Dutch Bros Coffee

I had a gift card i got from Heart & Soul church as a 1st time visitor (5$ on it) and drove here to visit, and its a Great place, they have a seat outside to drink/eat, probably best time for that in spring/summer you can walk up and order through the western window or drive up with your car through the Eastern Window for in&out service. The staff is helpful, wise, & well-versed in the menu options, they have a tip jar in front of the windows (NOT FOR TRASH), and trash bins by the western side of building by the seats. Definitely worth a try for coffee/beverage 🍵 enthusiasts. Or if you're looking for something new in town.

everyone here is so sweet, my brothers birthday was on 09/05 and he passed away on 09/05/2024, he always got his Dutch bros on his birthday I asked the lady to make it extra special since me and my siblings brought it to his grave to make sure he has his yearly Dutch bros. She was very sweet and gave me my drink for free also. I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves a raise for her kindness or a manager.

Good coffee and cheaper than Starbucks! The people working here are always super nice and cool! Love the music!

One of the male workers there at the pickup window always has a horrible attitude. Had to wait for my two drinks which isn’t a problem but the first thing said instead of “hello” is “are you picking up, well it’s going to be a while”. He didn’t even apologize for forgetting to add something to my drink that was ordered online so the addition was already paid for. I’ve been to this location a few times and this particular worker has been there each time always in a bad mood. I always tip on the app and I wish there was a way to remove it since it’s always horrible customer service

I just want to shout out Chafen (not sure if I spelled the name right) but he is the bees knees! He was so nice! Gave us the best experience, had a great attitude and really just made us feel welcome. He had some awesome suggestions of new drinks and we will definitely be back.

My girlfriend just got diagnosed with a bunch of food allergies today and Abby and Chloe and another great guy helped us figure out what she could have. Pretty thankful guys. Keep doing a great job.

Got my feelings hurt in Walmart when an older woman called my autistic son “dog” when she saw him with his safety harness and my emotions got the best of me in the Dutch bros drive thru. The workers were so kind and compassionate. Definitely made me realize people can be kind. Thank you.

Ordered my drink almost 30 mins before I got there to give them time to make it and cool off before I got there. Get here, and it’s not even made! So now I’m having to wait for it in the cold outside.
