait this long for coffee. Walk up only -if you don't want to do drive thru.

Went there for a black Americano. Great coffee and phenomenal service. Whoever's doing hiring at this place should get a raise. Everyone who work there was super attentive and friendly. The coffee was very good too!

My daughter and I love them and we try to go every day! The drinks are very good! The little muffin top is very good! DB also has PupPups for the dogs, and our little Yorkie loves them! He has had 3 so far! The people who work here are awesome! We have made a lot of friends! The ones that started were the ones who travel They are the ones that trained the ones here in Austin over on Manchaca! They have all gone to train other people who will open up other coffee places! You can't miss this coffee place! It is a small building that is blue and is neck to a car wash! So you can get your coffee and go get your car washed!

If you enjoy waiting 30+ mins for a coffee, this is your joint. Their drive thru is a complete S**T show. You walk up at 8:30 to order a coffee and it's 8:55 and there are still people waiting for their coffee that are in front of me. Probably 45 mins for a coffee when it's said and done. Summermoon for the local WIN! This place is an absolute joke. Never again. The app is totally useless too. You can't order from home and pick up like you can at Summermoon.

I saw this place on a casual drive and just had to stop. I've heard they're opening all around Austin and I'm just stoked! The customer service was a 10/10. I had great, real conversations with each employee and was in and out with my drinks (which were all perfect temperature). First time trying this place and I will 100% be going back!!

so slow that it literally hurts. the customer service has rapidly declined since they opened. the drinks are good which is why i come here in the first place but i am starting to think it's not worth a 20 minute wait. i work at another fast food drink place - it's not hard to make drinks quickly if you're trained well.

I've been dying to try Dutch bros for a while now but refused to drive to round rock or Kyle for a coffee I was definitely excited when I got news that this location was opening south. Today I went for the second time since they opened and it was not the best experience. While waiting for our drinks, an employee approached the car in front of us and handed them the drinks and then the customer gave it back to the employee because it was not her drinks. The employee then approached our car and tried to hand us the exact drink that was given to the previous customer. We politely asked her if we can have the drink remade and she said "Absolutely!" She went into the store and we could literally see her standing there, we pulled up to the window less than 30 seconds later and was handed the exact same cup. How do I know this? The markings on the cup. It would've taken just a couple minutes for this drink to be remade. This drink was for my child and with Covid and rsv numbers I refused to chance it. I just tossed it in the trash. Not to mention this being a health code violation. Definitely not something to stop you from going but makes you want to watch closely. They were super busy and I didn't want to make a fuss, but think this feedback would be helpful with it comes to training.
