Dutch Bros Coffee

First off. I LOVE this location. And I usually only write positive reviews on google. I’m not a complainer. But the drinks have an obscene amount of ice and very small amount of actual drink. The staff is super nice and always great to deal with! But the drink makers really…..REALLY……. need to chill out with filling the cups to the tip top with ice and then making the drinks from there. And this has not been the only time this has happened. It’s every time. (See the picture for example). I finished my large coffee in like 4 sips hahah. Like that amount of ice almost seems passive aggressive 😂. I know it’s not… I just find it odd. I’ll be back. Again, I like this place. And I’m open to changing this review if they would change this about their service.

I really enjoy their drinks, been a customer for a few years. But this location puts way too much ice in their drinks. Then if u order light ice, they don't fill the cup. So no matter what you do here, u don't get the value of a good drink. The other location I go to, has no issues with filling my cup, even with light ice. So this location has lost my business. Y'all suck

All I can say is Dutch Bros is in a league of its own. Excellent customer service from being in line in the drive thru to receiving your order at the counter. Their staff has the BEST attitude and personality. Their coffee is so good,too! You guys made us customers feel so good and positive. Thanks a lot. This world needs a lot of people like you.👍👍

This is the 3rd time this location has put milk in my coffee when I ask for almond or oat milk. The first time is an honest mistake, the second should have been the last, but it’s happened 3 times. Now my significant other is in pain stuck in the bathroom again (which is crazy when the cap said almond milk)

It's my first time here, and I absolutely enjoyed the drive-thru experience. As I left, I realised the line was longer. But it's 114 degrees in Nevada, so a passion fruit and blueberry green tea was the best thing to order. Of course, they have a ton of coffee drinks, but I opted for a fruity refreshing drink. They also have employees outside in the drive thru taking orders. The only difficulty was the narrow lanes. Be careful getting in and out of there

Great customer service! The line was only 3 cars deep and someone came out to take orders. My drinks were ready as soon as I pulled up to the window! Both workers were very pleasant and polite! I got the tropical green tea minus the raspberry and an iced islander latte with coconut milk. Both were great!

Drive through only.. Super friendly and fast. Tons of variety even if it's not on menu you can make up your own drinks( flavored water & coffee)

I’m not a huge coffee fan but I’ve been watching this place be built from the ground up and had a desire to check them out on Monday. There was quite a line (as expected) but I was in no rush and decided to get my self a Iced Chai. It was well worth the wait. Even the the place was seriously busy the employees still managed to take good care of me and all my questions. They made a great drink for me and I’ll definitely be back this coming Friday for the Grand Opening. This place is easy to get to and has good hours. Check it out if your in the neighborhood.
